Always so pleased with the food here!!! Everything is excellent. You cannot go wrong with the steaks. It's nice to get them cooked the way it's ordered (I like mine rare). Their home made dressings are great.

Food and service were incredibly bad. Overpriced, fat steak served by a waiter with an attitude. Will take my business and money somewhere else. My party of 7 agrees the University Mall store needs a management change.

Not that I have had a chance to try their food I have had positive contact from Texas Roadhouse. They were very sorry that I was unable to be seated in the time quoted. I will give them a shot again when I get over that way but I will definitely call ahead for seating.

If I could give a negative star I would.. I've only eaten at this roadhouse once where my steak was actually cooked how I wanted. I even told the server that my food could come later then my family's but nope they put a bloody steak in front of me and then had the the nerve to say ooops it's a little under cooked. Yea ill drive to pensacola from now on!

This was worst roadhouse I have ever been to. It lacked energy and doesn't serve adult beverages on Sunday! I also wouldn't recommend going here if you have a good tan like my husband ....weirdness to the max! Think I just warped back in time to 1952! Also, it was my daughters bday which the waitress was informed of and no signing no saddle wth????? Sad bday :-( dinner very disappointed! Food was okay seemed like it had been sitting though :-(

Not the best I've been to but the food was good. Very lonely and quiet for a roadhouse more like a peaceful restaurant to listen to country music. Very friendly country folks though.

If you want a steak, for a good price this is the place. Ribs are a little over cooked. But for lunch the All American Cheese burger with steak fries, best lunch deal in town. Higher quality, excellent flavor for the same price as the chain burger joints.

It's Texas Roadhouse. Food is good, staff is friendly, and the beer is cold. That's all I got at say about that.

Great meal last night, fantastic service at a really good price. Even though the place was packed we were able to get our seats in less than 5 minutes. Drinks and apps where on the table in 10 and our steaks " which were awesome and perfectly cooked within 30 minutes. This is my go too place for steaks!

Probably the best restaurant in Milton other than the Blackwater Bistro. Unfortunately all the local ethnic cuisine restaurants stink. Even though this is a chain, it is good. The ribeye is quite good and they always cook the steak the way I ask. Mcguire's has better steaks but they are also double the price. Overall, the menu is quite tasty. Shiner Bock is on tap. Big plus. Staff is friendly although there are a couple that are a little flaky. Only irritant is that there is always a wait but I can't hold that against the restaurant. Not their fault most of the restaurants in the Milton/Pace area are aweful. Call ahead seating is a must.

The food is decent, not a bad chain. Standard beer selection. Very busy, probably because it is one of the only places to get a steak in Milton. The steak is usually good and cooked right. Avoid the buffalo chicken wings.

In for dinner with friends on Saturday. We always use the call ahead seating - definitely (otherwise they were on a 45 minute wait.) Same great service we always get & if you have any kind of problem whatsoever, a manager is right on top of it to correct it & make it right! Wait staff always has a friendly, upbeat attitude! Prices here are great & the food is awesome! My filet is always sooo tender (med-well) & the baby back ribs LITERALLY fall off the bones. A lot of places advertise this, but Texas Roadhouse is the only place around that actually delivers! (Truly, you just grab the bone and the meat falls off!!) Plenty of food, as portion sizes are hearty. We drive 50 minutes to go eat there, at least once a month on average, 'cause there's nothing even close in our area! P.S. Try the loaded mashed potatoes - yes, mashed - we get them every time!!

This place might have the best ribs and steaks, but their chicken-fried steak is worse than even Five Sisters Blues Cafe, and that's a low bar. They call their inferior version "Country Fried Sirloin." Fine. It might be sirloin, but the piece of meat was so thin that the batter was 3-4 times the thickness of the meat. I keed you not. The meat was no thicker than those round, pressed-cardboard beer coasters at a bar. You may think that I exaggerate, but I do not. I've seen bologna slices thicker than what I got. Sure, the "sirloin" was kind of large, but it was no larger than any other chicken-fried steak that I've ever had at a sit-down eatery, where you actually get a piece of meat that looks like something that you'd make at home and enjoy. The plate arrived lukewarm and barely above room temp. I was in a large party--10 people or so--and the place had a 30-45 minute waiting list, so maybe that's to be expected. But while it might be expected, it was unwelcome and contributed a bit to my lack of enjoyment of my food. The lack of freshness and heat contributed only a bit to my disappointment because, really, while the paucity of meat in the steak itself was gobsmackingly pathetic, the white gravy was the proverbial straw that broke the sad camel's back. On the Texas Roadhouse website, there is the proud proclamation that "We handcraft almost everything we serve." Navigating to the description of what I (grudgingly) ate, I find that I had a "fresh-cut sirloin served crispy and golden, topped with made-from-scratch cream gravy." Boys and girls of Texas Roadhouse, I hate to tell you, but if that gravy was made-from-scratch, your scratch done went bad. That crap had a cloying, artificial taste that just isn't indicative of home-made white gravy. And that smooth, shiny, uniform texture is also a hallmark of gravy that has been engineered to have long holding times and be easy to make. If you want to taste white gravy the way it tastes when it is actually made-from-scratch, roll down the road to Mamma's Place, where the white gravy is delicious and made with ingredients that you recognize and have no more six letters. I refuse to believe that TR makes that dreck from basic, common ingredients. It even ruined my mashed potatoes. If you think that I am engaging in melodrama, ask for a little bowl of it the next time that you visit and experience the FAIL for yourself. This experiment doesn't apply to those that think that packaged gravy is yummy...those folks' opinions may be safely disregarded. The only thing saving this review from being one star is the staff at TR. Despite the place being absolutely full and throngs of people outside waiting to get in, our servers were responsive and speedy and nice. I've been here many times, but I usually only drink beers at the bar. I may find myself eating there again one day, but it won't be the so-called Country Fried Sirloin. What a joke.

This is a laid back steakhouse that has the best bbq ribs I have EVER had.. The ribs here are so meaty, tender, and fall off the bone juicy. The prices are extremely reasonable. My mother and father go to Texas Roadhouse regularly. Now I see exactly why they frequent this place!! I would definitely come back to eat here the next time I'm in town. I really wish I could find a good ribs place like this in my area, unfortunately I don't think anything could compare or even come close after eating the ribs here. I've also had their steaks a few years ago when I was in town, the steaks were cooked to perfection. I don't want to jinx myself by saying this, but this place has never disappointed me!!

Love this place, my favorite restaurant EVER! The steaks are always good, I LOVE their chicken critters, and their salads, their house ranch dressing is delicious! I've only ever had one complaint about an order and when I did it was on a to go order for my lunch break. Called spoke with the manager. He told me since I couldn't come back then after work he would have my order remade the way I wanted it. When I got off work that nighty order was made perfect! Picked it up on my way home, and everything was wonderful! The servers are always nice too!

Great Steakhouse. Absolutely the best Sirloin around! I like mine medium well, which can lend to a tough steak, but not here. Always juicy and tender, and flavorful. The sweet potato, with cinnamon, and marshmallows is a desert in itself. The service is just amazing. Except for the manager, I don't remember seeing anyone over the age of 22, and everyone was cheerful, friendly and helpful. My water glass never got below half full, but the server was never intrusive, or hovering. I drive 24 miles to get to this place, and it's never disappointed me yet.

Would you believe me if I told you that you could actually eat at this place, get full, and all cheaply? I think I discovered this places' best kept secret. Their pulled pork is divine and comes with all the sides that the normal steak meals comes with, and is cheap to boot. Took my girlfriend here ( from England ) so she could experience some TRUE culture shock. ( Omg, why are their peanut shells all over the place?! You weren't lying! OMG! The music! ) We had fun our last time there, and we had some great wait service, though unfortunately we just could not get our waitress to say worstershire sauce so my girlfriend could have a right laugh! Oh well! Our meal, sans tip, ended up being a spare $23.50, WITH an onion blossom that was totally delicious as well ( and their sauce is the only way I'll ever eat horse radish sauce ) and that was for two and we had a very large to go box to take home for midnight snacks. Awesome!

First time here. The stake was cooked to perfection but could've been seasoned better. I added a little salt while it was still hot and that made it better...the lady next to me at the bar added some to her also. I told the manager they should season them a little better. I will come back to see if its just hit or miss because it was cooked so well. With a little more flavor it would've been rolling .

Well let's just say that this place is rocking and rolling-lots of people eating here and that is a good sign. This place has great steaks and good wait staff-Grilled chicken sandwiches are always good and the loaded baked potato is wonderful. I will visit here again and try the burgers and bring along the burger tour guys as well. One thing to note that the staff albeit good, needed to be more timely when addressing a issue with a coupon-and as always when in doubt-the customer is always correct, need I say more. Otherwise, good food, good waitstaff but need to work on the conflict handling skills.
