Greek food is a fine melody of the finest pressed olive oil, fresh fermented bread, colorful vegetables, juicy meat, sea food all cooked in spices and fresh rosemary. The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.

I always have a good experience here. I love that their tabouli is made fresh at time of order, because I don't like tomatoes. I can get my tabouli tomato free. I usually get a wrap & they are always yummy.

We were actually looking for another restaurant - Gallo Fina(o?) which is supposed to be a Cuban cafe. There was a sign but it seemed that the restaurant was out of business. We stopped in at Falafel Grill and ordered Chicken Schwarma. You had to pay extra for fries and a drink, which we did because we were starving. The food was good - but I don't think it was worth the price we paid - around $12 for one sandwich + fries + drink at lunchtime. The guy who served us was friendly, the restaurant was empty - probably because the prices are too high for what they are selling.

They recently changed the name to Opa. Same owners. The service was very good, which upped them from 2 to 3 stars. Chef/owner was very pleasant and attentive. The food..... Meh. Greek salad with gyro meat was almost $12. The meat did not come off a spit like it's supposed to. It was like lunch meat seasoned to taste like gyro. Salad ingredients were very fresh. Moussaka, my favorite Greek dish, was lacking flavor and skimpy on the meat layers. Spent $36 on lunch. 1 salad and 1 Entree split between 2 people and 2 iced teas. Too much for lunch. May attempt a falafel if the mood strikes, since I'm in this area every day.

I read the reviews after we got there and I admit I was a little scared. Actually turned out to be pretty decent. Great service and the food wasn't too bad. I'll definitely give it another try.

The food was passable but not worth making a special trip. Service was horrendous. Which is really bad considering we were the only two in the restaurant.

Terrible experience ! Overcharged for food we didn't order and manager refused to remove the charge. The food is bland. The waitress is horrible at explaining their overly complicated menu and we will not recommend or return.

I had the falafel wrap with tehina ($8.95) with optional Greek salad and soft drink (add $3.95) at Opa. It was a disappointing experience. The Greek salad was perhaps the most uninspired version I've ever had: basically iceberg lettuce, couple slices of tomatoes, maybe 4 olives, and a few sparse pieces of feta drowning in olive oil. The falafel was served open-face, again mostly iceberg lettuce with 4 falafel balls. There was no good way to eat this; it couldn't really be picked up as a wrap, and the paper under the pita meant that eating it with a fork and knife involved peeling paper off every forkful. I've had a lot of falafel and Greek salad in my life, virtually all of which was better and less expensive. I get to Naples fairly often but will continue to look for better vegetarian options.

I miss being able to walk up to a city food truck to order a falafel. So when I saw that Falafel Grill ventured into strange culinary territory for the meat 'n potatoes Naples where I live, I had to stop at this little sandwich shop across from the hospital. My $5.95 pita was doughy fresh, as were the romaine strips and tomatoe slices inside. The real treat was the tender balls of seasoned chick peas rolled with spices. I had a choice of tahini or tsazki, so I again went with the hard to find and enjoyed a thin spread of tahini on the sandwich. Service was attentive and friendly. An unexpected added benefit is free wi-fi.

It's been a while since I was so disappointed in a restaurant. The overpriced Greek salad topped with gyro meat was awful. What I expected and what I got were two very different things. 4 scrawny pieces of meat that were clearly not fresh shaved. The salad portion was small, something I would expect to get as an add on to a dinner, not a $15.00 lunch entree. Will find a better Mediterranean restaurant next time.

Maybe we're spoiled with all the authentic Middle Eastern restaurants in Detroit, but the food had no flavor. The hummus wasn't creamy, the tabouli was runny and seriously lacking parsley. Not many people were in the restaurant and I can see why.

extremely overpriced for Middle Eastern food. They are charging 5 star prices for a restaurant that is essentially a hole in the wall place.
