Just not impressed. It's a step above some nasty stuff you would buy in the freezer case, or at Costco, but pizza that you're encouraged to dip in ranch dressing? Doesn't that say it all?

In our ever-vigilant quest to find non-New York style pizza, we checked out Sir Pizza. Cut the way we like (little squares, not giant wedges), we hoped for the best. Alas, we weren't really into the sauce and type of cheese they used. It tasted like a run of the mill pizza. Probably better than a Domino's or Papa Johns. The crust isn't quite thin enough for me, if the pizza is going to go all the way to the edge I like a much thinner crust. Then again, I'm a Midwesterner in an East Coaster's pizza world here so I'm probably chasing a dream. We may try again for the "blankets" and the ambience in the restaurant was fine so maybe we would try dine in instead of carry out.

Its not a new york style pizza but for the price, its better that dominos or papa johns.

The reason why we keep coming back to Sir Pizza isn't their pizza. The reason is their tuna blanket. Yup, we go to a pizza place to have a tuna blanket. Is that wrong? What is this tuna blanket you ask? It's tuna salad, provolone and mozzarella cheese, with two pieces of tomato on the bottom, wrapped inside pizza dough and baked to until the dough is crispy and the cheese is gooey. This tuna blanket is pretty filling and may be enough for two people. And for $7.99, you can't go wrong with a tuna blanket. Unless you hate tuna. Then have their pizza. Their no crust pizza that's cut into little squares is alright. There's nothing special about it, but for some reason, it hits the spot sometimes. I'd rather the tuna blanket!

the pizza is not worth the price you pay. The crust is paper thin, and tastes sweet. I suppose there are people who like this sort of thing, but it's just not for me. For the price you're paying you can get a gourmet pizza at nearby establishments. I can't say that the quality is bad, it's just different.

They don't get a lot of business so you would think to make a pizza or a sandwich would take less than 15 mins. Nope! You can tell the workers don't care. I only started going there because it is so close to my job but why pay 10 dollars for a okay sandwich or 20 dollars for a sub-par pizza to be late on your lunch break. I would call 15 mins ahead of time and order lunch ( usually a sandwich) then wait anywhere from 5 to 15 mins to receive my order. I almost feel bad for them Bc they try so hard to get customers (car shows, ice cream, and large tvs). You can put all the money in the world into getting people to come in but that money should be used to have your restaurant to where customers will come back. This restaurant doesn't meet that mark.

Not worth it. The small feast I ordered cost $15. I figured for that price their small would be kinda big. What I received was tiny. It was more like those personal pies they sell at those Pizza Hut satellite stores. I was then hoping the taste was worth the money. It tasted similar to a cheap frozen pizza. The dough was soft, the meat was stale, nothing was fresh. I love my pizza in a little hot sauce, but I practically drowned my pie in Texas Pete to eat.

I just don't understand why everybody hates Sir Pizza and why a lot of them are closing down because in my opinion Sir Pizza is great. I went with My Husband and my son here because we felt like eating pizza and so we decided to come here. The place was 60% empty and I was surprised. We ordered a Sausage Pizza with Garlic Bread and the Chocolate Chip Cookies and it was really great.I just wish that a lot of them weren't closing because the one on 117 Ave closed and I don't understand because it had a Drive Thru and the one on US1 closed and the one on Sunset

Oh and I forgot to add the fact that the reason "why my order was wrong and took way too long" was because he (the manager Matt) was training staff and only had one driver? Is that my problem? NO? Oh and the reason why the food was cold and hard.... Bc the driver had to deliver an hour away before coming to my house 2 minutes away? Wow! I'm furious it's 1130 pm and I get a call from Sir Pizza saying that need my credit card again because the manager Matt had cancelled the order? Again, NOT MY PROBLEM! WOW I'd be embarrassed if I was him! What a prick.... Find a new job because the customer service field is not for you :/

Gross! Honestly, dominoes has a better pizza... TORTINOS has a better pizza. 31.00!!!! For crappy second rate blowing ally junk food.. My kids wouldn't even eat it!! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

The place has a nice atmosphere and friendly employees but the pizza is horrible. It's basically a piece of crust with ketchup and government welfare cheese. The cost? Insane! It cost me 17.00 for a 10 inch pizza and a fountain drink. I really wouldn't't waste you time here. I rarely leave bad reviews so this is legit.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Too expensive to have such terrible customer service! We ordered a large pizza online a $22 order and it was IGNORED. We waited 50 minutes to call and find out that our order had been overlooked due to a "glitch in the system." But they were able to track our order once I called. Then try to make me pay for a pizza that was going to be an hour and 30 minutes late. The manager, Matt, was a rude little jerk who refused to take the blame for their mess-up. HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. This is the second time this happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so hungry and mad!

Do we need so many Sir Pizzas? I mean, is there demand for pizzas without crust? Or, put more elegantly, "Pizza to the very edge"? It seems odd to see so many springing up, since the Key Biscayne location is more about ambiance than cuisine. But, we return. Why? Therein lies the mystery. Even stranger, its allure remains pizza, not their more superior "blankets". Blankets are basically calzones, but lighter (you know, like a blanket). The veggie blanket makes a good meal or two and is only about $5. Given its rapid growth, can a Five Guys/Sir Pizza combo restaurant be next?

the one in key biscayne is by far the best one. This one is nicely furnished but the quantity of food for the price is below average.

Stars are for the pizza.. Not the service. I called to place an order and the phone just rang and rang and rang... Finally someone picked up and he put me on hold.. Then he got my order wrong (all I ordered was a cheese pizza & a pepperoni) so I had to repeat it. When I got there, there was a couple who was waiting to order in front of me. They had been waiting 5-10 minutes just to order. The place had one big party and 2 other tables, one of which seemed to be the owner's family or something because an older non-uniformed guy kept going through the kitchen door and back out to bring stuff for them. When it was finally my turn it took him another 5 minutes to charge me, the guy was all over the place. I think it took me longer to pick up the food than it did to actually make it... Meh.

Delicious pizza and the managers and staff are really great. We love coming here on the first Saturday of every month for their classic car show.

Have had 2 very different expiriences both with cheese pizzas. The first was great. The second was undercooked, under cheesed, and overpriced. Maybe they stopped trying now that they are a bit more settled. I will stick to nonna maria's pizzas instead.

The food was OK, the sandwich bread a bit soft needs a better consistency, I like bread a bit thick that can hold my cold cuts or any ingredients in a sub or sandwich. One thing they need to update the booth seats mine had a hole in it.
