Our server said it was a shortage on pancakes and it would take long, but we kept seeing pancakes after pancakes being served to everyone else except us. And eggs were cold. And took them 10 minutes just to pay for a bill.Never coming here again

I took my family there an as soon as walked by the front door we notice how filthy and the same inside. The service is good, but the food is terrible. We ask for a BLT well done and it was completely UNCOOKED. And the rest of the food was no good.

The order in which they deliver food is ridiculous .. Which I think has to do with organization in the kitchen. Eating breakfast with my daughter... I ordered pancakes with sausage and for her a short stack with eggs, so they bring my kids eggs and pancakes, eggs are hot, pancakes cold.. So I sent her short stack back. I was only served my sausage and had to wait for my pancakes while my sausage got cold. It wasn't at all the servers fault she was trying to push kitchen to get it together.

Terrible experience! They gave us a table that still was dirty from previous customer. But the worse was when I got my pancakes and there's was a thick curly hair on them. The server didn't even apologize, she just said she will bring another one, I told her that obviously I didn't want them And just take them off the check. They just took 2$ off. Don't go here, there are many other ihop locations that won't give you nasty food and at least an average service.

I have been coming to this Ihop for awhile. Normally the service and wait staff have been great. The visit today has been awful. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food. We only ordered breakfast items and the place was not busy. Our witness didn't check on us and we had to ask the other waiters for water, napkins and forks. Will return because the nephews like this place.

It's an IHOP what else can you ask for. But nothing was better than my waiter. Cool guy with a chef with an awesome little mermaid tattoo. Great people.

Now I know why this location has only 2 stars. On a positive note if you arrive and see a long line they do move fairly quickly. Just make sure you spell out your name and say it several times. I arrived with my son who was starving the lady up front said 15 minutes. When she spelled my name I looked and corrected her twice she changed it so it was fine. I stood right in front of her to wait. 15 minutes pass she calls a "Brenda" I was keeping track so I thought it was me, another woman stands up and walks in with her. So I wait.. patiently... she calls two others who came after me now 20 minutes later. I tell her very nicely that I had been waiting and those individuals came after me. I look at the sheet and the name I had her correct was un scratched and she tells me she called my name. I told her again very politely that I had been standing right in front of her. She goes off on a tangent saying she called my name and I wasn't listening etc. etc. that she will seat me next. I thought.. wait a minute I'm the costumer here she's supposed to be understanding and apologetic not defensive. With a nasty attitude she seats me. And to say the least just look at the picture of the food. $10 for a plate with under cooked eggs, burned on top hash browns and cold on the inside... may I go on. Not worth the money or time. Sorry Ihop, its definitely has lost it's quality.

Worst IHOP experience by far. Staff HD friendly but the kitchen is lazy and will purposely cook your food and take short cuts if u let them. Example we ordered cheesecake pancakes and cobbler pancakes. The cheesecake pancakes were regular pancakes and the cobbler had wipcream in place of ice-cream. We asked for it to be fixed and it was but the cooks should know their own recipes. The food was below average for an IHOP and would not go back to this one.

i was craving waffles one night so i decided to go to ihop. when i came in the place was almost completely empty. the only other people in the restaurant was an old couple who had already been served. it took forever to even get my drink. there were three waiters and a few other people in the kitchen. i understand that most of them are students and want to go home but at least take my order and stop sitting around and staring. and let me remind you that i was the only person there. the couple had already been served and was making their way out. after what seemed like hours i finally got my chicken and waffles. the food was mediocre but i expected that from an ihop. the restaurant itself is fine but the staff needs some serious training. cant imagine how it would be like in the mornings with more people. i will be sticking with denny's thank you very much.

I'm not usually turned off by poor service due to the food, but I'm only not recommending this specific iHop because I went with my son who love waffles and painting on his mat. The waffles were somewhat decent, there was no line I'll give them that. I was tended to quickly due to the establishment being empty. What I simply cannot stand when I'm eating somewhere is getting the bill prior to me finishing my meal. The staff was courteous and all, but that cannot make up for how rude is it to receive the bill prior to you finishing your meal. My son was also not given any crayons to draw with which made him feel out of place to say the least. I now know why this place was empty. My fried steak was crusty and not soft to the way I'm accustomed to eating at an iHop.

The place was hot (temperature). The service was terrible, the food was overcooked (burned) and the coffee was cold! We waited for over 20 minutes after being sat down for a waiter to come to our table. This was on a Friday at noon. We have an IHOP closer to our home we frequent and it's night and day compared to this one.

I got scrambled eggs and pancakes and the meal was decent. The food was lukewarm and it seemed like the cheese on top of the scrambled eggs was simply laid on top of it after the food was plated. The service was good though.

I am adding an extra star for politeness from the staff. The service is slower than a marathon of limping zombies. Tables should be wiped before seating new patrons. Management should be addressed for the poor performance of this location. Nuff said.

Wow, this place is a joke. They are so under staffed it's comedic. I walked in with a best friend and had to ask them to clean one of the 3 empty booths because they all were covered in food. They did with poor quality. There was still egg yolk on the table from the people who ate here prior. After waiting 10 minutes, they finally took our order. Once my best friend finally said something to the manager, she just tried to act nice but basically brushed his complaint off apologizing without explanation. The food took a century to get to my table. I think I grew a beard while I was waiting. Save yourself the agony of being mistreated, surrounded by filth, hearing screaming babies while being over charged for mediocre breakfast food. And to add injury to insult they don't even have Oreo milkshakes. I give this place two thumbs way down.

Did you know that kids eat for free every day of the week now from 4 PM until 10 PM? I didn't until I took my youngest for breakfast for dinner yesterday while my eldest had cheerleading practice. It was not busy at all so we had plenty of attention from our server who was simply pleasant. The food came quick and was decent. The bacon was perfectly crispy. I was in and out in no time. I'll be going again.

I'm a breakfast snob. I admit it... so after years of coming here with family as a child, I had let IHOP fall to the way side for more fashionable brunch locations. So imagine my surprise that I thoroughly enjoyed every item of my breakfast here the other day. Everything was hot, tasty and inexpensive. My family of 6 ate for $55. Sweet! Needless to say, I was in a pancake coma for the rest of the day.

Lousy service, lousy food, and a scandal to the IHOP experience I'm used to back home. Time: Friday, April 11, 2014, 9 p.m. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad and a diet cola. I pointed to the picture in the menu when I ordered and the waiter even asked me to verify, so I pointed to the picture of the crispy chicken salad again. Hmmm. Half hour later I got a plate of soggy iceberg lettuce with brown edges and a few pieces of chicken cubes on top. That was it! I was supposed to get, according to the menu, "crunchy garden greens with diced, crispy-fried chicken, tomatoes, crispy bacon, Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and a hardboiled egg, then toss everything in our honey mustard dressing. Served with garlic bread." I called over the waiter to tell him my salad was short the bacon, cheese, dressing, tomatoes, egg, and garlic bread. He explained that I really ordered Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Not good as he tried to B.S. his way out of this. I told him, regardless, as my plate still DID NOT have "romaine" lettuce, nor Parmesan cheese nor Caesar dressing, nor crunchy croutons. All I got was a plate of soggy iceberg lettuce with some chicken cubes on top. Nothing on the menu to match what I was served. I told him to take back his lettuce and prepare me what I ordered: Crispy chicken salad as described in the IHOP menu. Later I was served the same soggy wet lettuce which was now browner than before. The salad did have the other ingredients, less the hard boiled egg. However, the garlic bread was suspiciously soggy. I did not eat it. I ate a few pieces of the bacon. I felt disgusted looking at this mess of a salad so I ate no more. I got up to find my waiter who was resting, sitting with the female waitress. I asked him to cash me out. I paid in cash and was expecting $1.52 back in change. He gave me $1 and closed his cash drawer. I stood there waiting for the rest of my change. He looked at me and said, "I gave you a dollar." Oh boy. I told him it was 52 cents short. He went over to the still seated waitress and asked her for 52 cents which he then gave to me. Totally unprofessional service. He never came over to ask me "how are you doing" nor did he ask me if I wanted my diet cola refilled (a courtesy I enjoyed at ALL my prior IHOP visits back home. I guess he just wanted to be left alone so he could enjoy sitting down with the waitress. And, the Crispy Chicken Salad was inedible. Really, the night time wait staff sorely needs to be retrained or even let go. The cook was no better serving up that slop. That's my story, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me!

Had a breakfast here yesterday with my friends from work. Didn't know this place until recently and the service was not really good. Dont want to write any bad reviews on IHOP but I want to warned others about what I experienced there. Not good to have breakfast here, probably not going to come back.

Lacking proper management 3-4pm Saturday. 1 server for the whole restaurant. A bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing. Messed up my order many times. No empathy whatsoever for bad service.

This ihop served me brioche cinnamon French toast WITH MOLD! My server Alexiasis is by far the worst server. She served me cold coffee and made me ask another server for cream and sugar since she took for ever to attend me. The manager gave me a new order of French toast and brioche toast. Me and my bf were already scared to continue eating however the head server there made us feel very comfortable to eat and made sure he will take care of us. He assigned a new server which asked us previously if we had been attended since Alexiasis didn't even provide us silver ware and our drinks. We ordered as an APPETIZER cheese sticks but guess what Alexiasis forgot to put in our order, so we got our breakfast late, with mold and our appetizer last. I would return to this ihop because of the head server and the nice lady that took our table after Alexiasis.

Service is usually pretty fast, only downside is when you're done they need to turn over the table so it's not necessarily a hangout. Food is standard American breakfast fare, the French toast is my favorite.

In my opinion all IHOP's are the same. This one for the most part is ok. It has quick service but be careful because they got my order wrong. My experience wasn't out of this world and it wasn't horrible. It was average.

Just another IHOP. Food was alright, staff was nice. The problem is the place looks, feels, smells and is old. Not exactly dirty, just not very appealing.

Ihop exists because every once in a while you crave breakfast in the middle of the afternoon and you've had enough of Denny's. the cry baby and i shared a breakfast sampler which included: eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, hash brown, and pancakes. this one meal was enough to fill us up. the hash brown, this time around, was perfect. the coffee was decent. for $1.99 you can drink as much as your little heart desires.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. the servers there are embarassing to the company. never filled my water, brought me my wrong order twice and then tried to tell me that I was wrong, brought my pancakes FINALLY after I paid the check, are you kidding me. asked for extra butter and he never brought it. if you want the shittiest service come to this IHOP. an absolute joke.

Poor service. Poor food prep. We ordered two salads and neither came with dressing. They did not even have the dressing that was advertised on the menu. We were offered tarter sauce for our salads. Really? My daughter's grilled cheese was not grilled. Bread was still white and cheese barely melted. Oh, by the way, I ordered a diet coke and got water. My son's Sprite was just carbonated water. No food or drink prep prior to dinner. Terrible experience. We used to stop here about three times per month, but not any longer. I think we are going from IHOP over to Denny's for good cheep eats.

As we sat through some really bad services... a couple smart people actually walked out. Server didn't care to provide what one would consider normal service and of course the food was horrible as well... we might as well have gone to MacDonald and gotten better care and food. Never again.

The International House of Petulance? Yes, I know, you're going to say I went to IHOP so I deserve all I got but coudln't they at least live up to their name?! Saturday afternoon, they weren't that busy and not only did we get attitude from our waitress but my pancakes were borderline inedible! I won't go into any more details, because frankly it's not even worth mentioning, just don't come here.

Nothing 5 star, but it gets the job done when you're in the mood for pancakes. Serves just about something for breakfast, lunch or dinner (love having breakfast for dinner!!) And John is always THE BEST waiter!

We went for breakfast on Thursday. We were greeted at the door and seated right away. We waited about ten minutes for someone to get the order, approximately another five to get coffee. Fifteen minutes later the food came in. My egg whites with bell peppers and onions had minimal amount of bell peppers. Cold tomatoes were tossed on top. Awful experience. During all this time the manager was flirting with the waitresses, everyone in the restaurant was either waiting for food or for the check to leave.

Since my last IHOP venture (which was a fail), I decided to try another location. The bird and 72 store was a definite improvement. Friendly hostess seated us immediately. Coffee pot on the table as soon as we sat. Interestingly, the coffee was good. Even though it was tenish, I didn't feel like eggs and stuff, so I flipped through the menu and found potato soup and half pot roast sandwich. It sounded good so I got that. It was good! Although the soup was warm (it should have been hot), it was still Super yummy! And the half pot roast sandwich? A winner! My daughter had the fruity crepes (which I ate half of) and it was really good: cream cheese filled crepes with strawberry and banana topping. The server was friendly but spotty. Why 3 stars? Because the server was spotty and the soup was warm (vs hot). Ok, it was 3.5 stars but I don't have that option. I'm a picky person, ok? Will I return? Absolutely!

I only go to IHOP for their breakfast, although my last experience was not good. All servings have become smaller and prices went up, I don't see how someone said they fed their family of 6 for $55. They must of had toast only! We are a family of 3 and paid about $35 for basic breakfast! Hash browns were overcooked, hard as a rock; everything else was really small. Probably would not reconsider another visit.
