Best food in Naples, in my book! If you want big portions cheap, this is not for you. If you enjoy great French cuisine, and don't mind paying for it, this is for you. The haricots vert done to perfection, sweet and tender. The veal tenderloin on a delicious bed of diced, seasoned mushrooms is great. So good I keep ordering the same darn thing- got to try something new next time. BTW, Great appetizers- grilled (and peeled!) tomatoes with burrata cheese, and roasted artichoke hearts were the two we had on our last visit-wonderful. If you are a foodie, you will love this place. Oh, and although it is tucked in between an auto rental storefront and a salon in a non-descript strip mall, the inside is like a charming French cafe. Try it, you won't go wrong.

You can skip this restaurant. It's way overpriced and the food really isn't that good. You can do so much better in Naples. First, it's off season and he charged our group full price. Most restaurants in Naples have some sort of special during the off season. Not here. Maybe that's why the place was empty last night. Without our group the place would have been a financial disaster. Service was decent but considering the price of the meals it should have been much better. The meals sort of dribbled out of the kitchen over a 15 minute period. That left people wondering whether they should start eating or wait for the rest of the group. Everyone at our end of the table left very unimpressed. Everyone also agreed that they would not return. There are so many places far better than this restaurant. It wasn't bad actually. It simply wasn't worth the money. Basically this place is a really bad value. They have very high prices and nothing lived up to the level of the pricing. Our group has never minded high prices. They just expect the food and service to be commensurate with the price. In this case it wasn't even close.

The only restaurant that rates a five star from me. Delicious food, served beautifully. Try the fresh fish cooked in parchment. Unbelievably wonderful. Love this place.

Our friends took us here. They raved about it so we had pretty high hopes. The only thing that I liked was their Caesar salad. Besides that dishes were just not balanced.. Ok service. Nice hostess ( I'm guessing owner). Will be back to give them another try.

Richard l . They didn't honor our confirmed reservation and were sold out even though we were on time and couldn't take us

A quaint charming classical French bistro. We shared the calamari and artichokes for an appetizer, both of which were delicious, wonderfully fresh and expertly prepared. Our entrees were the lobster(x2), the scallops, and the veal tenderloin, none of which we could fault. Each dish being very easy to get wrong, but they nailed it, perfectly cooked with layers of complexity of flavor. 5 stars for sure if you don't mind paying a little more for great food and service.

I'm French so I'm picky concerning the French restaurant and expect quality. The Cote D'Azur is an excellent one. I don't like too much the decoration inside the restaurant, this sounds fake and for tourist, but this is only MY point of view. The restaurant is always full inside, so I guess, all other people like the decoration. I'm usually seating outside. The decoration is nice and warm. It looks like one of this Provence terrace and I feel like home. Remember to relax and feel comfortable as the service could be sometime a bit long to start, specially if you are outside, but when it starts, the service is perfect, personalized and exceed expectations, time after time. Most importantly, the food is just excellent, the foie Gras is well cooked and the duck is just amazing and crispy. I will return once a month for sure. A little French area!

Hotness was a bit eclectic but the food was awesome. The ambiance is quite charming; you feel you are in a sidewalk cafe in Paris. Big recommendation

I am not going to go into too many details other than to say food quality and service exceeded my and my five guests expectations. Don't let the location in a strip mall fool you, the atmosphere is a little bit whimsical and over the top but the service an cuisine is extraordinary. Lots if great options, my guests were all delighted, the lamb was incredible. They have a fruit fly problem that really needs to be addressed. Bon apetite!

My family and I have eaten here a number of times! The food is delightful, the service is impeccable and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend their homemade country pâté and the crispy duck! And don't even think about leaving without having experienced they're desserts!

I thought it was overpriced for the quality of the food. Their vegetable sides ,beets and artichokes were very small and cold. The service was very good. The main courses were average. My husband had the lamb and it was much better at A Table Apart. We will not return. Just not good value.

Gorgeous good, perfectly prepared and served. Knowledgable wait staff and no pressure to turn the table. This is a little hidden gem!

Excellent food but the restaurant is too small and seats are uncomfortable. With those prices, they should move to a larger location. It's a French restaurant but there were also pasta and meditaranean items on the menu. I had the lobster in the clay pot. It was delicious but it looks bigger in the photos. The food was very good and prepared well. No one at my table was unhappy with their order. Location was in a strip mall close to Publix which was weird but at least you an find parking during dinner.

Excellent country French food, service top notch as well. Had the Dover sole, fileted table side. Old school

This is, hands down, the ABSOLUTE-BEST French restaurant that I found within 40 miles of Naples, and Bonita Springs, Florida! And, I tried them all, Bleu Provence(extremely disappointing), Escargot 41(better, but still not at the same level as Cote D' Azur), and Chardonnay. This place has more in common with Le Vichyssois and Everest in Illinois, as well as Vincent Guerithault in Phoenix, then it does with any other high-end, classic, European-style restaurant in this part of South Florida. If it were up to me, I'd have to give them a Michelin star. Strictly in terms of distance, the closest thing to this caliber of French cuisine would be the Bijou Cafe(which is better then ' Michael's On East ' ), that's about a hundred miles north in Sarasota! You MUST GET the steak(filet mignon) au poivre and the whipped potatoes(those are NOT to be missed), but everything(especially seafood)is terrific here. The servers/waiters could lose some attitude, and lighten up a bit; they're somewhat stuffy(but, with cuisine this good, I can work with that)! Website: cotedazurrestaurant.com

Have been multiple times during 2013 with declining results. March visit was marred by hostess moving us to small table from booth because 3rd member was not coming and then giving that booth away to another party of 2! Same trip had wilted salad that was initially defended by server until he checked further. Obviously made the previous day. Also have noticed a layer of dust and grease on many decorations in the restaurant (bottles, cans, etc) that obviously have never been cleaned. Waiters seem to put their nose up if you order tap water. Recent trip the hostess refused to move our table of 4 to a booth when there was only one other table dining in the entire restaurant. I told her we were frequent diners and had spent $2000 there in the last 6 months...and she said she had others that spent much more. Told her we were never be back--and we promptly left the restaurant. They have grown quite popular and the success seems to have gone to their heads. Shame because the food can be quite good--but now it can only be cured by new management and a thorough cleaning. Lots of other good choices in Naples where the personnel actually like customers and smile. Will not return.

An absolute gem hidden away. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. This trip I had the raspberry, grape tomato and goat cheese salad. It was so amazingly delicious. Not flavors I would ever think of, but by far my new favorite. For dinner I had the veal medallions and they were perfect. My grandfather had the lobster with champagne caviar sauce and it was so decadent and delicious. Always thrilled and will always go back.

By far the best French restaurant in Naples. We eat here frequently & have never had anything that wasn't outstanding. Excellent service. My only complaint is that the booths are horribly uncomfortable.

The food, what there was left of it, was good. By the time of our reservation at 8 PM they were out of 3 of 5 appetizers, and many main courses. As we ordered, we were informed of other things they were out of. Our server was friendly enough - but unfortunately it didn't make up for what it lacked. Won't go back.

You just can't go wrong at the Côte d'Azur. Food is always delicious and exciting. Small restr and you should have a reservation. Wait staff are all excellent and know the menu, preparation and can. suggest a good complementary wine. JoeJ Ft Myers

Feeling better about Cote D'Azur as they offered us a gift certificate and apologized, saying they realized it was a bad situation.

Who would've expect to find such a cute, great French restaurant tucked inside a strip mall? We came here for dinner at 6:30pm on Tuesday, it wasn't packed and I was at first skeptical at how good this place would be. The moment we were seated the waiter brought us warm, steamy bread; I love when restaurants serve you that! We were given a moment to look over the menu and he came back to tell us today's specials. Everything on their menu looked so good, it was a very difficult decision. Hubby had his eyes set on pan seared foie gras as appetizer, I had the salmon carpaccio recommended by our waiter. We both went for the specials as our entrees - hubby had duck leg confit and I had a combo seafood dish. Our food was so amazingly flavorful. Hubby said this was the best foie gras he's ever had and I agreed, we were both reminiscing the next day. With everything so good I couldn't resist desserts after they brought the menu. We opted to share the Profiterole and wow, I just can't wait to be back on our next trip to Naples!

We have eaten there a dozen times and loved every time but last night. Ordered the turbot,my usual fav, which is usually poached in olive oil and delicious. Alas, it came bone dry to the table to be boned and transferred to the plate totally void of any juice or sauce or any of their delicious olive oil...just a dry piece of white fish lying there. Thank goodness for the green beans. Husband's veal medallions overcooked and still grey on the outside...how does one do that I wonder? Had to share my green beans as he had nothing else on his plate but the sauced meat. Haven't figured out why some dishes get vegs and others don't. Seems pretty arbitrary. Have never minded the high price before but sure did this time.. It will be a long time before we go back.

Very cozy and atmospheric French coin de la rue. Met some friends here. I was in a mildly worked up froth of antcipation for a great French meal. After all, look at all those reviews! I was disappointed with the experience. I ordered duck. For $32, a half of a beautifully roasted duck was slid in front of me. And that was it. A bit of berries, but not a sign of any accompaniment. What was the duck, my birder friend joked? Merganser? Mallard? A rare, Warner Daffy? Peeping under the perfectly browned skin, there was a mere centimeter of duck fat. So I guess it was a Spa Duck. Now a mere shadow ot its fat self. Delicious, if not spare.

You would never think such refined food would be in this location. Great service, overall great French meal. I had the endive salad and the snapper. The fish was fresh and the sauce it was in was bread-dipping good. You can do 2 apps for your meal if you aren't up for a big main course. My husband had the duck which was de-boned and came with a earthy plum puree. Dessert wasn't anything to write home about so I'd skip that. The only bad is the prices. The entrees are pretty high but I walked away satisfied. I'll def go back.

The presentation of the food is fabulous! My lobster was slightly overlooked and the cavier was just okay. The service was great however our waitor was not overly knowledgable about the menu. That being said, i would definitely recommend giving it a try!!

Let's see... taking inventory here... 1. Marinated artichokes - the flavors of the parmesan cheese, artichokes, and olive tapenade actually made my mother describe it as a "Flavor Explosion". No joke. 2. Foie Gras - I am not a foie gras fan normally but this was so tasty. My dad ordered it with a Sauterne and it was the perfect pairing. 3. Dover Sole - was the special of the night. Light, buttery, not too oily. 4. Filet Mignon Forestier - if you like mushrooms (I do! I do!) then this is the steak for you. I ordered medium rare and it was more medium well. 5. Roast chicken - figs, yellow curry, and apparently another ingredient is "amazing" because that is what my mom and grandma kept saying (or shouting and, alternately, whispering... it was a pretty dramatic scene). 6. Profiterole - I don't much care for these, but the chocolate sauce I could have drank from a mug. It's a tiny restaurant and was packed, so I'd recommend a reservation.

This place is aaaamazing!!! We were in town for our wedding in Naples, and my husband found this place. I forgot what we had ordered. BUT it was a party of four we each got an appetizer and we each got an entree and it was all amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant. There staff is very friendly as well. :)

This is our sixth trip for a Special Occasion. As always this restaurant offer a wonderful meal with very pleasant memories of a find meal. My wife had the Les Beteraves roasted golden & red beets as an appetizer and Le Snapper De Floride yellow tail snapper ( old recipe ) sun dried cherries, capers , shallots, nicoise black olives, baby tomatoes, basil, fresh thyme & sancerre white wine sauce. FANTASTIC. I had Les Artichauts roasted marinated artichokes, shaved parmigiano, S.D. tomatoes pesto, olives tapenade for my app. Noix De Saint-Jacques roasted new bedford jumbo dry sea scallops, braised celery roots & endives basil--parsley and red beets coulis and asparagus was my main course again FANTASTIC. We had Gelati vanilla ice cream withHot Belgian Chocolate sauce and Pineapple Glazed Carpaccio Pistacchio Ice Cream & Passion Fruit Coulis. The pineapple was slice so thin and very good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Expensive.

The restaurant came highly recommended and with good reason. when you first enter, you step out of Naples and into the charm of a French country farm house. The service was attentive, but nothing to right home about. This place however is all about the food. We started with a plethora of appetizers as we couldn't choose. The baby octopus and escargot were flavorful and perfectly tender, difficult to accomplish feats for both. Not even a hint of chewiness. The beet salad was light and refreshing and the goat cheese crouton with truffle essence was crispy subtle, earthy and delicious. The main coarse came and I wish I could comment of the rest of the food but I was to engrossed with the delicious duck. Pineapple with truffle oil, celery root toped with decedent foie gras, the least exciting portion of the meal was the perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, tender duck breast with subtle sweet savory sauce. Dessert was everything I would have expected. The cheese plate had a wonderful assortment and the figs were sweet and a perfect complement. The berries were fresh with sweet, creamy sauce that was decadent but unassuming. I can not wait for my next visit and to try everything else on the menu.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS... This place is absolutely fabulous. We went on a Saturday night and were happy we had reservations because every table was taken and they were turning away walk-ins. They have obviously been :discovered." I had the Chilean Sea Bass Special and it was certainly the best I've ever had. In addition to the perfectly prepared fish, there were escargots & mussels, all in a light sauce. Exquisite. Service - 5 STARS Food - 5 STARS Location - 4 STARS Decor/Ambiance - 5 STARS Value - 2 STARS A nice place to frequent if you're rich, or to visit occasionally if you're not.
