the place had a sewage like smell and we were told something was wrong with the bathrooms , yet they had both bathroom doors wide open for everyone to smell ! the food was a huge disappointment , the crust on the pizza was extremely dry and thick , the spaghetti sauce was watery and running off my plate and to make things worse the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !!!! the waitress had a horrible attitude, she got my order wrong and ended up bringing out an extra dry pizza and insisting on charging me for her incompetence ! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .

YES!!! Finally, a Ray's Pizza opens down south! I've been tried of driving to Hialeah to get food from the most popular locations! Recently, I went here for a celebration. But I've been dying to come here since it's been open. This place has been hanging those "Coming Soon" signs for about a year now and it's frustrating that this is the only close Ray's Pizza since all the other locations are in Hialeah. So when I get here, my friend and I are told we can sit anywhere we want. We sit and our waitress comes over to greet us. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but she was SUPER nice and helpful. What made me even more happy was the fact that she was patient and knew about the menu to help me. Plus, she didn't laugh at my bad Spanish accent--and helped me with the corrections. But was the best part of all of it, my waitress knew ENGLISH! I've been to several Ray's Pizza and majority of them don't know English and they get mad when I pronounce a word wrong in Spanish because they don't know English. My waitress was awesome! She even told me if I'm having a hard time with speaking Spanish I can speak English. YAY! The food tastes just like the traditional Ray's Pizza. The flavor didn't change!!! This might sound bad but it was worth it, when they delivered the food to the table, I didn't know it was going to be really hot. So I burned myself, but it was totally worth it! This is the BEST service I have ever received at a Ray's Pizza. I really hope they stay here because I don't think I can ever go back to Hialeah after coming here--you wouldn't ever. Come and enjoy good service and great food! ENJOY!

I have eaten at this Rey's pizza several times for breakfast waiting for my barber to open who is just next door and I have to say it, CUBANS, and this is true for almost all LATIN restaurants, CANT COOK A FRIED EGG properly if their life depends on it. They overcook and burn it every time. The bread was hard and tasteless very unlike cuban bread, it seems that it might be yesterday's bread, NOT fresh. Some good points the waitress Yelly was great; attentive, courteous and quick to serve. The cafe con leche is quite good too. If you just need to get sustenance in your body rather quickly then this place will do otherwise it's not a good choice

I walked and wasn't greeted or noticed. Immediately I saw a sudden movement to the left of the entrance. There was a roach and I lost my appetite at the moment. I ordered water and there's baking soda on the plastic cup. I ordered garlic bread and it came 28 minutes later. I left right after and this place sucks.

Putting one star because I can't put none. This is the worst pizza place I've ever been to and was my first time at Rey's Pizza. For dinner me my husband and my son wanted to eat somewhere and we went to Rey's Pizza.First off the place was empty we were the only one's there,Second our waitress was rude and selfish,Third when we got our garlic bread 50 minutes later it was all burnt and wet yuck,Fourth the bathroom smelled terrible but our drinks were fine. Fifth there were dead roaches under the table so we moved to a different table where there was no roaches,Sixth we got our food the Pizza looked like dog vomit and one of the pizza slices had a dead roach in it and we almost threw up,Seventh we ran out of the restaurant and ate pizza at Mamma Mia's because they have way better Pizza than Rey's Pizza does.I will never go back to Rey's Pizza again and this place should and since there is nobody there since it's open 24 hours and has 2 stars on yelp the place should close.

Horrible place! Went to eat with my bf and was not even greeted and was approached 5 mins later. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was drenched in oil. Yes I know pizzas are oily put this was insanely oily. I also saw a small roach I immediately lost my appetite. Pizzas are also overpriced! If u wanna taste true cuban pizza polo norte is the place to go!

Eewww is all I'm going to say. I see this place on my way to fiu everyday and I've always wanted to try it. Terrible idea. Like most food options in this area. The only thing decent about the pizza was the cheese. Other then that it was ragu and cheese on cardboard.

Biggest Rey Pizza I have been to and it was clean, I am assuming they opened recently. There was only one other table with customers and the waitress was very rude especially for the place being so dead. I told her the glass she served me water in was dirty and she took the cup away to just bring me back the same cup (I watched her) to say that all the cups were the same that it wasn't dirty that they were like that from the dish washer. She was eating as she was waiting for our food to come out and didn't even wash her hands before bringing me the food. The cheese on the spaghetti was cold, but finally melted after I mixed it around a bit.

Service was bad, walked into the place and wasn't even notice or greeted by the waitresses that were just sitting doing nothing. Quality of the pizza was horrible, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they put the pepperoni under the cheese so you're not able to see how much pepperoni is actually on there, the thickness of the pizza is so much all you taste is the dough. The cost of the large pizza I purchase was 16.86, which was over priced because I can go to dominos or papa John and get better quality and taste from them for just $10-14. Only thing that I see is good about the place is if you're having a party or drunk at 2am you can just go there since its open 24 hours Overall I would not recommend Rey's Pizza

I grew up on a Rey pizza as a kid, I was happy they put near my house. Overall the Rey pizza franchise isn't what it use to be but I sill like it. I usually order take out and the restaurant is always empty, the pizza is sometimes hit or miss. Overall it's pretty good.

Walked in and sat down with my daughter and grandson. The place was virtually empty and menus were already at the table. After about 5 minutes we were ready to order. 10 more minutes goes by and nobody approaches our table. I get up walk to the front where 3 female employees are essentially just standing around. I ask one if we can order. Without responding to me, she says something to one of the other women in spanish and then walks away. I go sit back down, assuming she told the woman to wait on our table.10 more minutes go by and we just walk out. Either racists towards non spanish speakers or the worst customer service on the planet. Could be the best pizza in the world. I'll never know...

Looking to try a new pizza place, we decided to try Rey's. Pizza was awfull. Crust was thick and gooey, didn't see any sauce. After one bite, I threw it away. What a waste of money.
