Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This place is ok not the greatest in my opinion and the portions are fairly small, compared to other Chinese restaurants.

Wonderful place! The food is very good. My favorite are the Singapore noodles, general tso chicken, and fried rice. The wonton noodles are also excellent since they never come out soggy. Very fair prices for big portions. In addition, the restaurant is always kept very clean, and the bathroom (this is going to sound strange) smells good! The one thing that you probably won't get from any other Chinese restaurant in South Florida would be amazing customer service, which Gar Sing definitely provides. The owners are very nice and courteous making the dine-in experience wonderful! If you prefer to order from home, their delivery service is also very fast. All in all, your belly and taste buds are in good hands! I highly recommend this place!

We have been coming to this restaurant since we moved here 5 years ago and it is always excellent. The staff is super friendly and the delivery is always fast and fresh. We even had our wedding rehearsal catered by them and they went above and beyond by wrapping ribbon in my wedding colors around the containers. The special lo mein, honey chicken and crab rangoons are my favorite. I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants in my time and this is by far the best!

I haven't had Chinese take out this good since I moved from Jersey. Vey fairly priced and the staff is very nice and friendly. It's located on 147 ave and bird road, about two spots over from ihop.

If you want fresh and real Chinese cooking, then Gar Sing is the place. The owners are fantastic and know what they are doing. I'm originally from Jersey, so good NY Chinese is hard to come by and I can honestly say, they are up there! You know exactly what you're eating without any hidden ingredients. Fresh, flavorful food! We love to go and dine in, for the full experience. Love the special lo mein, and pan fried dumplings, mushu beef, spicy shrimp dish is fabulous too! Just everything is yummy. The sign outside doesn't look very Asian but don't be confused it's in there! Located on bird road 40th street and 147th ave... In a shopping mall. Go,, I insist!

This is a little location and I found it by total luck. We'll let me tell you this is a gem in hiding. This place is fantastic from the attention to its clients to the food. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants some extremely tasty Chinese food. I have so far eaten almost 75% of the menu and I have yet to try something bad. This is the only Chinese place I will go to and or take out. Excellent excellent excellent !!!

Delicious food to say the least ! The owners are always there, and make it pleasant to sit and eat inside. The most delicious fried rice we've ever had. Being partial about chinese cuisine, because it is my favorite; this is hands down the best place for take out or eat in. The customer service you will receive from the owners is like no other chinese restaurant. Don't hesitate to have their food, you won't be disappointed !!!

I love this place. My favorite Chinese food ... They have healthy items in the menu and everything is fresh and excellent Mary always remembers me even if a month passes she even corrects my order since she know what I normally order. Excellent customer service and food. Keep it up.

Visited this place as it had 5 stars since my fiancé loves Chinese food. We ordered the Crab Rangoon (really good!), honey chicken dinner combination with pork fried rice for about $7.95, and beef & broccoli with beef lo mein which we had actually ordered chicken lo mein. I was expecting my chicken to already have the honey on it, but it came on the side. The lo mein was salty and the pork fried rice was ok. To get our food took a while because the same person that was making it is the one that served us (I think she's the owner). As far as our entrees, they were ok but I really loved the rangoons and the dipping sauce it came with. If you want to check this place out, just try it maybe you'll have a different experience like most have reviewed it.
