This Starbucks is hit or miss with the service. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes they are slow. I'm usually going drive through 9 out of 10 times and I love when Gina takes my order because she never messes up.

One of the best Starbucks Coffee store, gr8 li'l atmosphere very conducive for studying or Reading that Sunday paper. The have a spacious outdoor seating area with comfy patio chaise lounges. A huge 12 seater dining table n the middle of the store for a communial study/dining table. Love the banquet along the service bar. Oh, if ur n a rush, they have a drive thru!! I wish I lived closer to this store, I'll def chill here more often surfing the WiFi w/ my iPad!

I should've known better than to ever come to this Starbucks again. I've officially learned my lesson. I came to this Starbucks at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning. After waiting in line 5-7 minutes for 4 people in front of me, I placed my order for a venti unsweetened black iced tea and the reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. The barista taking orders was unbearably slow which should have been my first clue to leave. Instead, at around 8:25 (25 minutes later), I realized that there were still 5 cups ahead of my order! REALLY?! 25 minutes and nothing! I was probably looking at a 45 minute wait so I told the barista I was taking a water bottle and leaving because I had somewhere to be. Sorry Starbucks, but most people don't have time to wait 30+ minutes for a venti unsweetened black tea. I'd rather eat the cost of the price difference and go about my day. This place is a joke! DO NOT VISIT THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION. Unless of course you have 30-45 minutes to kill.

Service at this starbucks is definitely subpar compared to the usual starbucks I frequent on Pines Blvd and Palm Ave. If I weren't in the area, I would have gone to my usual starbucks. I would not recommend coming to this starbucks if you can avoid it. The parking is very difficult in this plaza also.

OMG! This is the slowest Starbucks i have ever been to! maybe its because it was mothers day, although there was only one person in front of me. But geezzzzzz i was there for 20 minutes! The employees were nice, but i think half of them were stoned. They were moving slower than zombies. At one point i thought of jumping over the counter and making my own drink.

If you're in a hurry and can't get off, go to the new location on Dykes. Slowest drive-thru I've encountered with Starbucks. Coffee was on point though!

Oh Starbucks. I love you, I hate you. I am an addict. My latte's are my addiction. My only complaint is that the espresso from some stores is weaker than others. In fact since they changed to the auto grinder/packer the espresso is much weaker than it used to be. That being said, I love my bitter biting caffeine rush.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They have never made a coffee right, check what you ordered because it will not be what u expect from Starbucks.

They have good service. Few times they have slipped up and I always get a voucher for a free drink. The drive thru is always super packed weekday mornings.

This location has repeatedly served me its Pike place coffee at room temperature. I am serious about my coffee being HOT and at this location, it never is.

After asking my order 3 times at the drive-thru the girl still told them to make me the incorrect order, so i corrected her and I STILL didn't get what I ordered.

I come here before class basically every day. Depending on the baristas it can be either quick service or slow as a balls watch. Today, is one of those days. When John's working, or Monica, or Careca my frap comes out mad quick, are they the only adequate ones here? Maybe. The drive thru is always busy. Always. I never use it, faster service inside. My quickest time was 3 minutes, no joke.

I have to say by far this is the best Starbucks. Quality of service and the customer service here is the best. They know you by name and they will go above and beyond.

Most people that I know love Starbucks for their coffee. I love them for their hot chocolate! I usually ask for extra sugar and my hot chocolate is perfect. For some strange reason, each sip reminds me of the holidays. That warm and cozy feeling that you get during that time of the year. I keep telling myself that I will resist the hot chocolate one of these days (that day has yet to come). :)

These people haven't a clue how to run a Starbucks. Waited for ever in the drive thru lane that didn't move and now pretty much the same thing inside. Totally disorganized and not acting like a team. Relaxing music though. F+

OMG. This location needs to be re managed by Starbucks corporate office. Of the 7 employees 5 work only on drive thru orders while 5 customers wait around inside waiting waiting

The most poorly managed Starbucks ive ever been to. They didnt have most breakfast items at 9am. They didnt evrn have bags to carry things out in.

One of the better Starbucks in the area. I like this location due to the fact it has a drive thru. When I am on the go early in the morning on the way to work or when it's late and I need a caffine fix, I like to come here since I can just swing by the drive thru and go on my way. The inside of the store is also very spacious. Perfect for study groups or a work meeting. There is also outdooe seating as well. The barista's are friendly and always help you create new and interesting drinks. Bathrooms can use more consistency when it comes to cleaning but for the most part there clean. If your in the area and want a hot drink. Swing by here, hey you don't even need to get off :)

This store is so-so. Not that I'm being sexist, but when there are only guys working this place is a mess. I come here all the time and people get upset at the wait times. The guys like to joke and get into lengthy conversations with each other.... And it seems like they cannot work and talk at the same time. If you're lucky to have an all girl staff you're golden, they're way faster and they also keep the music lower so people aren't screaming over one another to speak. Overall it's not the best Starbucks, but it isn't the worst.

Probably the worst Starbucks. They are constantly out of fresh coffee. Yes you heard me right a coffee house without coffee!!! I came at 1pm and I was told they were out of Blond Roast. I asked them to make some. They said they were "done for the day" with Blond Roast.

I like the ambiance of this Starbucks! Such a perfect place to study, business or just seat outside with a cup of coffee. The terrace is comfty and there are too many seats and tables. The service has been always good, (been here several times) My favorite seasonal Pumpkin Spice latte but it will be soooo much better without those 49 grams of sugar (have to ask unsweetened and add splenda) dont want Diabetes in my life. Also the iced green tea peach lemonade is other of my favorite.

Out of all the Starbucks in Miramar, this is my go-to. It's nice that they have a big space, it's a good spot to study. Although their wifi can be bad at times. I've never had a problem here, it's always been a great study environment. Additionally, their staff and baristas are very amicable and friendly. This place has it's super-packed moments. I notice a lot of nursing students studying here (I mean, I study here a lot). Drinks are nothing remarkable, still Starbucks. I'm very pleased about the environment, great lighting and design. There's always room for improvement though :)

If you have enough time to spare/waste this is a good starbucks to be at. If you're rushing, however, and expect quick service--find another one.

went here today. they were supposed to open at 630a but would open until 640a. cops were already inside chillin and sipping cups of Joe. When they finally let me in I am informed by barista "machine" is broke. what machine? Computer, expressing machine or just their alarm clock? Customer service issues at this place in past, super slow drive thru and lazy managers. some of girls are nice. the store west of 75 on Miramar Parkway much better run.

Their drive thru service is now providing fast service! And the Baristas are as friendly as always. Definitely have earned their 5 stars :)

I'm a couple of days late.posting this but felt it was imperative that posted & mentioned both Chris & Cat. Both impeccable customer service skills, however Chris went above and beyond. .. being I'm from out of town and a couple of things were not going well, Chris took initiative to not only meet but exceed every obstacle to make not just myself but another outlet customers feel welcome and satisfy what they were lacking to keep everybody haply. Cheers to you Chris

I was absolutely disgusted with my experience. They gave me very spoiled milk in my coffee. I took a sip and was sick for the rest of the day. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and all he did was offer me another coffee. I will NEVER go back to this location ever again. Starbucks should be ashamed.

I have to say is the service at this Starbucks leaves a lot to be desired. I've held several positions in customer service, including being a barista at Starbucks, so I usually try to give employees the benefit of the doubt when it comes to slow service or general lack of interest. I unfortunately frequented this Starbucks often because it was the closest coffee shop to my campus, and I have to say that only one or two employees actually seemed to care about providing friendly, quality service. The wait was always very slow, even if we were the only customers. Sometimes it would take several minutes of standing at the register to even be greeted by an employee, let alone helped. I think part of the issue is that give major preference to the drive-through. As for the one or two employees that actually smiled and helped every now and then, I just hope they don't become jaded from being surrounded by indifference all day.

Not sure when I became one of those people addicted to Starbucks but its happened. After a few weeks of working early hours I came to yearn the drive thru at this location. You never had to wait for more than 5 minutes and the service is great. They also noticed I visit a lot and encouraged me to sign up with their app and pay with it so I can get rewards... I now have a free birthday drink waiting for me!

Ok, so I travel around the country, and sometimes the world, for my job. Sounds glamourous, blah blah, but it's work, and often hard to be away from home. It gets very lonely on the road, so when we can find familiarity out there, we go for it. One such place, is Starbucks. I know I can get the taste (yes, sometimes burned, but I like that, so save it, haters) the smell, the brand, the mood of my Starbucks at home. And that makes me feel a little less lonely. Whether I'm in NYC, Toledo, OH or London, I can go to a "S'bucks" and feel content. This Starbucks near my home in Miramar, sets the standard of what I look for when I go to Starbucks on the road. The staff is so friendly. In one case, a barista calls me "hon" and makes my drink when I walk in the door. The place is clean, spacious, and refreshing. Also, they have what may be the best outdoor seating furniture around. The shopping center boasts a Tequilla Flats , a Walgreens and a liquor store. The drive-thru is great for those of us who keep busy in the glorious Southwest Ranches:) But, for the real Starbucks experience, park your car and go inside. You may even get a free pastry. Or, called "hon" by a cute boy.

This Starbucks is not only at a great location (right off Miramar Pwy and I-75) but it has a drive thru window. This location has an outdoor seating area and the interior is pretty funky. There is a long, dining hall style table in the center of the store that seems to encourage meeting strangers. On this morning, it was particularly busy but the 2 employees taking orders were going through the line quickly. I found the service to be friendly and efficient. I just swung in to pick up some juice but there weren't too many people hanging out waiting for their coffee.

I love this starbucks in particular as the service is really good and is literally behind my job. The manager once taught me how to make an amazing tea. I go thru their drive thru 10 minutes before getting to work and order a freshly brewed coffee with hazelnut or tuffenut and an all bagel with cream cheese. Really good every time. Sometimes when I'm really busy and can't take lunch u run there and grab a hot mozzarella panini. Wow it is delicious! I usually pair it with a Passion ice tea. Last week the power had gone out in that area so I figured that I run downstairs while I reboot my laptop. Well their power had also gone out so they asked me to wait like 5 minutes for the panini. Next thing I know they gave me the panini along with the 5 bucks for the wait. I thought that was super nice on their part. I highly recommend this Starbucks in particular and the sitting area is somewhat better than the rest. I love Starbucks what can i say!
