I love the food at PF Changs...the only problem with this place is the wait. At any given point of the day the wait is easily and hour or more. That's a little ridiculous. There has been times when I really wanted to stop in...but after hearing how long the wait is I just turned around and left. I'm not even sure if they take reservations...but if they do...make them. Aside from that, the food here is great. It's not authentic Chinese..it is kind of a nouveau Chinese with Western influence. The Mongolian beef is absolutely succulent, and the lettuce wraps and wonderfully fresh.

It's a nice place to go for Lunch; Dinner takes for ever to get seated but the food is with it... What I do recommend from this place is The Great Wall of Chocolate It the best desserts I have had at this place lol... And the Tea is great to you have a list to choose for that is always a good thing. The service is good nothing to complain about yet :P

I went for a late Sunday lunch today. First time since they remodeled and enlarged it. It looks better now and the wait was very short at 4pm. The almond & cashew chicken bowl was recommended by a friend, so we had that. It was just ok. The chicken was tender but the sauce wasn't very tasty and it could have used more vegetables. The egg drop soup and the hot 'n sour soup were forgettable, to quote Simon Cowell. The fortune cookies were fishy tasting! ick! The only things I've really liked here in the past are the lettuce wraps and the fried rice. That's what I'd have IF I go back.

we have been here on several occasions and yes waited the approx 2.5 hrs you have to wait if you fail to first make a reservation. but the food has been always worth the wait. it is a must for us to start our meal with an order of the crab wontons and the lettuce wraps. this gives you the combination of both a crunchy and refreshing appetizer to prepare your palate! the crab wontons are filed with this creamy mixture of melted cream cheese with small pieces of crab (ok its imitation crab, but a girl can dream) and then deep fried until a lite color yellow making it into a crunchy delight. biting into this and having the cheese filing explode into your mouth is an experience which makes me greedy cause i do not want to share the portion on my plate!!! the lettuce wrap, who every thought that small pieces of chicken minced with herbs and spices which you have to place onto a cool crispy wedge of lettuce and then gently roll up nicely can make you smile endlessly!!! then follow up this with the deliciously lightly spiced General Chu chicken - chicken chunks fried till a golden color and drizzled with a tangy hot sauce and what better side partner than the special shrimp fried rice......... but leave space for the dessert! bananas that is.....yes they are health in their nature state, but out of this world delicious when served pf chang style!! as egg rolls!!!!! i will not say any more, just that they should provide bibs cause im drooling here just typing about it!!!

Not the best Chinese food in town but for a big restaurant chain not bad. The Mongolian beef is the best dish they have. You can ask for a fried rice for four would recommend bringing a few friends to have more options which they are knowed for putting all food in the middle of the table. They drinks are good recommend the organic margarita. Do not recommend the Moscow mule no copper cup. Large portions. The service a little slow on a sunday but not to bad. The Decore a little bit outdated but for chinese resturant nicest in town for decore but I feel they can do better.

Tonight was our best experience so far at this PF Chang's. Typically service has been poor. Food quality has always been pretty good, so no complaints there. But... Service, wow! Can't say any thing good. Rachel took good care of us tonight and actually had a personality, which our previous two servers lacked. 3 stars tonight... Keep working at it PF Chang's!

I have been going to P.F Chang for several years and have visited multiple locations in different states and this specific location is the closest to my home and has always been one of my favorite. The food never disappoints and after being to China I can say that a lot of menu items are very authentic. I recommend trying the spicy green beans and the shrimp with walnuts and honeydew melon. Service is good, with any place you visit regularly some servers are better than others but I have never had any issues. I love the food here and will continue to come back. This location is quite popular so I suggest making reservations to avoid the long wait times specially during the weekends.

Wow , second visit in last 6 months & plainly not worth coming back. It's sad when pei Wei is much better than the restaurant & less costly. I always order the same thing, tofu curry veggies... Well plate looked so good, full of big pieces of veggies but it barely was warm, all veggies were completely raw with exception of the onions & mushrooms. There was barely any sauce and the little there was had no flavor, let alone any curry flavor. So sad but seems to be an issue, couple close to us complained too. Never coming back

5 stars for consistent menu and good food - 1 for uninterested and rude service Made reservation for 6 thru link on Yelp. Then, our party was 8, I called to assure this could be corrected - no problem. Arrived 30 min early, introduce myself, mention reservation for 8 - no hello or other greeting "no you don't it's for 6" - got that worked out and our server was better but not much more - Server was polite and totally uninterested - she did the job First truly disappointing experience - we were taking family to dinner - we come to their city once per year - would have spent more elsewhere for better service

PF Changs is pretty good stuff. You can always come back here and expect the same thing. The chicken options are great and they have a nice selection of sushi as well. Service is pretty good across the board and the restaurant is decorated nicely.

For a chain restaurant it makes decent Chinese food. Located in The Falls mall. This location has plenty of parking. I usually start off with the pan fried pork dumplings. They are first steamed and then pan fried. Then I get the Mongolian beef. It's strips of steak marinated and cooked to perfection with green onions. Also the honey garlic chicken or shrimp. Lightly breaded and fried to golden brown and covered with delicious honey sauce. I also like the combo fried rice. That's made from pork, chicken, and shrimp with vegetables. I never had any issue's with food or service. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a full stocked bars with several stools to enjoy a drink or have a meal. The servers are friendly and helpful in choosing menu items.

I stopped here for lunch when I was craving asian food. Usually I am not a big fan of "chain restaurants", but this one was a good surprise! The place itself is big, a bit too dark, but overall acceptable. There are a lot of waiters around so they take a good care of you. The food: we order a fried rice, steamed pork dumplings and the chicken lettuce wraps... and everything was very good, I mean, much better than what I usually eat in this kind of places. The dumplings were delicious, even though they were steamed they were tasty. Fried rice was really great and a huge dish, it was not too oily compared to the fried rice I ate in other asian places. The lettuce wraps were surprisingly delicious, the minced chicken meat was mixed with shiitake mushrooms and that taste was addictive! I am sure is not the best chinese food in the town, but I would really recommend the place!

This location is very far from me but I was in the area visiting some relatives and we decided to stop here for lunch. We were promptly seated, the service and the food were good. The bartender at the Dolphin Mall location makes a much better drink. The sangria tasted a bit watery.

My husband and I went with my family to dinner at PF Changs at the Falls on Wednesday night. We waited a short while for a table even thought there were plenty of empty tables. After the waitress showed us to our table, the waiter quickly came up to the table and asked for our drink order. Since some of our party had not yet arrived we asked for water around the table, which he brought. We ordered appetizers to share. Specifically, we ordered two of the pork street tacos, one chicken street tacos, one chicken lettuce wraps and a bowl of egg drop soup to split. Here's a breakdown: Egg drop soup - the server brought it with too few bowls/spoons and some of the ones he brought were dirty. Those who tried it thought it tasted ok. As for the chicken lettuce wraps, they are about as simple as you can get with ground chicken and lettuce pieces. The ground chicken looks like dog food, so it is not very appealing, but it tastes ok. We ordered several entrees to share, as follows: 1. Mongolian beef. The sauce on was good. Other than that, the dish was just ok. 2. Pad Thai. It did not taste like any pad thai we have ever had. It was bland and tasted as though they forgot the sauce. All of us agreed we would never get it again. 3. Kong Pao Chicken. It was the best of the meals we got. It had onions and peppers in it and some nuts. It was sweet and spicy. If I ever went back, that is what I would get. 4. Ginger chicken with broccoli. The broccoli was plain and steamed and the chicken with ginger sauce was ok but nothing special. 5. Shrimp Fried Rice. It barely had any shrimp and was bland. For dessert we ordered Vanilla cream wontons and fried banana spring rolls. Both were served with coconut flavored ice cream. The vanilla cream wontons should really be called cream cheese wontons because when you take a bite a ton of cream cheese tasting filling squirts out. My sister and I both spit it out but other people in our group liked it - I guess it depends on whether you'd be ok with eating a spoon full of cream cheese. The fried banana spring rolls tasted like bananas foster. It was sweet and had chocolate sauce to dip it in. Everyone at the table enjoyed it.

I came for a birthday dinner, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a P.F. Chang's. First we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, which was fine, we had a pretty big group. What was not fine is that we had to wait an hour for our food to come out. And when we ordered a fried rice to go, it took 30-45 minutes for it to come out. Everyone at the table was getting grumpy, and annoyed because of the wait. The kitchen's lack of speed is really hurting this establishment. The food itself was meh. Egg drop soup was passed around our table, since no one wanted to eat it. Buddha's Delight was not a delight, actually, it was bland and gooey. The Mongolian Beef and the Orange Peel Chicken were the only two dishes that everyone seemed to enjoy. The beef was tender and savory, while the orange chicken was refreshing and tangy. We also ordered some Ginger Chicken that got overshadowed by the previously mentioned dishes. The vegetable fried rice we ordered was just okay. Some of us ended up eating white rice as there wasn't enough of the fried rice, and it was fine. Overall, the food was 50/50, our server was nice but he seemed overwhelmed, and the wait was just ridiculous. Because of the wait time, I have to say sorry, but I won't be coming back to this P.F. Changs.

This is a great chain restaurant offering Asian fusion food at relatively cheap prices. This is a great place to go with family or on a date on a Sunday when you want good food & quick service without a drive through. The 2 for $39 deal on the new menu is incredible: 2 soups, 1 app, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert. The Mongolian beef (delicious steak and scallions served with white or brown rice) made it onto the 2 for $39 menu which is probably a top seller!! FULL of flavor! The Pad Thai did not make it onto this menu but it's delicious! A standard Pad Thai (nothing special about it) BUT the portion is larger than your traditional Pad Thai (I LOVE all thing LARGE) yay! for app: Chicken lettuce wraps- Hands down one of the bessssst things on the menu (it's perfect for happy hour too)! for dessert: most might say fried wontons... I say Salted Caramel cake!!!

Dirty dishes and silverware... I had to return not one, or two, but THREE sets of silverware! As well as a dirty soup bowl. The service was insanely slow, and our soup was cold. This is the worst PF Chang's I've ever been to, this last dining out experience has turned me off from ever dining at a franchise restaurant again. Congratulations PF Chang's.

Food was good, service was horrible and the table was not clean before sitting us. The place in general was dirty and sticky. Why we don't leave? Just because they recomended us that the food was good! And it was. I can not imagine the kitchen... We try it and that was it!

Been here many times. Food is pretty good , but I think the server can definitely enhance the experience or not
You're better off ordering cheap Chinese take out. The food here, and at ANY of these restaurants is deplorable. Granted, outside of LA or New York City, there's no such thing as real Chinese food in the U.S. Other than the Americanized take-out we have all come to love. Everything you could possibly order from this place is over salted and over priced. Usually drenched in some mystery sauce lacking and flavor.... Other then salt. If you're going to be a mega- chain restaurant...at least make your food better then what you're company offers in the frozen section of your local supermarket. I've had my share of shitty hole-in-the-wall Chinese take out, and I'd take that over this overpriced crap any day of the week.... Save the heartache on your wallets and order from your local take out...I promise it will be better.

Had a date nite with my son. Sat at the bar. Service is always better. Tonight I decided to change it out from my regular dish of Kung pao chicken. That was left for my 10yr old who just loves it for its taste and superior spiciness! He loves how hot the sauce is. I decided to try the Chicken Pad Tai. Well good choice I'd say. The chicken pieces were tasty and a bit crunchy which I like. The noodles were cooked just right, not over done at all. I love that it was spivey, but not over baring as some other Pad Tai dishes I had before. Good sized portions left you full but not stuffed. I paired it with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio. Service was attentive and fairly quick. Mind you it was at the bar.

Yes it's a chain but at least they cater to the GF crowd! My waiter was Evan and he was absolutely great. Very gracious and attentive even when the annoying ladies at the table next to us kept complaining about the wait with their sour patch faces (patience is a virtue people!). We had the wraps and soups for appetizers and for entrees the GF shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, and chicken salad (with fruits and avocados), did not disappoint!! Yes the food took a little while but it's Friday night and if you want someone else to cook and serve for you, add some patience to the mix and continue your conversation. Oh and the GF chocolate dome is Ahhhmazing! Delish! A must!!

As you may recall, I, previously, reviewed a Baltimore location of this restaurant. Well, this Miami location proves that quality of food is not a universal mission of this chain restaurant. They are cutting many corners. I purposely ordered the same meal - chicken soup, spring rolls, ginger beer. The ginger beer was good. Everything else was bland, water downed, flavorless. Luckily, I was a non paying guest at this dinner. The service was slow and unpredictable and should have been reported to management. I will not return to this location. And no fortune cookies...not even one!

Celebrating a birthday dinner and the service was HORRIBLE!! It took over 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. They were all standing around debating who was going to help us. We finally got a waiter asked for water water one of our appetizers/ 20 minutes later got the food with NO plates and NO water....called over the manager and he was more CLUELESS than the rest of the STAFF...... with the prices the charge they should do TRAINING for each employee......or they will keep loosing business....

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this establishment needs to be writen about. We were seated at 6:40pm. It is now 7:24pm and we have yet to receive our food. The service here is horrble. We waited 20 minutes for a refill on our beverages, with the server being M.I.A and once appearing trying to catch up on her job she doesn't acknowledge her other tables. The Wongton soup tasted watered down, besides that our appetizers were good. Still waiting on our main course to determine whether it was truly worth the long wait for our meal. Food finally came out at 7:33pm. Food is hot and taste great but I would honestly never come to this location again. The service is just horrible, and for my first time here I was not impressed. The two stars go to the food, service is 0 stars.

Some friends asked us to meet them for dinner here, so we did. Hadn't been in awhile so was actually looking forward to it. Big disappointment. As other reviews stated the quality of the food has declined. Big time. To start, the kids chicken fried rice had no chicken. The rice had no flavor. The kids honey chicken looked more like deep fried tiny nuggets. The Saigon street noodles were horrible. The noodles were overcooked and dry. My husband had the shrimp in lobster sauce, it was yucky. It looked pretty gross. The sauce was gooey and stringy and not so sure what ingredients it had. I'm glad there is a Haagen Daz ice cream around the corner. That's what I ended up having. The 2 stars are for the service. Our server Richard was very helpful and attentive.

This is a Chinese person point of view on this chain chinese restaurant: This PF Changs is located at the end of the falls shopping center next to Macys. We went to eat here for dinner because it was convenient to what we were doing in the area till late. We did the deal for two on the back page and added a few more dishes. The deal for two people comes with two soups, one appetizer, two main dishes, and a dessert. We tried many items such as the hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, famous lettuce wrap appetizer, honey shrimp, mongolian beef, etc. Overall......SUPER AMERICANIZED CHINESE FOOD (aka not authentic lol). Were talking loaded with flavors from the sauces from different countries even (the shanghai noodles have indian curry spice lol). If a chinese person went here to eat and tried stuff they would look like a confused dog with its head cocked sideways lol. The dessert we had also was frozen and defrosted. It was the salted caramel cake or something. I think also the waiters split tips because service was muck lol. Slow and he didn't suck up and its a chain restaurant = makes me think they split tips.....or he was just having a bad day because the minute he turned around from our table he did what I call the "waiter vent". Ive been there, done that, I know what its like to be a waiter......and all waiters know we hate our jobs and their customers and talk smack in the kitchen, we eat off take backs, etc....... but dude, wait till u get into the kitchen, not the minute u turn away from my table to vent how much you hate your job or life, ruins my mood lol. He also made a mistake on our check and overcharged us on a dish (how does that happen on a POS system automatically -_- hmm....let me think lol). Overall, food is basically american chinese food. Lot of flavor, sauce, not authentic like if you went to a real chinese restaurant, its takes different. Service is bleh. Its your typical experience at a chain restaurant.

You can't go wrong at PF Changs. The whole menu is great. Today we were in the mood for orange peel chicken, fried rice, wanton soup, spring rolls. I loved the spicy jicama street tacos ... Very tasty and new on the menu. Finished it off with the dessert fried wanting. Yum!

As is the case with most chain restaurants, you know what you are getting here... and unless they really mess up, it's not half bad! Had lettuce wraps and spring rolls for appetizer. Good! My kung pao chicken was not crispy at all. Bummer! The flourless chocolate dessert was as good as they come in chain restaurants. A+! Went here a day ago - food was good and fresh, service was great, the mix yourself sauce was at the table. Nothing particularly exciting and nothing particularly bad!

PF Changs seems to be doing well - my only real big complaint is they call parties names out by their first name. So there was some confusion considering our names are common and two groups are kind of headbutting. All the lady did was awkward shift and say to us, "oh no they were here first soooo sorry." I wonder why they just don't call parties by their last name like any other restaurant in the world. Just a big derp moment if anything. Right now PF changs is celebrating breast cancer awareness so every selfie you take with their hash tag or every sushi roll or spring roll chops up 1$ for the donation. We ended up getting California rolls for our starter, fried rice and what not as our meal. Everything worked out well. Refills came as quickly. We waited a bit for our food but it was packed so it wasn't a big deal. We ended up tipping our server 20%~9.00 as a party of 2 who spent 50.00 and I guess he was surprised because he thanked us but he really deserved it. Thanks for the meal - hope you get the party name thing figured out.

Let's talk about how quickly a favorite spot of ours has fallen downhill. Ok so, the menus changed, that's uncontrollable I guess. But I know they have the liquor on hand to continue making drinks that are no longer listed, but I guess you'd have to first, not be a lazy lump of a bartender. He tells me he can't make a black tea gimlet because they don't have the alcohol for it. Strike one. Strike two: I order a Moscow Mule (and side note, don't add a Moscow Mule to the menu and NOT serve it in a proper cup), he doesn't add the candied ginger that the lady next to me was lucky enough to get in her drink. This was also after he forgot all about my order and made it long after my partner got his drink. I'm sure I don't have to explain how obnoxious that was. Then came time to order food. We're pretty simple, and we come here A LOT. We order veggie dumplings (which they've changed and the sauce is not great), he wanted northern style spare ribs, I wanted vegetarian lettuce wraps, and we also wanted an order of simon rice (fried rice with egg tossed in that brown sauce). They were out of whatever is needed for vegetarian lettuce wraps (wtf) so I order ma po tofu. What we get are two sides of rice, one brown, one possibly brown tossed in brown sauce. When we ask if the simon rice is coming, he proceeds to explain "simon rice is just fried rice with egg & that sauce only" - right sooooo where the fuck is that? Because we got cups of something. I know what it is - I ordered it. Thanks for the explanation though. Whatever - obviously life and daily function is hard for this "Gio" person, so we drop it. Get the bill, which takes a decade also, but we had our card & pf changs rewards card super ready to help this idiot out. Do you think we got fortune cookies? Spoiler alert: NOPE. We've decided to never go for dinner again...and if we go in and see that mouth breathing moron at the bar, we'll sit at a table. We couldn't leave fast enough. So sad.

I've only been to a couple P.F. Change's and this one is as good as any of them. The service was pretty solid and the food was pretty good. The whole experience was nothing to write home about though. P.F. Change's is a good choice if you are at the mall and want some chinese-like food and don't feel like driving to Tropical Chinese.

Seems like there is no management presence here, place is run by teenagers. We visited on a not too busy Monday night and were kept waiting way too long for a table when there were plenty of tables available. Ultimately they say our party of five at a table for four and required us to squeeze in an extra chair. Better dining options nearby. Won't be back.

Frankly, it's a chain restaurant: the Cheescake Factory of ersatz Chinese fusion. So you obviously modify your expectations. That said, as chain restaurants go I find PF Chang's pretty tasty. The first expectation you have to deep six to enjoy the restaurant? The idea that this is Chinese food or even close to authentic. Fortunately, I think they are pretty good, down to the "Bistro" name, communicating that this isn't meant to be genuine. Enjoy it as its own thing, basically. The lettuce chicken wraps are genuinely tasty, the hot and sour soup acceptable (except one time where they soysauced it up way too much), and totally Americanized Chinese-like dishes such as "Kung Pao Shrimp" are good for that part of the brain that just wants salty, crispy, oily stimulus. I'm not exactly recommending it, but for a half Chinese guy married to a full-on Chinese girl the sort of "Chinese theme park" food is a guilty pleasure.

I love Changs!!! Let's start from the top. The atmosphere is very intimate. I love the relaxed feeling and lighting. Our waiter was extremely nice and very attentive. He sold us on the lettuce wraps with chicken. (I know it has a different name but I can't remember lol) I love lettuce wraps and that was one of the best I have ever had. The chicken was seasoned so good! Yum! Well I ordered the shrimp lo mein and my partner order the sweet and sour chicken. The shrimp lo mein was not good. I didn't like it. The noodles were not good. Just because I didn't like it doesn't mean someone else won't. I send it back and ask for the pepper steak which was really really good. It had a nice spice and tasted so yum. I leave the best part for last which was the dessert. We got the fried banana rolls with coconut ice cream. Just writing about it has made my mouth water. 6 fried banana drizzled with caramel sauce. Coconut ice cream with fresh fruit strawberries and blue berries. I wish I hadn't shared lol. I had a dessert orgasm at changs. I will definitely go back. I really recommend the chicken wraps and dessert. Like I said I love Changs!!!

Things are coming back in order, seems they are finally getting it right again. This place can be amazing. The bar staff is awesome and stays on top of things for the most part. Menu changes it seems like every week now some good some bad but it fun to experiment.

I don't think I've been this disappointed in a large chain restaurant as I was when I came to this location. We had a party of three and it was each of our first time dining here. The waiter was not very knowledgable of the menu, for starters. Secondly, the service was awful (& it was a week day!). Lastly, the food was far from "amazing", like some of the reviews have claimed it to be. Subsequently, we won't be going back! 6 thumbs down!!

Amazing food today! I ordered the orange peel shrimp and contrary to the symbol next to the menu item is not spicy (i have a low tolerance for spicy foods). It was very tasty/flavorful. I ordered it with brown rice and the combo was delicious. For dessert i got the ginger pana cotta and that was tasty as well. Don't let the basil in this desert put u off because it paired nicely with the ginger and strawberry. The dessert was light and with 3 mini pana cottas it was perfect to share. Overall a fantastic meal and that is why i tipped 18% :)

This is my favorite PF Changs. Mainly because of the following: 1- The beer on tap is always ice cold. 2- The bar tenders and servers are very good. 3- The food quality is always excellent. 4- The Mongolian Beef is fantastic. Great Job.

I went to PF Changs China Bistro today and had the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I ordered the simplest plate, a soup, and they managed to leave me every displeased. My soup came late, then when it came my soup spoon was dirty, then the soup had paper in it. I asked them to take the soup back and I ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, then I noticed my new dish had hair in it. My waiter said the manager would come to see me and he never did. The cooks were terrible and management was terrible , the waiter was nice and that's about it

I often refrain from chains, but a gift card drove me here. Decided to come for lunch and avoid the long lines on a weekend. To our surprise prices were very decent. We had an appetizer, clam wantons, each had a main course off the lunch menu and dessert. The food, unforutnatley wasn't anything to rave for - but decent. Their traditional Mongolian Beef, Chicken or Shrimp are decent and their lettuce wraps deserve some praise. What does not deserve praise is the management of their staff. It's very disturbing when my wife and I are sitting outside trying to have a nice outing and there are 3-4 waiters just chit chatting around the door. This didn't happen once or just for a few minutes. We must have been there for about an hour and they were around. Very annoying. Come on guys, chit chat in an area where you are not exposed to the guests...or better yet don't chit chat at all! There's always something to do! Will I come again? Only if I have a gift card.

Came here friday night for dinner with friends. We waited to be seated about 10 minutes. Not bad, considering it was a Friday at 9 p.m. The service was great, the food was pretty good and the prices arent bad. Having said that, they arent cheap either. My fiance and I shared an appetizer, he had beer, I had a glass of champagne, we each had an entree and it came out to $70. Good place for groups.

My husband and I have been going to PFCHANG since it opened at the Falls years ago, and he used to say we have never dined there that we didnt leave satisfied. Well, I guess there is a first time for everything because tonight it was a disaster. We ordered the Honey chicken, had to return it, it was cold, greasy and the chicken was hard, then came the fried rice, didnt taste fresh, tasted reheated, then came the worst, we replaced the Honey Chicken with Sechuan Beef, a terrible mistake; the meat was so fried that it looked like black little threads of beef, the veggies were so spicy your nose started running after a couple of spoonfulls, I gave up on it. Left without dessert, we figured it wouldnt be any better, why spend the money and continue not to like what we are eating. I can certainly say we wont be dining at PFChang for a while now, what a shame, its a good looking place!

Is this place sliding down the quality ladder? Saw a baby centipede at the bar. Had to get the staff to chase it down. Kinda gross.

P F CHANG CHINA BISTRO. The food is amazing, my kids and I love the spring rolls, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, Chang lettuce wraps and Chang's fried rice.

As much as I love PF changs and been here numerous times - tonight was different. We came in at 8pm (the worst time ever) wait time was said to be 30 min. 8:45 we asked for an update on our table and we were told that people aren't moving from their tables and they didn't know how long the tables would take. We weren't even a big party just 6. 9:45 I finally find a manger and ask why the wait has been triple my time. Luckily enough there were 2 large corner tables open and their answer was they tried contacting us!!!! First we were sitting inside, so if you have your waiters calling out names, they diffidently didn't call ours. They now work by texting you when your table is ready - and well no text was sent!!!! I've never had to look for a manager and then to have our waiter know we "complained" about our wait made it an already horrible experience!

This is decent chain Asian food. I come here for dependably good Asian fare and the Great Wall of chocolate. One bonus is a decent beer selection. This place is a good go to for families that are in the Falls shopping center. Frankly it's the best option here.

The ambiance is good for a chain. I finally tried the lettuce wraps everyone makes a fuss over, and I must say they're nice and not something you find in every hum drum restaurant. I ordered the schezuan al la beef. I didn't understand why it had to have a crispy almost breaded texture to it. I wanted a more sauteed beef feel without the unnecessary crispy coating. It was Meh. What inspired me to write my first ever Yelp review however, was their cocktails. I had two and they were both amazing. My boyfriend who is a bit uptight by always reminds me that "they don't know how to mix drinks over here." him being British. Anyway, it's rare to find cocktails that are good let alone two! Props to their bartender whoever, was on at that time. If anyone is going soon, I recommend you try the Black tea Gimlet and theYuzu Ginger Mojito. Both were superb!

If I was reviewing the food alone it would be 4 stars, service once we were seated, five stars, however for the entire dining experience I have to give two stars. We arrived at 5 p.m. Because it was so early, there were many open tables and booths. We asked for a booth. They took my name (the first sign something is amiss) and the hostess said there was one party being seated ahead of us. Fine. We had a seat in a waiting area (with a ripped seat which does not give a good first impression). After fifteen minutes I went back to the hostess stand. The hostess said it would be a minute. After five more minutes, they took us to a table, not a booth (of which there were MANY available). We told them again we requested a booth. Ten more minutes waiting and FINALLY we got properly seated. I think twenty minutes waiting to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant is indicative of a huge problem. As I stated, the food is good and our server came promptly after we were seated and was excellent in all regards. I don't know if the problem is the hostess or the management but I can only imagine the chaos which ensues when the restaurant is actually BUSY!

Awful. Sometimes we say "you get what you pay for" other times "you get what you deserve." This review addresses the latter. If you want to go to a commercial chain restaurant don't expect great food. My fault. The noodles were served in a clump (likely prepared many hours before.) The won ton soup was flavorless and the noodles fell apart because they were way over-cooked. The lettuce wraps were served with iceberg lettuce. Iceberg... Really? If you've never had real Chinese food, you know this is not it. Service was okay. One item was not delivered to the table with the rest of the food. This happens sometimes. The waiter acknowledged this and we weren't charged for the item.

Consistency in quality and service. Waiter was great. I forgot his name but i know that his daughter works there too. The 2 for 39.95 is such a deal. My only downside was the awful garbage smell right outside the front door. Making reservation on line was a great feature as it minimized the wait time.

Good beef and broccoli. Go for lunch since it's much cheaper ($8.95) which included brown rice and soup or salad. Service was good too. No complaints.

So the food here is always the same.. Super yummy and delicious. But one thing stood out this visit. I came her with my husband and munchkin and we were seated all the way in the back. As we sat down and looked around, it looks like they sit all family with small kids in the back. Maybe I'm wrong and it was a total coincidence but I thought it was funny.. Lol.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 10 years---until now. I visited on vacation last week and there was a WORM in my food! We ordered chicken lettuce wraps; the lettuce was ROTTEN halfway through the pile (that we already had started eating) and had a worm growing and festering on it! And they still made us pay for more than half of the bill! Utterly disgusted!!!! I wonder what else was rotting in that kitchen!

Great bar service!!!! Had dinner with my husband tonight and had a great meal and Gio who was our server and the bartender was awesome. He helped me make a good decision on my main meal and a good price and tasted wonderful.

Let's start with the food, after all it's a restaurant... I took the honey crispy chicken and let me tell you it is awesome !! The dish fills you up pretty good even though i wish they would put more chicken... That's just me being greedy here. My wife had the Ma Po Tofu and loves it too, perfect for vegetarians. The two things that bothered me is the service... First of all the lady in black at the reception had a bad face as if we were the reasons of her problems... She didn't smile once and was annoyed when she saw the kids. The comes the waitress, same, does not know how to smile, seems to hate kids, did not refill our glasses once... Even if the food is good this kind of service can prevent me to return to a restaurant. Please improve that side, that would be really appreciated.

Great food, but pricey. We got great customer service, and this location doesn't make the chain look bad.

It took over 45 minutes to seat us, even with reservations, it was extremely crowded and loud, the waitress brought the wrong order, and the food did not taste as good as it used to.

Despite the fact that I frequent chain restaurants (not by choice) I'm wondering why everyone is so smitten with PF Changs. Ugh, I see the same thing every time I go, douchey servers, hoochies on the date-of-their-life, or bored families avoiding Red Robin. Fine. The Mongolian Beef ain't bad...but I'd really like it if it weren't so chewy. And if you offer Blue Moon on draft don't give me a dirty look when I ask for an orange. So run of the mill.

I was in the mood for some crab wontons this evening and decided to check in with PF Changs at the falls after an afternoon of roaming the mall... They have a new prix fixe menu where 2 people can have a soup, app, entree and dessert for 39.95$. Not bad, so my cousin and I decided to eat that. Our waitress was nice, a bit slow and ditzy, ,but I give her points for personality.... several times throughout the meal we had to wait for refills and there were large gaps between her visits to the table... The orange peel chicken was so lite and tasty I didn't want the plate to end. My cousin had the mongolian beef, it was a little chewy for my taste. Dessert was a choice each from their "mini" desserts, I had the mini chocolate wall and she had the red velvet... all in all a decent meal with ok service.

I would say P.F. Chang's is one of the better chain restaurants widely available. I like the interior, it looks like if one of those mom and pop Asian restaurants won $50,000 and redecorated. Service is always friendly and the food is good. Chang's chicken lettuce wraps- four out of five stars Salt and pepper calamari- three stars Northern style spare ribs- four stars Egg drop soup- three and a half stars Hot and sour soup- one star, This is my first hot and sour soup, I am not sure if they are supposed to taste like this, but I did not like it. Sesame Chicken- four stars Mongolian beef- four stars Shanghai shrimp w/ garlic sauce- two stars- it did not have much flavor Oolong marinated sea bass- four stars. I always enjoy coming here. The food is good and i like the atmosphere.
Food and service always fabulous. Mongolian beef, shrimp, and pork lo mein is our thing. nice couple dinner for $70. in addition, i've come here with girlfriends for happy hour and we have gone to town! we get there at 5 and for 1 hr we order 2 of everything on their happy hr menu including drinks and stuff our pretty little faces. we miss the ribs on the happy hr menu, but always enjoy the lettuce wraps, dumplings, etc. the PF-X cocktail is yummy. last visit we sat at the bar and loved it. i enjoy bar service very much when it's just hubby and I. he doesn't but I win all the time. Raquel served us at the bar and she was great.

This is one chain that's always poppin'. And growing. They just opened a location in Puerto Rico that's become quite the hit. It's all for good reason, Chang's offers a semi-fine dining experience with their beautiful decor, on-point wait staff, and varied yet delicious menu selections. At the end of the day though, the value for what you get is not always there and you do end up feeling like you just had a cookie-cutter experience. Some of their frozen food selection at the supermarkets are both good and reinforcing of their mass-chain-dogma. For a quick, casual bite I would prefer their diner, Pei Wei. But do come here for a business meeting or company-sponsored lunch!

I went there for lunch on 4 feb 2013. I've been to many locations over the years. This time the hostess led me and my buddy to a really dirty table. The booth seats were covered in crumbs, pieces of cheese and vegetables, and the floor was covered too. I paused and informed the hostess that I couldn't sit down, and she went to get cleaning tools. As she was cleaning a waitress looked on and chuckled that she needed to clean it. The food was okay. My friend said she'd been there a few years ago and she remembered it being nicer, so she was probably never going back.

I've been to this location many times and never had an issue with food or waiters. With that said, well things were a bit different this time. We ordered the $40 dollar special that includes soup, appetizers, main course and small dessert. Well after 15min or so they brought us the main course! hmm wth! I spoke to our waiter and he made a mistake, yikes! Well he made up for it by giving us a discount as well some free sides :) Made us somewhat happy :) The food, Mongolian beef and orange shrimp outstanding. Love the spicy eggplant! Well since they were generous, I will be generous by giving them a 4 star for now.

If you can figure out when they aren't overly crowded, and actually eat at the restaurant instead of grabbing to go, then the food can be good. But a good restaurant shouldn't need qualifying statements. Good: Lettuce Wraps, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Mongolian Beef & any of their fried rices. Bad: 1) Their takeout is caca. My favorite thing from them is the Crispy Honey Shrimp; but when you get it to go, it tastes decidedly uncrispy and blah. Just don't do it. 2) They are always too crowded. The wait is always too long. The service suffers because if it.

In college, I enjoyed eating a PF Chang's so I decided to apply for a job as a server. I was lucky enough to get the job and worked there for almost a year. Even after no longer working there, it was still one of my favorite places to eat. I love the Changs Spicy Chicken, and the combo Lo Mein (no veggies). The mongolian beef and chicken lettuce wraps are also a favorite alternative. The service is usually pretty good, unless you go on a busy night and the servers are in the weeds. If you sit on the left side of the restaurant, you usually get better service because they usually place their veteran servers there, and because it's closer to the kitchen, the servers are more accessible. The food is great, but do not go there if you're looking for something quiet and romantic. It's a family style restaurant so it's usually pretty noisy. I also recommend going for Happy Hour as they now have a special discounted menu.

Good food and customer service. Menu needs more healthier options since most of their menu items are high in sodium. Decor was nice.

This location always has slow, terrible service, even though there are only at most 3 or 4 full tables when I have gone. I am not sure what their excuse is, but they brought the sake out after we were done with our meals (you are supposed to bring the drinks out BEFORE the meal so people can drink something while they eat), we had to ask for the sauces, and for water. You should never have to ask for water in a supposedly upscale, full-service restaurant. They really need to get better waiters or they will lose their already dwindling clientele.

I don't understand why people sit around for over an hour to eat here. The last time I went, even with reservations, I had to wait about a half hour. Then there was the 45 minute wait for food to arrive. Of course, it was all wrong and had to be taken back. 20 minutes later, I got a plate of noodles swimming in grease. There was no way I was eating something that unhealthy so the waiter tried to make up for it by offering me free dessert. Maybe that's the way to win over most people, but not me. The two times before my last visit were almost as bad. And a couple of months before that, my family sat at a table for 30 minutes without a waiter ever coming by. They got up, left, and had dinner somewhere else. The food at P.F. Changs is not worth it. Drive up US 1 to New Chinatown instead. The service is always great and the food never disappoints.
Mmmm...mmm...good! This place rocks! I love the food, the drinks & the service is outstanding! The only thing I'm not a big fan of are the mini desserts... there just too sugary. The best plate by far is the mongolian beef! I get it extra spicy all the time & it never fails. I love it! The service is awesome! There trained very well. They always have a smile on there face and seem to be pleased to serve you, which is great because you don't get that now and days. The drinks are good! There not stingy with thier liqour. =)

While looking at the menu online, I found that you can place your order for pickup using the website. Extremely convenient, and you can specify the time of your pickup by 10 minute increments. They just made it that much easier for me to eat delicious lettuce wraps. I now fancy this chain all the more...

Everything I've ever eaten has been fantastic. The chickens lettuce wraps are a must and their lo mein is what all other lo meins have to live up to. Even when there is a wait, you're still quick to get a table. With the exception of one, never had a bad server. Awesome place!

I've been hearing about P.F. Changs for years & today I finally got around to trying it. The first thing I noticed was the warm colored decor & welcoming atmosphere. Maybe it's silly but the ambiance of a restaurant adds a lot to my dining experience & I really liked the ambiance of this one. The menu seems to have a pretty wide variety of choices & I even notice a gluten free section, something I've never seen before, so bonus points for that! The crab rangoons are great to start as is the egg drop soup. The lunch bowl menu is also a good bargain & portion size. The service was decent & the food was tasty. I'll def be dropping by more often!

The sad thing is that I remember loving this place when I was younger....oh thank goodness for acquired taste. I was running some errands at the Falls today and my posse and I decided to grab some P.F Chang's for lunch. At this moment I quickly panicked, does anybody have an iPhone I can borrow? I'm sure there are better options around the area... but no, sorry Paula... optimism shall ensue... I decided to walk in, all smiles, expecting the experience to be better than lasts. FAIL!... We decided to sit outside since it was such a nice day, and proceeded to be attacked by pigeons that were entrapped inside the screen, mind you the entire staff watched this and didn't really do anything about it. One of the pigeons kept on slapping the woman at the table across from ours in the head. They would also freely stop at our table for a chit chat and when we complained all the staff would do is shoo them off...excellent! because I'm totally incapable of doing that myself, thanks! We ordered a bunch of appetizers for our meal and here is the recap...the calamari was gross, the batter tasted like old fish and was super stale, the seared tuna slices were more like thick chunks, and came with a sauce that tasted like dishwasher detergent, their staple lettuce wraps that I once used to adore were okay, except I don't remember the stuffing part being so soggy. The only reasonable dish was the crab wantons, a tad over fried, but the plum sauce complimented them really nicely. As if this weren't enough the service was pathetic, we got our glasses of wine after we were done with our meals. Also, the dude comes around to make that special sauce did it with such apathy that chunks of chili few across the table and he didn't even flinch once. What a train wreck!!! What happened P.F? Were you always this bad?

Always one of my favorites! The Mongolian Beef is AWESOME! It's not a place to frequently bring a family of five, though. It gets pricey. Overall, I haven't ever had a bad meal here (yes, I'm here with my family right now and we're waiting for desserts to arrive). :-)

For some reason I keep coming back to PF Chang's even though I've never had great food or great service. Everything tends to be just ok. Today I went for lunch with a co-worker. It was about 1/2 full at the time we got there, around 1:30. The service was pretty slow considering it wasn't too busy. Our server was polite and made recommendations for my coworker that were appropriate. I ordered the Budda's feast and it was so so. Pretty bland in flavor, even after adding some of the sauces on the table. The veggies were fresh but not enough flavor. The food is just ok and the service is hit and miss. There are so many better options out there, I recommend skipping this place. Worth mentioning, I noticed that they have started a happy hour from 3pm-6pm with specials on both food and drinks.

As far as chains go this one is pretty good, but our food last night was not. Vegetable curry. Pretty simple. The aroma of the dish was vaguely like hot dogs, or maybe pork and beans, and the flavor wasn't much better. Under seasoned, with a boring mix of vegetables and tofu that was billed as crispy and was in fact soggy. I will still try Changs now and then, but last night was a bust.

My wife and I went on Saturday late afternoon and surprisingly we had no wait time to get a table. Thought it was weird but the place was full. We ordered from there Prefix menu and as always everything was great. We started with the Lettuce wrap and they were spot on. I always want to try a different dish but I cant seem to tear my self away from the Mongolian beef. Superb as always. We ordered the chicken fried rice and that too was great. We ended up with there little desserts which is just the perfect size after eating all that food.. Our server Benjamin was totally on the ball with the service. He was pleasant and we never had an empty cup of tea etc. We didn't have to ask for one thing. The service and the food were both great we will be back.

Ah PF Changs...the Asian Cheesecake Factory. That's what my bf calls it. But I don't care, I still love you and think you're GREAT! Your pork dumplings...OH MY! My mouth is watering!! Your pepper steak and almond and cashew chicken...DELISH! The service has always been great and so has the food. The prices are a bit on the high side, though lunch is a great alternative. I'd say this place is great for consistency.

One of my favorite restaurants by far. Crispy green beans and Chicken Lettuce Wraps are the best on the menu. Always great tasting, and always large amounts for the price. Egg Drop Soup is delicious and most times comes with the meal. Mongolian Chicken is what I go there for and its always worth coming back for.

I have eaten at PF Changs at the Falls many times. Yesterday I ordered take out and was a little disappointed. I ordered my usual sweet and sour chicken and they did not put green peppers, pineapples, and the sauce. It is suppose to Come with those ingredients. Too begin with it's pricey and the portions are small, so I was really disappointed when it had no taste. Christy

Came here for lunch with a couple of coworkers. If you want to have a quick lunch don't come here. Shortly after being seated the waitress appeared to take our order. As we were telling her want we wanted she seemed in a hurry. we felt rushed to place our order. We ordered the crab wontons as an appetizer which took over 20 mins to come out. We all ordered the lunch specials. i had the orange peel chicken w/ white rice. My friend had the Mongolian beef w/ fried rice and the other friend had the honey chicken w/ brown rice. All of the food that came out looked like it was just sitting there for some time. The food should not have taken that long to come out because the place was empty. I've had better food at my at the Chinese takeout place by my house. Oh by the way, the waitress forgot to place an spring rolls. We didn't remind her because it would have taken forever. Overall, the food is very mediocre. I don't think I'll be returning.

I'm only dropping one star because this restaurant has since it originally opened. I guess that is expected but still, we're talk PF Changs. If I manage to get great customer service at their Orlando location & not Miami, a one star drop is called for. My husband and I used to eat here EVERY weekend! That's how insanely delish this place was when it opened. To start, I am glad they shut down for a while and took the time to renovate and expand. It was about time. On a flip side, it doesn't feel like that cozy little romantic, candlelit place we used to go to. More room equal more people which equals waiters running around like chicken' with their heads cut off. I would NEVER suggest this place for a Friday or Saturday night unless you're prepared for a long wait. While I believe their service has dipped in quality - the food is better than ever! The menu has finally expanded and due to the economy they do have a nice size 2/$30 or $40 menu now. Our favorites are the mongolian beef, shrimp or chicken - changs spicey chicken - lemon chicken - orange peel beef, shrimp or chicken - the duck - pan friend peeking dumplings - crab wontons with plum sauce - crisy honey chicken or shrimp. Last time we went I tried the shrimp in lobster sauce and I have to say I was let down. It was like eating shrimp in a gooey water sauce. NEVER AGAIN. All in all, we will still go here - just not as often. If anything, the one in Mary Brickell Village is still going strong!

The food made me sick, though it was decent going in. But they brought the entrees out before the appetizers, the soup after the entrees were done and their sad excuse for a "cortadito" was inedible. GET IT TOGETHER PPL!

For some one with food allergies, this place is the best! I only have a gluten problem, but my sister can not have gluten, soy, peanuts, corn... etc The manager was super patient and informative as well as our bartender (we sat at the bar) She had the GF Lemon Chicken, which was great btw I had GF Chang's Spicy Chicken, also great They also brought us, no charge, Garlic Snap Peas to try! Awesome service and yummy food! Pleasantly surprised!

I've usually gone to PF changs for lunch or early dinner so ive never experience a crowd like many others. I always get nice servers, and good service. Food is enough to share with those you go with. Fave appetizer has to be the chicken lettuce wraps... so good.. I actually tried making them at home...ive come pretty close but im missing something. fave entree: honey garlic chicken with brown rice. For a chain chinese place, its good, no complaints, good sit down atmosphere with outdoor seating, but if its just me at home, ill order take out from my local place.

Two words, Mongolian trio! Holy yumness. This dish defies all other dishes at PF Changs. Be prepared to have a food orgasm when ordering this deliciousness. I've tried many dishes here, but the Mongolian trio is my one true love. Other then the great food, PF Changs has a really affordable menu. They also offer healthier options and some gluten free dishes as well. For $39 bucks you can get a prix fixed menu for two that includes two appetizers, two entrees and one dessert. It cannot get any better then this. My last time there I tried the chocolate Godiva martini, which is a little piece of heaven. I definitely recommend calling in ahead of time to get reservations because there is usually a wait.

I finally went to PF chang for lunch, mainly because i know i get 50% off, because i'm really not a fan of alot of spices. i went around 2pm, the place was empty, and the outside tables are perfect when the weather is good. I didnt know what to order so i asked the waiter, he couldnt be happier that i asked him, and recommended an almond and cashew chicken bowl (7.50$). I had no choice but to agree with him, very good food, spicy, but good. would i go again? Yes, because i get half off, but if i didn't i'd pass and go to los ranchos at the falls.

After hearing only great reviews from my close friends, I decided to try PF Chang's for the first time. We were greeted immediately by a friendly, smiling hostess. My wait time was only five minutes, but I admittedly went during lunch and it was not as packed as my close friends and others here on Yelp have described. I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken and my friend the Mongolian Beef (which seems to be a favorite here on Yelp) and both plates were delicious! Two with light appetites can definitely eat off one plate. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs too. I'm very picky with Chinese cuisines, but I definitely had a great experience at PF Chang's. No complaints! Grade: A

I hate loving it because it's a chain, but I can't help it! Everything in the menu is outstanding! My personal favorites are the chicken in black bean sauce and the crab wontons. They have fantastic drinks as well! A great restaurant for groups!

I went yet again with my husband. Had a gift card to spend. We chose the meal for two which includes a soup or salad, two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts. We each had the Hot n' Sour Cup of soup, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Spring Rolls, Mongolian Beef and Orange Peel Chicken, and the finale the MD-Great Wall and MD-Red Velvet. The soup was tasty and it works with the cold weather. The wraps, which would have been the first time I have ever tried them were great. They're a bit messy, but that's why you have a fork to collect what was dropped on your plate. The orange peel chicken was also great, has cashews to bring out the orange taste. The dessert was so-so. Not a big fan of red velvet, but if you are a chocolate lover, go for the great wall, it's a combination of fudge and chocolate cake.

4.5 Stars Oh PF Chang's....let me start off by saying that if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, definitely do NOT go here( Tropical Chinese is definitely your best bet). Having Chinese friends and gone to China myself, it is safe to say that it is absolutely nothing like real Chinese food. It's sort of like tex-mex food in the U.S.- nothing like real Mexican food, but it's still damn good. The food is overall tasty, regardless of what you order. However, I think that if you are not into strong, tangy tastes, you might not like as much. My sister complains that the flavors are simply too seasoned and pungent. A few recommendations: for appetizers the chicken lettuce wraps, the barbeque ribs, and the dumplings. For entrees, the mongolian beef and the orange peel chicken are super delish! For dessert, the chocolate cake is super rich and yummy. This is a great place to go with a large group of people, especially since the prices are very reasonable. However, I definitely recommend that you make a reservation because this place is ALWAYS packed to the max! Even when you do make a reservation, you will most likely have to wait 10-15 min. during high peak hours, but nothing too bad. Also, if you are trying to decide whether to go to the Brickell or Falls spot, definitely go to the Falls. I can't count how many times I've been there( 30+) and I've never had a problem with the service. Nice, friendly waiters for the most part. The Brickell location, on the other hand, has had terrible service whenever I've been there. If it's still a little far from where you live, a new location is also opening up in Dolphin Mall next year.

I really don't understand why people LOVE this place. We were dragged there for dinner because it was a friend's birthday. Of course, with a group of 15+, the wait was 3 hours. The whole time we were waiting, people couldn't stop talking about the Mongolian Beef. When we finally sat down and I tried it, it was nothing special. Just beef coated with sticky red sauce. I decided to go with something simple that no "Asian" restaurant can mess up, so under the Traditions section of the menu, I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan. This dish translated to English is Chicken with Mushrooms. Guess what I got when the food arrived at the table - chicken with sauce, sans mushrooms. Never again!!!

I've been to other one's, but this was basically an overpriced dressed-up restaurant. Their food was not that great. You could go to your neighborhood mom and pops and get a better meal. Only good thing, which was excellent was the dessert. I had the deep fried banana in spring rolls.

P.F. Chang's may be a little pricey for Chinese food, but it sure is delicious. Of all the things I have tried on their menu, my favorite is the Mongolian Beef. You haven't lived until you've tried this dish! The Calamari is also exceptional. My husband and I have always had great service there. Their waiters and waitresses are very attentive. I would definitely recommend making reservations if you are planning to go on a weekend night.

What not to like! Came here with my daughters to celebrate her bday / acceptance at her fav magnet school. We started of with yummy spring rolls, my favorite northen style spare ribs, meat falls of the none, tender and flavorful , crispy crab wontons.... A gigantic wonton soup bowl ( I intended it to be my main dish but had to share ), lo mien with chicken and chicken with black bean sauce , pretty tasty . Place was packed but service was fast and courteous. Last but not least we ordered chocolate flour less dome dessert with a candle on top. This desert is decadent and probably meant to be shared, very rich flavor. Overall we had a good time. The wait time was expected ( Friday night ) but the have benches indoors( AC is important) so you can wait or you can opt for the bar ( in my case not a good idea :) ) servings are big and they are ok with sharing, family friendly , not too pricey and plenty parking space. Added bonus attached to the falls mall where you can catch a movie, go window shopping or just walk around to help digestion ;) bonus: happy hour during the week are awesome

I expected more from this place based on the things I've heard and obviously the price. I'm not saying i didn't enjoy my time here because I did. The food was good, the service was fantastic, and everything was just ok. But the thing is that I expected more than ok. For the price I paid at PF Changs I can eat somewhere better. Actually, I can go eat better chinese for half the price. The price does not justify the taste of the food in my opinion. But maybe I'm just a bit picky

I always enjoy my meal at PF Changs and feel satisfied. My favorite dish is the shrimp in candied walnut sauce with honeydew melon. The waiter we had yesterday was super waiter. WIsh I had his name. He brought us sodas before we finished them, he cleaned off the table right away once we finished. He was more than just on point. The hostesses left a lot to be desired. The least they can do for a crowd that is waiting an hour to an hour and 15 minutes is be polite. We were told our wait and after 40 minutes we noticed a lot of the crowd was gone. We went to check to see if wait time had changed and she rudely reminded us of the exact time we were given the pages and reminded us that we had 20 more minutes to go according to the estimate they had given us. Just as I sat back down to wait within 2 minutes the pager went off. So clearly she knew we were up next but decided to be nasty and tell us we still had another 20 minutes to reach the wait time. I am so glad the waiter's personality and care to detail made up for the two hostesses that clearly need a lesson in customer service.

I've been to this PF Changs location several times and never had bad service. The staff were nice, quick w service and very helpful. However you don't go here for authentic Chinese cuisine but grading the food purely on taste, I give 4 stars. The Oolong Sea Bass was nicely cooked and with the sauce on the side you control how strong the taste will be. The lettuce wraps have always been amazing. Fresh, well seasoned and just a delight. My friend had this candy rock shrimp dish that was Amazing! Next time I go I'll definitely be picking me up some shrimp. Thx PF Changs for the good eats!

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(3)Amalina H.
My favorite dish is the Mongolian Beef and the shrimp with walnuts. Yum!

Can't go wrong with P.F. Changs. Some of the best shrimp lo mein I have had and the orange chicken was good, but didnt knock my socks off. If you want a sure thing, go here but I prefer to be more adventurous.

The Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of spinach was excellent. I have had bad experiences before many many moons ago , but I will return because today's meal was perfect.
(5)Carlos C.

(5)Monica B.
Never coming back
(1)Layda C.

The service is horrible... The good is great.. But everyone here is so miserable .. Our waiter took forever...

(3)Jp F.
(1)Iris S.
Food was good, service was horrible and the table was not clean before sitting us. The place in general was dirty and sticky. Why we don't leave? Just because they recomended us that the food was good! And it was. I can not imagine the kitchen... We try it and that was it!
(2)Carmen O.
Been here many times. Food is pretty good , but I think the server can definitely enhance the experience or not

好åƒï¼ (if you aren't Chinese and need a translation like me, this means "delicious") When I am feelin' Chinese or if I need to know my fortune, I eat me some PF Changs! This is my hubby's favorite restaurant so we go to PF Changs at least a few times a month. We are only a party of two, so to not have to wait for a table we almost always post up at the bar. Bar service is really quick which is what I love and the bartenders, especially Gio. What to order? Appetizers: - BEST: Best appetizer to order are the crab wontons!! Make sure to ask for the plum sauce because they just changed their menu's and no longer serve the sauce with the crab wontons. - HEALTHIEST: Chicken lettuce wraps. The chicken is super tasty and juicy and the lettuce is cold and fresh! Entrées: - Mongolian Beef - There ain't nothing Chinese about Mongolian Beef except for "Mongolian" in the name, but this is hands down one of the most delicious dishes they have. The beef is seasoned, juicy and cooked to perfection. And, the combination with green onions is FLAWLESS!t - Kung Pao Scallops or chicken is Ah-Halleluyah- MAZING!! Seriously the sauce is deliciousness with the combination of peanuts, chili peppers and scallions. Def. a must try! - Sweet and Sour Pork (or chicken but Pork is tastier) is good. Not my favorite, but really zesty tasty with its onions and peppers. Desserts: -Banana Spring Rolls - YOU MUST ORDER THISPERIOD THE END!! Friend spring rolls with bananas inside served with coconut pineapple ice cream topped with raspberries!! Simply DEVINE! So why not 5 stars? Well, they recently changed their menu which for me is not for hte better. They are stingier with their serving sizes. Also, they accept credits cards but due to a recent issue with stolen credit cards at PF Changs, they now accept credit cards the old school way and don't swipe... but manually by making a copy of your credit card and you signing. This is their current method for credit cards until the newer devised way comes out.

(1)Aimee R.
(4)Lyndenise B.
Delish! A must!!
(4)Belinda B.
(1)Marcella L.
(1)Carolina C.
(2)Charity Z.

I love this place they have great food and great service. I can't wait to go back this weekend.

Yum!
(4)Nardri F.
I loved this place but alot has changed. I have gone there for lunch and they are out of most lunch items atleast the ones I choose. Great hangout for friends and family. Especially good for kids here
(3)Emily C.

Service! Service! Service! Wow! My family and I came for a birthday and it was an amazing experience. The service was incredible! The food was not that great but still was delicious!

I try to stay away from chains but I'm a sucker for this one. Loved it before I was a vegetarian & I love it even more now that I am. Buddhas Feast is my favorite.

(1)Andres R.
I am a huge Chinese food fan. The food is not authentic, but it's delicious. Favorites are the orange peel chicken, and the hot and sour soup (best I've had in Miami). Food and drink selection is great. Service is also consistently good.
(4)Idania C.
Service is terrible. It took over 45 after we ordered the food before it was served. The portions were lunch size even though we went at dinner. Overall, not planning to go back to this PF Chang again!
(1)Stella R.
(5)Al C.
This is my favorite PF Changs. Mainly because of the following: 1- The beer on tap is always ice cold. 2- The bar tenders and servers are very good. 3- The food quality is always excellent. 4- The Mongolian Beef is fantastic. Great Job.
(5)Michelle M.

(2)Tabatha R.
Food is great!! Bartenders are great. I always sit at the bar and have a great meal... I just hate that kids sit at the bar from time to time... Isn't the point of a bar that no children should sit at it....
(5)Maira M.
excellent service and the food was extremely good!!!!!
(5)Rosario P.
(4)Grace P.
(1)Paul S.
Is this place sliding down the quality ladder? Saw a baby centipede at the bar. Had to get the staff to chase it down. Kinda gross.
(3)Elizabeth G.
P F CHANG CHINA BISTRO. The food is amazing, my kids and I love the spring rolls, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, Chang lettuce wraps and Chang's fried rice.
(5)Erika S.
(1)Rafael L.
This is decent chain Asian food. I come here for dependably good Asian fare and the Great Wall of chocolate. One bonus is a decent beer selection. This place is a good go to for families that are in the Falls shopping center. Frankly it's the best option here.
(4)Liesl J.

(2)Joseph A.
(1)Ivette R.
we went to this pf changs a couple days ago and the food was very average and kinda gross the service was okay my drink tasted weird but usually when I come here the food is really good
(2)Prad B.
Consistency in quality and service. Waiter was great. I forgot his name but i know that his daughter works there too. The 2 for 39.95 is such a deal. My only downside was the awful garbage smell right outside the front door. Making reservation on line was a great feature as it minimized the wait time.
(4)Rachel P.
Good beef and broccoli. Go for lunch since it's much cheaper ($8.95) which included brown rice and soup or salad. Service was good too. No complaints.
(3)Ivonne G.
Lol.
(3)Carissa C.
(1)Eileen P.
Food was great but service could be better my appetizers took a little longer then I wanted overall the food Is really good
(3)Vanessa L.
Great bar service!!!! Had dinner with my husband tonight and had a great meal and Gio who was our server and the bartender was awesome. He helped me make a good decision on my main meal and a good price and tasted wonderful.
(5)Angel L.
(4)Joe W.
Great food, but pricey. We got great customer service, and this location doesn't make the chain look bad.
(4)Amp K.
It took over 45 minutes to seat us, even with reservations, it was extremely crowded and loud, the waitress brought the wrong order, and the food did not taste as good as it used to.
(2)Cecilia M.
(2)Vanessa S.
(3)Andrew C.
(4)Stephanie L.
PF Chang's lunch bowls and cheesecake!!!! This is the winning lunch combination! The restaurant is always crowded which means people like it and it might take a while to be seated and get your check. Food on the other hand seem to arrive quickly. The menu seems good but to tell you the truth I stick to the lunch bowls: pepper steak, honey chicken, cashew chicken, ... you get a soup as entrée for the same price. Those two items only cost under 10 dollars so take a 2 dollars dessert (verrine of strawberry cheesecake, apple pie, tiramisu, chocolate cake, ...) and you are all set for a great afternoon! Yummy!
(4)Tiana F.

(3)Maria C.
I enjoy the food here, I am a fan of the wanton soup and the combo fried rice!!
(4)claudia l.
(2)Vin L.
(4)Michelle C.
(3)Laura D.
(5)Joaquin R.
Good food and customer service. Menu needs more healthier options since most of their menu items are high in sodium. Decor was nice.
(4)Naty K.
(2)Nydia M.
(1)Nathalie M.
I went here last Saturday with a girlfriend of mine and her 4 year old to have lunch. The attention was a little rushed, the food was good but not exceptional and what I really loved was the egg drop soup! I'll let you guys know when I go again if it gains another star :) p.s. we did the lunch for two for like $39.99. Which included an appetizer, soup, entrée and desert. Add a kids meal plus tip we ended up paying $68.00 for lunch. A bit pricey...no?
(3)Karla B.
(4)Dana D.
While looking at the menu online, I found that you can place your order for pickup using the website. Extremely convenient, and you can specify the time of your pickup by 10 minute increments. They just made it that much easier for me to eat delicious lettuce wraps. I now fancy this chain all the more...
(4)Carly B.
Everything I've ever eaten has been fantastic. The chickens lettuce wraps are a must and their lo mein is what all other lo meins have to live up to. Even when there is a wait, you're still quick to get a table. With the exception of one, never had a bad server. Awesome place!
(5)Elizabeth Z.
(4)Paula E.
(2)Victor d.
Always one of my favorites! The Mongolian Beef is AWESOME! It's not a place to frequently bring a family of five, though. It gets pricey. Overall, I haven't ever had a bad meal here (yes, I'm here with my family right now and we're waiting for desserts to arrive). :-)
(5)Andrea F.
(2)Rob W.
(2)Angel C.
(4)Emily V.
(4)Lindsay B.
(5)Christina A.

Everyone says this place is great, but i see nothing special with it. I went there twice and tried two different things and I was not impressed at all.

This place is okay. I used to find this place amazing a few years ago. Now, its just basic. I can just go to pei wei. The only thing worth coming for is the kung pow shrimp.

Lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef were delicious!
