Happy 59th pops! Celebrated my father's 59 here and it was great. Thankfully, it was not that busy so we were sat quickly 10 adults 3 young children. Staff was very polite and helpful with moving our seats and strollers. Glad our children are quite and sat still. The outside of PF Changs was clean and the look of the restaurant is nice wish i took pictures of the oversized horses and front end of the restaurant very sleek looking. Inside decor has a zen like feel to it very calming. There is a bar that's visible but doesn't take away from the flow of the room thanks to a wall of bamboo trees. Bathrooms are clean and yes there is a changing station in there which is helpful. Now for the main event the meal. As an app. we had 2 orders of egg rolls (4) and wonton soup. The egg rolls were gone just as they had arrived so i didn't get a taste of them they did look good though. The wonton soup is brought in a large serving bowl staff will pour soup if you like them too its very good and a bit spicey. Soup serves about 5/6 people. All portions are large enough to be shared and the waitress made excellent choices for our table to share. Pork fried rice and chicken fried rice, sesame chicken. pepper steak, beef and broccoli, honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken. With such a large order I was sure something would be wrong, maybe not fully cooked or sides missing after my experience at chophouse. Maybe that's why they got a 5 star from me because they didn't miss a beat. The food is brought on a small serving platter with a serving spoon (which is nice you don't want everyone's fork in the dish after they stuffed their mouth). Thankfully majority of the food was stationed in front of me i got a taste of it all and wow was it delicious. Chicken was tender with a crispy crust, beef and pepper steak were so good you didn't want to cut them into smaller pieces, I'm not big on fried rice but boy did I help myself :)). Dessert was great also, they have mini desserts I suggest the velvet cake but you won't be wrong to go with the mousse or apple pie. If your experience is half as good as mine was this night you would rave about it still. Thank me now. Thank me later. Don't thank me, but thank you on behalf of me and your stomachs. Quick tip: Check in during happy hour 3-6 to get discount. Also, they offer gluten free meals and brown rice. For you heavy eaters if your with a large group that middle seat which you usually run from? Well that's the seat you get dibs on enjoy!!!

PF Chang's never disappoints. Their dishes are always of high standard. If you order the Dumplings make sure you ask the waiter to mix the 3 sauce for you to your desired spicy level it really compliments the sauce provided with the dumplings, my favorite is steamed shrimp. Seared Ahi Tuna is done well here too. Cocktail favorites are Coconut Lemon Sour and Asian Pear Mojito very nice after a long afternoon of shopping till you drop, really helps to drown your credit card overdraft sorrows. I recently did a dinner for two so we ordered Chang's Spicy chicken and Kung Pao very nice, followed by Tiramisu which was ok but the show stopper was the Chocolate Peanut Butter crunch, this is a must. I would suggest taking a piece home to eat while you are watching your favorite show on the couch, very satisfying! This place does get very busy, I like to go in odd times to avoid the crowds. The one downer is the soups and the duck they do a poor job of that, I really don't know why the duck is on the menu. I would suggest a more authentic Chinese restaurant for that there are quite a few in Miami Dade West.

I had no clue they opened a PF Changs in Dolphin Mall, it was a pretty pleasant surprise. So obviously after doing some shopping this was a no brainer lunch choice. Mongolian trio all the way with special brown fried rice. YUMMMM! The food here is great the dry rub ribs are a must try. don't be fooled though I used to order lettuce wraps thinking it was "the healthier" alternative, NOT! It turns out there really arent to many "healthy options" here. Everything here is loaded with sodium and preservatives.

The food was very fresh and delicious, service was also great. The wait was long 35 minutes but it was Saturday Night so we waited by bar and had a drink and an appetizer

I recommend the lettuce wraps with chicken as an appetizer and also the spare ribs.. MmMmMmMmMm yummy make my mouth water. Great place for some Mongolian Beef!! Makes a great combination with some Lo Mein. For desert, the Great Wall of Chocolate is the most delicious choclate cake ever! It comes with raspberry sauce which is super amazing.

One of my favorite places to eat! Now they have one closer to where I live. Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are ver competitive. I always get the mongolian trio that isn't on the menu. It is really an orgasm in your mouth. The portion sizes are very generous as well and all the staff is pretty friendly. This PF Changs in particular is a bit smaller then the Falls and South Miami Ave locations, but they have a pretty big bar you can sit at as well. This is definitely a great spot for some amazing chinese food. Do not come here if you are on a diet!

Went to PF Changs for New Years Eve dinner. Had a great time with family. We ordered family style chicken fried rice. It was so good we had to order another plate. Also, had the Cantonese shrimp and it was very good. The drinks were AWESOME. Also, had the dessert of coconut, vanilla ice cream with banana. It was delicious. Waitress was very attentive. Thumbs up !!! Happy New Year to the staff.

Where to begin. I had been looking forward to eating here since i saw that they started building it, the other pf chang in the falls and Brickell are great but too far. We got seated right away although it was past 10pm. Our hostess took us to our table and she seemed either tired or very nervous. After speaking to her for a few minutes she then showed us the menu when we sat down and asked what language we prefered for her to explain the menu. Hello! I've only spoken to you in English, my wife and i thought it was hilarious! She was really nervous, maybe her first day there. Our waiter was probably in my top 3 worst waiters ever. Lomein combo, beef and shrimp is ok at best. It was mainly lomein and hardly any veggies, beef or shrimp. The lomein was very sticky too. The waiter never came around, we had to flag him even for our silver ware. When he would come back with something he would just leave it at the end of the table and leave right-away. He was more entertained with his co-workers. Will defenitely not be coming back to this location.

we are fans of this chain.. food is usually good and you know what your food is going to taste like causes it always taste the same... the food gets 3 stars - they did have a nice price fix menu $40.00 for two (i have never seen this before at any other pf chang) it included your choice of a soup (egg drop or wonton) 1 for each, 1 appetizer to share and they had their delicious crab wonton on there and then you get 1 meat w/rice for each person and yes each person gets a MINI dessert... which was yummy... nice 8 choices to chose from....but if i could i would give 5 stars to our waiter - ERNEST - what a kind and super person. he was very attentive and took our order in a timely manner - who we did have an issue with is a manager there, unfortunately we did not get his name for when we went to leave we asked to speak to the manager in order to compliment ERNEST and another person came out to attend us............... we will be back..... but make sure to call in reservations or call ahead....makes waiting alot shorter!!!

This place is fantastic! I was here yesterday and they still do everything great. The food was great as always from sitting down quickly to the great service I received from my waiter.

In my opinion, I think its completely overrated! Dont get me wrong, their food is good but I feel like there's nothing special to it. What I eat there, I can eat somewhere else for a much cheaper price!!! I like their decoration and cleanliness but they are always full! I dont like their location that much because of the inconvenient parking. I guess overall its ok, the taste of the food is good but my rating went down because of the pricing and the location.

I loved the experience. Have been here before but this time we were a party of 16. They were very nice about finding us a table and very attentive. The food as always is delicious. You can never go wrong with Mongolian beef. The royal poolside is a fruity drink but so yummy. Perfect place for birthday celebrations.

First time to any PF Chang's and I really, really enjoyed it. Ordered the lamb and madarian chicken and calamari, which i was really impressed with. Absolutely delicious chinese food and yummy drinks. Must add that the place has a nice ambient feel to it which I really enjoyed. Cheers!

Better than expected! I had resisting eating here bc it's a chain but when I did go I realized the quality was very good overall and certainly better than you get at most "Chinese" restaurants in Miami. If this was LA or somewhere with a real Asian community and restaurant infrastructure I would never suggest going here. But in Miami, it's worth it because there are really no fabulous Chinese restaurants at all. And the service here was spectacular.

Let me start by saying that I love PF Changs, def. one of my favorite restaurants. I've gone to this location twice with different people on both occasions, and the food was always terrible. I don't know what it is with the chef in this location, it was either they burn it, or they take forever and it comes out cold, or the taste just wasn't the same. I'm so disappointed because I live near and I was so excited that they open one at the dolphin mall, but now I rather drive to the Falls or to Brickell. what a shame!

Yummy! Great food. You have to try the Pf-X, one of the best drinks I've had. Great service.

I love eating at Pf Changs, the service is good and they are very responsible with your food, such as your allergies, they make sure the plate comes out with every request you've made, I always ask for the gluten free steamed salmon and I absolutely LOVE IT. I also Order from the GLUTEN FREE MENU the lettuce wraps with the gluten free chicken, it is DELICIOUS. I totally recommend this place to any gluten free people out there who miss eating Chinese delicious food, AMAZING

I am a huge fan of P.F. Changs. I came to the restaurant with two girl friends for lunch on Sunday. We walked in easily with no problems getting a table. We ordered drinks and the meal for two special. It came with two soups, an appetizer, two entrees and dessert. It ended up being SO MUCH FOOD! We also ordered edamame. I think someone made a mistake and brought out three soups, so we each got to enjoy it. The appetizer was the chicken lettuce wraps, and I thought the ingredients were fresh and crunchy. So good! We ordered Mongolian beef and Pad Thai. Both dishes were filling and delicious. The dessert was a chocolate raspberry wonton, and that wasn't anything incredible, because it was a wonton with not much flavor or filling inside. We really enjoyed our lunch, but it was over 2 hours and we really wanted to get to our shopping fun. Still overall, I love this restaurant.

There's "Something about this dish!" Lol Their mouth watering Mongolian beef or chicken!!! Wow! I just loooove, loooove this dish!! It's my staple order entree PF Changs!!! And every time I order this it comes out just perfect!! I love their beer selection and the fact that you can now choose healthy side items such as brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice :) their chicken lettuce wraps, soups, and desserts are also amaze!!! Tip: If there's a long wait line you can always walk up to the bar and find seating as it's a first come, first serve ;)

Have dined at the Doral,FL location numerous times and never been disappointed. The food is excellent and promptly served. I am especially fond of the Singapore noodles and my gluten free guests receive attentive service regarding their dietary needs. The kitchen even serves gf meals on specially dedicated plates to avoid any mixup or contamination! My guests and myself have always been pleased with selections. The staff is very informed of meal selections and always there to please. I feel their attitudes reflect they are happy to be part of Changs team. Overall I am loyal to establishments that go out of their way to please and PFChangs fits this to the T.

I have to say that even on a busy night they sat us down a few minutes earlier than our reservation, which we made only an hour prior. The waiter arrived quickly and took our drink orders. He promised me they had Funky Buddha Hop Gun and brought it to me, it tasted nothing like the Hop Gun I know and love, so I asked him to take it back and went with thr Dogfish Head 60 Min. IPA. Whether he was unfamiliar with IPA's or not, I was impressed that such a mainstream restaurant is stocking craft beers! The waiter recommended we get mongolian beef, mango walnut shrimp with a side order of fried rice. I was skeptical but everything on the menu looked great so I went ahead and took his recommendation. Lets just say he was ABSOLUTELY right. It was all delicious! I mean, amazing. If you stop in, ask for these dishes to share and you will thank me. Service was a little slow given the volume of people but the waiter was friendly and very Miami, which is what you'd expect in Dolphin Mall. My girl and I had a great time. We left full and with left overs for the next day. Recommend this place if you're up for some great chinese food and want to sit down at a nicely decorated restaurant with beautiful decor, dim lighting and around some of the best shopping in Miami!

Just left the Doral Location. Delicious food, great service. My husband and I enjoyed the lettuce wraps, strawberry cucumber lemonade, Mongolian beef, Pas Thai and the wonton Banana dessert with two capuccinos. We shared every dish and it was more than plenty, we could have been 3 and it would have been more than enough! Everything g was tasty and fresh. I also loved that we were in a box and there was no kitchen noise or loud music. We love having conversations over lunch so this is always a plus. We Highly recommend it!

My husband and I just walked out of PF Chang's after seating at a table and waiting 10 minutes for no service. The restaurant was empty, there was only another table with customers and us. You could see the servers talking with nothing to do and no one came to help us. This gives bad reputation to a restaurant with good food or at least to the location at Dolphin Mall, will not be coming back here in the near future

Went for mothers day, the place was packed which is completely understandable. Had to wait to be seated but it wasn't a very long g wait. The waiter got 2 of our orders wrong but he allowed us to keep the food (I took it for lunch the next day). The waiter was super nice and gave me a free desert (not the mothers day free desert) which was banana covered in something with ice cream it was delicious, I'm not a big fan of banana in my desert but it was good.

NPS = 7 Probably the best dining you are going to get when you go to Dolphin Mall unless you go to Texas De Brazil. And I say that with a sad face. Other than thisPF Chang's, your only other options are a TGI Fridays or the food from the mall food court. Oh, and there's a Cheesecake Factory. I feel like this place is where Hipsters go to wrap themselves up in a cocoon and come out with a family of 3, drive a minivan, and start a 529 plan to get their kids into FIU. It's either that or a mad dash of people buying luggage to buy clothes for South America. Anyway...I digress. The PF Chang's is a PF Chang's. This particular location had pretty good service with an attentive waiter. I got the usual: the spare ribs for appetizers and Mongolian beef as an entree. Also got a bottle of 14 Hands merlot. That Chateau St. Michelle stuff is good! Anyway, if you find yourself in Dolphin mall and want to eat, this PF Chang's is alright.

A lot may knock this review because it's a chain restaurant, but the fact is that this restaurant does Chinese food justice in Miami. Is it authentic? Of course not, but the basics that you will find at the other shitholes around town are ten times better here. As for plates I'd recommend: their rolls are pretty damn good(egg, spring, and even spicy tuna!). I love their wontons and the Vietnamese summer rolls when they have them(seasonal). Their lettuce wraps suck(sorry, had to mention and knock a star due to all of the inaccurate reviews, CF close by makes them better), but their Mongolian beef is easily the best you'll get outside of China(not authentic at all, but probably better IMO!). All in all, an easy 4 stars due to their great food, good service, and they have craft beers!!

Once you get past the parking situation at Dolphin Mall, unless you valet park which is what we did the experience visiting this restaurant was very pleasant. We were seated on time, the service and the food were very good.

I had always heard that PF Changs is amazing so I came here with high expectations and it was the worst "ASIAN" food I have ever had. This is the most overrated and most expensive AMERICAN chinese food I have had. Everything is too salty and the server was awkward, seemed like he was having a bad day or if maybe he had a pain in the rear customer. Would never return to any PF Changs ever again.

  • Carlos M.

Service was great, the ambient is very pleasant. There was a great special 2 for $39.99 and was the perfect amount for two! Tried the hot saki drink and it was pretty good. Plates was well organized, nothing dirty and host was friendly Waiting time was about 5 min and recommend to make reservation as sometimes it can get pretty hectic Appetizers are amazing, got the chocolate Wong tongs with berries and it was amazing. Strongly recommend it!! Excellent for family and for those who just want to have a simple date :) Will come back!

In a previous review of the PF Changs at Mary Brickell Village I kind of trashed the place... the service was bad and the food seemed rushed and uneventful. But this one, at Dolphin Mall, has consistently surprised me. I have been here a dozen times, and always had great service and the food was tasty. This week we showed up with 10 people, kids and seniors in our party (danger ahead!), but everything went fantastic. Our waiter handled the chaos very well and everyone was happy. Good job! (beware: it is always full, wait times can be as long as an hour!) Recommended!

Came here on a Monday night at 10 pm. The restaurant was half full so that meant they had great food. I started off with a few drinks and appetizers. Their pan fried shumai and wonton soup is amazing. For entrees, i ordered the lobster fried rice and moo goo gai pan and they were amazing. Service is top notch and very attentive.I will be returning soon. Spent 120 but worth every penny!

Graduation lunch.i ordered the changs for two I used my free entrée.i tried the pepper steak it was way too spicy. They named it pepper steak not for the peppers but for the excessive amount of black pepper. The s ze change beef needs more beef less vegetables. The waitress was awsome she brought us plenty of rice was on top of everything. The wonton chocolate dessert was yummy next time I'm ordering 4.they changed my dumplings I don't like the new dumplings. This location is not so great I like the one in the falls they always treat you great.

Way better than the Falls location this time our food was extra spectacular yummy that's how it was yesterday I went to dinner here with the family and we were presently surprised on how good the service and food was at this Dolphin Mall PF Changs.I will come back eventually.

Had another crappy experience right now at this location. Was seated at a dirty table with dirty bench seats as well. All 3 members of my party were presented with dirty silverware. I was told by Jan the manager on duty that it appears that the silverware was not polished to remove water spots. Then I showed her crusty pieces of food on my forks and knives. She apologized and asked if I wanted replacement silverware or plastic to go silverware. I declined and left. This place is still disgusting. Not recommended, especially if your taking guests or clients out to dinner. Your dinner guests will have a bad impression of you for treating them to a dirty establishment. So sad.

First of all, I must say that parking at Dolphin is a nightmare. So it's definitely worth to valet park the car for $8.00. Another thing I would like for everyone to know is that I work next to the P.F.Chang in North Miami Beach and needless to say that I have eaten there so many times that I personally consider myself an expert of their food by now. Anyhow, I decided to go out with the family and have them experience their first visit at P.F. Chang and they were very pleased with the food, ambiance and even the service. We started out with some appetizers, the egg rolls. I must say the egg rolls do taste nice, a bit greasy but no biggie. but what truly makes them stand out from the rest is the dipping sauce it comes with. It's sweet, tangy a bit acidic and spicy. The flavors just blend so well that this is my favorite part of the egg roll. We then proceed to order a bowl of the wonton soup. I'm a soup lover so when they brought out that big bowl. I was thrilled. We then ate the soup and it was very good. Their wonton soup is not your usual wonton soup. This one comes with mushrooms, spinach, shrimp, chicken, wonton and some kind of crunchy Chinese vegetable. Overall, the portion was big enough that we all got to each twice of it. Then the main entree was Mongolian beef, the combination fried rice and their bbq ribs. I gotta be honest, in the North Miami Beach location they serve more rice and beef. So, at first when I saw the plates I thought we might have to order more but nope, it did the trick. The waitress was very professional and without us having to call her over, she would come and fill our drinks automatically. That was nice, you don't that kind of service in Miami unless you call out for the waiter/waitresses. So this was a nice extra. The bathrooms were a bit dirty with some stalls missing toilet paper and napkins thrown around, which really didn't go with the place, This is something the manager needs to be on top of. Finally, we ordered dessert, I got the cheesecake and my son and fiancee both ordered their own chocolate wall. Of course, they couldn't finish it so they took some home. Overall, our experience was good so we tipped the waitress 18%. But I would defienetely be going to the North Miami Beach one next time so that I can have extra food to take home.

As always, PF Changs delivers with food. They also are running a breast cancer awareness campaign in October. The chicken lettuce wraps are a must if you are going for the first time... a great appetizer. Their Mongolian Beef is also delicious with great flavor in the sauce and the beef is so tasty.

If you keep your expectations low, they will be superseded. If you aim high, you may be shut down. I don't know if they're worth the price, but the quality is better. The service was excellent and attentive and the restaurant is clean.

PF changs is a great Americanized Chinese restaurant, this location opened about a year ago and slowly it's been improving. I came for lunch and did the 2 for $39 which is not bad it includes 2 soups, 1 appetizer, 2 entree and a "sweet treat" you can add a full desert for $3. Which is not bad at all. We started off with the egg soups which are always great, the food was very hot ( just how I like it). Appetizer was next, we ordered the infamous lettuce wraps, if you come to PF changs they are a must have ! I could have these every day. Entree came with the appetizer which is something I hate, this is the only reason I did not give this restaurant a 5 star. I like to have one meal at a time an not feel rushed. Just make sure you space out the meals and order the entree when you get the appetizer, to give yourself some time. Regardless I was very hungry and ate as much as I could. Each entree comes with a side of brown rice or white rice and the portions are very fair. Enough that I couldn't finish my meal. We ordered a drink my BF a beer and I ordered the "mud slide" drink. It's so good almost like a chocolate milk shake but with liquor. Dessert we had the tramisu which was good too but a dessert I recommend is the banana tempura, it's to die for, fired bananas with caramel ice cream. It's so good you must have it! Overall, the dinning experience was great, good ambiance, good prices, and the manger even came to our table to make sure everything was good. Just make sure to order your entree after you have the appetizer on the table so you don't feel rushed :)

I know I know--"Lacey," you say "You are way too picky about Chinese food. At this point beef and broccoli is an American institution. Stop being so elitist." And welp, that's why I'm the Elite and you (probably) ain't. Dude, especially this location (Ever read the Necronomicon? The Dolphin Mall is mentioned)--this INFURIATING location. There's always a wait. Every. Single. Time. And for what? Generally less-than-warm service (but usually, fast, I'll give them that) and deep-fried meat in a sauce. Even why I TRY to order an entree with veggies in it, it's inevitably a deep-fried meat with a sauce and a vegetable garnish. Grumble grumble.

We were in the area and decided to grab some food to go. It was definitely packed in here. Our order was ready in 15 mins. They packed plastic silverware, napkins and sauces for us. The employees were very friendly. Ordered the Chicken Lo Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, Salt & Pepper Calamari, Ma Po Tofu. The Salt & Pepper Calamari was tasty but unfortunately by the time we were ready to eat this dish it got soggy. I'm sure it's nice and crisp if eaten at the restaurant. I highly suggest not ordering this dish to go. The other dishes were good. Flavorful and not overly oily. The Ma Po Tofu did not look or taste like the kind I'm used to but it was still tasty. The tofu pieces were crisp and served with lots of steamed broccoli. The sauce was sweet instead of spicy. I wouldn't call this authentic Chinese food but for an American Chinese restaurant it's pretty good.

After visiting this restaurant for the first time, I must say that I'm very impressed. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I can't honestly see myself eating "Chinese" food from a street corner ever again.

This is the second time at PF in Dolphin Mall and 4th overall. Every time we go there is because we are craving Candied Walnut Shrimp and for us this is by far the best thing in the menu. On our last visit we had the Crab Wanton as an appetizer, it was really good. For entrée I had the shrimp with lobster sauce, which was good choices if you do not like the rice they give. Since I do not like the plain rice that comes with the entrées shrimp with lobster sauce was perfect to mix with the rice. My fiancée got the shrimp with candied walnuts, they were a bit dry this time. We all also had 2 margaritas, standard taste wise. Overall, PF Chang is only good for us when we have that craving for Shrimp with candied walnut. Other than that, we do not visit.

Went to PF Chang's Saturday Night for dinner at the Dolphin Mall, the place was already packed at 5:30 pm. They told us its a 40 min wait and had a table ready for us in 15! From there it just kept getting better. Our server Miguel was polite and timely without being annoying. The food came out in a timely manner and was excellent! We all had the Mongolian Beef, cant go wrong with that IMHO. But where this place really shined was the in the way it was managed. I noticed the place ran like a Swiss Watch. The whole time I was there I noticed the Manager, Juan, bust his A** to make sure that everything was running and looking to its best. I repeatedly watched as this guy was picking up stuff of the floor and rearranging tables to make everything perfect and all the while directing about 50 servers in what looked to be an choreographed production. This guy was proactive he did not tell one of his staff to do it, he did it himself. that showed me this guy has what it takes. My hats off to you! awesome experience. We will definitely repeat.

My husband and I really enjoy eating at PF Chang's however, every time we eat at this particular restaurant (located at Dolphin Mall), they always get our orders wrong. We are very simple when it comes to ordering and they never seem to get it right. I recommend going to the one by Brickell or the one located by The Falls. Outstanding service.

I've been to other PF Changs that were better, much better than this one. The wait time for a table was alright. The hostesses did their best to get people seated and that was understandable. It was busy when I got there so I had to wait about 30min to get seated. I don't know which was worse, the waitress or the food. The server was pretty rude and lacked manners. No smile whatsoever and a "I don't want to be here" attitude. She walked by many times pretending not to see my table. Always in a hurry and always pissed off. The rice was undercooked. By that I mean the little pieces of rice were stone hard when it met my teeth. Heck, chewing grass would've been an easier task. The flavor was alright but it was nowhere near impressive. No, I'm not going back.

I am generally a lover of all things P.F. Changs. Then why the two stars? [Cue Willy Wonka music] Come with me, and you'll see... I need to start off by saying that this review only applies to this particular location. First off, Dolphin Mall, ugh. Unfortunately my inner masochist occasionally takes over and I end up at this mall. It is the Walmart of malls; it has everything you need and is pretty cheap, but definitely not worth the headache! Okay, enough of that, let me turn the hate knob down... for now. I don't know if this is an across the board change for all of their locations but for the first time I was given the option of receiving a text message when my table was ready. Say what?! Genius! So simple, so conveniant, why don't all places do this? Except that you only have 2 minutes to check back in once you've gotten the text, or you lose your table. Clearly, management is not aware of what mall surrounds them, a.k.a satan's den. Uh, I'm preeeeeetty sure that not even Usain Bolt could make it back in 2 minutes, even from the next place over. We chose to wait it out old school style. So we sit down and get our menus. Now, I know we're in South Florida, and Dolphin Mall nonetheless, but giving us menus in Spanish without knowing if we speak it or not, is a bit much. I do, and I basically have the menu memorized and usually get the same thing, but STILL! I know, I know, it was probably just a mistake. I'm over it. The food was great as usual, 5 stars for the food, no complaints on taste but when I unfold my napkin, my eyes experience dirty silverware! Seriously guys? Come on now! The waitress brings me another one but does not apologize. I'm not saying I want free stuff, but just say sorry for giving me used silverware. Her nonchalant attitude kind of gave me the impression that it happens often. Gross. I dig into my kung pao scallops, which has green onions it it, only to find the roots of the onions mixed into my food. What?! I guess whoever is prepping the veggies has no idea that there are parts of a vegetable that are not to be consumed? By this point, I'm pretty annoyed but I push them aside and continue eating. As I look around I notice a thick layer of dust on the wooden ledge next to me. I'm talking a few days worth of dust right next to where my food is. Guys, for real? So there it is, now you know.

I work afternoons so I decided to go eat with my daughter and girlfriend before going to work since it was the last day of the year. We looked in yelp to see what restaurants were open early since we didn't have a lot time. According to yelp the restaurant opened at 11am, we drove from Miami lakes in order to be there when the doors open. Surprise the doors were open but apparently the restaurant was not, we stood by the front desk for a good 10-15 minutes with out being helped. During the time we were standing maybe 4-5 employees made eye contact with us and did not even acknowledge our existence. Not even a happy new year. We decided to call the restaurant, someone answer and stated they open at 11am, when we told her we were waiting at the front desk for assistance she change the time the restaurant opens to 1130am. Since we felt so appreciated and welcome we decided to leave, no regrets we had a great lunch at the cheesecake factory. I know its Miami and good customer service is as rare as snow but its sad that 4-5 people saw us standing there and no one asked us if they could help us. I won't come back to your restaurant; thankfully I could buy Chinese food at another location.

Mongolian beef makes you fall in love every time. I recently went for a birthday. Very friendly waiter. He was not hovering. But anytime we need a refill he was there. We brought our own cake for dessert and they didn't seem to mind it which I personally thought was very nice of them. They didn't make any comment or say a thing about it. they just let us enjoy our party of 12. And that has nothing to do with the food they make. I tried the fried calamari, mongolian beef, a lettuce wrap, hot and sour soup. It was amazing!! Recommend

I haven't been to a P.F.Chang's in years but from what I remembered, the food was really great. My favorite dish was the always the crispy honey shrimp. When I got my food, it was NOT crispy at all. It was more soggy and swimming in a "honey sauce" and my boyfriend got the crispy honey chicken and it was the same has mine. The fried rice didn't taste like anything and it was undercooked. The food overall was just GROSS!!! So yeah, I will NEVER be eating here again. And to make matters worse, we were surround by toddlers running around and crying.

It has been a while since I've been to a P.F. Chang's, but I'm always treated with excellent service! I had a great customer service experience on my last visit, and I wanted to use a $20 gift card to P.F. Chang's that I had received. All of the food we ordered was served fresh and quickly, except for the kung pao chicken. However, the staff brought out a whole new entree "on the house", and were very generous in fulfilling all of our requests. I wanted to make special mention of our waitress, who works at this particular P.F. Chang's - her name is Ariel and she was one of the best waitresses I have met in years. So sweet, with a great memory and attentive like no other. She really made this experience at P.F. Chang's a memorable one, rather than just another dinner at just another restaurant chain.

It's a chain so you can't expect gourmet food, but hits the spot if you're craving upscale fast food with a restaurant feel.

As I currently sit at the bar for a meal, I find compelled to write this review in hopes to save at least one person from the torture of this food. Cold and hard spare ribs, nasty sushi. The only thing I am doing is my drink. Beware of this Chang. Big mistake. I'll stick to my sawgrass location

PF Changs is not your typical Chinese restaurant. It is Chinese food dressed up in suit and billed accordingly. That may throw some people off, who are looking for the traditional Chinese take out experience. I like PF Changs. It might not be that authentic as Chinese food, but that doesn't bother me one bit. They do a good job of setting a nice ambience at PF Changs, and both the dining area and the bar are spacious and comfortable. Service is good, not great but not terrible. Regarding their food, their appetizers and soups are great for me. Pan fried pork dumplings, spare ribs, wontons, egg rolls, and lettuce wraps are all winners. I am a big fan of the hot and sour soup, and the egg drop soup is also good too. I tend to get the kung pao chicken here about 98% of the time, lol. But the Dali Chicken, the spicy chicken also are good for me. The fried rice here is good too, but it is definitely a different taste compared to Chinese takeout. Desserts here are awesome. The Great Wall of Chocolate is wonderful, as is the Banana Spring Rolls. Finally, what I like about PF Changs is the Dinner for 2 Menu. Four courses for two people at $40 is a good deal for me, and guarantees I won't skimp out of dessert. :)

Went PF Changs for the first time today for my wedding anniversary lunch. It was very nice. The Food was great!! We didn't order any drinks. The pot stickers and the Crab Ragoon was great. I will return in the future.

I love PF Chang's, I used to frequent the one in Green Valley Las Vegas. This one seriously lacks. Kinda like they are a strange PF Chang's Chinese knockoff. I had the moo goo gai pan which was bland and flavorless. Emphasis on the "goo". What's not to love?! Gak! The waitress was snarky and never checked in nor were glasses filled by the bus boy. I was praying they didn't slap on the mandatory Miami 18% gratuity for slothful and disinterested service. Good news, they don't. It is in Dolphin Mall after all so what to expect? One......and....done.

We had reservations and once we were there we had to wait almost 2 hours. (VERY busy on Saturday nights). Celebrated a Birthday and our waiter was the best of the best. Had a great time and were almost the last ones to leave. FUNNY STORY: A friend changed my iPhones language to Chinese and no one else had an iPhone. So I asked PF Changs staff for a chinese speaking person... Believe it or not, no one knew chinese. Now for the ratings; (*=Bad *****=Good) ** = Time Waiting ***** = PF Chang's Special Dinner for 2. **** = Lettuce Wraps (TO DIE FOR, wish they brought more lettuce) **** = Egg Soup (First time trying it). ***** = Chicken Fried Rice ***** = Beef with Broccoli (Finally a dish with more beef than broccoli). ***** = Size Portion **** = Presentation ***** = Prices ***** = Decoration and/or Ambience I Love PF Changs, I Love PF Changs. My family and I have been to pf changs a bunch of times. It's usually good. I never have to right a review because it is consistent. It happens to be my kids favorite restaurant. We eat here for his birthday almost every year. We went last night for his 15th bday. They really messed up. No lettuce for the chicken wraps??? Are you kidding me?!? On a Tuesday night? It was not even busy. Most restaurants order good and supplies on Monday. The fact that they were out was ridiculous. The soups were also cold. If the name of the soup is HOT and sour soup, please make sure it's hot. They did not do the little sauce mix that the do with the chili and soy sauce either. We just had to complain. While I'm not saying I'll never be back because we have had many good times and good meals that we really enjoyed, I had to let them know that they were not in top of their game last night and it was disappointing because we spent the whole time talking about how much it sucked than reliving memories with our don of how he growing up ect... Fix it pf changs.

Good place to dine. The Chicken Lettuce wraps and Wonton soup are good starters. The variety of dishes gives one the opportunity to have a different entree every time you visit.

Amazing food and great service. Did not see much of the decor. ENVIRONMENT: My girlfriend was ahead of me and wanted to sit in a booth. Unfortunately the only one available was in a corner right next to the door. So we could not see much of the restaurant. This is no fault of the restaurant but merely because of our preferences and availability. Other than that, the restaurant was not quiet nor noisy. It did have some ambiance music but the place was mostly filled with diners chatting and enjoying their meals. SERVICE: Our waitress was very friendly and polite. My girlfriend is pregnant and very picky, and mother can be very ignorant. The waitress took it all in stride and was very patient answering our questions and helping us pick our meals. FOOD: My first order was the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Very delicious, has a mild kick, but my mother and pregnant girlfriend that can not handle spicy food were able to enjoy it. We literally cleaned the plate. Next was a hot and sour soup. I normally do not eat soup so this was the first time I had hot and sour soup. It was very good. Would not mind eating ordering it again, but only if it came with the meal and not as a main dish. But I am not a soup eater. My main dish was the Orange Peel Chicken. Scrumptious. Even ate the thinly orange peels. Perfect amount of sauce. The plate seemed a little small. Really wanted more chicken than the brown rice.

I'll have to admit, this place is just like our PF Chang's back home. A group of us - 16 or so - stopped in this location to have dinner. We all took advantage of the 2 for $39.99 deal and ordered appetizers as well. Our drink orders were taken quickly by the waiters and our food was out in no time. The entrees were so-so. I had to ask the waiter twice for rice for my entree. Desserts were good - had the small NY Cheesecake -- talk about no guilt whatsoever in eating dessert!

I have good news and bad news. First the GOOD news. The service was awesome, the food was very good and I was content by the end of the meal. The bad news- IT TOOK FOREVER to get the food. Aperently, they were breaking in a new chef and the manager even had to pitch in to cook because they so backed up. at 8pm. Anyway, The server offered us som soup to hold us over. We declined because we wanted real food. After a "manager" came by to apologize and tell us it would be another 5 minutes the food did arrive HOT and delicious! I ordered the shrimp w candied walnuts. MY FAV! it was missing the honeydew melon. When I mentioned it to the server she was quick to bring it over and ended up being the proverbial icing on the cake!

I really *try* to avoid chain restaurants, but I was kind of forced to come here to celebrate the chinese new year. I've been to the one in The Falls (long time ago) but it must not have been memorable. Anyway, last week I came here, and had the honey chicken with steamed rice. It was sooooooo good. Not greasy at all. Actually, nothing was greasy like usual chinese place are. For appetizer we had the crab rangoon (awesome), my mom and my sister shared a special fried rice which I tried and also loved. Our waiter was possibly the best waiter I have ever had EVER. He was extremely attentive and everything was on point. He really added on to the entire experience. I am definitely coming back soon.

My kids (husband included) always enjoy food from PF Changs. Friday after picking up my oldest from school he requested PF Changs. Even though this is in a mall and very fast paced the food is always good. Our waitress was awesome with the kids and their request as well as making suggestions on their new happy hour drinks,, food and desserts. The fan wonton appetizers are delicious. You can never go wrong with the orange peel chicken or Mongolian beef. The blueberry cheesecake was AMAZING!!!

It's unfortunate that we decided to come to PF Changs to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was his choice & let's just say we won't put this decision in his hands again. There was no wait time on a Friday.....great! Our server was slow, didn't come to check on us, and left empty drinks on the table. We first had spring rolls which were great, we had ordered calamari at the same time as an appetizer & great; it finally came out with my entrees with hair in it. Of course they had to comp my order & I was offered a free dessert. I requested my free dessert & was told it wasn't on the free dessert options. After this I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my check because my waiter was nowhere to be found. A manager finally came by & I was able to request my check. Stay away from this PF Changs, There are other options in the area, take advantage of them.

I love P.F Changs and after being in Miami for a couple of days I wanted to take a break from Cuban Food and go for the usual and I wasn't dissapointed. Waiter was a little creepy, he gave me like 70.00 in change and I payed with my charge card but I was honest and gave him the money back. Great mall, ambiance, people, everyone there was super nice so I will be going back very soon.

This PF Chang's is located in Dolphin Mall- already we're off to a bad start. After a morning at the Cool-de-Sac with our kids, a group of my mommy friends and I decided to head over to PF Chang's for lunch. When we walked in, the restaurant was nearly empty. There was no one seated in the center section. My friend told the hostess it was 8 adults and 5 strollers. Our kids had all bed fed and were sleeping in their strollers at this point. She told us to wait...even though the restaurant was empty. Several people in parties of 2 and 3 started walking in and were seated immediately. 11 parties to be exact. My friend counted. We continued to wait. After over 20 minutes we were seated at a table set up by a total idiot who has never in his/her life seen a stroller or the contents of a stroller. We were expected to put some of our strollers over by a wall. Really, assface? You want me to leave my child over by some wall in a restaurant located in Dolphin Mall of all places? Guess what's never going to happen...yeah...that. When the manager asked if I could move my stroller so that no one bumped into it, I pointed out that we were given a table that had been set up in the dumbest way possible to accommodate strollers. The service was pretty damn slow, but the food was good. I asked my waitress to refill my glass of water twice. I got up to go to the bathroom and when I came back, my glass was gone. I waited about 10 minutes and asked for water again. Five minutes later, still no water. So I asked the manager and he finally brought it to me. Here's the thing... We were a group of moms having lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. A few things should be obvious to the staff: 1. We don't work. 2. We have the time and expendable income to lunch with our friends. 3. We also go out to dinner with our husbands on the weekends a lot. Guess where my husband and I aren't ever going for dinner?

Unfortunately, I give this restaurant only 2 stars. I hate giving bad reviews but here it goes: The food was yummy. Lots of menu items including vegetarian and gluten free options. I probably would've given this restaurant 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't for the bad service. I can understand if the restaurant is full and the server is "in the weeds", but the restaurant was almost empty and our server was nowhere to be found during 95% of our visit. He took our order and later brought us the check with an already included 18% gratuity. We all had empty drinks and had to flag him down for refills which took forever. We stacked the empty glasses for him in the middle of the table to make his life easier but he never picked them up so we had a giant statue of dirty glassware in the center of the table the whole meal. The food runner brought the food and couldn't put our shared appetizers in the middle of the table because all the dirty stuff was there. No one checked if everything was okay, no one pre-bussed the table, nor kept our drinks filled, etc. felt completely ignored. It's a shame that when gratuity is already included, servers feel like they don't need to try at all.

Great restaurant, but its in Dolphin Mall. So you're going to get the Hialeah crowd. Best thing by far is the Orange Peel Manhattan Martini. Wow, talk about a punch! Two and you're done. As for the dinner for two for $39.95, lots to pick from and reasonably priced. Make a reservation especially for the weekend. Or else you'll be waiting outside with Hialeah.

P.F. Chang's are great, but avoid this one after 7pm from thursday to sunday. It gets too crowded, you'll have to wait more than one hour for a table.

After our very negative experience at the PF Chang's in Brickell, I haven't been back for 2 years. So naturally, when they opened the Dolphin Mall location, I was ready to give them a try. Anyone that has gone to one of these knows that they get pretty busy, so I wonder, if they knew, and expected that they would be busy, as they are....why did they place the tables literally inches from one another ? It makes it for a very uncomfortable experience, as the waiters cannot even get around the tables to serve us appropriately and we are really crowded in there. So after a 2 year hiatus from this chain of restaurants, what changes did I notice ? The portions got considerably smaller and the prices went up. In conclusion, it seems like I will be away from the Changs restaurants for a while, unless someone else picks up the tab. It is just not worth the wait.

You have to recognize Chang's for what it is. Its Asian Fusion, American chain upscale food. For those who want to bash it, move on. That way the waits will be shorter because it does take an hour to an hour and a half to get a table at ANY Chang's. For the rest of us who enjoy this kind of food without the pretense of being an elite foodie this particular Chang's will give you a great experience. We came for a birthday dinner and had reservations for 8:30. With reservations we still had to wait an extra 1/2 hour. The restaurant is definitely too small because the tables are uncomfortably close together. Make sure you make reservations and request a booth. It really was ridiculous that we were 2 inches away from other people at other tables, and people with strollers made it impossible for anyone to be comfortable. The food is delicious but it is sad to see that through the years the portions keep shrinking. The Mongolian Beef looks like Beef with Green Beans they are using SO MANY onions to fill it up. I almost tried to send it back because I thought it was the wrong dish. The service was wonderful as opposed to the consistently atrocious service at the one in Brickell. Here everyone seemed to be tripping over themselves to smile, be helpful, nice. It was great. (The only con about the service is that our wonderful yet overenthusiastic server came to us while we were still eating and mid-conversation to push our platters aside and place the desserts on the table to explain what they were. He even started with "I know you are still eating but let me tell you what the desserts are..." I understand trying to turn tables but try not to make the patrons uncomfortably aware of it. That isn't a reflection on him, more on the pressure the servers are under to turn us) All in all tasty meal, try to come super early and/or get a booth!

I've always been left satisfied every time I have eaten here. Service is friendly and the layout of the restaurant is cool and the food - its just awesome. Granted the parking situation can be pretty tiring because it is in fact in Dolphin Mall so finding a spot can take a while. Also, be considerate of the fact that it does get pretty busy on the weekends/nights because it is in fact IN A MALL but the cool thing is that you can make reservations either by phone or online if you want to avoid the wait situation. Food to recommend: Mongolian Beef/Chicken Walnut Chicken (its a new dish and its absolutely delicious, the right amount of spice) Spicy Chicken Chicken Lettuce wraps (for apps) Crispy Green Beans (for apps) Pork Dumplings (for apps) Spicy chicken soup Sichuan Beef! (delicious if you love spice) For drinks: Chang's Mai Tai - definitely a good kick to it (you dont taste the alcohol but it gets to you) Auntie May's Frappe (non-alcoholic smoothie) Sangria

PF Chang's is a great place to have lunch, but I can't say the same about dinner, since it can get extremely busy during dinner and the regular prices are a bit on the pricey side for what you get. They have great lunch bowl specials for about $8 though - choose your entree (I fancy the Crispy Honey Chicken) with either white or brown rice and choose a soup (Hot & Sour or Egg Drop - I like the hot & sour - it's your your typical hot and sour soup, it's a bit on the thick side). You definitely HAVE to get the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for starters - so GOOD! And if you run out of lettuce, just ask for more! If you have room for dessert, try their cheesecake with the berries - YUMMY! Make sure you sign up for the "Warrior Rewards" card - it used to be a card that you can present to your waiter in order to get 10% off your bill, but now it's a rewards card. So the more you use it, the more rewards you receive - the first reward that I have already redeemed is FREE Chicken Lettuce Wraps! Not too shabby! PS: If you only have an hour for lunch, you can let the waiter know that you're in somewhat of a rush, and they're pretty good with getting your food out quickly and in a timely manner!

I had never been to PF Chang's. Over the years, I heard mixed reviews about it. Finally, I decided to try. I went for lunch. The service was mediocre and so was the food. The actual place is very nice. Its clean and spacious. The spring rolls we ordered for appetizers were good. I had beef lo mien for the entree. It was a bland in my opinion. I just find it a bit over rated. Don't get me wrong, I will go again but I have seen chinese take outs that are better.

On Tuesday night after working a long and hard day my colleague and I decided to have dinner at PF Changs, (conveniently located in Dolphin Mall and close to my job), to unwind after a stressful day. For a Tuesday night the restaurant was busy, however, we were seated right away. We did not have appetizers, which by the way, when you check-in through Yelp you get either 1 dim sum or 1 street fare item for free. The only drawback is that you have to redeem the item during their happy hour which is from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. We got their late and therefore, unable to redeem the offer. I had never tried lamb before but was feeling a little spontaneous and ordered the Wok-Seared Lamb with the brown rice. The lamb was served in small pieces on a bed of lettuce covered with cilantro and sesame; AND it was good. I loved it. The texture of the meat was nice and soft but not as tender as chicken; nonetheless, I would have it again. My colleague had the eggplant with brown rice it was OK; I probably would not order it for me. To drink.. we each had a glass of their plum wine. I enjoyed the plum wine very much; it was sweet and strong. The plum wine is a definite repeat, perhaps next time I will enjoy more than 1 glass. Dessert: after eating our meal, we were to full to order dessert but we did have the fortune cookie given at the end of the meal. It's your regular run of the mill fortune cookie; however, Confucius says:, "endurance and persistence will be rewarded"...oh yeah. Anyways, the dinner and plum wine were great and as usual the service was efficient. I would knock off a star because I was unable to redeem my free appetizer.

You just can't go wrong with some Mongolian Beef from PF Changs. If you haven't had it before...then let me be the first to congratulate you on crawling out from under the rock you have been living under. Chicken lettuce wraps are also to die for. You should also check them out for their lunch specials because it is a nice way to eat their delicious food for much cheaper. The only downside is for the dinner service it gets really, really packed....so be prepared to have a nice long wait.

I hadn't been to a P.F. Changs for years. Probably because the closest one was in NMB, a little out of the way. My husband and I were given a P.F. Changs gift card as a wedding gift from a co-worker and we had yet to use it when we both realized there was one conveniently located at Dolphin Mall, just minutes from our place. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate the food a 5.5.. its not bad.. but I didnt leave the restaurant RAVING about anything in particular. The best thing that I tried were the mahi tacos.. they were quite tasty. One thing that is awesome about the place is the prices.. the hubs and I have gone twice already and we still have almost half of our gift card left. The first time we went it was during the Happy Hour and I have to admit that I went in and immediately started comparing it to the happy hour at 'RA Sushi'.. which is a mistake (P.S. The one at Raw is WAY better). The drink prices during the happy hour are ok.. they dont really have such a huge selection of appetizers on the special menu. We tried a bunch and nothing rocked our world. The servers are extremely helpful and really lovely. I have been there twice and both times the servers were awesome. The last time the manager came by to make sure we were being taken care of, I like that. One downside about this location is that since it is in Dolphin Mall it is PACKED on weekends. So, expect a wait.

This is only my second time to a PF Changs. I try to avoid these types of "chains" and this experience simply reinforces it. First of all, its just outside Dolphin Mall which should have been a red flag. I want to make it clear that our server was GREAT! He seemed to be dealing with some crazy customers and a difficult manager; so we made sure to tip him well! It was not that busy but it seemed to take forever for our food. We order lettuce wraps (which I had the first time and are the best) but before we were half way done the manager took our entrees from the food runner and literally stood there while we ate and no sooner was the last bite in our mouths and he was scooping up the plates. No chance to eat what was on the plate. I tried to ask for more ice tea but he was off to flirt with some girls at another table. I starred him down over 10 minutes but he never made eye contact. Always whisking by and snapping at his staff (note: Keep that to a minimum or off the floor, dude.) The table behind us had nearly their entire order remade with him barking orders into his microphone but we could not get the basic stuff we ordered in a timely manner. We would have ordered desert, but passed because we did not want to be there at all. Very disappointed. I am glad our server did not follow in his footsteps.

Actually came here for mother's day. Food was good and the service was great. The server we had really knew her menu and was able to describe every meal my family had questions about. Although all her recommendations were always seemed to be the most expensive thing on the menu. I still thought she was helpful. I've only been to PF Chang's in West Palm, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas in that order actually. I'm pretty sure this is only the fourth time I've been to one. For those who've never been, it's like a fancier (more expensive too)Chinese food place and is kinda Chinese-lite version of Chinese food, meaning the seasoning isn't as aggressive as most places and the food isn't as heavy. I miss the strong flavors, but I like the light spin on some of their food. The food was OK, but I've had a lot worse Chinese in Miami. The service was actually better than the other PFC's I've been to. This is still actually one of the better Asian food places in South Florida despite being part of a chain.

I have always loved PF Chang's. It is a fun environment to go for a group lunch or dinner. My personal favorite is the Honey Chicken with brown Rice.

This place was very crowded on Friday night. Luckily we found some seats at the bar where we could eat and still make it to our movie in time. Excellent service at the bar. Drinks were good, food was quick, and they were always checking up on us to make sure we were ok. The fried crab wontons were delis, but the fried rice with everything and the sweet and sour pork were better. More than enough for 2 people to stuff their faces. No room for dessert this time around. Great experience and great quick service at the bar.

Overpriced , especially for small portions. They try and sell an upscale China bistro experience, but all they really have is small portions of good food, pricey drinks, and long wait times. The food is very tasty-- I'll give them that. There are much better Chinese and other Asian restaurants in Miami, with exquisite environments, shorter wait times, much better food, bigger portions, and much more reasonable prices.

A group of my coworkers and I gathered here for a colleague's farewell and had a nice time. We made reservations at 12:30PM, but were seated a little later (about 10 minute delay); as you know, typically I wouldn't complain, but when you work, you're on a tight lunch schedule. We ordered some lettuce wraps and crab wontons as appetizers, and also sampled the Tuna Tartare for the first time here. Bad idea with the Tuna :( It was rather spicy and not very good, but it was all right. The lettuce wraps and crab wontons were up to par as always. For our main course, we ordered a combination fried rice and some beef plates. My favorite thing, however, was the Sweet and Sour Pork, which was amazing from the sauce to the meat and even including the spectacular fruit garnish. For dessert we split the mini chocolate dome and ordered some vanilla ice cream to accompany it. Again, even the garnish was delicious (strawberries and blueberries). Great meal for a great price (including treating our friend). Would love to say I will be back, but it's rather far from our office, so I doubt it will be a lunch-time favorite around here.

Came here this weekend with some fellow Yelp Elite's (one of my bff's and le bf) after a quick shopping trip at Dolphin Mall. My friend ordered the crispy green beans as an appetizer, which I thought were delicious with the spicy sauce they're accompanied with. My dinner mates found the one's at Friday's to be better. :/ Le bf and I took advantage of the 2 for $20 fixed price menu where you each get to choose a soup, one appetizer, two entrees, and two of their menu dessert shots. I got the egg drop soup, the bf got the hot and sour soup. Both delish. We ordered the pork dumplings as the appetizer, and that was great as well. I got the sweet and sour chicken with brown rice for my entree, and it was the perfect size. Like baby bear's porridge, it wasn't too big or too small, it was juuuuuust right. As my dessert shot, I went for their lemon one. It tasted like a key lime pie infused with lemon sorbet in a tall chilled shot glass. Tasted good to me. For the quality and the price, it's a steal.

So, my girlfriend and I decided to give this PF Chang's a try before catching Inception at the CineBistro a few weeks ago. We were in time for their lunch specials and decided to take advantage. The wait time was something ridiculous, like an hour, but the bar was open, first come, first serve. We sat right up at the bar and were attended by an extremeley freindly waitress. On to the food. It was roughly ten dollars for a soup, and a "lunch bowl". I went with the pepper steak, which was very flavorful, but unfortunately, the person who made it barely put onions in it, and I was left a bit unsatisfied (I love onions). The hot and sour soup was very good, living up to it's name. So, all in all a decent lunch experience, really good service, but I feel like I could get better food at a lesser price by simply going to their sister restaurant, Pei Wei. This place just felt like Pei Wei with some fancyness added for no reason.

Man, I just love me some PF Chang's. The food was spectacular, as always. In this particular location, I thought the service was stupendous. Our server, Michelle, was all over it. We never had to look around for her. when my soda was about 20%, there she was with a new one. She did the "special sauce" presentation, which I have found that a lot of PF Chang's don't do anymore. It's not that important overall, but it adds to the "service above and beyond." If I have one complaint about PF Chang's, it is that they have priced themselves out of everyday eating. The cost for lunch for me and my wife was around $50. In addition, the portions have shrunk about 25% from the time we first started going. They do have a lunch menu that is pretty well priced, but have convenient left off the Chang's Spicy Chicken. What's the use? It would be like going to a steakhouse and everything is on special except the steak. Overall, PF Chang's despite it's shortcomings, still remains one of my all time favorites. With the great service, it still deserves 5 stars.

I'm happy that they opened this west location. On the downside because its the only PF Changs so far west the wait is a little long, but for that i have a workaround go straight to the bar, and order there, (this only works if it is you +1). The food is good asian fusion plates are always well presented and tasty. I'm not a fan of food court mall food, so I prefer comming here to eat.

Decided to try this place out (I noticed that there are two entries for this location), and it was ok. The staff were friendly enough, although I am not sure of the point of having a waiter take the order and never see him again until the bill is ready, food runners bring food and the bus boy does everything else. Perhaps they were just over worked. The food it self was okay. We tried the $40 menu as well, but 1/2 of what we wanted was not available and they said that they would not substitute, so it was $100 for an average experience. I guess PF wasn't in this house tonight.

I almost always get the general's chicken of orange peel chicken. And, yes, the crispy green beans really are more addictive than potato chips!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
