I'm pretty sure if the commute from NJ to Miami wasn't so long, I'd come here at least once a week!! Great food, friendly service....YUM!!! Absolute best camarones al ajillo I've ever had!

Okay so I have gone here for lunch a few times and it's not a bad spot. I have had the ground beef, skirt steak, grilled chicken and the ropa vieja. Must say the ropa vieja is my favorite. The ground beef is my second favorite. I didn't give it 5 stars because the skirt steak was not all that good it was missing flavor and same thing with the chicken. It needs a little more of mojo or flavor to it. I didn't enjoy those two items. It is a cheap spot and good to grab a quick lunch. The customer service is good. I have never had a problem with customer service there. They are so nice. Oh and of course my favorite thing is their little buttered breads. Que rico they are crispy and soooo buttery. Keep that up. I love the breads. Maybe next time the chicken or steak will be better and I can give a 5 star.

Stopped in again today, while shopping in the area. So enjoy going here for some great cuban food and very inexpensive. Favorites: Ropa Vieja- juicy, moist, tender, great flavor side of rice and beans $8. They also make great club sandwiches and cuban sandwiches with fries for $7 Specials daily all under $10 fish, meat dishes, sandwiches, salads etc...All dishes are prepared as ordered but does not take long. Another great thing they offer is fresh squeezed juices: Carrot juice mixed with Orange Juice, watermelon yummy!!! Service is always very very good. Old building but clean inside, lots of tables and just great food!!!

Went here today for lunch and ate a Media Noche. The prices here are very reasonable and I would definitely come back again as the sandwich was good as well. It's close to where I work plus they delivery so that's a good thing as well.

Love the heuvoes rancheros. And cheap. Only been here for breakfast but it's a must stop when shopping on 20th street or just a good Cuban breakfast
