The general manager has contacted me and offered a gift certificate and a sincere apology. That, ladies and gentleman, is outstanding attention to customer satisfaction, and warrants a second review of this business. I am thrilled that although my complaint was minor, they were quick to make it right. :)

In town on vacation and wanted to watch UFC. Candice (sp) at the main bar was awesome. Poor girl got stiffed by a takeout order that was ridiculously demanding but she handled it like a champ. Great service as always by an Ale House.

Update: a social media specialist (read: undertrained/under qualified recent grad from a b-level school) contacted me right after the original post (poor service poor food) and said someone would be in touch shortly to resolve or address my issues. Like our waiter ... No one has responded. That's the problem with social media. You can say that things you don't mean and get away with it Some times.

While visiting my mom in Naples, Miller's Ale House is always a solid dinner destination. Been there several times and food and service has been excellent. They have good daily lunch and dinner specials too. One night for example is prime rib and and sides for $12.99. Another night salmon with crab meat and rice pilaf for 16.99. All well worth it. As Naples is a relative small community, Miller's is packed every night of the week. Besides the food, sports games and pay per view fights are everywhere on their tvs. Great location too in front of the main movie theatre in town.

Typical American bar. Lots of TVs. Lots of beer on tap. I've only ordered two things off the menu and will forever only order those two things because I need nothing else. Tonight I ordered the chicken nachos, which equals to a towering castle. The size of these nachos is not accurately depicted in the picture. My boyfriend and I, who have no portion control whatsoever, could not finish, although he made sure to gobble all the chicken. In addition to the mass quantity it's absolutely delicious. Don't forget the guac for an extra 99¢, you won't regret it. Another menu item I love is the blackened shrimp and Cobb salad. Also mass portioned (2 could share) and super flavorful, unlike the nachos though, you will finish this plate. Other then that I would say the rest of the food is average bar food (I base this on samples from my friends orders) which is why I rate 4 stars.

I gave this place another chance because I was getting my car serviced. My wife ordered a bud light draft and we watched the bartender pull a pitcher of beer from the cooler and pour her a beer. The beer was flat and who knows how long ago it was poured or what beer it even was. Absolutely unacceptable and this is the last time I will be here.

Satisfied like always! Never a let down. Food always excellent and service is on par. Price per plate and portions are great! Make sure you try this place if you are in Naples!

Nervous when we arrived to see a crowd outside waiting to get in. We gave them a cell # and told we had a 20 minute wait so we strolled some nearby shops and returned just in time for our page. Table for 6 was a high top with plenty of tv/sports in view. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Sangria was so good. No appetizers for our table. Variety of items ordered and all were plentiful and tasty. Great atmosphere and enjoyable time.

Second time I have been here. This is s busy restaurant in season. Get there early for lunch if you want to sit out around the bar. Servers are attentive, nice and menu knowledgable. If you are sports oriented there are plenty of tv's to watch inside and out. Great tasting food and plenty of selections. Will return soon.

If you're in Naples, Florida and are in the mood for a sports bar then Miller's is the place. It's a HUGE place... TV's everywhere! It's fun place to be, great for friends and family and you don't have to be into sports to enjoy the atmosphere. And the food was just awesome... LOVED their chicken wings. Also had their Philly Steak sandwich. Not as good as what you can get in Niagara Falls (see Frank's Pizzeria), but great nonetheless. Someone else ordered the ribs which were on special for $10. Again HUGE portion, looked awesome. Next time I'm in Naples I'm definitely going back!

Been coming weekly for 5 years. Not a place that can match their consistency. Best filet mignon in town for the price. Always good. Bartenders are quick and friendly.

Server brought out food and it was cold. He returned it to the kitchen and we were told a fresh new order was being mAde. We were served the same dish reheated. Poor customer service.

I had the osso bucco special on Tuesday night. I knew the it was not cooked the way I expected as it was deep-fried!!! Sorry this was horrible and it was so hard over cooked on the outside it was not a delight.

Food is ok and the service is fine, but Naples has so many options. Ale house is always a popular hang out, if nothing else.

The staff that opened this Ale House was definitely the hotttttest crew EVERRRR!

Fantastic! We previously visited their Orlando location and were very excited when we stumbled upon this one. Again, the experience was great. Fast, friendly service, nice, varied menu with plenty of kid options, ice cold beer and good tasting food. Wish we had these at home!!!!!

Came here for the Ale and the Blackhawks huge 7-2 win last night over the Avalanche. The 3 stars are for the 2 for $3 tall boy PBR deal and the good service from PJ. Plus they hooked up the game on 3 tv's for us.....felt like royalty. We didn't eat there but I can tell the food is not worth it. Good thing for all of us we went out to a fabulous dinner before coming here. The table next to us ordered the "enormous" chicken nachos. They looked good when they came out, but it was shortly discovered that beneath the behemoth pile of chicken and cheese was a giant pile of bare chips.....bummer, I could see the look of sadness on their faces. Food is all bar food. Dress is super casual. The staff is super young and a bit unprofessional at times. We def noticed servers on phones...why the need for 3 hostesses? They were all talking to each other the entire time while we waited at the bar for a table. There were 3-4 tables open for a good ten minutes until the hostesses decided that work was maybe a bit more important than chatting. Definitely try and come here early for a sporting event. The location is right next to the giant movie theater and it gets pretty crowded here at all hours of the day.

The kind of place that helps you satisfy your appetite when tyou're hungry. Lots of TV screens so you can watch sports and stuff.. Relatively fast service and pretty good food, enormous portions!

We were on vacation from the Chicago suburbs. We go to Florida at least once a year. Tried this place for the first time. Good sport theme atmosphere multiple TVs. Good place to watch a game or a fight. Waitress was new but good. Our food order and drink order was wrong multiple times. Twice we asked for another round of the same drinks and we were served different drinks twice. My wife's burger had a long hair stuck to the meat and cheese of the burger. The color of the hair did not match my wife's or the waitress hair and the cooks were all male so no idea were the hair could of came from. The waitress was very apologetic about the situation. The manager also apologized and naturally took the meal off which is expected and comped us my wife's two drinks. So in short we received two free drinks for my wife biting into a burger with a long hair then having to remove the hair from inside her mouth which pretty much flossed one of her teeth on the way out. The manager did offer my wife another meal but she had completely lost her appetite after the hair situation. The manager witnessed the long hair. We just feel that two free drink specials wasn't appropriate compensation for the situation. We will be back to southwest Florida next year maybe even as early as February 2016 but honestly not sure if we will return. Food was great with the exception of the hair incident. Atmosphere was great they ordered the UFC that night after the nba playoff game. Hopefully my wife will let us go back.

The snow crab legs were good. Zingers on special for $5 was a nice surprise as that is what we originally went there for anyway. Our waitress, Stephanie, was attentive and very polite. She suggested the Capt Jack dessert and boy are we glad she did!!

Used to be a great place. Watch out for their specials. They don't match the internet promo.

We had a party of nine (including four teenagers) on a very busy nite (Valentine's). We used the call ahead feature and were seated very quickly. Service was very good, great menu and beer selection. Everyone's food was very good and prices were very fair. If you like to watch sports too, the bar is full of up to date TVs. We will definitely go back!

Phenomenal experience based on an inviting staff along with a server that was fun, attentive (and, of course, on point with our needs). I believe her name was Kaitlin. Upon being seated and checking out the beverage options, I was so intrigued by the diverse selection of craft beers that I went for the sampler to give a handful of them a try (very pleased with that decision). The Cajun Chicken Pasta was deliciously prepared and abundant in portion size (now, understand that I am at an ale house/sports bar so expectations of culinary aptitude was not extremely high). The pasta was al dente, coated in cajun-spiced alfredo sauce but not too much so to appear "soupy" and the blackened chicken was abundant and had a nice smokey flavor. I felt that the chicken may have been a little dry but it wasn't affecting my enjoyment of the meal. The dish came with two pieces of tasty albeit greasy garlic bread. The fusion of flavors in this dish as I tasted each bite was enough to give me that "ahhhh" bliss feeling where I stare off into space thinking how 'awesome' this mouthful tastes...and the next one...and the next one... Anyway, the friendly and colorful conversation, fairly speedy service, close to 60 tv's, people watching views from the bar area, creative beer selection, one of those 'special moment' culinary delights...and to top it off...their Ranch dressing is super yum (that's always a plus)...I say that all equals out to a two thumbs up, kudos to Kaitlin (the server), and my recommendation to give this place a try for some casual dining with a side of pleasant experience.

Decent bar type food. My 4 year old loves their spaghetti. Relaxed atmosphere, decent beer list. I do love their oversized booths.

  • Neil A.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. Beer selection was average (great for the crowds that consider blue moon "craft"). I came in while here on business to watch some hockey. Met all my expectations. Food and menu fare was typical for a casual bar/family friendly: steaks/salads/pasta/seafood. The fish tacos tasted good and were well priced, ~$10 for a good meal. Patio is nice for having a few drinks and watching sports or just chatting. Seems like a great place for a chill evening with friends while throwing a few back.

Went here last night for the first time. Sort of preferred the atmosphere of the bar, so I sat there. Though my intention was to order a lobster, I lost my appetite for this while observing all the carnivores quickly devoring these around me. Ordered a local Naples beer which was quite good, and steak fajitas. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Fajitas were quite average: no beans, or rice. The tortillas were a bit soggy. Overall I thought the service at the bar was good. The bartender man was a bit arrogant, though somewhat funny. The woman Helly was friendly and pleasant. I may go back for a sandwich or drink again.

Thursday is Prime Rib special. Cooked to order, medium rare, to prefection. Unfortunate for me the craft beer keg needed changing, slight wait. Otherwise fast service, friendly and curteous staff. Recommend highly.

I'm have been to several of the Ale House establishments. Their claim to fame is consistency. They have a dish for whatever mood I'm in and it is always properly prepared. My burgers are always to my requested temperature and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I don't frequent chains but I am happy to grab a bite at any Ale House location. Keep it up guys!

  • Doug A.

Amazing Raw Oysters! The best I ever had. Portions are usually good on other items. Service has been OK. I have gone to the one in Fort Lauderdale and Naples. I do not understand why they keep it so cold in there. It's a fun time!

  • Laura H.

You don't expect the best service when you go to ale house but this was by far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. Jon was our server and right away made it AKWARD by asking us who is on whose checks and then started calling us by numbers. Asked us if we were ready to order and 4 of us answered yes. He asked "number 5" if she was ready, and she said no. Tells her that when he asked us if we were ready that she should of spoken up while waving his hand. Plus the food took about 25 min and I left my friends to go order a pizza down the street. Say away from JON!

    (1)
  • Mark W.

Worst service ever in a sports bar! We waited 20 min for a drink, 40 min for food. Then our server disappeared and we had to go to the manager. Recommend for a beer at the bar. That's about it.

    (1)
  • TheNugless ..

Great drink prices all the time. I've only had the fajitas and they where the best I've ever eaten period. Great prices and environment.

A sports bar with healthy food options? Hell yeah! The ability to watch 5 games at once from a single table? Double Hell yeah! Here we go....yes I'm a hockey fan. Yes I'm a Rangers fan. Yes the shortened season has sent us into a deluge of hockey games pretty much every night of the week. So I am now becoming a connoisseur of Long Island sports bars to mix things up a bit. And I have to say, Millers impressed me. Their bar selection is good and the service was fast but the food choices made me happiest. With so many hockey games being played, I'm doing my best to stay on my diet and NOT do the chicken wing thing or I'd grow big as a house by playoffs. So I was pleasantly surprised to find their menu containing many fish options and grilled varieties! I opted for the grilled mahi mahi over spinach with a side of broccoli. And it was really tasty. Can't get much healthier than that! Unless of course you eat air for dinner. And if my trainer is reading this...booosh! I stayed on track while out watching my favorite team play. How do you like me now?!?

    (4)
  • J Z.

I understand it's a stereotype that young people don't tip well but, after messing up our order 3 times and not comming at all for refills or to check on the table except to get the check I feel like The waitress deserved the 1.50 tip. As a server I cannot stress how bad the service is at this place.

    (2)
  • Greg D.

Why not? Good friends, football on thousands of TVs, beer bucket specials, all day-rotating-bar-food-deals, can't NOT like it, it's a chain and I hate it, but no denying I have fun here... the servers seem better then the bartenders, table service has always been great with our group, bartenders are always texting and then explaining that they are sorry but they saw a funny text (while working a bar 3 deep! CLOWNS!!) ... but a group at a table is a good time, a sports bar where the bartenders blow yet the servers shine is rare, but it does go down here at the Naples Ale House! Fiesta nachos, the sauced fried shrimp dish and the blackened chicken quesadilla are good! The burgers are OK, the steaks are ok if you're starving and stupid enough to order steak at a place like this, anything fried--- they own it!! Fried, battered, or covered in cheese &/or bacon is the way to go here!.... wash it down with a bucket of beer!!

  • Alisha R.

I'm a weekly regular of this Ale House. I love the food but the lack of consistency is just unacceptable. I work at a restaurant, I understand how this all works. So when I order a meal and simply ask for extra ranch, sour cream etc and it is literally NEVER in the Togo bag, and this order went through the the cook, outside expoditer, and SA, Then the bartender or whatever rude server that passes by cashes me out-looks me in the face and tells me it's in there-and it's not, then there is serious faults in your system. How about a little more emphasis on accuracy and connections then up charging a guest. Will not be ordering here anymore. So ridiculous.

I went last night with colleagues. The place was jammed due to Bike Night and being Friday, of course. We were able to squeeze up to the inside bar for a few pints. They were ice cold and served up quickly each time. You know me, Fridays are my wing nights, so I was pleased to see they added "Jumbo Wings" to their menu. I ordered naked wings tossed in medium bbq sauce. After 10 minutes, our friendly bartender informed me that they battered the wings and was sorry, to which I promptly told him I didn't want them. He said no problem and they re-fired the order. I was surprised that a manager brought my corrected order within 5 minutes and an apology for the mistake. Very classy, Ale House. For that gesture, you will have my repeat business. Oh, and the wings were worth the wait. Hot, crisp, moist and delicious blend of sauces! Outstanding. My only complaint are beer prices. Seriously? $3.75 for a pint of Bud Light? Ridiculous! I can buy a sixer of Natty Light for those dollars.

  • George T.

Plenty of drink specials large menu with big portions. Wings Cheese sticks and burgers are so so. Quesadilla and nachos are above avg. Wednesday is 11 dollar lobster night. And they usually have bucket/ pitcher specials since most every table seems to have them. Plenty of TVs. Bar service seems to be more attentive to the "regulars". One of the regulars even noticed me waiting and said that when he had a bar. They made it a priority to give special attention to the customers that are infrequent or new who could become a regular. As a country club trained bartender, we were trained in service with pride in our profession. Scanning the drinks for subtle requests like an empty near or on the rail, a nod, a wink or even if a drink is off center on a coaster and anticipating needs of our members. BTW no tipping at the club we were on a fair hourly rate. Not to mention benefits. The Patio is open and spacious. They have pool tables and arcade games for kids and adults inside. When busy get ready to hear music mixed with names called out overhead while you eat drink and be merry.

Typical sports bar. Huge place with indoor and outdoor bars and conveniently close to the movie theater. Food is decent but nothing spectacular. Can get loud on game nights but the wait staff are very friendly and will turn things down a bit if you ask nicely.

    (4)
  • David J.

Millers is a sports bar. Period. Don't expect fantastic craft beers and lobster tail. It's just a bar with bar food. Lots of space. Right on naples blvd so close to a lot of things. The sliding doors to the outside suck nasty cigarette smoke into the restaurant which is awful but again, it's a sports bar, I can't be too critical of the smoke but I think it's a issue for more people than management recognizes. Prices aren't great but not too high.

    (4)
  • David Z.

If you are looking for a family friendly place when in Naples don't let the sports bar theme fool you. You have come to the right place! We have three kids, 9,10 and 11 years old and this place has been our "go to" since they were 5,6,7 when we're in Naples because their children's menu is very fairly priced and the adult menu is even more so. I'm not sure how the "stars" work on yelp, if 5 starts are reserved for Michelin star rated restaurants. Sure, there are many restaurants in Naples with much more eloquent food but as far as family friendly sports bars/restaurants are concerned this is the best in Naples and the value and quality of the food, the attentive wait staff merit 5 stars all things considered.

  • E D.

Needless to say- another disappointing meal here. They can't get a simple baked potato right. The potatoes were cold and black inside. All the meals were ice cold. Was told two managers were working on it. By the time the so-called manager showed up - it was too late!! No apology - nothing!! Waited over 15 minutes for the "complimentary" dessert - another disappointment! This place rots!!

    (1)
  • Jessie H.

Tuesdays kids eat free. So we get à pitcher of beer 2 entrees that are fresh, and a good portion for less than 30 dollars. Its cheaper and easier than eating at home!

Nice spot to stop b4 or after a movie. I love the choc cake desert and the chicken sand was good too. Nice regular ale house atmosphere.

i like it but extrememly cold in there!!! everybody seems to be carrying jackets and sweaters in. How nice Tim , that you took the time to respond! Thank you

  • Shyam S.

This is a fun place to hang out and the chicken nachos are fucking ridiculous in the best way possible - $11 for a massive plate. But otherwise the food is okay - the hottest chicken wings they have are "Mount St. Helen" and they are a joke. Not hot at all. In a town starved of good bars, I can see that this place becomes very popular, but coming from the big city (Atlanta - woohoo) this place sucks.

  • Captain D.

Nice addition of Cigar City Jai Alai, Great beer!!! The Chef (stocky guy with red beard) delivered my food at the bar and I asked him about the beer selection changes. He was very knowledgeable about the different new selections and recommended the Jai Alai IPA to go with the hot wings I ordered, was amazing! He told me that him and the new bar manager were working to keep the craft beer selection to make it not just a stagnant variety... Great job Ale House for getting with the craft beer trends

I either come here for the Captain's jack buried treasure or the Zingers! Can't go wrong with the Zingers, besides that GOODLUCK.

Finally after 2 years of shoddy service following the loss of some phenomenal bartenders, Jordan was brought on staff. Spot on service Finally feels like a great local place to be once again ! Thank you Jordan!

It's a great restaurant to eat at late at night that will offer good food and usually fast service. I've eaten there multiple times late at night and the service is always prompt and leave satisfied.

I really liked this place. For one reason price. I understand that this place is very busy "in season". I went in on a Wednesday and it was Lobster Day. For $15 you get a 1 1/2 pound lobster. God what a deal. How did it taste you might ask. I don't know they were out by the time we arrived. Oh well next time. I had the baked seafood platter. White fish, mussels, scallops. Not bad at all. I was told the average age is very old at this location. Well I am 62 and I was by far the oldest person I saw. I think it must be older when it is winter. For price this is a great place.

    (4)
  • Marcell B.

Burgers are good if cooked properly. Fries are awesome. Service is hit or miss. The bar sucks. They always run out of liquor. And jagger is always hot! Price might be to much. It's a hole in the walk with a makeover it seems to me. Good place to go if everyone else is closed

  • Bead F.

luke warm reception as our greeting... lindsey f. our server brought us two watered down drinks, might not be her fault had some quasi spinach dip slopped in a soup mug looked like spinach barf spilled all over the mug like it was used as a ladle. not a place i would come back to as a local...it is meant to be a tourist trap for football season...F- door guard, gave us a hearty buh, bye A+ ps~Arby's choke and gag down the street, 6er of tall boys at the gas station and you averted disaster

  • Christy F.

The service suck!!! The manager and the stuff was very unhappy..

A favorite! The ribeye is great, so tender & a lot of flavor. Asian salad was good ... had to pick out the dandelions in there but they're not my taste. Dressing was great. Lobster Bisque & Clam Chowder are best I've ever tasted. Prices are very reasonable & portions are BIG! We always eat outside & the bar staff is stellar. Highly recommend.

    (5)
  • Evelyn P.

Their chicken nachos are ok; they use to place more chicken & cheese but now half of the chips are plain. They don't have frozen drinks for kids, the best they can do is a virgin daiquiri or colada for $5 (not worth it). Their burgers are good, summer salad was good. Alcoholic drinks are decently priced for what u get. The price is decent.

    (3)
  • Gloria S.

Come only if you like to drink cheap and dont care who sits next to you. Def bar, tvs, billiards, loud, good for kids if you dont care bout exposing them to drunks. Food is like my cooking: probably from frozen, jar or canned. Nothing creative here other than tattoos and big pot bellies. Outdoor and indoor seating, cheap prices, esp for beer but you will prob be paying more afterward in meds and doctor visits.

Miller's comes across as a generic bar and grill, which would generally suggest food deserving of a lower score. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We started out with the smoked fish dip. This was very interesting -- it reminded me somewhat of a smoky tuna salad, but in a good way. It was rather amusingly served with twin packages of Saltine crackers to dip in it... not very classy presentation, but whatever. We all liked it. My entree of seafood macaroni and cheese was pretty good. I was worried that the entire dish would be permeated with an overwhelmingly fishy flavor, but that was not the case. The cheese sauce was pretty tasty, and the shrimp and scallops seemed to be cooked fine. My wife got fish tacos, which she really liked. It was Wednesday, and they had a lobster special that my father ordered. A whole stuffed lobster for under $15. You can't beat that. For dessert, we split a slice of "Captain Jack's Buried Treasure." For $5 you get a pretty huge slice of ice cream cake complete with chocolate cookie and toffee crusts and caramel sauce. Freaking delicious. We later came back to order an entire cake to take home. The place wasn't busy when we arrived for an early dinner, but it was pretty crowded (and there was a wait) when we left. Maybe it was Lobster Wednesday, but maybe the place just gets crowded all the time.

5 stars, ALWAYS! People, listen come here and enjoy the food, service and drinks. Quick tip: call ahead and get your name on the waiting list, you will not regret it!

Some of the worst service I have personally ever encountered.. Rude people are not the key to a successful restaurant, especially when the food takes an hour to get on a slow night.

Absolutely love this place. Best spot for the money, hands down. Zingers, ossobucco, shrimp scampi are some of my favorites. And the captain jack dessert is mandatory.

  • Jon C.

I went here last week with an old friend, and it was really good. I just had the burger and fries, and it was cooked to order. It tasted like they grilled it which made it even better, the fries were nice and crispy, but not too crunchy which was great, and the waitress was on top of everything. And the drinks came in good size cups, all restaurants should take notes on this, the size of your drink cup matters! And the pricing is reasonable. I would definitely come here again, and I will be recommending the Naples Ale House. Plus they show all the UFC and boxing matches!

Miller's is fun. It's designed well enough so that when it's packed, like on a big game day, it's still breathable and when it's mellow it does not feel empty. The staff has been consistently decent and the beer list is substantial. For beer-drinkers in Naples, this is a magical place! The food is lackluster pub food but I am impressed and surprised that they have a Gluten-Free menu! For Naples, that's progressive thinking! This is not a place for vegetarians though or anyone who cares about the health of their arteries. All in all, it's a standard pub/noisy sports bar. Two reasons to visit that make Miller's special: it's one of very few places with an awesome patio, and the beer list will be worth your taxi ride home later.

Went on a Tuesday night for a late light dinner and some drinks. We sat outside where there were a ton of TVs playing local pro sports. The food was decent, ordered oysters and had mini burgers which were good for the price, girlfriend had fish tacos which were uneventful. I ended up drinking Sam's Seasonal. My only knock on this place is that for an "ale house" with nearly 20 taps, they really had nothing on tap. Don't fill your taps with every combination of Bud, Miller, Coors and their European counterparts Stella, Heini, etc. And don't tell me to ask about your local breweries and then proceed to tell me there are none when I do. Overall I'd go back for the same purpose, bar food and drinks but don't expect a craft draught selection, there is none.

Upon arrival, the hostess just pointed and said go sit there......I ordered the ribeye, medium. It was overcooked to well, along with being a terrible quality steak. Draft beer was 1/2 foam. Server was very nice and helpful, but the wait for food was very long(this was the slow season). Wife and kids had crab legs, they were very good. Overall, truck stop quality meal at a much higher price.

Been here a couple of times. Service and food is consistent. Okay bar food. Lot's of TVs, pool tables and plenty of room.

Even though it was very busy and a sat night we were seated within 10 minutes. It was hard to choose what to order, there were so many good things on the menu. I was bad and had potato chip nachos.....yummy. Hubby had the osso bucco. Our bill was $ 27. omg Service was perfect. The only thing that keeps them from getting a perfect score the sweet tea was yucky. Go here for an inexpensive dinner. We will be back to try the other things.

I love it here! I've been to Naples, Fl two times now...and I've been to Miller's 4 times! It's got an outside bar (full bar) and an inside bar...there are PLENTY of tv's all over...and the food is great! Try the conch chowder...it's amazing. The ONLY reason this isn't getting 5 stars is b/c some of the staff (none that I've had...but that I've interacted with) are kinda rude. Not enough to make me not return...but enough to take away a star. I will DEF. be back!

This is just a great place to go and hang out with friends or family, especially if you are blacked out of your favorite sporting event on TV. Miller's Ale House has wall-to-wall televisions and, if you tell them what game you want to watch, they'll seat you with a great view of the game. There are always drink specials, and meal specials as well, depending upon the day of the week. On Sundays during NFL season, the staff wear football jerseys and the place has a nice buzz as displaced fans from around the country root for their team. Let's not forget about the food. The Grouper sandwich is really nice. They do the burgers well here too. All in all, as someone who spends about 3 months per year in Naples, I always look forward to dropping by Miller's.

Good place to hang with your friends on any random night of the week. Always a crowd which makes it appealing. Food: okay at best...if you're looking for a deal, get the ginormous Chicken Nachos. The grilled shrimp Caesar is great. Next time Im gong to try the Bag o' Seafood for 14.99 Drinks: good prices Crowd: Mixed variations. Makes it more interesting. Older crowd till about 9pm when its their bedtime, then the younger crowd flows in. Mostly casual dress, some overdressed. Not somewhere I'd take a date, but maybe its different during the day.

I went here with the family while down in Naples. Based on the yelp reviews, I was expecting good drink specials + decent bar food. Drinks Yes, yes, yes. It is all good and as advertised. Each day has different specials it seems, every day you can do miller pitchers for 5 bux, and Saturday's you can do 5 bud lights for 10 bux. That being said, if the the notion of drinking a pitcher of MGD gives you the willies they do have a ton on tap, everything from Guinness to Stella Artois. Atmosphere Definitely lively. This place is big. It has two bars (one inside and the other outside) and they have some pool tables. Try not to sit near the front, you tend to get a ton of a noise as they announce who is being served next.. Food Hit or miss. Maybe because it was because it was Saturday night? My ribs were pretty good, and I suspect if you go the bar food route, you won't be disappointed. My wife got the broiled Grouper, which was pretty tasteless and tasted fishy. , and my Dad got the "dolphin" dish which Tilapia with vegetables.. fish was cooked but veggies were not. Service Our waitress while pleasant, never came to really check on us and our food. Nor did she question why aside from the ribs we largely didn't eat. We had another server, who got us some drinks while we were waiting. She was fantastic, and went of her way to see what we even thought of the appetizer we ordered from her. So, while I agree with everyone that it was affordable to eat at, our food wasn't great which spoiled our experience.

Casual drinking and dining here before or after the movies (same center) makes for a convenient choice. Large menu with typical burgers, sandwiches, salads, and comfort food. Good Chinese chicken salad and Mexican fare. This is the place for large food portions and big drinks. Items are ok. Service is gruff but efficient. Check out the super cheap drink specials.

OK Now after many months of the place it has definitely declined. Staff is typically friendly, not always, but usually. However too many times we are left waiting, and sitting, and waiting forever. Whether it's on a greeting, a drink order, a refill or a check. I cannot STAND this. Especially when you see a hostess doing nothing or spy your server off chatting up some pals. The food has been the consistent disappointment. The burgers and ribs used to taste juicy and fresh, now, (shaking head, making face) not so much. My last 2 or 3 burgers ( take out or eat in) have been hockey pucks with a wee little bit of cheese , and my ribs were gross. Husbands food is always bad, I feel awful for him, he has given up. Anyway, it's now pretty average, typical bar food, and atmosphere. Although still very affordable.

Millers always has great food and huge portions at a low price. EAT HERE! Beer pitchers are cheap!!! Oysters on the half shell are a must, get extra horseradish and the regular hot sauce and you've got a good time. They also have Lobster on Wednesday for $13 or so, and it is really good, but get there before 7 pm or they might run out.

I went here with my girlfriends parents while vacationing in Naples. They live in Naples and were raving about this place. It was pretty good, my favorite part being the drink specials, which were unreal - $5 for a bucket of beers! It was a bit of an older crowd (read: over 80) I figure this was because it was ten $ prime rib night. After the old people got their fill of beef the place cleared out and a younger crowd came in. Definitely a great place to get some cheap eats with a friend or with a group. Service was great as well.

Definitely a sports bar, but with an above average selection of beer. Great outdoor patio that just felt like it opened out into the world.

Great affordable drinks, pool table was open and pretty cheap, and the wait staff was helpful and attentive. Only weirdness was the atmosphere. It seemed to be the local teenager hangout even until midnight - 1:00 a.m. We also thought that many of the people drinking around us seemed suspiciously underaged. It was just strange to be in this cool bar with 18 year olds getting drunk.

It's one if the best places in Naples to get a meal where you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. The two dolphin (aka mahi mahi) dishes are always consistently good and fresh. The conch chowder is among the best I've had. And the chicken wings are great. It's a noisy crowded bar-type atmosphere, but great for kids...and they eat free on weekends when they show up in a team uniform.
