WARNING: THIS IS NOT A MEXICAN RESTAURANT, but it's much better since it's Honduran! I've been eating here for almost two decades and they've never failed my belly. What the restaurant lacks in square footage it makes up by packing a heavyweight punch in food quality and service. Actually, the diminutive size correlates with the "homie" feel and vibe of the place while the friendly and attentive staff tie the whole "home style" experience altogether. And if you're vegetarian, try their meatless baleadas. Just add egg and avocado! They're so good. Trust me, I'm eating one right now!

My husband, friend and I visited Miami in May of this year and we stopped in Los Paisanos for dinner. We had never had the pleasure of eating Honduran cuisine before and I can honestly say that after having dinner at Los Paisanos I didn't know what I was missing! The food, the service, and the family friendly atmosphere was more than I expected! Like I said, we had never eaten Honduras food before so ordering off the menu was beyond us, so we asked the staff for help and they came through for us!! Unfortunately, I can't specifically tell you what we had, but all three meals were amazing and mouth watering!! Oh, and the salad dressing on the house salad was simple yet unbelievably good!! Check this little place out, you wont be disappointed!!

Went for late lunch yesterday. Ordered a baleada con carne, a parrillada familiar, 2 heinekens and 2 moras. The service started out a little slow but was was very friendly and attentive once the food came out. The Baleada was perfection. Didn't survive long enough to take a picture of! The Parillada Familiar included steak, chicken, pork, sausage, fried green plantains, fried chips over a bowl of refried beans and cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and fresh salsa ( I think that's everything!). Each table has a jar of spicy, pickled vegetables (curtido) which is also delicious. Do note that the bathrooms are accessed through the outside of the restaurant so you do need to ask for a key if you need to go. Yes, the neighborhood is sketchy, but the ambiance inside the restaurant is very family oriented and the staff is professional. Really, more like 4.5 stars. Don't pass it up if you are in the area.

Excellent service and traditional Central American food with a very high Honduran influence. Great staff and ambiance. Awesome place to catch soccer match over Baleades and Beers!

Been going to this place for years! They serve excellent Latin American food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Miami to stop by, and if you're a local, you should go too!
