Like an oasis in the desert. Incredible live music in a comfortable and inviting ambience. Excellent bar service and zero pretension. I live next door and plan on becoming like "Norm" here. Fantastic live jazz with no annoying velvet ropes or bouncers. Wish there were more places like this.

I was traveling to Miami for business and stopped at the Lilt lounge for a drink. Beautiful ambience, cool music and best of all was Oscar the bartender. Definitely the best jazz lounge in town! Very elegant atmosphere, good food and drinks! Ordered the Zio's cocktail and it was very refreshing! Staff is also very friendly! Its a must go place!

Lilt is an all around great spot in Miami. Located on the main floor of the beautiful Epic hotel, you are greeted by friendly down to earth staff who want you to enjoy your night and will go out of their way to make sure you do. The cocktails on the menu are delicious but if you can't make up your mind or feel like having something different the bartenders are more than happy to make you a customized drink, I'm a big fan of the with love from russia and there's another one with passion fruit that is great too. The ambiance is perfect, you see yachts pass by on the miami river and best of all this place brings in some of the top jazz musicians from around the country and the world. It's wonderful to have such a great spot in Miami to listen to live music. Whether you go here after work for drinks, want to go on a date, or just want to listen to music you can't go wrong. Can't wait to go back!

Lilt is a great after work spot or late night jazz bar. The staff are wonderful and the bartenders (Michael and Oscar) make the best drinks in the downtown/Brickell area. Great addition to Brickell/downtown!!!

Love love love this place. The decor and vibe are just absolutely stunning. The staff members are very friendly and this place reminds me of why I love to call Miami home. It's sophisticated, it's quality menus (cocktails & snacks ONLY), and it's real music. And Lilt has a passionate music director who hand selects the performances that take place on a weekly basis, so it's really legit. The location is epic... well it actually really is at the EPIC hotel, in Brickell. The outdoor terrace offers stunning views of the Miami river which are fabulous and can also be enjoyed on the 16th floor at Area 31 (see separate review). Go to Lilt Lounge if you want a fun crowd, nice people, good bartenders, quality cocktails, and awesome music; oh and there is a happy hour and check-in deal for those savvy diners who check Yelp or the website before going. Nice Jazz lounge.....with a dj?!?!....a bit much if you ask me. The space was nicely decorated and the bartender was friendly with some serious skills. Manhattans were off the hook. Definitely recommend for a casual drink or a date. Lilt - get rid of the DJ, minus 1 star for that.

Second time coming here ! First time was as good as the second time. They have live jazz music and good drinks! We ordered some finger foods. Had their oysters they were very fresh! Also ordered their spare ribs sliders. These selections are small and good to eat while having some drinks but not very fulfilling. We ordered three drinks two sliders and oysters and spent $87. This is a good once in a while chill place to talk and drink with friends. Very elegant chic lounge. They have two floors so it's spacious. Valet is twenty dollars, but down the block there's a garage for $5.

What an incredible Friday night! A friend and I decided to have a Miami Night Out, and we figured that having cocktails at Lilt was the perfect way to start our night. We sat at the bar and Spencer immediately came over and told us that he could make us anything on the cocktail menu or an original cockatil. I told him I liked gin and he proceeded to make me the most incredible and authentic gin and tonic I've ever had in my life. He dressed it with grapefruit zest and freshly squeezed lemons. I also had a classic old fashioned. It was made to perfection. If you're looking for authentic cocktails, swanky jazz, and impeccable service, come to Lilt Lounge. Ask for Spencer, he was wonderful.

Whilst staying at the epic Miami from liverpool,UK We went to lilt bar, we were served by spencer. He was very welcoming and offered to make up any cocktails that we felt like drinking (GORGEOUS!!!) It's a lovely bar and DEFINITELY worth a drop by. Relaxed jazzy atmosphere and the service is 10/10 very personal. He makes lilt- lilt. There is also a lot of bands/performances to keep the atmosphere. We will be returning. :)

Everytime i walk in here i feel like im stepping into a jazz time warp. The music hits you and soothes your soul. I swear every band that i ever heard play here was amaziiiiiiing! Decor is sexy and swanky. You would expect nothing less from this lovely building. Great for a date night ending or beginning :-) Oh yeah its a lounge so let me talk about the drinks. Lol. They give very generous pours and know how to jazz up a mixed drink(wink wink). Ask for Benny(bartender) if you are sitting at the bar. We stopped by for happy hour, since I've had Lilt bookmarked for quite some time now. Our bartender, Spencer, is refreshingly passionate about both his job, and the Epic as a whole. As I read on other reviews, I was able to tell him what I liked in a drink, and he prepared something amazing, his twist on a Mai Tai. I have already recommended that my boss bring his girlfriend here based on the reviews, but now I can return to work and tell him how truly exceptional it is here. Lilt is the reason why Miami is such a beautiful place to both live and visit. You do not want to miss this place! Happy hour is from 4-6pm, Monday through Friday. Definitely stop by for some specially priced champagnes, specialty drinks, and $1 oysters! Lovely location, exceptional bartenders, and beautiful music.

I visited this lounge for a Yelp event and I thoroughly enjoy it. The bartenders really impressed me. I think we were the first ones at the bar. The bartender asked me just a few questions about what I liked for a drink and he made me the most delicious drink, just for me (at least that is what it felt like). When I went back for another, he remembered my drink and made me another one; that is service! I wish I can remember his name. He was the one with the shortest hair cut. As busy as the bar was, he made my drink exactly the way he made it the first time and still had a smile! We have all seen what busy bartenders can do to your drinks when they are under pressure... not this guy, thank you bartender! The location is beautiful. It is on the ground floor of the Epic hotel with floor to ceiling windows. This is a 2 story location with additional seating and a bar upstairs as well as outside. This is a great place to come to after dinner for some great drinks and live music. Very trendy decor. Looking forward to visiting very soon!

Love this place! Ambiance and atmosphere is fantastic. Live music playing. Great place for a night out with the wife. We had the joy of getting the extremely talented bartender Oscar. He recommended these drinks that were completely out of the ordinary, but turned out to be amazingly tasteful! Had an awesome time. 100% will return.

Hipster paradise. Jazz, blues and mixology. The Manhattan's were superb. Came in around 1am and it was quiet on a Wednesday night but the bartenders still took care of us. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

It was a great environment and the place was modern and chic! The bartender, Oscar, made this special drink (he had no name for it) and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, it was for my friend and I didn't take a picture of it :( so next time. I love it when employees know their company's forte and promote it enthusiastically while being knowledgeable of their products/ingredients. I cannot wait to come back here!

My husband & I went to Lilt Lounge last weekend for a date night. When we arrived to valet our car, we thought there were 2 lanes but turned out there was only one. We were unable to make a u-turn as there is sooo much traffic coming into the hotel, we ended up paying $25.00 2 blks. away. The lobby of Epic is just beautiful, they had a Swarovski crystal & art exhibit there. We managed to get a table near the stage as it was still early, and they had a Happy Hour special, 1 drink with choice of 2 appetizers for $25.00. At 10 p.m. they had a wonderful Jazz band that we really enjoyed! The waitress was so nice and friendly, Epic is a beautiful hotel, we will definitely be back!

This place should be located in my living room at my house. That's how you feel every time you come here and enjoy great music by local jazz artists and a nice drink served usually by a lovely lady. In terms of a live music bar, this is THE PLACE.

What an amazing Saturday night at Lilt! I love my cats, Liam Neeson movies/voice and my couch, but thank goodness I decided to cancel with them and head over to Lilt instead. It is a stylish, cozy lounge, right next to the craft cocktail Gods at Zuma, inside the Epic hotel. Cocktail Gods at Zuma better watch out! Because the guys at Lilt are doing a job nothing short of great... It was early, and so we were lucky to be seated in what I would say best spot in the house between the bar and a glass door with outside/ocean view, and the jazz band right in front of us. We sipped delicious cocktails, listened to great live jazz, applauded and sipped some more until our hearts were filled with joy and our heads with spinning bliss. Their lady singer got on stage and gave us a peak of next weekend's affairs, and she had a voice surely meant to transport you to the times of Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday. Did I mention there's no cover charge?! I'm going to have to cancel couch business next Saturday again...

LILT is an amazing place to grab a craft cocktail and enjoy some of the best live jazz Miami has to offer. This is a perfect place for an intimate date. I recommend the malcom cocktail with basil. Best bartenders in town hands down!

their Mixologist at the bar was wonderful and talented with various different, yummy cocktails My fave is Samurai with egg-white topping. Also liked their grapefruit cocktail.. Ambiance was fabulous, It is located right next to Zuma (over-rated imo). Lilt only has limited bar menu as they don't have a real kitchen. But several of us had a fabulous relaxing time. Staff were wonderful; view of Miami River is nice.

Last night a girlfriend and I went to Lilt for a couple of cocktails before we went out. Not only was the view and the music delightful so was the service. Spencer was my bartender and he created a delicious drink called a sweet heat. It was an original to say the least. He was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Service like this is rare in Miami and I will definitely be going back and bringing friends.

This place has music from Tuesday through Saturday and a great ambiance with very well crafted signature drinks made by Oscar, doing an excellent job behind the bar. If you're not happy with the list ask him to preapare a drink for you - won't get disappointed. There is also food before 10PM. Inserted on the EPIC downtown, makes a great spot for the Brickell crowd.
