So I called and ordered the two topping large pizza for $5.99 carry out only. We had some communication problems- a. Either I was keep getting hung up on. Or b. The call kept dropping. Whatever the case was I didn't make it a big deal. When I asked the gentleman on the phone If they had any specials he mentioned the two topping large pizza for $5.99 carry out only. So I ordered it. I normally don't prefer Dominos but since papa johns doesn't deliver to my area and dominos is the closest I am left with no other choice. After 15-20 mins I pulled in front of Dominos to pick up my order. When I get in my order is ready. The gentleman rang me up for a total of $20.40 for 4 large pizzas two topping each. Great deal. So I handed him $51 to get back $25.60. And that's when the problem occurred. I was told they didn't have change in the register and that it would take them 15 mins to open the safe case to give me change. He asked me to walk over next door and ask them to break my $50. First of all how do they not have $25 change to give? What do they keep in their register? $10 only? $5? Just ridiculous. So I walked over to the next 3 stores and came out empty handed. I went back to dominos and explained I couldn't get change. So the gentleman went to the back to talk to his manager. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come up and talk to me, even though I could see him from where I was standing. So the gentleman came back and told me they didn't have any change in the safe case. What a lie! First you tell me it would take too long to open the safe case and now you tell me there's no money in that either? Just be honest in the first place and tell me you don't take $50 bills instead of making me run around like a crazy chicken! So the manager told him to tell me to go to publix and ask for change. Gee, thanks! The manager was very rude about the situation and didn't even find the need to explain or apologize to me. Instead he chose to make stank faces and smart a-- comments from the back. So I had to walk to publix with two little girls and spend money on something I didn't even need to get change for the pizza! Ugh what an adventure. Anyways I finally got my pizza and by the time I got it, it was cold with the cheese hardened and not stringy-melty. The mushroom topping ones weren't as bad, it was moist. But the cheese ones were very dry. Overall horrible experience, bad customer service and cold-dry pizza!

The pizza was made excellent as usual, but me being from New York, extra cheese means every topping you ordered cover in cheese where the pizza looks as white as a white piece of round paper with crust. I will never order from here again. Delivery took over 1 hour and 15 mins on a Monday night. Order tracker is completely inaccurate and probably altered to make the store seem more efficient than they are. Pizza was cold. Such a huge disappoint. This happened at the dominos located at 9915 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025. Not a surprise they have barely 2 stars on yelp and Google.

They cook your food really quick (total of 8 minutes) and their tracker continued to show my order in Quality check mode for over 40 minutes at which time a driver showed up at my door with the three items I ordered but not the Two Blue Cheese dippers I paid extra for. Tried to call the store and was slapped on hold both times for over 5 minutes so I hung up! There site has a option to send them a message but when you open it it does not allow you to type anything in. For a company that claims to be cutting edge with their tracker app they need to teach the stores not to cook food until they have the means to deliver it and then give the customer what they ordered.

Will never order from this Domino's ever again. Pizza delivery guy showed up 2 hours later and when I called the store, I was placed on hold twice with a wait time of 10+ min. The lady on the other end was very rude and would not help me when I asked where the pizza was. Her response was, "it's at the door". Clearly it was not, then she got argumentative when I asked for a full refund. Not to mention, all you heard in the background was loud employees laughing and carrying on conversations. The rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. BEWARE: Do not order from this location. Your food WILL come late and cold.

Two things surprised me. One - I ordered for pick up and the location was absolutely spotless! Staff does an excellent job at keeping this facility clean. Two - I tried their new homemade pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. I was pleasantly surprised for the price at how good the pizza was. The crust is thick as you would expect from a pan pizza, but at the same time light and airy. The sauce, cheese and peperoni seemed fresh and the pizza itself was piping hot. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and I can't wait to have this again.

Made my order online at 9:10pm for delivery (2 Medium Pizza with a Coke). Notification informed me that it will take 35-45 minutes for delivery, So I figured an hour until I receive my order. Well that was wishful thinking, the driver showed up at 10:30. But he shows up without my Coke and apologizes for it. I didn't sweat it, was just happy to finally get the pizza. BUT! The pizzas were the wrong incorrect, 2 completely different pizzas from what I ordered. So I call the store and advised them that I had received the incorrect order and also that my Coke was never delivered. The employee was very nice and said that they will prepare a fresh order and have it delivered to me ASAP. Was very happy to get this resolved and excited that they were going to get it delivered to me ASAP. But guess what? ASAP meant a little over an hour (LMAO). Delivery man showed up at 11:40. So my order took well over 2 hours. Not cool. 1 star for the nice employees & 1 star for the yummy food.

First of all. U guys ignore me standing at the register to answer phone calls instead. 3 of u. Secondly, your guys make pizzas without gloves. U guys disgust me. Your guy told me he couldnt find my order. I gave him the name and he looked and didnt see anything. After showing him a screenshot , he found the pizza that had been sittinf there. This place is full of a bunch of airheads and im appalled that u made pizzas without gloves. Dont even wanna eat this anymore. Gross. Have manners. Get some eyeglasses for the dude that cant read a simple name. Smfh..... Just ordered again to give u guys a chance. Pizza is sorry and the guys are still not using gloves. Please change this practice and focus on quality pizzas. Thanks

This is the WORST Domino's location my husband and I have EVER ordered from!!! The management team DOES NOT know how to treat a customer!!! We requested an online order to be delivered at 9:00 PM and it wasn't delivered until ALMOST AN HOUR LATER!!! The "manager" I called said "This isn't my store, call back after 5 PM". WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN:(

I ordered the two medium pizza special a couple weeks ago, which totals to $12. That's $5.99 a pizza. Well they screwed up the toppings on one of my pizzas so I called them and they were very considerate to their mistake and gave me a credit for one medium pizza. Now today, when I went to use that credit, I wanted two medium pizzas again. She told me my total was $12. I was paying full price for the one medium pizza, which would've been the same price have I ordered the two medium special again. So in reality, there was no compensation on their end for their mistake. Furthermore when I was trying to explain that to her, she told me I wasn't understanding her and became very cross with me. It wasn't handled professionally at all and they have lost business because of it.

This has to be the worst Dominos I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I placed a very simple order online and was told that it would take 30-40 minutes later. Well, 90 minutes later, the pizza was nowhere near my house. My calls to the store were redirected to some national call center, where they themselves could not get a hold of the local store. Eventually, through prayer and numerous acts of God, we managed to get a hold of the local store, whereby we were ceremoniously placed on hold for about 15 minutes. Long story short, after almost 2 hours, we managed to get our money back and no pizza. Beware. This has to be the worst customer service you're ever to likely see in a pizza delivery joint.
