The only thing I ever get here are either fries (eh, they're no where near great) or a root beer frosty float, so this should be noted. The frosty floats are amaziiiinnnnggg--plus they're really cheap and quick. Not only that, Wendy's is open late at night which is extremely convenient (perhaps I would be better off if they closed at midnight lol). Do be aware there are some sketchy characters waiting for you at the drive-thru asking for hand outs.

I don't have many requirements for fast-food satisfaction. I want the food I ordered to come quickly and correctly. This places failed on both points. I sat at the drive-thru intercom for a good 2 minutes (sounds silly, but 2 minutes is a long time in food service) before I had to ASK for service. I ordered, specifically asked for ranch dressing with my nuggets. When I drove to the window, there is a car sitting just past the window, with two women outside of the car having a conversation. I don't think about it because I'm still paying and waiting for my food. As it turns out, one of the women is a Wendy's employee (she looked like a manager but I'm unsure), the other is the driver of the car. They see that the car is blocking my exit, and the driver moves as slowly as possible to get back in the car, as if she is actually going to move. They both then continue the conversation instead of moving. I'm irritated at this point that I'm waiting for a conversation to finish that could likely be carried on elsewhere. I waited a bit longer because I am not rude. Then I honked. Then I finally had to carefully maneuver my car around this inconsiderate female's car just so I could exit. I brush it off, get home and try to enjoy my meal. Although it isn't a huge deal, it just tops off the pathetic experience that I was charged $1.50 for ranch, but I was given none. Literally you guys had one job, and managed to not only screw that up, but also further inconvenience and irritate a paying customer.

While rushing to fit in a quick meal before an appointment, I decided to rely on a fast food option like Burger King, which is close to home, but for some reason, at 2:00 PM, Burger King's drive through was anything but fast. I didn't think that people ate lunch that late, or that Burger King was some sort of preferred lunch destination, so I was caught by surprise. I decided to skip the long wait and head over to Wendy's, which I prefer anyway. The drive-thru here had no one in line, I was able to place my order quickly, and receive it quickly, which is the whole point of fast food, right? My order was correct, the service was friendly, so I was satisfied. It's a bit of a pain to get back on to Biscayne Boulevard after stopping here, as the right lane becomes a "right lane must turn right" lane to the 79th street causeway when exiting Wendy's, but that's the only drawback I could find from coming to this location.

I Love Wendys! But, this Wendys, needs a serious makeover. Service is nowhere to be found. I waited 15 minutes to order my hamburguer at 4:30 pm. The Manager Eddie, would not jump in to help so the line would move faster or open a second register to help. Also after all that waiting i received my hamburguer with tons of cheese. And I told them twice no cheese no cheese! Waited for the remake. and now my fries are cold! What a joke!

I don't come often because the employers are rude and try rushing me. Last time I came was last week and I forgot to write a review, I found a hair in my Chili! You nasty. Oh and was given the wrong change a-hole @ the drive thru didn't gimme the right change, thieves!

Unfortunately this is the closest Wendy's to me. Service is usually very slow, the food is usually just OK, but what irks me most is being harassed by the bums for food or money or both. The management, or lack thereof, should try their best to ensure their patrons aren't being bothered by the resident locals.. but they don't.

I ordered fries and and a vanilla frosty and m fries were under cooked and season less. The frosty ended up being chocolate and I dislike the taste of chocolate so paying for something I don't like it was very annoying not getting what I wanted. I asked to change it and there vanilla frosty machine is down it would have been nice to know that before I orders that shit and the customer service was slow and she go aggravated with me because I asked for something and she gave me something I didn't want

There have been significant improvements here. Customer service is tops. Food is great and restaurant is clean. Kudos to Wendy's management at this location for stepping up their game.
