One of our favorite breakfast places from back in Columbus, Ohio. Here, however, they've done a much better job of picking the right real estate to accommodate the big crowds. The food was wonderful as always. The service was the same. And again.. unlike C-BUS, it was a pretty big restaurant for a breakfast/brunch/lunch-only place.

Why isn't there one of these in Massachusetts? Best breakfast place ever. Healthy options that are delicious as well! Can't say enough about this place!

I used to work in the area and most of my healthy coworkers always raved about this place. I'm not a big breakfast person but had lunch breakfast and brunch several times. The staff are professional and food is pretty much your basic egg, bacon, omlette, toast, fruit, milk and juice. Like a fancy Denny's or IHOP. Our server was a really nice lady from Frankenmuth, Mi. I picked her accent up quick. So she really enjoyed our funny story. We even talked about Zehnders Fried chicken! Overall food is so so. Service better than average, price values were slightly more than fast food. But think about the service and attention.

I like this place - simple decent breakfast / lunch menu well prepared and really good service. They give you a pot of coffee the food comes out quick - great way to start the day. Might be a chain but doesn't have that feel and their prices are better than fair.

Some decent reviews so we gave it a shot while in Naples. Very inconsistent. The pancakes were pretty good but that was about it. Very chain like in presentation and food quality. Eggs were greasy and bland. Friendly, efficient service and that's about it.

5 STARS! Doesnt taste like a franchise but it is!!! Fresh food ahead! FOOD: The hash with tomato, bacon and avacado is delicious. The flavors pop from all areas and the textures blend so well. Topped with scrambled eggs i found this plate davine! Its sided with fresh fruit and two slices or bagel toast. Yum! The cranberry oatmeal was filling and with the fresh sliced bananas on top, sugar on the side, this was a great decision. The wheat pancakes are light and fluffy and the taste is perfect. You wouldnt know its wheat! The added blueberries and fresh and plump, not frozen! SERVICE: Our server was very very friendly. She smiled more than any server before. She also was very helpful in helping us decide on food. OVERALL: Five stars baby! And I cant believe its a franchise. They need to make their way to San Antonio!! ENJOY!

Usually come here off season due to high crowds at lunch time. Today we Got in and were seated quickly unfortunately our server wasn't very quick & didn't bother to check on us through our whole lunch. Food is always good & well prepared Thankfully another server came to apologize and to bring us our check.

My kids say these are the best pancakes they've ever eaten; my husband and I love the avocado bacon tomato hash... Great, consistent quality and quick service. And so clean! We look forward to eating breakfast here every time we visit Naples!

Really surprised on the quality of the food. I got an egg sandwich with fresh greens, crushed avocado, bacon and cheese in brioche bun. Prices are fair, service quick, look forward to trying other things in their menu.

FIRST WATCH has the most healthy choices. Avocado and toast special is super. Fresh avocados. This is our favorite breakfast place in Naples!

I went with the fruit crepes for my morning study session and even though it was packed, as it usually is, the good came out quickly. But then again, they were only crepes yet delicious crepes :) Roxy was great! The bus guys n ladies were ridiculously fast. The tables were thoroughly wiped clean in a matter of seconds after the customers left.

First Watch is a pretty decent brunch place (even though you may first think it's a bank, daycare or security company), at least as decent as brunch can be in Naples, Florida. It seems to be one of the busiest brunch places in the area. Before you begin your meal, consider purchasing the $120 gift card for $100. It's really ideal if you plan on returning multiple times. Service: Kind servers but average speed. Ambience: it's above average in noise level, but sitting at your table, you'll just hear mostly your party. Food: Get the pancakes - they are deliciously fluffy and giant! Also, try the raspberry preserves with the pancakes instead of the plain old maple sugar. Monte cristo French toast is tasty if you are craving something savory. And to drink, get their fresh squeezed orange juice - it's great, but not as awesome as Randy's nearby.

Definitely in the top two for BFF and I when we are b-festing in Naples. (The other choice being Wa-Ho, so it's kind of a no brainer). Coming from Boston, I'm always impressed with the southern hospitality here. Everyone is so friendly and nice, it's like they actually WANT to do their job and serve you. No complaints about the food either. In fact, I cannot believe that they had goat cheese on the menu. Sign. Me. Up. On our last visit here, I enjoyed one of the turkey wraps off the healthy menu-- a tomato wrap encasing fluffy egg whites, spinach, turkey and GOAT CHEESE. Guzzled half down with the side of fresh fruit and delicious orange juice, savored the other half later for lunch--actually it tasted even better cold! I look forward to coming back again soon :)

Again, why do people like this chain? Came for my hubby's free birthday breakfast which turns out to be more expensive because they nickel and dime you. We were the only ones in the entire place, not counting one old lady reading the paper, yet our food took forever to be cooked. Blueberry pan cakes were so blah my hubby wished he had the gluten free frozen ones at home instead. My veggie skillet looked appetizing but again had no taste. There's only so much that salt and pepper can do! Service was the only good thing here. Free or not, not returning to ANY of their branches. Waffle House keeps lookin better !

Wow - healthy food that tastes great! Glad we found this place. Blended juice drinks are awesome, and lots of avocado dishes. Very nice waiters and waitresses!

Kind of a strange menu which uses avocados in a lot of the dishes. It's well done but sometimes unusual. Yesterday, I had a corned beef reuben (no avocado) and the standard tomato basil soup. They were tasty and had been made from fresh ingredients. The prices are in the $$ range, so this is a good lunch choice.

This naples First Watch is my favorite! Since I use to work in that plaza I was there all the time which not only made ordering food quick but the people who work there are rather friendly and actually talk to you. I always spend over $15 on my breakfast at this place-.- it sucks but it's so good! Almost everything on their menu is delicious. One thing I'll never buy there is their orange juice, fresh squeezed and a rip off. Recommend: -Bacado -blueberry pancakes -bacon and cheese pancakes My always: -tomato, avocado and bacon hash with side of English muffin Nastiest thing I've had on their menu: *Healthier side* Power wrap (gag) Was not as good as it sounded. Not at all.

This is a crowd pleaser, judging by the number of people waiting for a table.. It's a cavernous room, with a constant din, and can get a little congested at peak time. This is typical: We saw eight guys stand to leave from their table, but the conversation continued. One guy put his hand at his friend's back and said "scuse me Fred." about three times. When Fred continued to chat, his friend finally leaned in and yelled, "MOVE FRED!" And it wasn't a bit disruptive. Fred moved, btw. About half the space needed for his friend to pass by. Waitstaff seem overworked except for the cute thangs kibbutzing at the reception desk. I suspect that mgmt thinks it's more important to have many greeters up there so guests can be hustled to a table until one of the few floor staff arrives. Individual tankards of coffee at each table buys time for the house while you're waiting for them to come for your order. My daughter ordered the multi grain pancake, but was told that it was an error on the menu as there isn't any multi grain batter. It's the same FirstWatch recipe that's always been used. At least she told us. So much a la carte, so much nonsense here. First Watch is expensive and annoying for just breakfast. I'll choose any other place, given the social opportunity.

Food was adequate. Servers and hostesses were NOT friendly, I haven't seen one staff member smile the entire meal. The kitchen sent out the wrong food and it took forever to get it fixed and it is still on my bill. When we were paying our bill, the hostess never even asked us how our meal was, never greeted us, just told us our total, and started helping the people behind us. Don't waste your time here.

Good Times. We had just a 10 minute wait and on Ash Wednesday. Great, really great server. 3 out of 4 ordered breakfast no complaints on the quality, it all looked very good. Lots to choose from on the menu. I ordered a turkey/ bacon melt and added avocado . The melt was excellent the $.89 avocado add on was shameful, two of the teeniest little slices ever to be seen with the naked eye. Soup was delicious. I do wish they carried REAL maple syrup, the french toast was awesome, except for the gross syrup. Place was clean , prices average. If the hours weren't so tricky (if you work business hours), we'd go back for sure.

When we lived in Naples, this was our go-to breakfast joint. I recommend the Breakfast Scramble and the Banana Crunch with Granola pancakes. We've since moved from Naples and basically every breakfast restaurant we go to is compared to First Watch.
