Gotta give credit where credit is due! So my boyfriend really wanted a burger and today it was raining ALL day and I was just too tired to leave my house because I've had exams all week (life of the pre-med UM student. Go 'Canes!), so I decided to cut corners and instead of going out, I opted to order in. While I was flipping through my stash of local menus, Top Burger caught my eye and I thought, eh, why the hell not? Called in my order at 3:43 and at 4:06 there was a knock at my door (not kidding)! Really?!? The ONLY place that knocks on my door that quick when I order delivery is Jimmy John's, and a girl can only have an Italian Night Club Sub only so many times before she's dying for a little excitement in her life). What really surprised me was it was one of the OWNERS delivering the food today and he was really friendly, introduced himself, and he was happy to provide great customer service! (Why can't all delivery guys be this nice?). Way to represent the brand, Top Burger! Anyway, of course I left out the part that I was Top Burger's one (and only) bad review (oh, the shame!). After I signed for the bill (super inexpensive, by the way), my curiosity killed me and I JUST had to open the bag and see what was inside--even though my bf still hadn't returned home for his lunch break. Whatever doubts I had when I shut that door left me the moment I pulled open the brown paper bag. Inside, there were two carefully wrapped, tin-foiled "presents" and two order of fries. My first instinct was to reach in and try a fry. Now, I don't know if YOU have ever tried to transport a fry home from a fast-food chain, but whenever I do, by the time I get home, even the crispiest fry is soggy! Not so for Top Burger. They were delivered golden, seasoned, crispy, hot and delicious. My next move was to reach in the bag of yummy goodness and I open the side of "Top Burger Sauce." I dipped my (second) fry into it.. All I can tell you about that experience is that I am sooooooooo sorry that I did not order a BUCKETFUL of this slightly spicy, majorly tangy sauce. Sold on this joint before I even unwrapped the burger! (which was amazing, by the way) To make a long story short(er), I sincerely owe Top Burger an apology for being harsh on their business when they are one of the few businesses down here that actually might make it. I was quick to draw the gun. I never took into consideration the fact that they were just getting accustomed to DWNTWN's sporadic schedule. I just wanted a damn burger that weekend, so I guess I was pissed. =) As long as they keep the quality of the food great and their service consistent, I will be the FIRST person to suggest Top Burger to anyone craving a quick, inexpensive and, most importantly, delicious meal. I hope that this review makes up for the crappy one I wrote a few months ago. I plan on becoming a regular. If you live in the area, you should, too! =)

Fitting name for downtown's undisputably best burger joint. I've been going to Top Burger consistently about twice or thrice a month for the last 6 months or so and I have left completely satisfied every time. The place is a little hard to find since the storefront is quite small, though much bigger on the inside than it looks; look for their delivery bikes parked out front; it's always very, very clean, painted with bright inviting colors, the tables are always in pristine condition and the bathroom is spotless. The service is fantastic, the people who take your order are incredibly friendly, rare for a Miami establishment. They always make you feel welcome and treat you with a smile the whole time. They give the impression that they honestly enjoy working there. The managers/owners will usually make a stop at your table once during your meal to ask how everything is going and make sure you are enjoying your meal. You can tell there's a lot of love and effort put into this place. The food is hands down the best burger you can have in downtown Miami. I don't eat meat so I can only speak of the chicken mushroom swiss sandwich I have every time I go there. It is perfectly seasoned with a small hint of lime at the end of every bite. Their meat is fresh and so are their fries and sweet potatoe fries. I highly recommend the latter, they are delicious and always made fresh. The size of the burger is about what you would get at Johnny Rockets, don't expect a huge restaurant burger; however between the sandwich, fries and free toppings I have always left feeling full although never disgustingly so because I over-ate as it's often the case in most places. Their shakes are phenomenal, thick and flavorful, I generally avoid them though, they are very rich and make me feel too full. Only once did my friend have an issue with the amount of chicken that was put in his sandwich; however he nicely pointed it out to the guys in the kitchen and they made him another one with more meat without giving him any hassle at all. This place is all about excellent food and excellent service; they even deliver and give government employee discounts. Do yourself a favor and grab a burger for lunch if you are around downtown, if you are like my friends and me you will be instantly hooked!

This business is about to open next week on Monday. I walked by and they offered me free food, so of course, I went it. They said they are offering free food today and tomorrow (Mon, Aug 13, and Tues. Aug 14) and I see why. There food is delicious. I got a blue cheese burger. Their burgers, hotdogs and chicken sandwhiches are all like 3, 4 or 5 dollars. Nothing on the menu is more than $10 and the food is delicious, especially for a restaurant that is just opening its first day giving away free food just to let people try. Great food, ridiculously low prices for downtown Miami and best of all, literally walking distance from my house. I'm pretty stoked. Two thumbs up my friends!

Just had the mushroom and Swiss chicken...i know...its top burger... not chicken....but let me just say it was tender and sooooo good ! One of the owners even came out to introduce himself as i waited for my to-go order. Check this place out, especially if you're local. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Food was super reasonable for Miami standards ( 5 bucks, no additional cost for toppings) and my order came out quick. We've needed a solid, no frills yet serious about the details kinda burger joint downtown for too long. Now we've got one, I'm just praying it stays ! Would have given five stars if they had hid the construction materials while doors are open. All in all....outstanding new place for us downtowners ! I'm so happy this is right next to us !

A great burger joint in Downtown Miami. Very tasty burgers and fries, The chicken and veggie sandwich are also excellent. Try the Top Burger sauce if you want a little kick on your sandwiches. Staff and management are very friendly also.

Bought the deal on Groupon. Went today and I was greeted by Dave, guy was pretty awesome, the food was awesome as well. The top burger sauce was incredibly spicy and incredible as well. I definitely would recommend it.

Very good, just got back had the chiken mushroom and swiss with all the toppings! It was delicous! The sweet potatoes fries were excellent! The price was perfect! All in all we will be back!

Great burger and service. I wish the burger was a little bigger even if it costs a little more. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Excellent and tasty. Plus quick delivery and inexpensive. My fries were a little overcooked and cold, but other than that the food was good.

  • Mindy H.

The atmosphere is basic but they serve up Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches and Veggie Burgers similar to 5 Guys, any topping goes and is cooked to order. We tried 1 chicken and 1 hamburger both with caramelized onions and mushrooms. They have limited the grease effect found in other similar burger restaurants. We were able to enjoy the food and noticed they have several capable delivery cyclists ready to serve to growing young professional neighborhood and their desire for protein or hand spun milk shakes. With the downtown sweep of homeless it is safe to dine al fresco anywhere in downtown without fear.

Found this place down the street from my office. Delicious burgers, great sauce, and a wonderful staff! We will definitely pay more visits!

Came by to check out the new place in the neighborhood and it won't be the last. I had a regular double cheese burger with the Top Burger special sauce and it was quite amazing. Service was fast and great. Definitely will be back soon.

Wow, finally a burger downtown that is amazing. The burger, unbelievable, the fries dusted with kosher salt, delicious, the sweet potato fries are the best I have ever had. If they keep the prices where they are at, I will be eating here once a week. A call to all burger enthusiasts, you must come and try this place. Needs wine and beer and delivery to brckell, nothing else.

  • Adam S.

I like this place because they are close to my house and will deliver and do it quickly. I think the service is very friendly as well. The burger and fries that I had were good, but pretty standard stuff. I mean, a bacon cheeseburger is always going to be tasty, but I'm not sure this one really stood out that much from the pack. I was anxious to try their special sauce, but they forgot to put it on my burger. Oh well. The fries were good, but maybe could have been a little crispier. Same goes for the sweet potato fries. My wife's chicken sandwich was also without its condiment (ketchup). Anyway, I would say good, but not great.

Top Burger has a lot going for it. It has friendly and helpful staff, nice management, reasonable prices, and a good location for downtown lunchers. More importantly, it has REALLY good food! Hands down, they have my favorite veggie burger in Miami. It's their own recipe and it is delicious, with great flavor and consistency without tasting like "fake hamburger". Granted, it has been over a decade since I last tasted beef, but the first TWO times I ordered the veggie burger - I had to make sure the kitchen didn't give me a hamburger instead!!! It was that good. I also love that all of the fixings are included in the base price, so I can add caramelized onions and extra Top Burger sauce without additional charge. Speaking of Top Burger sauce - it is a tangy delight with a little kick. It goes so well with both the French Fries and the Sweet Potato Fries - both of which are fantastic. When I go there with friends, I always make sure that one of us orders French Fries and the other orders Sweet Potato Fries, so we can enjoy both of them! Everyone I have gone there with has enjoyed everything they've gotten, including the milkshakes. If you're around downtown, stop in!

This is a great new burger place downtown, which doesn't have a huge number of high quality restaurants. The only burger place that I'd say is an approximate competitor to Top Burger is Filling Station, which has more of a dive bar/pub vibe. The people who run Top Burger do top-notch customer service -- friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, and really committed to making excellent food quickly. The burger is tasty, juicy, and a perfect size for lunch, and their Top Burger sauce is very solid. The fries are also very good, well-salted, and crispy. The milkshakes are also a great treat, although they are a tad sweet for my taste (I believe they add some sugar to it as they mix, rather than just relying on the sweetness from the milk and ice cream). Overall, I'd highly recommend this place if you're downtown. Unless you want a really monster-sized burger or more exotic topics like a fried egg or nutella (in which case Filling Station is your best bet), give Top Burger a try!

I LOVE TOPBURGER!! The quality of the food is amazing, the sauces, the sweet potatoe fries and regular fries are delicious and the price is simply unbeatable! The service and ambiance are fantastoc too.. i love theyre south beach and midtown locations!!

Very good burger and the hand cut french fries are outstanding. The place looks like an old dingy burger joint from the 1950s. It needs updating and the owner said that he is going to remodel very soon. He agreed the look needed updating. Like a lot of downtown restaurants, they are only open until 5pm. I would recommend checking it out and keeping an open mind on the appearance of the place until it is remodeled. The food is very good!

First time coming here to the downtown location based on a recommendation from a buddy and Yelp. The place is very clean and the guy up front taking the orders is very friendly. I ordered the cheeseburger with pretty much everything on it and it was delicious. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were good but we're a little bit over cooked and for the price,$2.99, I didn't feel like I got a fair serving (see pic). I will be back.

Fantastic service and exceptional food. Do you know that they don't even have a freezer?!?! Get a shake PLUS regular and sweet potato fries. Don't skip out on the Top Burger sauce, it is GOLD. Load up your burger/cheeseburger/veggie burger with all the free toppings your little heart desires and sip your delectable chocolate shake while you wait. You won't be disappointed.

Went to the location down town. Good burger average service. After one bite I realized the onions I ordered were missing. But they made it right. If you're looking for a place to grab a good burger, fast, then I recommend this place. Not the cleanest place but decent nonetheless.

Definitely a top notch burger spot. They cook your burger to perfection as well as having amazing flavor. They also make the burgers with fish or chicken that haven't gotten to try but heard was pretty good. I also do recommend the chili cheese dog its simple delicious. Restaurant is pretty big plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meal definitely a place to come and eat.

We were walking in downtown looking for a spot to eat lunch then we stumbled upon this place. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was amazing. I also had the sweet potato fries that were incredible. The owner recommended this chipotle sauce but I had it on the side because it has a little spice to it. When the food arrived I dipped a fry in the sauce then poured it on my burger. I highly recommend this place! Inexpensive, good customer service, and food came out quick

This place is fire! Just went there for lunch today and the double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and bacon with their chipotle spice sauce was FIRE! The sweet potato fries were on point as well. Highly recommend Top Burger as your local burger joint. Inside the restaurant is very clean and the owner David is very nice and informative!!

Their marketing slogan: "Good Food Fast" is apt. I had the southwest chicken sandwich ("southwest" means "with BBQ sauce, cheddar, and bacon" -- truly a weird name for this sandwich). Also a Mediterranean salad. The southwest chicken sandwich was very good. Nice balance of ingredients and I appreciated their substantial list of additional (free) toppings to add. Tasted very fresh. Mediterranean salad was fair. Generous with the feta, which makes me happy. But the lettuce was the shredded 'burger topping style' lettuce, which will put off some. Also, the dressing choice here was apparently ranch? Strange, but I'm a little odd and will often eat at Mediterranean salad without dressing, so I didn't sweat this. In the future I'll come to Top Burger on a day when I'm in the mood for fries. Service was absolutely exceptional. Very friendly. Really, really top notch service which exceeded my expectations (and is what gives this review the extra bump into four stars).

Great Burgers and awesome service. This is a real gem for Miami. It is not often you find a burger restaurant where you will receive quick service coupled with good quality at a fair price. Unlike other overpriced burger restaurants, Top Burger offers just that, a great burger at a good price! I'll definitely be back for another! Check it out!

Juicy burger and great hand cut fries, but the place is filthy. Bathroom nasty. Wonder how the kitchen looks?!?? C'mon guys, clean it up and fresh paint and you have a fan. Friendly staff. $20 fir two burgers, fries and our free check-in drinks. Special sauce = ketchup + mayo.

Top Burger - Thank you for popping up downtown with the freshest lil' burgies! Top Burger is a great addition for downtowners with a burger craving. My favorite thing is that the burgers are not insanely over the top huge and I can actually eat a deliciously fresh burger and not feel miserable afterwards. Don't worry Yelpies, those of you with a heftier appetite can get a double burger for just a dollar or so more. Back to the deliciousness of these burgies. Mmmn... and the sweet potato fries... Everything is made fresh daily with super fresh ingredients. This with the quickness of service and of course the tastiness of the Tope Burgers make me a solid fan. Any downtowners who want to pop in and out for a quick yummy meal, this is your spot.

Now that's a tasty burger! I ordered the blue cheese burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, sweet relish and TB sauce and I have to say that I cannot recall a better burger. There may be better ones out there but the chargrilled perfection of that patty slathered in tangy TB sauce made me want to freeze it into blocks and ice skate on it in the winter then thaw it and eat it again in the summer. The fries were very nice too.

I ordered a burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and carmelized onions with some hand cut fries. The burger was cooked to perfection, medium-well. Our food came very quickly and the customer service was great. At one point , the head chef came out to ask everyone how their food tasted. The waitress came and cleared the table as soon as we finished. Great place, it's far from fancy, but the food is delicious. This is a great casual hangout spot.

Such a reliable downtown lunch spot. Always solid. Delicious burgers that don't leave you needing a nap afterward. The Top Burger sauce is delicious, as is their sweet relish. A nice bonus: they have high chairs for babies, something not easy to find downtown. Quick service, affordable, very tasty - a great formula.

I love this place. I went in today and the owner recognized me and gave me a discount just for writing a good review. And of course, the food was amazing as always. This is easily the best burger spot in Miami. The food is always on point, and you can't beat the service, they always take care of you.

The process in ordering was slow due to the Pandora sucking the broadband. The food arrived relatively fast. I ordered the chicken with Swiss and mushroom. The chicken was small but dripping with goodness. Add in the sweet potato fries that were a little salty and it was an okay lunch. The vanilla milkshake helped round out the meal.

Top Burger is a contender for top quick-service burger in #DWNTWN Miami. In a bright little space with a few tables inside, and a few outside they offer a brief menu of burgers, hot dogs and chicken-breast sandwiches. You won't find truffle oil, hollandaise sauce or other high-end condiments and additions like one would find at some of the high-end places, but they do offer all the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapenos, mushrooms, onions (both raw and caramelized), mayo and Top Burger Sauce you want for free. The Top Burger Sauce tastes to me like mayo with garlic and chipotle. It's got a little bite that sneaks up on you. I've been there about four times, and excepting for once when the A/C was out, I mostly enjoyed my visits. I had hot dogs, a burger and fries. I like the hot dog. It's slashed and grilled, and has a good all-beef flavor with what tastes to me like a typical NYC kosher-style seasoning. The burgers are medium-sized - my guess is that it is about a 5-6 oz. patty. They are served well-done, which is to me "over-done," but your taste may vary. A basic one (with all of those toppings to choose from!) runs $4.89 at the time of this writing. Bacon, American cheese and blue cheese are additional. A double cheeseburger runs $6.99, which gives you 10+ oz. beef, which is not a bad deal. I had a cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles and Top Dog Sauce, and enjoyed it. I have a love-hate relationship with the french fries. The first time I had them, I found them to be almost cold, and a bit hard. I thought about it, and went in back to peer into the kitchen. Sure enough, there was a holding bin for cooked fries. Obviously mine were not cooked to order, but had been lying around. I was going to trash them here, but I decided to give them a second chance and so I ordered some yesterday. They were great, perhaps the best I've ever had! They were what Five Guys fries might be if they fried them right and didn't put them in bags to steam. Even the salt was superior - if it wasn't sea salt, it was kosher salt. Check out the photo. By the way, they are good dipped in a side of the Top Burger Sauce. You order at the counter, pay and then receive a receipt with the order number highlighted. The food is then delivered to you at your table (or wherever you are for take-out) in a reasonably short interval. Although I got bottled water, I presume that fountain beverages are all-you-can-drink because the dispenser is not behind the counter. I found the counter help and the servers to be pleasant and solicitious of my needs. Some management-type almost always stopped by my table to inquire if everything was fine. This is not what I would call a destination eatery, but if you work or live nearby, it's a good option for a quick-service eatery. Oh, and they deliver, for free! I can't think where else I can get as good a hot dog in the central business district for a reasonable price. Recommended.

I'm a red blooded American guy who knows his burgers and fries. Miami is severely challenged when it comes to offering good ol' fashioned burger joints, but I can honestly say this place makes great burgers and fries. That's all you need to know. Go there. Get some.

  • Christopher C.

Burgers Taste Excellent... I aways get the secret sauce. The burgers are delicious and juicy. I would give it 5 stars if not for the separate pricing for the fries and drink, etc. I hate being nickel'd and dime'd. In my opinion, the burger would be more fairly priced if the fries were included. I feel the pricing is too steep for a burger alone...but I have to say, it has not stopped me from being a repeat customer. I simply order the burger alone w/o fries or drink to go, so I can save $6... Sorry, Im living on student loans. Again, aside from the price structure and somewhat difficult hours (common to the downtown area), the burgers are excellent!

On the website ( topburger.com/contact.ht… ) it says open til 9PM and closed on Sunday so I venture and go there , I was in fiendish mode for a good non processed burger.. I arrive around 5ish and they are closed, really disappointed and a bit upset needless to say they need to update hours not only on Yelp but on their very own website so no Top Burger for me...... Update- I got in met one of the owners and got a juicy delicious Burger! Finally lol. Fixed those posted/listed hours! ( :

It is easy to say the words "five guys" when you are at this place, but there is just something about their service that makes it feel a little different from a known chain. We ordered ahead for a work lunch and by the time we walked over (10-15 minutes) our food was good to go. Mind you, it may not always be like that, but the lady on the phone was polite and told us when to head over. Someone who may have been the manager checked on us and made sure we had plenty of ketchup for their great fries (which are not dripping through a bag and you can easily finish an order on your own, unlike, well, "the other guy's fries" Reasonably priced, I got a custom made burger, order of fries and a soda for $10. Yes, more than your drive thru choices, but seriously, the meat was laced with traces of what heaven must taste like.

I haven't tried the chicken burgers that seem to be popping up in the reviews for this place. But I thought my cheeseburger was pretty darn tasty - you pick your own toppings or can have them all (at no additional charge). I had it all, pretty much, except for maybe three things. I kept out the Top Burger Sauce (it's a bit spicy and I'm not a spicy-food lover). But even so, the burger was delicious - the beef was perfect, the toasted buns were my kind, and the toppings were fresh. For tasty American-style (not Colombian) fast food burgers, this place can be compared to In & Out, Shake Shack, and some other gourmet fast food burger chains. But don't be comparing this place to B&BJ and The Filling Station - their burgers are bigger and in a different league (you know this if they ask you how you want your beef cooked). I would definitely return - and I'm glad to see that this location finally has what it might take for it to succeed since this place has flopped a few times before under different concepts.

Perfect burger spot for lunch. It is quick and consistent. Not many options on the menu which makes my life easier. I have come here a bunch of times and I either get the double cheeseburger or the chicken breast sandwich with swiss and mushrooms with sweet potato fries. Everything is always hot, fresh and delicious. The burgers are always juicy and cooked perfectly. I'm kind of a burger snob and I've never been disappointed. Service is always friendly and accommodating- I told them we were in a rush and they were cool with that and had my burgers ready in time. Top burger is a great addition to downtown!

On the West Coast you are in or out. In South Florida we have the first openings of steakhouse-quality burgers or what I call Premium Fast Food. So I hopped the Metro Mover and stopped in for a late lunch / early dinner at Top Burger. After studying the menu for too long, I ordered the Chicken Milanese Burger and Fries (my no-fries diet didn't last long). I just couldn't decide between the 100 pct Angus Beef or Chicken. The Milanese Burger was piping hot, served as a complimentary double (thanks). It was two delicious, thick, white chicken breast patties lightly breaded. I let it cool for a bit, but still caught some hot oil in the first bite. My only issue, the bun was slightly cold. The Fries were okay, served in a small cup. They had a Raspberry Tea in their Self-Serve Soda Machine. I always notice when you see non-carbonated drinks. The next time, I plan to try the Burger. With these new Premium Fast Food Joints opening, I may never see Kings, Arches or Wendys again.

Upon reading the reviews of Top Burger, I was skeptical: the reviews were great but from the photos, the burgers looked mediocre, at best. Upon tasting one of their burgers, my taste buds confirmed that the burgers are, indeed, mediocre. On my list of similar burger joints, I would rate Shake Shack first; Five Guys second; Top Burger third.

I went to Top Burger last Friday. The service was good; the location is convenient; the wait time was very short; but the food was average. I would go back, depending on how busy I am. But it's nothing to talk home about.

Burgers here were good. Price is just right. Service was okay. Just the right place to have some burgers to fill a hungry tummy. Well, not much awesomeness here so I will leave it at that.

Quickie review... But what's to say. Fresh hand formed patties, great thick crispy bacon, tasty grilled onions...a damn good burger. Don't let downtown fool you, really good food is here finally. Worth a stop for lunch or after a late afternoon at the office. Top sauce is tasty. Great BBQ sauce as well. Sweet potato fries are also excellent. Can't wait to try the chicken sandwich and the new salads. The menu has been updated and has more than the website states. And they see opening up on SoBe soon as well. It's added to my burger joint repertoire for sure!

Let me make this short and simple for you, if you are in downtown Miami and looking for a quick bite. This is the place for you!! I ordered a veggie burger with a drink and it's under $6 plus taxes. The veggie burger is well cook & well seasoning. ( a healthy choice) BTW, my friend ordered a bacon cheese burger with fires. The fresh made fries are the killers!! Oh don't forget to ask for the Top Burger sauce. It's delicious!

OMG! Eating my top burger NOW and had to write a review. First of all, the woman at the counter is a godsend. She gave excellent recommendations. I ordered, per her advice, a blue cheese burger with grilled onions and mushrooms and side of sweet potato french fries with top burger sauce on the side for dipping. INCREDIBLE! I work less than a block away. This is dangerous...

So at first I was a little hesitant about trying this place out- but after reading this you shouldn't be! I always see this guy riding around my apartment building with a top burger bike so I've checked the menu a few times. They didn't have shakes so I wasn't sold. I don't know why I like shakes with my burger, but I feel its necessary. I decided even though they didn't have shakes I would try them out. BOY WAS I WRONG. I'm so glad I went because it turns out they do have shakes, and they just forgot to list it on their menu, and their burgers are amazing. I probably should've just called and asked, but hey who needs common sense. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium well. It was perfectly cooked. I love that the burger isn't overbearingly big. I didn't feel sick after like I usually do, I felt really satisfied. I also ordered their regular fries. I know they were fresh and hand cut, and they were crispy but still had a little bit of gooeyness- they're now my favorite place to get fries in Miami. Customer service was awesome over the phone and in store, they have free delivery too but I chose to walk since it's right down the street from my building (which I LOVE). THIS IS A MUST TRY.

Worst experience I've ever had. Waited 20 min and they brought my fries and apologized for the wait. Another 20 min pass and they apologize again and finally tell us that they were waiting for a new delivery of meat, but the driver got in an accident. I was on my break during a class, so I was in a hurry. They gave me a free milkshake and asked if I wanted a chicken sandwich instead and wanted the same toppings. I said yes and asked for it to go, since I was already late. When I got back to my classroom, NONE of my toppings were included and the chicken was paper thin! It was absolutely disgusting. Oh and the floor was disgustingly dirty. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. Vile place!

I LOVE TOP BURGER! My favorite burger on the beach. French fries are not normally my thing, but I loved the fries here! Super cheap, and when I've had delivery it's been extremely fast. More than happy every time.

Great burger place! I really enjoyed the freshness of my burger and toppings. I agree with the owner, Dave, "anything with bacon and cheese is going to taste great!!" I will definitely bring some of my other fiends and co-workers here! Looking forward to king back.

I really enjoyed this double cheese burger. The french fries were excellent, blanched and then fried Belgian style. The burger was a little overcooked but that was my fault for not specifying how I wanted it cooked so it came out well done when I always order medium rare (they didn't ask and I forgot). The only other complaint was that they only had Pepsi products and I like a Coca-Cola with my burger. Otherwise very very good.

From now on this is one of the place to consider before going to the AAA. Why pay overprice food in the arena when you can stop at this place and have a nice burger? Good job to all the guys who work at this place they were very attentive and explain everything to us. Friendly staff is a must. The three of us have burgers and they are very good not too big not too small. Also there's plenty of combinations with different toppings. I had the bleu with everything that comes in and even that I love to put ketchup in everything I also put in it your own sauce. I like that little spice in it. For burgers skip the chains and the arena and try this place!

How do I start..................... I must warn you, I'm not a meat eater, I enjoy seafood so much more, but I just had super craving for a burger (Which I haven't eaten in over 4 or 5 years) I called Top Burger to check their hours and mentioned that I had a Groupon (most establishments grimace, and you can see the change in demeanor as soon as you say those magic words; "I have a Groupon" To my surprise, the voice on the phone remained pleasant and said "Come on in, we'll be waiting for you". So, lets get down to the NITTY GRITTY!!!!!! Service: Super friendly and welcoming Atmosphere: Casual, no frills, and very CLEAN. Flat screen TVs, tables, and high tops. Prices: Best value ever. You can get a burger with all the toppings for under 6 dollars. Nothing on the menu is over 7 dollars, so you feel confident about going often. Food: WOW! They follow the KIS rule and; Keep It Simple. We ordered 2 different burgers, and both reg. fries and super duper delicious sweet potato fries. First time I've ever had such thick and crispy sweet potato fries. Size of the burger was good. They really bought out my inner fat kid and I ended up ordering a veggie burger and Oreo shake to go. Veggie burger was just as delicious the next day. I really hope that this place thrives and open other locations. I live in Kendall, but I would definitely make the extra trip just for their food. *Extra kudos for having free toppings (even the mushrooms and caramelized onions were free)

Dudes... Fix your hours on here and in general. I've swung by 4 times in the past three weeks and you've been closed every time - bummer.

Spent a day in downtown and came upon bright red umbrellas with outside seating, away from the crowds of Flagler and with the nice breeze of the day we couldn't resist. They were having AC issues which would have led us to sitting outside anyhow. Just under $20 got us a burger, chicken sandwich, fries and one drink with refills (I BYOW, bring my own water). Our order was brought out to us in less then 10 minutes. The burger was pretty big served on a toasted bun (which I LOVE), fresh and super tasty. The chicken sandwich looked small but was hearty and had amazing flavor. When the owner came by to check on us we suggested he have malt vinegar on the tables for they fresh cut fries, which are well seasoned but that day a bit overcooked. Service was speedy and with a smile. Food was good and at around the same price of a franchised place's lunch I suggest you walk off the main "food flagler" block and enjoy something fresh and filling. I was in the mood for a burger that day and I was truly satisfied.

Awesome food, I read other reviews so I decided to check it out. Meat was so good, really juicy, caramelized onions are a must! You could tell it is made fresh not frozen. Fries were home style, delicious! Plus owner is super cute and smart, knows a lot about history. Come check this place out.

So what a fail. So excited to go to my favorite burger place with two hours to close and unfortunately they are closed when on Yelp it says that they should be open...whats up with that???

I had the Milanesa Burger. Yeah, it's a breaded chicken burger and not a BEEF burger but, it, was, awesome. Moist chicken and not too breaded. I frequently try the unusual things on the menu first to get a feel for what the "Chef is cooking"... then I try the rest of the stuff. If the beef burgers are 1/2 as good as the milanesa burger those people are going to know me by name. "So, Eddie... what will it be today?" ;) Don't take my word for it, get out there.

This place is brand new, but I can tell it will be around for a very long time. Everyone is very committed to detail and quality. Not something you normally get at a "hamburger joint". The food is really good, it's clean, service is quick and everyone is very friendly. I'm sure I'll become a regular whenever I'm in downtown Miami

Warning to all - this is now the second night this week I have tried calling Top Burger to place an order for delivery... Both times the phone continuously rings with no answer. Unbelievable (especially since I am trying to chase down my first Top Burger experience).

This is a good burger place and by good I mean they have some great tasting original burgers. This is a great place to visit if you like a gourmet burger in a casual setting for a reasonable price. They also have a variety of sauces for your burgers and fries. If only there was a Top Burger in my neighborhood (sigh).

Best veggie burger in town! Super fast, delicious and affordable. Love the way they don't nickel-and-dime me for the toppings. Love this place!

I've been known to be pretty strict about what I eat. It's not that I expect the highest of quality from everyone; I just expect the best effort. In my eyes, there is a difference. Some days I just don't feel fancy. Frankly, why should you feel fancy all the time? Some times you need to sit back and enjoy simple things. Long before my time, from what I've been told, McDonald's and Burger King (and other fast food burger joints) used to be the epitome of health food. So much so, that doctors would come to eat at the counters ... yes, they had counters.... and slowly encouraged the general population to partake. Over the years, in our fast food nation, they lost that quality when they had to switch to quantity. Sacrifices had to be made. In my eyes, that has allowed for the mom'n'pop type of places to spring up and recapture the burgers in a simple, straight forward, and well... slightly healthier way. Sure, a burger (for the most part) isn't the epitome of health food, but, it can be much healthier from a mom'n'pop than a large fast food chain. In comes Top Burger. Frankly, I wanted to try something new on my birthday with my coworkers. A cheap burger place was right on my desired menu. I'm not one to celebrate my birthday, but I thankfully have some of the best coworkers (L+R+R shout-out) that make me feel special even when I want to be low key. And yes, I wanted a cheap burger place for my birthday lunch. I was hoping for low key. Well, my coworkers would have none of that and were even able to convince the staff to sing me happy birthday. Strange as it may sound, the staff just feels happy to me rather than a disgruntled burger stop. Now to the meat.... well, burger that is. Hands down, their Top Burger sauce is spectacular. It has a little kick and just perfect with the fries. I had the sweet potato fries and loved them. Simple yet refined. I now wonder why other burger places can't seem to get simple right. Top Burger is a restaurant that you will just miss if you are walking too fast in Downtown. Bottom Line: Walk slower and don't miss this.

Only been here once, but plan on being back. Delicious hamburger with free toppings for under $5? Hell yea! With restaurants around downtown charging nearly $10 and over for basic burgers (we're not talking organic, grass fed shit) I'll take Top Burger any day.

This place is awesome. First of all, the service is great, which is obviously a rarity in Miami. The food is delicious - really good, solid burgers. Their special sauce is amazing and unique. The fries are excellent, as well. No complaints. I highly recommend.

New little restaurant in downtown Miami. It looks like just another burger place, but it is really one of the est for a fast food sandwich. I have had the chicken sandwich a bunch of times and loved it. The fries are as good as Five Guys, but the portion is regular, so you don't eat 1,500 calories in fries alone. I really like this place, and the top burger sauce seems to have a hint of curry and is really good.
