We placed an order online and It took 2 and a half hours to get to us. Not to mention that the streak was not at the right temp because of how long it took to get to us. The driver calls me to let me know she is lost and that the restaurant gave her the wrong address. I called the place twice to find out where my order was and all I received was attitude. The manager had the balls to offer me 10% off! My calamari was soggy, the steak was full of fat and very well done when I ordered it Med rare, and the pasta was hard as a rock. Hands down the worst delivery and management I've encounter.

I ordered a meatball sub and a coke. An hour later I got a call from a lady who asked if I spoke Spanish and when I said no she could only say she was in my lobby. I went to my apartments lobby and she was not there I called her back and waited 15 mins in my lobby trying to convince the delivery lady I was in my lobby and that she was not there. She finally arrived with spaghetti instead of a meatball sub and a diet coke instead of a coke. The spaghetti tasted like ketchup and cardboard. Avoid this place.

This place is horrible. Rude ass people. Dumb as shit and they don't care what you think. I was patient with them and when I asked for them to repeat the order because I knew they got it wrong they had the balls to ask me if I wanted the order or not. Lol. Unless you want a WTF moment stay away.

I placed an order at 11:45pm thinking to just get a late night snack and well after waiting for 3 hours and they NEVER made our food.. when we called to cancel they just said alright and we had to make sure that we would get our money back!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, if any at all... Maybe one day a decent restaurant will take place instead of green meat, stale noodles and soggy calamari!!!!!

No wonder this place has one star with ten reviews. If I hadn't gotten stiffed earlier in the evening with my other dinner order I would not have bothered. I just ordered dinner from here through Seamless Web and got a call that they refused to fill my order unless I ordered $20 of FOOD even though my order with drink etc was above their minimum. The Seamless Web person who called said that they've done this before and also that they refuse to change their order minimum to reflect their requirement that they want customers to order $20 of food. This is appalling customer service and shows a lack of integrity. If they aren't willing to deliver one entree they should indicate this on their profile. I will NEVER go to this place or order from there again.

HORRIBLE!! We ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and spaghetti with butter. Both were inedible, the pasta was not cooked and the "meat sauce" looked like a hamburger patty was placed on top. We didn't receive our salad even though we were charged for it and was not told there is a $7 delivery charge. We called to complain and after a lot of attitude the lady hung up on us. I don't know how they are in business.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! The prices there are ridiculously high, but i wanted to try a new place. I placed my oder on EAT24. After 2 hours the driver calls me that he don't finds my house. I gave him simple directions. Another 20 minutes i waited and called the restaurant asking where my food is. After i had to give her my address to check on the delivery, she puts the phone to the side and answers other phone calls. I hanged up and after the driver arrived 2.45 hours with our cold food, we sent him back with it again. Almost 3 hours by and we are still hungry. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!

I ordered from this place. 15 minutes later we got our first call back from the eatery to tell us there was a problem with the order... they proceeded to contact us again via phone... and eventually never brought our order! THE ABSOLUTE WORST. EVER. hands down. BIG MISTAKE

I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza with peppers and onions and about 2 hours later. I got a large pepperoni pizza. Not even close to what I wanted but the pizza wasn't the worst.

HORRID! Ordered through GrubHub app. Only place open that delivers. First thing I noticed were the prices which are a JOKE. 3.00 per pizza topping? 20.95 for their smallest pizza with 2 toppings? I ordered anyways since I was starving. Once the order was placed, delivery time was quoted as being an hour from then. An hour and a half and a refund request to grub hub later, the pizza finally showed up. No Parmesan. No crushed red pepper. Lukewarm pizza. I told the delivery driver to take it back. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I don't think this place even deserves a star! My order was delivered 3 hours late, and I was contacted by a non-english speaking delivery guy telling me to come downstairs to my buildings lobby to pick the food up. Just a terrible experience overall... Never again..

Omg! I ordered from there 2 salads and 1 pizza and it took them almost 2 hours for the delivery! When we finally got it, the salad tasted like out of a cheap plastic package and the pizza was from the bottom burned! And for that food we almost spent a fortune!!!! Never again.
