Parking here is SUCH A MISSION!!!!!!! I've come by here several times, couldn't find parking so I left and found another location. The service is ok, nothing to go"run tell dat."(my drinks are always yummers.) I always see people here on their laptops, and the cashier always knows someone in the lines drink by heart so I guess its a locals spot. If the parking situation were better and if I haven't had to make several blank stops here I would have possibly given an extra star.

I barely go to this Starbucks anymore because of the parking situation it is a nightmare. There have been days were I really want a coffee and can't get it because there is no parking. The parking lot is way too small. Another reason I barely go to Starbucks is because they stopped making my favorite coffee the caramel flan latte was that best thing I've ever tasted.

The baristas had no idea what they were doing. They refused to give me free refills on my iced coffee with my Starbucks GREEN card. It took the barista way longer than any other barista I've ever had in my life to understand my iced coffee order. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

NPS = 7 Meh. Standard starbucks. Nothing to see here. Nothing bad either. The only thing that stands out from this Starbucks is that one day I was planning for a business meeting here and saw a barista do a noble thing. He kicked a gentleman off of the handicapped table for an elderly woman to sit. Other than that, standard Starbucks. Order the "Redeye." Thank me later.

Natalie is the best! She is one of the sweetest girls I have ever met. She makes every Starbucks drink with real love. She always takes the time to greet her customers and remembers their names. She is an amazing employee. Starbucks should really think about awarding her for her unbelievable service to the community.

I live 3 blocks from this place and it takes longer to get a black coffee here than it does for me to drive 2 miles out of my way to a different Starbucks, get gas and put air in my tires. Also, I am shocked to see this place has a 4 star average; the staff is dismissive, sassy and always right.

Ok. So I love my coffee, but in order to pay 5 dollars per cup I require certain standards. I went to this location for the first time yesterday and wasn't very impressed. Don't get me wrong, i would return, the service and coffee were good, but the outdoor seating is as limited as the parking, making it a bit inconvenient for a girl like me. Smoking is no permitted outdoors at the tables, and there's only a view of a laundromat wall that's painted with dolphin and whales. If you need a coffee boost, the staff will get you in and out quickly. However, for a meeting or simple date, I recommend you visit a Starbucks that's more public and with more bang for your buck.

Just wanted to take the time to commend the management and staff of this Starbucks, employees here really take the time to go above and beyond with customer service. Answering questions, making suggestions which are very much appreciated. My only gripe is the parking situation but obviously out of their control.

Ausão M.
Love the store and employees but the parking lot is casa carajo. Be prepared to perform 12-25 point turns and to receive stares of awe from the outdoor seating area as you contort yourself to get into your car (because the car next to you is eight inches away) and perform a near miracle to maneuver yourself out of this tighter-than-a-nun parking lot. Inside this location isn't as crowded as most others in Miami. There aren't as many layabouts sitting around leaving you puzzled and pensive about what the hell they're actually doing.

This Starbucks has become my go-to Starbucks for grabbing my tall caramel macchiato before work starts, and they always prepare it the way they like it-- not too sweet and with a pleasant caramel taste. Like all Starbucks, it is very trendy-- hardwood floors with merchandise on the side, and their workers always succeed in greeting me with a smile. Even though I may be in a rush at some mornings, service here is rather quick, but what takes a rather long time is finding parking because parking here is limited, and you may have to take a U-Turn when you come here if you are coming from 8th street. And the adventure continues...

I recetly became a starbucks lover I come here walking in the mornings, I see the parking is real bad here, a few spots and they are tiny! Be careful parking in the parking lot next to the laundry mat, the tow trucks are waiting to take your car! Ive seen people run with the coffee in heels to stop the driver!, lol hilarious!! The staff is very nice and friendly, inside there is alot of room to sit and enjoy. I dont like nothing fancy just a regular iced coffee, and if its a high carb day I will get a multi grain bagel and share with the hubby. yummy!!

They forgot that I had even ordered. After reminding them, they took their time making it (nearly 10 minutes) and ensuring everyone else got their order before me, even people who ordered two seconds ago. It was a simple drink and wasn't worth the hassle. Seating was limited and tables weren't cleaned. The only good parts is the fact that it's close to wear I live and I, also, bought pumpkin bread and it was good.

Interesting location, after driving by this place for several years now, and watching business fail time after time, I used to wonder what business could operate successfully in this corner. Why Starbucks of course !!!! Their business model simply works, overpriced coffee and pastries, a place to sit and cruise the net, people watch or read a newspaper, or close a deal or meet with a conniving attorney or plot world domination. Starbucks is the center of the universe, simple as that!

if i could give this starbucks half a star i would. this used to be my go to place when a very nice girl named Natalie used to work there but i dont think she does cause i never see her any more. apart from her the rest of the staff including one particular person in general are just horrible. they are rude. they laugh behind the customers backs. they have attitude. if i were you i would just STAY AWAY from this place!! you can get the same damn drinks and WAYYYYY better service at any other starbucks.

I am an avid Starbucks fan and I I could stop here every day I could, but the parking is always impossible, especially during the morning rush. The staff is very friendly and my coffee is always made correctly. I would have giving it 5 stars, but the parking is annoying.

They, like all other starbucks, have free apps and music, I love their bagels and great latte's. Although I do believe they should sell sodas for younger age groups and to expand marketing possibilities. Orangina, anyone?

Fairly close to my office, yet not really my Starbucks. Let's examine why. First of all, it sits awkwardly on the corner between 27th Avenue and a very busy laundromat. This is not in itself a deal-breaker, it's just that this Starbucks shares its already-meager parking with said laundromat. Not only that, the spots are TIGHT. You're going to run a high risk of getting your car dinged up by careless door-opening. Inside, it's pretty spacious. The employees are generally competent, a big improvement over when this location first opened. It can get really cold in here, they crank the AC in there big-time. This is a good thing during the summer, and less good when it's actually comfortable outside. The "Summer Starbucks," perhaps?
(3)
Hannah S.
Love that this location has free parking. Yes, it's awkwardly placed and can be hard to get to from the major intersection - but the free parking makes up for it. :) I've only been here a couple times (even though it's right down the street from my house), but I dig it. Hard to go wrong with Starbucks. They were friendly and got my order right - the two most important qualities. I'd come a lot more often if it were easier getting through that intersection though ... I must say.
(4)
Larry B.
The parking lot is small and at times hectic but their fast service makes up for this. Sometimes they take orders so fast that they mess it up (this is not always bad as they reward you for their mistake with a pass for a free drink next time you place your order). I'm into seasonal drinks: Latte's in winter, Frappuccino's and iced teas in the summer. :-)

I am FINISHED with Starbucks in the USA. They started slipping when they switched my 'Black" card, which I paid 20 or 25 dollars for. It came with great benefits, 10% discount, free syrup, birthday drink, free wifi, etc, to the "Gold" card. One free drink for every 13 I order. Problem is that it only calculates one drink per swipe of the card and not for each drink purchased. It also will not allow the "purchased" drinks to be registered unless you use the "Gold" card. Overpriced and underdelivered once again.... SEE YA STARBUCKS! NO MAS..... This is not the case outside of the USA. The crew at locations abroad are much more service oriented and friendly. Especially in Chile and China :-)

Like a good neighbor Starbucks is there... lol (I knowww Statefarm) My internet and computer decided to crash about a month ago, so I needed a quick place where I could go and pay for my classes with my new lap top. In LA you have to pay for WiFi in Starbucks, I thought it was the same in Miami. Someone told me it was free so I decided to go. I sat down with my tall caramel frap, yummy as always. I was trying to figure out how to connect to the WiFi, and I couldn't. I asked some guy sitting next to me and that is where the fun-NESS began. He connected it for me, thank goodness and then he sat next to me and basically started telling me his ENTIRE life story. Thoughts... "I'm trying to pay for school here, guy"... But anyone who knows me knowsss I can't just brush someone off so I listened, and listened, and listened. I kinda stopped listening when he asked me for bus money, I felt really bad ( I don't roll with cash) this was the same guy who connected my WiFi when I was in distress. So I asked him if he was hungry, and I bought him some snacks. The guy continued to tell me his life story, when one of the Starbucks employees asked to speak with him outside. I was totally like OMG did I just buy food for a criminal. Freaked out, they asked him to leave. I will not tell a lie I was relieved. What surprised me the most was when a Starbucks employee came up to me and said "Sorry about what happened, your next caramel frap is on us" and they gave me a gift card. They did not have to do that. All in all, they handled the situation with such professionalism; I will definitely take them up on the offer.

Had some time before work this morning so I stopped in for a coffee. Parking sucks, but it seems like they are very nice here. I noticed the barista's knew the names and orders of their regular customers. They also make it a point to say your name aloud when you order and when your order is ready. Gives it that special touch. They're not incredibly speedy with your coffee, but there was plenty of eye candy at 9:45am this morning to keep me distracted. ;)

I especially love this Starbucks...they are conveniently located near my workplace so this is where I go for my morning Tea-Lattes. It's so refreshing to have this Sbux so close to me during the day, I can always get my fix. Also, I am so thankful for their willingness to assist me in my classroom by providing treats for my students for "W Reading Cafe" days which I use to help foster a love of reading in my students...they feel like "little" Starbucks people in their own right.

This is a really good Starbucks--clean and inviting environment with plenty of sitting areas. The barista I had was very nice and sparked up a conversation with me. She gave great customer service. This has to be one of the worst Starbucks in the Miami area. I'm always amazed when I travel abroad and see how nice and luxurious Starbucks are in other countries (Colombia, Peru, Chile, etc.) and then I come back to Miami and my local Starbucks' are so much different and run-down. This location has to be one of the worst. The parking lot is a disaster. Inadequate, tight and accessible only going North on 27th Avenue. The employees (at least the one the helped me yesterday) looked like a former/current gangbanger. There is always trash in the parking lot and the store is old and should be demolished/renovated. I'd suggest Starbucks build a new location much larger and more easily accessible on Coral Way. Overall, I don't like coming here at all. Starbucks is cheapening their brand by holding on to this store.

I go to this Starbucks every weekend as it is the closest to my apartment. I'll mince words about the parking situation since others hate it so much - I've honestly gotten used to coming in at times that I've noticed there are less people. What I did come here to note is the recent shoddy service. Perhaps this Starbucks has been hiring new folks as of late, but they sure are not doing a good job training them. The most recent instance, a barista charged me for milk (a free add-on) in my iced coffee. I had the charge removed but had to ask and was met with confusion. I would excuse that mistake, but then he completely forgot my breakfast sandwich and I had to speak to another barista to have the order completed after ten minutes of waiting. Another time, a barista accosted me several times as I was deciding what to order, rudely saying "are you ready yet?". And yet another time, my breakfast sandwich was forgotten despite being the only customer in the store. Unfortunately, I think the convenience of this location may override the lack of customer service for me. Some of the more experienced baristas have apologized for their coworkers' slights. There is definitely room for improvement, but Miami's lack of coffee shops in general leaves me threadbare for choices.

This place is literally down the street from my house. I however refuse to come here. I would rather drive a little further to another starbucks because this parkjg situation is the worst ever. Easy parking. Strong black coffee. Delicious blueberry muffin. Nice work space. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Enjoyable time while working a bit.

This place is literally down the street from my house. I however refuse to come here. I would rather drive a little further to another starbucks because this parkjg situation is the worst ever. Everytime I come here I'm afraid my car is gonna be hit. If I'm inside drinking my coffee on the back of my mind is like "omg my car"

The Barista here, Natalie, it's the best!! She is so full of energy and positive vibes & remembers everyone's name!!! GREAT Customer Service, makes the world of a difference in any business!! When you come to this Starbucks (in the morning), make sure to say HI to Natalie it's all it takes for her to respond with her wonderful smile & witty morning comments !!

Love starbucks but the parking situation takes away from my delicious caffeine experience lol Sorry but they really need to expand the parking lot. Don't even think to park next door on the HUGEEE parking lot. I got my car towed from there at 7:30AM! Horrible!
