Ok let start out by saying we all know how generic fast food worker's service is. Ok. So I go there the other day, and this wonderful , sweet woman blew me away with her exceptional service skills. And alzo the fact that she cares about her customers. Her name, Carmen. Let me go even further and say that whoever that reads this, from the corporation, and doesn't give her a substancial raise, you are a s***ty human being.

Seems like a bunch of Chickens with their heads cut off. I stood there for about 10 minutes for them to take my order. My friend ordered Baconator Fries and to be honest. Disappointment. It had maybe 3 little pieces of bacon and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way. I won't be going to this one anymore. Rather stay hungry then get service that isn't up to par.

Sunday May 25 at 2 am. Never have I received such horrible customer service. Both the manager and the employee were rude when our party had to drive back from our apt to pick up a burger they had forgotten to put in our bag. When we drove back we were treated like liars and weren't even offered an apology. Much less anything complimentary for our troubles. I understand this is a fast food establishment, but there is no excuse for lack of human deceny

Service is friendly but a bit scatterbrained (the cashier kept having conversations with other customers that were friends of hers) while we were trying to talk to her and place our order. Our order was consistent though, food was warm, and looked pretty close to the picture (pretzel chicken sandwich). Fries were tasty, and they had someone coming over every few minutes to spray and clean the tables. I hate putting my elbows on top of food, a wet table with god knows what, or grease, all of which are very common at fast food places such as Wendy's, so this was much appreciated.

First off, ive never had a terrible experience here. Its always been your standard fast food. I usually go to the drive thru so i guess i cant comment to much on the inside. The workers commonly dont care too much (this seems to go for every fast food place/or at least most). I dont hate the place, dont go there unless im craving something specific, but they always get my order correct and seem to do it in decent time. So no complaints here.

Getting my "Hot & Juicy". The new pretzel buns are good but they "up charge" for them! Not worth it....anywhere from 30 cents to a buck more! Varies by establishment too! On the FLorida Turnpike they charge two dollars more per combo and up charge for the bun on top of that! Almost worth getting off the pike to eat elsewhere and then get back on! The food is good, just need consistancy with pricing!

The ghettoes Wendy's I have ever been too! The first girl was ghetto in apprentice but wry professional and nice. The manager ( I use the term loosely) short with pony tail, did not smile or even say your welcome when I thanked her. I even said "have a nice day"... She didn't even make any acknowledgement. The workers here appear to be furious at life itself, and angry at the world in general, but they need to be mad at whomever talked them into getting those horrendous spider like fake eye lashes and lace fronts. Sheesh....

This place needs an intervention! Seriously, it's like they are trying to be horrible - dirty dining area, slow, uncaring workers, hot food was lukewarm, just awful. Where is "Undercover Boss" when you need them?

This place doesn't even deserve one star. We were a little bit hungry after shopping all day so we decided to stop and grab those $2.99 Deluxe Value Meals. We love the commercial! The drive thru line was too long so my mom had me go in. There was one person in line ahead of me. I get to the counter and told the woman what I wanted, which was a Deluxe Crispy Chicken value meal (with no tomato) with a Coke and a Deluxe Double Cheeseburger value meal (ketchup and pickle only) with a bottled water. She was a Spanish woman and I am patient usually, as I don't speak Spanish. She, however, could not understand a word I was saying. The woman tried to repeat my order back to me and she had it all wrong. She had to call the manager over to void stuff out. I tried again. At this point I am pointing directly at the menu behind her telling her what I wanted and she was still getting it wrong. She then calls another manager over, she fixed it again and I tried telling her what I wanted. Now, I thought they had it figured out so she tells me the total $4.80. It seemed low but I was aggravated and just waited for my order. She gives me the Coke and bottled water then brought over a bag with fries and the double cheeseburger in it. I stood waiting and she turned giving me a nasty look and asked me what I wanted. I told her I was still waiting on the chicken.....a girl brings over a sandwich. I clearly wanted the meal. I tried yet again explaining this to her as she is rolling up her eyes and saying rude things in Spanish about me. ( I do understand that much. Stupid Gringa isn't hard to pick up on). She tells me she didn't charge me for the meal....clearly not. So she tells me its $3.20. Now why would i have to pay $4.80 and then another $3.20?? I am very loud in the restaurant at this point. She gets the manager AGAIN and she prints out the receipt and tries to explain it to me, but soon realizes, she was wrong as well. I hand her the $5.00 and she gave me $3.00 in return. I walked out without a thank or anything. No one even apologized. I get to the car pull out the sandwiches and low and behold....THE ORDERS ARE WRONG. I couldn't even go back in to complain because I was fuming. I spent 20 minutes explaining to this woman what I wanted with the menu directly behind her and she couldn't get one thing right. I get that this is a fast food restaurant and we are in a predominantly Spanish area, however, people who take orders should be able to understand English. Their menu is in English and she couldn't even understand that as I was pointing to the board. My patience ran out today. I have never met someone so rude and look so furious as she was with me. Isnt the customer always right? I think I can drive a little bit farther if I need Wendy's that bad.
