My go to place to order pizza. I like Brooklyn style pizza and this ones are big and good. Good cheese and ingredients, great time you can order late night. I love the Pepperoni pizza Next time you get a craving from the TV, this is the spot where you will get what the tv and your mind are thinking.

Oh Pucci's how hard you have fallen... I used to love this place. Delivery was not only quick, it was also friendly. The people that used to work here seemed to value the neighborhood vibe. Now, the individuals who work here are literally the reason that this place is going under. (Neighborhood rumor is that this is about to become a 305 ceviche) The last time I was in Pucci's was well during their business hours. The service I received was a service that if I was not the person I am, I probably would have been more confrontational. After walking in during their business hours with my husband, brother-in-law and myself, we were bluntly ignored for at least a good ten minutes. When I say bluntly, I mean that the staff made numerous amounts of eye contact with me (all three of them) and refused to come up to the registered to take our order for three slices of CHEESE! Nothing complex, just cheese. It was already made sitting there next to my frustrated face behind the glass. All their lazy selves had to do was throw it into an oven to heat it. Instead the leader of the lazies gave me an extremely AGGRESSIVE motion that basically said "get out". I'm really sorry that I wanted to give you MONEY... you know, to support your FAILING BUSINESS! The only light at the end of this tunnel is that this place is going under which means their terrible staff will be without a job. I'm sure their under qualifying skills will land them a job in a year or so.

Wow! I live two blocks away and its been 2 hours and 40 minutes (no exaggeration) since we ordered 3 slices, still nothing!! In the middle of the day!! They keep saying its on the way, 5 more minutes. But I'm literally two blocks away. On top of it they refuse to apologize or give a reason or credit card refund, just say "it's coming"

Forget it. I didn't even get a chance to taste their pizza; the guy answering the phones is super rude. He answers questions by shouting "No!" What the hell Pucci's? Get your crap together. Listen to the reviews on here because you guys suck.

  • Linus V.

Two stars merely for being reliably open in an area with few food choices, especially late night options. Stick with a regular slice or anything simple. The calzones are surprisingly good. Do not get it delivered. The guaranteed long wait time will never be worth the end product.

Messy careless mess . Ask for a cheese pizza w mushrooms spinach n some Ricotta . It wasn't edible I had to dump ricotta off they put it on so carelessly very disappointed there was burnt left over food in the oven apparently because it was all burnt bitter pieces on the crust. The crust was good and Italian cookies.

It is SO unfortunate that this place cant get their shit together. I only discovered Pucci's when I started working in Marina Blue, even though I've lived just down the street for 3 years. The first time I tried the pizza, I thought, HALLELUJAH! The pizza is delicious and we wouldn't have to order Papa Johns anymore. As an employee in the building, I've had a slice here and there for work, which is never really a problem, because let's be honest, how hard is it to prepare one slice of pizza. My problem with this business is its customer service and delivery/pick up service, as so many of the other reviewers below me. My husband an I live on a complicated street so we tend to avoid delivery. We typically call ahead and order our pizza and pick it up. The first time we called and ordered a Pucci's take out was a couple of months ago. We ordered half cheese half pepperoni (our usual). When we arrived to pick it up, it was only pepperoni, and they had to remake it. No problem, we are all human and mistakes happen. Second time we ordered a pie from Pucci's, SAME story. Must just be a coincidence. Last night, we placed an order for a medium cheese pizza. We got caught up watching a movie and headed about 30 minutes after placing the order to pick it up. When my husband walked in the door, and said he was there to pick up our order, the cashier looked at him as though she knew nothing about the order. Apparently the ticket was misplaced or something, but the pizza never got made. My husband walked out and we went to Papa Johns. Aside from the delivery service being an ABSOLUTE JOKE, I was there this past Friday for lunch, picking up a salad and 2 meatballs. It took 20 minutes for the person to throw together some lettuce and tomatoes and pack up the pre-made meatballs. Probably because they prepared the person in line behind me's food first. Pucci's you have lost a customer. You are very lucky your business is something so simple as a slice of pizza, because if you were a fully functioning restaurant, you would be out of business. The traffic from the building and American Airlines Arena keeps you alive, but it is ONLY that. Your staff has a piss-poor attitude all the time, they work with NO sense of urgency or hustle, and your customer service is laughable.

Service is average, don't expect much, but pizza is good. My favorite is their spaghetti and meat balls, which is served super hot. You will need to wait a few minutes before you can begin eating the dish so that you avoid getting your tongue burned, trust me it happened to me before. The spot is conveniently located for me during lunch I am a regular!

Don't let the low reviews fool you. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, Caesar salad and a cannoli and everything was very good. Whenever I'm craving a quick pizza it's Pucci's! I do have to shout out the delivery guy Hawk for providing very efficient and A+ service upon delivery making sure everything is correct and up to par. There needs to be more delivery guys like him out there.

It takes an hour to get your food (I got delivery) BUT it was so worth it! I had the Chicken Parmegan and it was EVERYTHING.

Pizza is good. I liked the old server better ... the guy that complained about the customers and yelled all the time. He was cool. The new girls just have bad attitude. I want old guy back.

Worst service ever. Just because you're open late doesn't mean you can be assholes to your employees and customers. I watched the cook throw a temper tantrum and start cursing at everyone in the place. My $5 uber ride to a better late night option saved me from eating this shitty pizza. Don't waste your time.

Closest pizza to NY Pizza. I'm from NY and I miss the pizza and bagels from there. But this is the closest pizza I've had here in Miami to NY pizza. Yummy!

Pretty much the worst service I've ever experienced. It's like the employees here don't like that people come to buy food What a shame because the location is so well located.

This business lacks the most essential part of running and staying in business: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Patrons should be acknowledge, made feel welcome and above all treated with integrity. When someone walks in to order a simple slice of Pizza and is ignored for over 5 minutes and then rudely acknowledge like I'm a nuisance, that person will walk out and leave you a 1 star Yelp review. Don't look so surprise Pucci - get your act together or you will go out of business.

Abysmal service. Shitty attitudes. Don't waste your money on this business. The chef was cussing me out for ordering a supreme.

The pepperoni pizza is awesome! It has the perfect combination of salsa and cheese. This time I ordered the pizza for delivery and it arrived in the time they said and really warm. If ordering for delivery, the wait time is close to an hour, just plan ahead!

It pains me to write this, but I've given them so many chances in the 4 months I've lived in Downtown Miami. A friend of mine recommended Pucci's to me when I moved downtown. The food that I've had has been pretty good overall -- I love the chicken parm sub, garlic rolls and the red, white and green pizza. I gave the calzone a shot last week and it was decent for a calzone - and well priced for the size you get. Cannoli was good. But with me, service is key. It's all about customer service when I like a place. I've only ordered delivery - over the phone, through the website and with GrubHub. The GrubHub drivers are always rude. The Pucci's employees always make you feel bad you're calling "because they're busy." But let me get to my experiences. They've messed my order up several times now. The ones I remember... Once, they took 2 hours to deliver my food. The employees didn't know where their delivery driver was when I called - and they didn't seem to care until I kept calling back every ten minutes saying my food still hadn't come. They told me they couldn't get a hold of their own driver. Finally the manager said he wasn't charging me bc I said I was scared to eat the food once it arrived. The delivery driver was high as a kite and couldn't figure out the buzz box. The food was cold of course, and they forgot my extra sauce I asked for. A time before that, they sent me the wrong kind of pizza. Luckily it was the same price and I liked the toppings - but when I called to tell them, they didn't offer to bring me the right pizza or compensate me for their mistake. Big fail. On my birthday, they sent me a meatball parm sub instead of a chicken parm sub. Since I'd had so many problems previously, I called immediately to tell them that they messed up again. Keep in kind I actually stayed really nice and calm even though they've messed my orders up so many times - and it was my birthday take out treat to myself. They also forgot extra sauces again. This time, the guy offered to bring a new sandwich, apologized -- I said it was okay and Id eat it, but that I may not be able to keep them as a client bc of all the mistakes. The employee said "give me your number and name - next order is 20% off." He assured me as long as I called to place my order that they would take care of me. I was starving and lazy, and called last Saturday night to try a calzone and my yummy chicken parm sub with the discount. The guy on the phone who tooka order got the manager when I mentioned my discount - and the manager was rude as hell. He gave me attitude about being too busy to deal with the discount. Then when I called him out for being rude, he said "fine fine 30% off" and started hanging up on me before even asking me how I was paying or telling me how long. The poor delivery guy was the same one who took my order initially, and he was apologizing for his shitty manager's attitude when he knocked on my door. I nicely said it was probably last time ordering from them - not bc of the food but bc of the rudeness and incompetence. He said he understood and apologized for his coworkers. He looked really frustrated. I gave him a good tip bc I felt bad for him. I kind of want to visit in person to see how they run things so I can decide if I'll ever give them a chance again. It's a shame there aren't really other pizza places downtown with good prices and better customer service. I hate chain pizza.

Best pizza ever. Buffalo chicken is the bomb. Good environment and very quick service. Also has good music playing always, and beer.

WORST Take-Out. Not a fan. I asked my wife how she liked it and she said, "It tastes like a smelly foot". I then asked, "You know what a smelly foot tastes like?", to which she replied that the meetball sub smells like a smelly foot so it tastes like a smelly foot. 'Nuff said. There is better stuff out there.

After a long, long day of studying and not eating anything, i decided to get some hearty take-out Italian. I got on Pucci's website and found out I could place an order for delivery online! How convenient--which is the point behind ordering online. I might also note that I live right next door to Puccis. I mean literally. So I went ahead and ordered! I placed my order of Baked Ziti, 3 garlic rolls, a slice of specialty pizza, and a Coke. I got the confirmation email with my order immediately at 4:39. This email notated that the delivery time was 40 min and would get here by 5:19. I assumed it wouldn't take that long, because you know.....I live right next door! Man oh man was I wrong!!! as 5:19 rolled around my stomach was growling and I was anxious. I decided to call and check in with Puccis. I placed my call at 5:34. After the phone got passed around I was finally able to speak with someone who informs me they had just received my order and it wouldn't be long. Wait...I am sorry. You got my online order.....an HOUR....after I placed it?! I was incredibly confused as to how this happened. Online ordering is supposed to be more efficient, but alas, here I am writing this review! I finally found what seemed to be a cook, because he and an an apron, at my door at 5:46. I paid him real quick and ran in to ravish my food only to find more bitter disappointment. All that was in my delivery bag was the order of baked ziti and the garlic rolls. No pizza and no coke. Sorry but I was hungry. I called Puccis immediately to inform them of their error at 5:48. I hear a man shouting on the phone, "Aw man, we forgot part of the order. Well, that isn't good. Hmm let me check." as he screams into the phone to another man. He informs me that my pizza was still in the oven. Well, that is interesting...why would a delivery order even go out without everything in it?! The man told me they would be right back with the rest of my order. I finally got my pizza slice (yeah it wasn't even an entire pizza) at 6:09. and NO COKE! To top it all off, I hope you guys really get a kick out of this. I was charged $3 for delivery....when I live right next door. They didn't even have to drive. No gas was used. Isn't that even moreeeee interesting. I didn't get an apology from the man in the apron or a thank you for the tip. As far as the food goes, decent take-out pizza and italian. As much as I like to support local places in Miami, I CAN GUARANTEE my next pizza order will be from pizza hut or papa johns. If anyone wants to try this place, I would suggest take out NOT delivery and NO online ordering because clearly the system is incompetent.

Hahaha I see why the terrible reviews!! Bitchy workers, very long wait (especially for delivery 1 hour minimum) , BUT the pizza is awesome though!! Nothing bad I could say about it... I only ate Pucci's two times w my husband and we love it. Cheese pizza.. Edit: We ordered delivery and it sucks...

The pizza is delicious but I think they need to hire more qualified staff. Everytime I go there they seem so overwhelmed and the delivery took almost 2 hours.

Every time I give this place another chance, I wish I hadn't. If i could rate the food separately I would give it a four on a good day. The customer service get's a zero. I live around the corner so I wish they were better but they continue to disappoint. Once we ordered a pizza online. After about an hour we called to check on it and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Then they stopped answering altogether. We decided to go down there to retrieve our pizza. There were only two guys working and they were screaming at each other, screaming at the customers and either hanging up on or just not answering all of the calls. They basically had this attitude of we're doing you a favor by being open so shut the f up. Similar story New Year's day when I had the misfortune of walking over at 11:15, the same time a concert let out from the arena. After the guy making pizzas exclaimed who else would be open for you on new year's day, He berated one customer for placing an order at the register instead of with him. Then he cursed me out under his breath when he got my order wrong and replied jesus christ when I asked for a to go box. Never had I wished I could take a tip back until I met that guy. So if you don't mind a hefty side of attitude with your average to good pizza then I guess this place isn't so bad. Maybe they should consider extra staffing on arena event nights to give that guy a break. They're always crying short staffed as if that's an excuse for being rude. Seems like he needs about 5 weeks vacation and maybe he'll come back a little nicer.

I was really torn between the 3 and 4 star rating. Then debated on a 2 star... I went with the 3 because of several reasons. Out of the 5 pizzas we ordered to be delivered to work, three were too crisp and the toppings and cheese were dark. We ate them and they tasted good, but they weren't right. One coworker complained about his jaw hurting from chewing the hard crust. Also the one cheese pizza was supposed to be an XL. It was a L. No parm cheese and silverware as requested. We did get paper plates, napkins and red pepper tho. Another problem, not mentioning a $3 delivery fee- even after I called to confirm the total price. The little things, you know? Details. What kept me from dropping a 2 star on the Pucci was the fact that the Red, White and Green pizza was freakin delicious! The star of the show. It was gone in no time and raved about all day. The Veggie pizza was delicious as well, seasoned with fresh basil. There's potential here, just not there yet.

This place sucks. I should've listened to the other reviews. Don't waste your money! I ordered through Eat24 it did arrive within 30-40 minutes unlike other reviews. I ordered wings and garlic rolls.... The wings were just dry and nasty and the rolls were stale. I ate two wings and threw the rest out. Don't order from here.

Like most other northeasterners in Miami, I've been looking for a pizza that approximates what you would find in NY/NJ. Pucci's is not quite there. The crust/bottom of the pizza is tough, dry, and chewy. I thought maybe I just got a bad pie so I tried again the following week with the same results. Maybe they are using old dough? Or over-kneading it? It's also relatively pricy, probably because of its prime location on Biscayne across from the arena. It might be worth eating here if you're going to or leaving the arena but if you're just looking for good pizza nearby, go somewhere else. Mamma Caruso's on 29th and NE 2nd Ave is much better in my opinion.

    (2)
  • Julio H.

My guess is that Pucci's Pizza just got tired of making pizza and they are dishing out garbage. There are too many things out of whack to let this one slide or give it another chance. If you ever want to see kids turn down pizza, buy them a slice from Pucci's, with its burnt cheese and its very chewy dough. Or get some very chewy garlic knots with very little garlic and very little taste. Not good at all. But the food is not the only problem. The website menu is all wrong, for example. Not only are there lots more offerings once you get to the pizzeria, but the pizza sizes and prices are inaccurate online. On my visit, I called in for take out, and even though I took forever to get there, my order wasn't ready when I finally showed up. The pizza was ready, everything else was not. Even though that may be understandable, the quality of the food is not. Pucci may be good to stop by and grab a slice, but Pucci can't handle phone orders.

The next stop on my #DWNTWN pizza tour was Pucci's Pizza, located on the ground floor of the Marina Blue condo tower on Biscayne Boulevard across from the American Airlines Arena. It's right around the corner from the Metromover Park West station on NE 2nd Avenue between 8th and 9th streets. There's a narrow counter in front of a front window and one wall, with bar stools for seating, and a couple of tables outside. Service was a bit slow because they were busy trying to get a twenty-pizza order out the door, but I can't imagine that happens too often. I did make the slice-buyer's *score* because I got a slice from a pizza fresh out out of the oven, instead of the usual reheated one! Pucci's advertises itself as offering "Brooklyn Style Pizza." I don't know about that, but it greatly reminds me of the slices of pizza I had growing up in New York City at inexpensive, no-seating pizza joints (in Manhattan). It had a thin crust that fractured slightly when folded, plenty of slightly tart tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese that stretched out into long strings when I took a bite. I liked it a lot. It's not a gourmet, artisinal pizza, but quite tasty. A slice is $3.49, and there are varioous combo specials. I went for a slice plus a fountain soda for $3.99. Recommended.

I love this place! Great pizza every time! Awesome workers. My new favorite spot. Small place has a tv and in and outdoor seating. Everyone has a bad day but even then I'll take Pucci's over any.

This place sucks. I've been living within a stones throw for almost two years now and the employees here need some serious hospitality training. The hours are not consistent and they staff pretty much chooses to close when ever they feel like it. They say they close at 2am fri/sat yet you try to call them at 1:06 and they ignore the phone. So we walk over to rude employees cleaning and shutting down almost 45 minutes before they are supposed to close. They don't give a shit about the customers. This place needs to make up their mind. Open? Or closed? Follow your schedule people and be consistent. We need better choices nearby

Cheese pizza and chicken bacon ranch pizza were perfect! Great quick lunch. A little off the beaten path if you are a tourist, but worth every step.

I only gave this place one star....because it's the lowest I could. In a nutshell, I ordered my sandwich and they completely forgot to make it. I mean sucks but I'll live, I understand that it's packed. What I was not okay with was the cashier not saying sorry or anything at all, honestly she didn't care.

These guys have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!! I work few blocks from Pucci's and my colleagues had ordered there before and they told me the pizza is good, so I ordered for 3 of us. We ordered at 5.30 p.m. (not even a rush hour for deliveries) and after we called numerous times to make sure it's coming, they told us different excuses like they couldn't get a hold of the driver, then they lost the order, bla bla and in the end of course, I cancelled the order and told them to make sure they refund the charge to my card. One week later for my huge surprise I saw that the pending charge was now actual charge and I called to speak to someone about it. The manager asked me if I could call back tomorrow morning and check again. I said I can't because it's their mistake and I'm not the one who is supposed to be chasing them to give me back the refund and the manger gets mad and starts screaming at me. Normally I'm not a big fan of writing reviews for restaurants, especially writing bad things, but after this and from all I read from other reviews I just don't think they deserve to deal with customers at all.

Pucci used to be a lot better. I'm not certain if there's been a change in management or what but it is horrible. The service sucks! Took them 2 hours to deliver a large cheese pizza. By the time it came it was cold. They tried making up for it by giving us another for free, but that was burnt. This is just one example of their horrible service recently!

Found myself across the street from American Airlines arena on my way home from a night in Wynwood wasn't in the mood for anything to heavy and certainly had no intention of making my way to the beach for food. I of course used yelp and searched out food venues still open at that time, Thisbe that didn't include E1even or any other venue that would result in a return home in time for lunch. I noticed Puccis had nice reviews but still it's after 4am in downtown Miami I had no desire for "drunk pizza" which is pizza only good in certain situations as I was not in that mindset . I was shocked in a good way, yes I simply ordered a regular slice but the slice was as good as any I have had in 14 years in Florida (not coal fired just traditional pizza). The quality was shockingly good as was the staff, it's also apparently a celebrity stopover as a legendary DJ and his girlfriend and the entourage (not the type your thinking), pulled up in 2 bentleys and ordered slices as well (although he made the gentleman show him the Spanish that was going on top of his slice). Anyway pleasantly surprised .

Been almost 2 hours, called them 30 mins ago said be here in 10 mins. Girl on the phone didn't sound too happy and said my order was the next one out. Called grubhub, to mediate 20 mins later, at least they apologized and gave me 10 dollars credit. Been a while since I ate there, but I remember the pizza was good. Even the best pizza isn't worth it after a bad experience. Oh, food finally arrived. Pizza was cold.... don't blame the driver, bad management.

This could possibly be the worst pizza/restaurant establishment I have ever been too in my entire life. What makes this even sadder is that it's really the only pizza by the slice option in the area. The cheese is to chewy, the crust is often soggy, the toppings aren't fresh and the overall eating experience makes me second guess my love for pizza entirely. The people that work there look like they just got out of prison and the only time the place makes half decent food is when that old dude with the mullet is there. Please if the owner or manager reads this I would suggest making the following changes -fire everyone -hire young enthusiastic people -buy fresh produce for your toppings (the pizza price justifies the quality) -get a better delivery system Until my complaints are handled I will strictly resort my pizza indulgences to the likes of papa johns and dominos. Thank you and kind regards,

Native born New York Pizza Snob will not eat any other but Pucci's Pizza. Its always fresh, always delicious. The garlic knots are amazing. The best late night snack, or on the way to the beach pick up. A slice of Brooklyn in the heart of downtown Miami

Ordered a Brooklyn Style pizza for delivery and it arrived late for about 10 minutes or so. Not to mention, the pizza has gotten cold but still good to eat. I don't hate it but if they improved on that then it would be great.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHIT HOLE.THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR AN ASSHOLE! I wish I could give this place less then a 1 star review. It now may be my personal vendetta to make sure this place goes out of business. I have been a 2.5 year customer, never asked for anything special, never ever asked to be treated any differently then anyone else - tonight has to be the hands down worst service I have ever had in my life. Called in an order - told 15 mins, cool, wait 20 go down, ask to see if order is ready - scrawny manager crack head dude tells me - im busy, I dont have time for this. I say, listen I called in, no worries if it takes a little longer but how much longer - can you deliver? He says, its gona be an hour I have all these people here. I live in the building now that Puccis is in, I go down on a weekly basis to order, the food is great - no doubt about it - but tonight, well being treated like I was some peon POS - that I don't appreciate. I will never ever go back there again - and I will do my best to make sure that no one I know does either. I dont expect much from miami but I do expect someone to treat me with a little bit of respect. If Pucci can't find a good manager - whats the food worth? Time to take control of your business and treat people with respect. PS I'm not hispanic and I don't hate miami - but what ever you do - FUCK PUCCI'S absolutely hands down the worst place I have ever been treated as someone who has ordered for years. FUCK YOU PUCCI! PS FUCK YOU YOU CRACK MOTHER FUCKER! GET A NEW GOD DAMN MANAGER - DONT TELL ME YOUR SORRY - GET MY FUCKING FOOD!

I was told this is the best pizza in Miami! It was ready and put in the box as I walked in. My dog literally whined for an hour as we waited in traffic to get back home. Sadly it was cold when we finally got there. It was very good. It smelled like it was amazing straight out of the oven, I hope to try it hot & fresh someday.

After being a loyal customer for 2 years, it is with a heavy heart I have to say Pucci's Pizza is not the same. Today I waited 2 hours for two stale pizzas. One was over cooked and the other almost raw. I have a stomachache from the small portions I ate. Customer service couldn't get worse and the pizza maker should be flipping burgers instead. I will NEVER order again as this is the fourth time this happens. I've tried giving it a chance, but it's clear to me this new management is clueless. Goodbye for good.

Worst place to order delivery from. The greasiest, flavorless pizza, ever. I liked Pucci's last year, but service and food lately has CONSISTENTLY been bad. Sorry. They've officially lost another customer.

I just had my favorite pizza on long island yesterday. After trying Pucci's last week, and having my fave this week, I can say Pucci's definitely is a gem for the Miami area. It is not as quite good as NY pizza in NY, but it is only off by a hair. Definitely my favorite pizza we have tried in Miami. I'm so glad we found this place, that its close by, that it serves garlic knots...and that it is delish!!! This is our go-to spot (at least until our next move). But seriously...if you love NY style pizza this is where you need to go.

My girlfriend & I came from watching "Slava's Snow Show" at the Arsht Center and were in the mood for pizza at 11pm. Therefore, we searched yelp for late night pizza joints and it came up with this place. The staff was friendly so, I added a star. Not to mention, I liked their business location & outdoor picnic tables so, I added a second star. That's where the goodness ends. The pizza was made using poor quality ingredients (as stated by other yelpers), therefore, it was EXTREMELY greasy & flavorless. I personally, will never be going back.

I love the pizza here but they have a bad attitude over the phone. The delivery takes forever! I'm talking two hours and I would call and their line would be busy. The driver contacts me not knowing where he is. I'm sorry but if you are going to be a delivery man I think you should know your addresses by now. Never ordering again.

We dropped in to Pucci's before a game at the American Airlines Arena. It feels like some of the pizza joints in NYC where you can get a slice. I had both the Pepperoni, and White Pizza with Ricotta Cheese. Both were so good that I returned several days later to try the Freshly Baked Calzone (stuffed with Ricotta / Mozzarella Cheese). They served it with a side of Marinara Sauce. It you are seeking an alternative to the Arena Food, Pucci's is right across the street from the AAA. There is a TV to watch the game. Seating inside is somewhat limited. The Metromover Station is a block away and there is nearby metered parking.

I honestly don't know why this has so few stars! I love puccis, the pizza is classic new york style. The service isnt great and they are bad on delivery, but the pizza definitely makes up for it.

I am quite pleased today because I finally found a pizza that I really like in Miami. Good crust that is thin, but not overly flimsy. It is a little bit chewy, but in a good way. Good cheese. Good pepperonis. It also has a nice, kind of tart, kind of spicy sauce. I thought the knots were quite tasty as well. Heck, even the fact they have legit knots and not dinner rolls covered in garlic is a plus. Service is quick and friendly as well. This is the best thin crust pizza I have found in these parts (and I've been looking).

Ordered delivery.. A while passed by, and I was starting to wonder where my food was...they called (an hour after I had placed my order) to apologize & say they were running behind and said they were sending us complimentary cookies for the inconvenience! It was refreshing having an establishment take accountability for their mistakes and try and make it right. Might of taken a while, but that's great customer service!!!

This is a fairly standard New York style pizza joint. Lot's of offerings by the slice as well as a fair number of prepared dishes including calzones and strombolis.

Open till 2AM? I don't think so. This is the second time I have tried to go here on a Friday night before 2AM and the lazy workers decide to close early. We literally saw pizza on the counter but the door was locked and they refused to let us in. After this happening twice I'll never go back.

I used to come to this place all the time i work two blocks from there. the pizza is OK but the atmosphere was what i enjoyed, the manager Johnny was really cool and made you feel welcome. I haven't been in a while due to scheduling at work went today and boy is it bad. Johnny is gone or at least that's what they told me the service was horrible the lady that rung me up made me feel like I wasn't welcome. I guess ill have to get used to eating from the subway in the same building at least they smile when I give them my money.

Don't order from this place using Eat24 --- ordered an hour ago, called to check status after receiving confirmation email and they never got the order. Never even going to give this one a shot again. Pizzarium, Ocean Pizza, Pieducks ---- stick to those for reliable pizza delivery

Oh boy ,I have not been to a place that is such a downer in a long time. The staff is terrible arguing with each other in front of customers and they have no organization ie ordering and getting food. Most importantly the pizza was well under cooked and not very good.

I go here at least once a week. It's reliably good. You can get a diet pepsi and a slice for $4 plus tax is unbeatable (although this is a lunch special and you're suppose to go around noon to get the deal). They also have incredible (expensive) homemade cookies. I don't know who makes them but they sure are good - and usually at the cash register. They seem to rotate new staff every week - not a plus but you're still going to get your stuff. There's one guy that is maybe the owner? All the pizza makers are always friendly and funny (but sometimes it's their crabbyness that makes them funny too). I've never had a bad experience here - it's fast, they're eager to serve you - the pizza's decent and you'll be well taken of. Enjoy!!!

They have great specials :) but the pizza is greassssyyy! Perhaps this is due to the low quality ingredients they use. We did not finish a medium pie we took it home and not even the dog wanted to eat the rest. I personally wouldnt come back again. The only reason we did was because my gf and i went to Slava's Snow Show, this place was close and we were in the mood for pizza.

I travelled from Australia to holiday in Miami, I found this place while drinking across the road in a sports bar. Im now back at home CRAVING this pizza. The cheese and pepperoni is to die for and the meat spirals are golden. Best pizza in Miami, Hands down.

Was headed to Alicia Keys concert and needed something to eat. Service was slow and for no reason. Over priced pizza that was just okay. They forgot my side salad, which was as plain as you could imagine. Unless you are desperate, go else where to eat.

Tiny little spot on Biscayne, but the perfect place to grab a slice on your way to the arena, who wants that Papa John's crap they offer inside?? Not me. We ordered delivery during a lazy Sunday at my friend's apt next door. The delivery took about 45 minutes which is pretty average. The pizza was awesome, flavorful with a perfect dough and crust. The wings are baked which I definitely prefer over fried, and they were big and meaty. Very good. We ordered a combo that came with a Caesar salad, the salad was just ok. But the pizza and wings more than made up for it. The guys behind the counter are super friendly and they have tons of grab-and-go options like slices and stromboli. Everything looked so good, can't wait to go back and try some more different things.

Great thin sliced pizza by any standard. Not gourmet but good ingredients. Great flavor. Owner is often there. They open long hours. Although you can sit down there, it was not designed for a romantic date. It is more of a take out place. In summary: great pizza that can match any top restaurant. Not a gourmet place and no gourmet ingredients.

Only people that have never been to NY think this is NY style pizza. Overrated and Overpriced. You'd be better off with a big chain like papa johns or dominos.

Great pizza it had me obsessed, I had just moved into the marina blue and I can't even count the number of times I had ate there! I recommend the BBG Chicken pizza, my personal favorite from Pucci's.

For the past year and a half I have been a regular customer of Pucci's. For the most part the pizza is great (you need to get it well done). It has been my go-to sunday night pizza spot. Last night I ordered a pie at 650. At around 8:00 the delivery person arrives. I open the pie and its completely different than what I ordered. They made a mistake. No big deal. It happens. I call Pucci's immediately and get the person and he tells me that he will call the delivery person and call be right back. Now it is 8:20, no call back. I call Pucci's again and he says he is sorry, he can't fix it, he can send me a new pie. I explained that I am hungry its late, I would rather have my 20.00 back and go on. After about 5 minutes he says no problem he will send the delivery person back to my apartment with the $20.000. He says to give the delivery person my receipt so they can cancel the order. At 8:50 I get another call from Pucci's. It is a different guy, who says he can't give me 20.00 unless I give him back his pie. I say I ate a slice since I am hungry and the guy 20 minutes ago says not to worry. This guy goes on and on and basically says he won't give me my money back even though his previous guy said this would not be a problem, because I ate a slice of pizza for a pie that I never ordered and didn't want. DON'T ORDER FROM PUCCI'S. THIS PLACE SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. MIAMI DOESN'T HAVE TO SETTLE FOR CRAPPY PIZZA RUN BY DISINGENUOUS FAKE ITALIAN D-BAGS.

I've heard all the great hype from locals about this pizza. Well I finally ordered it from this location which is literally 1.5 blocks from my place. The phone etiquette was terrible. How was flustered, rude, made a few comments. Including this one : I told him I literally lived down the street, he said, " well i don't know and I don't care". Which on a regular day I would have told him off and called another pizza place but I really wanted to try it. I let the rude tone and comments slide and made my order. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, a 2 litter coke, a garden salad, and an 8 piece hot wings and 2 canollis which they didn't have?..:(. I received my food close to the time that was given which was 45 min to an hour....even though I live right there, I can imagine all that food takes time to cook...so that's fine that it arrived about an hour and 10 minutes. When I sat down to eat it ...my pizza was rubbery and hard on the bottom. It was like if it was microwaved or something. Worse pizza ever!!!!! My garden salad which was $6.49 didn't arrive what arrived was a side salad for 2.99 which was not enough for me and my guests. My hot wings were really good can't complain about that! And my soda was actually hotter than room temperature. It seems they keep they're soda outside or something. Cuz the bottle was actually warm. Anyway after my next attempt to eat a second rubbery hard slice of pizza, I started thinking of the guys attitude and how much I ended up paying for everything and I started getting pissed. So I called the guy and asked to speak to a manager, turns out mister rude phone is the manager on location today. I told him about the salad size. I thought he had charged me almost $7 for that tiny little salad but it turns out he charged me for a itty bitty side salad. I told him it was still wrong. I complained about the most important thing being the pizza and he didn't even apologize for it, his tone of voice started to get a little heightened but I continued to let him know that I had more complaints and the soda was hot. He began fighting a little on the salad issue and actually had the audacity to tell me that something was probably wrong with me....great customer service!!! This guy is an example of people that shouldn't be in management jobs nor dealing with people. This guy should be behind a computer in a room with no access to customers.. That comment pissed me off so much that I started to yell at him and let him know that this was his biggest mistake and that is nothing wrong with me except that I had to be forced to speak to him. I told him while I was yelling over him, that my last complaint was his attitude and lack of customer service. I told him that I didn't want to ruin my day when I first called to let him know how I felt but now that the food was horrible plus his service plus now his new rude comments...that he was the worst person to be answering those phones. He asked me why I didn't say anything... I told him I didn't want to ruin my dinner over him. He blamed it on his employees and having a stressful day....but at that point I was so mad I really didn't care anymore. The next few things that came out of my mouth were very loud and very not nice....I can't even write them on here. But I told them I would never again order from them and that this was the worst pizza, worse service, and worse first time visiting a restaurant in my whole life. I am disgusted with this Pucci Pizza and they're manager today 5/25/2014. So someone check to see who this was cuz I didn't even ask him his name.

I stopped by Pucci's the other day. I was hungry and my Uhaul truck wasn't ready. The Yelp app came through (as always). I'll start by saying that I judge every pizza joint that sells pizza by the slice by how well it measures up against Pizza Bar. I ordered the White Pizza with ricotta cheese. The crust was excellent and the flavors were on point. So why only 3 stars you might ask? I paid over $5 for the slice and I was still hungry. Flavorwise, it macthes up well with the best pizzerias in town. But I just love paying $6 at Pizza Bar and only having to order one slice every time. No doubt I will go back when I am in the area. The service was great too. Cheers!

I know what you are thinking, why are you giving a crappy little pizza place five stars? Why don't you just give McDonald's five stars? Well Pucci's Pizza is more than that. They use the best ingrideints money can buy, and they are skilled chefs from Brooklyn. The man is very friendly and the pizza is very authentic and scrumptious. I think this may just be the best pizza i've ever had.

I absolutely loved this place! If you have ever had a slice of pizza in new York you know that your missing out in Miami. Many places here advertise NY style pizza but its more like a flat hard bread with ketchup and cheese, but this pizza spot is on point, hearty and it definitely reminds you of NY. The pasta salad is also something you have to try from here! Love it!!!!!

BF took me to Pucci's last night before the Heat game. It was the closest thing to Brooklyn style pizza that I've had in Miami. We ordered a medium pizza- pepperoni, pineapple and extra cheese (I know, pretty strange combo). BF said ordering the medium was the best value for our money. I don't know how much the individual slices are but they had a huge variety of pies to choose from. The place is small, it was a little crowded but we were able to order right away. The pizza took way too long to get done. We suspect it's because customers buy by the slice and the oven gets opened every other minute to warm those up- making the baking time for pies much longer. But once we got our pie, it was worth the wait. The pizza crust was crispy, the sauce was tasty and all the toppings were really good. There seemed to be only 2 tables outside so seating is not optimal. It was too crowded to sit at the bar inside so I didn't even bother. We shared a table outside with several other customers. It wasn't so bad. The wait and the lack of tables is the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. I can't wait to return and try more items on their menu.

I want to like this place so much, but it's just OK. The good- the crust is very good. It's close enough to Brooklyn style to call it authentic. $3.75 for a slice of pepperoni is a good value. Employees and manager are great peeps! Nice, personable, friendly. The bad- salads here are NOT good. I don't know if I was crying b/c the onions were too overpowering or b/c I paid $8.50 for a handful of greens, 4 olives, and a little dressing. Even for the pizza, they need to slice the onions a little thinner. It was like having a little bit of pizza with my onion. $2.25 for a soda is steep, but I guess they're charging for the Arena crowds. Overall, a slice of pepperoni to go will make you and your wallet happy. And it's super convenient for those that live in the area, as "Park West" is sorely lacking in decent casual options.

We have been trying to find a decent pizza delivery spot in downtown Miami but have had no success yet! Was excited about Puccis, but again disappointed. Their website menu is severely lacking (apparently it's only build-your-own, with no ingredients list?). We ordered delivery around 10 on a Friday night and despite a 45 min estimate, it took an hour and 20 minutes. When it finally arrived, the pizza was fine, but nothing special. I suppose the place is more take out or slice-oriented than delivery.

We were in town for our yearly Market America convention and looking for a quick bite to eat,as soon as we got thereall 8 of us we were greeted with a smile by everyone even though they were so busy when it came our turn Mr Johny Calella took our order without missing a beat for sure I thought he will not get it right because it was so many of us but sure enough he nailed it.All I have to say is this spot has the best calzone I have ever had being from NY I am very picky but Pucci's pizza outdid itself can't wait to go back absolutely loved it!
