Worst Fuddruckers ever!!!! Walked in an the old man in charge of baking bread is puffing an electronic cigarette while handling the food...WTF !!! then I asked for a Military discount and the cashier answer is "NO, but we should..... I'm taking my money someplace else!

Same concept as location in Doral. My daughter (3 1/2) enjoys the decor and "cool" seating options of booths. Shakes and desserts = awesomeness. The burgers (meat) are good but they land a bit heavy for me. Overall, I am glad to have a burger option in kendall.

We have come to fuddruckers a few times and have almost always enjoyed the experience. We are fans of the Bison Burger, no buns, but today I wanted to try something different, I decided to try the salmon burger. It was ok. Nothing to be crazy about, but a healthier choice than the other sandwiches. The staff is often quiet and not actively helpful; they just work and clean. Not much innovation or suggestions. There are better options in the area than this restaurant, but if you just want a quick bite, this is a decent place.

I among many others are very thrilled to have a fuddruckers in our neighborhood. The staff here at the Kendall joint have not disappointed. Michelle at cashiering was more than helpful when it came to choosing what to eat. She was also full of smiles and is a true professional. The food itself was on par with what we would expect from the best burger joint in town, so hats off to the kitchen crew. The place itself is pretty large and can fit plenty of people, the tables were clean and the atmosphere is sure to keep me coming back. Hats off to the Kendall crew as you are all truly amazing and have earned yourselves a regular customer.

I love this place. The burgers and fries are awesome. The toppings bar is a plus! Have you ever had their baked potato? You should! The vanilla malt shake is the best in the area!

This location is new, spacious and very "open." It has tons of windows, so the light really brightens up the place, which is very different than other Fudds locations. In terms of food, same menu as the others and the food quality is consistent among all the franchises. A lot of the service staff I recognized as transfers from Doral, so they know the ropes and there isn't any awkward "learning curve" that a lot of new restaurants experience. The best thing is that they can take your order over the phone and have it ready for pick up at the ice cream counter, so you don't have to make long lines to get your grub!

I was so excited about this new location opening up ! The one in doral is great but too far ! When I first came to this new spot I wasn't so sure...the manager was extremely ghetto talking about how she was going to fire someone out loud in front of us . However, the food is absolutely amazing ! My favorite is a 1/2 pound burger with grilled onions and cheddar cheese ! Of course with sweet potato fries ! Every time I have come to eat there is always a place to sit and the food only takes about 10 minutes if that ! Everything is well kept and clean .

I heard the name Fuddrucker's when I was little, but I never went to one until around 2012. At first, I thought the restaurant chain was a retro diner-style chain (pretty much like Steak n' Shake) with greasy hamburgers and messy food. Boy, was I wrong. Now, it's one of my favorite restaurant chains ever! When you go to a Fuddrucker's, you'll always be in for a treat - only the treat is bigger than what similar restaurants offer. I felt right at home with the restaurant interior: wooden tables and chairs, but far more comforting than Shorty's, as well as booths for slightly bigger parties. And yet, the restaurant is kept very tidy. The staff here do a great job running the place. Also, everything is spaced out evenly, so it is easy to move around the restaurant. Since I love oldies music so much, my favorite part about the interior is the rock n' roll pictures and memorabilia. It did not matter to me whether the memorabilia were authentic or not; it just felt thrilling to be around the likes of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Elvis Presley. One Direction, on the other hand, feels out of place. They still have a long way to go before they are legendary enough for their memorabilia to take a spot in the restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if Fuddrucker's got rid of it. The food here has exceeded my expectations of the kind a casual dining restaurant should have. The menu has a excellent variety of food: its main attraction is the hamburgers, but the menu also features sandwiches, chicken, hot dogs, steaks and salads, potato wedge fries, regular-cut sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I hope you have a monster of an appetite, because the portions at Fuddrucker's are huge! They are nothing compared to McDonald's. You can add as many extras as you want to your food: there is a separate bar that lets you add lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions and other toppings and sauces to your foods. The biggest surprise at the extras bar is the hot cheese sauce pot! I like cheese as much as the next guy, and the cheese sauce is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! However, I prefer to not add too much. They also serve milkshakes along with your usual fountain drinks. I have not had a milkshake there yet, but this is just to let you know that they are there. Usually, I would not order a milkshake with my food because it is a dessert of a drink. Instead, I would go for the dessert bar, and see what they have. It has a nice variety of desserts, such as ice cream, Rice Krispies marshmallow treats, brownies, cookies, and my personal favorite, the très leches. It is a shame that they do not have any apple-based desserts over there. Every visit I have made to this restaurant has been amazing, and I certainly cannot wait for my next visit! If you have a big appetite for amazing burgers, fries and the sort, be sure to go to Fuddrucker's! Just be sure you have enough room.

Worst Fuddruckers I've ever been to. Bread isn't toasted and meat is flavorless. Expensive for the value you get. Hit up five guys instead and get twice the flavor, freshness and faster service for half the price. I was an avid fan of Fuddruckers but the one on Kendall is a disgrace.

Great burger joint. Huge seating space, nice decor, fresh food. It's a good foodie place. We tried the garden burger and the crispy chicken sandwich and they were well made and just delicious. They also have a separate counter for the onion, tomato, jalapeño and pico de gallo, so you can customize your burger to your taste. Don't forget to try the hot chocolate caramel sundae. The ice cream is delicious. Overall I think we are going to come back to this place again and try the salads and soups...

Do you know how excited I was when I heard Fuddruckers opened 3 min away from our house? Well, I was in the car with my girlfriend and I am pretty sure I blew her eardrums out when I saw that oh so famous 'Fuddruckers' sign. The staff is friendly there, I have had no issues, and any problems with orders (which can happen naturally in a line cook environment) were fixed promptly and with no issues. The food there is great, you can't go wrong with a super juicy burger. Now, the real gem here is that you can eat healthy at Fuddruckers. Now, my definition of healthy sometimes differs from other people's, but mine is quite accurate. Balanced, high protein, low carb, mid fat meals with minimal processed grains. You can do that here! The buffalo or elk burger, order it with no bread (they will serve it on romaine lettuce leaves!), tomatoes, onions, jalapenos - good to go! Add cheese if you like, but skip the fries if you are going for a good, filling meal with the calories to meet your requirements without filling you on empty carbs. That being said, a full out burger with fries is always wonderful, can't go wrong with either route you choose. I must confess my favorite is the smokehouse but with a buffalo patty on lettuce. The best of both worlds!

Usually crowded but good customer service. They ask how you want your burger cooked when ordering but it always comes out well done. I've been there 3 times and ordered medium rare, medium rare, and medium. They all have -no- pink in them whatsoever. Location also does not accept coupons.

My daughter is a cheeseburger addict so we love to go to Fuddruckers. The cheese sauce is amazing and the potato wedges are great with it. The food tastes great and the shakes are great too. The only problem is a pretty big one. Burgers aren't a meat I like to have medium well. For some reason almost every time I order although I say well done my burger is always pink and bloody in the middle. It even drips bloody juice into my bread.

Love that I have one of these closer to home and I don't have to drive to Doral! For being a burger place, their menu is quite good. They have pretty yummy salads, shakes and I hear their new chicken wrap is tasty. My son doesn't eat burgers but he sure loves Mac n cheese and he usually devours the one from fuddruckers. He also like getting that chip with the kid's combo so he can pick a cookie after his meal.

There is only one place that I can think of that the burgers or the bun-less patties are really juicy and cooked to order the way you want it! && that place is fuddruckers! I love this place since I was a kid and getting a free cookie of my choice with my kids meal! I never had one bad outlook or wrong order whenever I came to fuddruckers. This is a new location and I love it because it's in walking distance from my house and everyone seems so nice and it's so brand new! I've always love the decor that they had.

I've been really excited for this Fuddrucker's location to open. I finally got in there today, a Sunday. Holy moly was it packed!!! The restaurant was full & the line at the cash register was long. I was hungry though so I figured I'd just order it to go. The 3 people at the registers all seemed friendly & efficient, moving through the line quickly. I stood off to the side to wait for my food to be ready so I decided to people watch. The staff all seemed to be flowing easily & efficiently through the insane amount of orders. There was a man standing at the counter expediting the orders & handing them out to people as they walked up. He was friendly but was focused on his task to keep the orders moving. When my good was ready he placed it in a to go box & gave me containers so that I could get the cheese sauce for my fries because coming to Fuddrucker's & NOT getting the cheese sauce is criminal. When I got home I opened the box & saw a beautiful picture. I had ordered a 1/2 lb bourbon burger & an order of frings (onion rings & fries in ONE order?!?! Ummm....yes, please!). First, let me say that I am never again ordering a 1/2 lb burger. Needless to say I didn't finish everything despite how delicious it was because I felt my stomach would explode. My one complaint is that I ordered my burger well done but it was still a little pink & seeing as how I was already comfortably at home wearing pj pants as it poured outside, I had to make due. I know a lot of people think that well done meat is a criminal but I just can't stomach the idea of blood in my food...just yuck. Friendly, efficient service, yummy, fresh food, & an amazingly convenient location make this a "definitely must visit" stop in my neighborhood.

I haven't been to a fudruckers in a long time, so it was very nostalgic. I like the new location, has very nice decor and a great ambience. As far as the food goes, it wasn't anything to go crazy about but I did enjoy it very much. Definitely a big, filling burger. Will leave you satisfied. 4 out of five, I wish they had a few more healthy options.

The burgers here are good with a variety of different meats (Wild Boar, etc.). The fires are OK. It's great that you can choose your own toppings at a toppings bar. The service is good. However, there is another burger chain with "guys" in the name that is superior to here.

I was waiting for this location to open for months! I have to admit, I hadn't stepped into a Fuddruckers in years since their burgers started getting really greasy. Granted, this was about 5-6 years ago. Burgers, however, are one of my favorite foods and I was looking forward to giving this chain another chance...glad I did. Arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday, no one was in line and there were only a handful of patrons sitting in the rather large dining area. Order was ready in about 10 min. My hubs and I ordered 6 piece buffalo wings, Taco salad with grilled chicken and a 1lb burger prepared "the works" style which has cheese, bacon and mushrooms (see pictures). Everything was truly delicious. I was most impressed by their wings. They were nothing too fancy or overworked, just nice, crispy, tabasco-y wings. Not breaded and not greasy (score!). The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy with really nice flavor and big enough to share amongst a couple. The fries that came with the burger were also good, crispy and slightly seasoned, not greasy at all. The Taco salad comes with your choice of chicken or beef, I opted for grilled chicken. It is a really big portion that comes served in a taco shell with sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Nothing fancy but very satisfying and fresh! They do have a dessert counter where they sell several different cookies, pie slices, hand spun shakes and other goodies but we were way to full to try anything. The "toppings bar" was also very fresh and fully stocked at the time. Overall, I really enjoyed this location, it was everything good I had remembered about Fuddruckers. I didn't give it 5 stars because anything you order will come out together so there is no pause between appetizer and entree. You could order these item separately but that involves waiting in line twice and paying twice. Really I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

New Location! Haven't been to one in a while, but remembered the burgers were great, but fries nothing compared to FiveGuys. Guess haven't been in a while, when i recognize they have a huge menu selection now. But anyways burger was great, the look and feel is good, the customer service not so great.

MMMMMMMMM sometimes you just need to break away from all these trendy burger places popping up and go for some good ol fashioned Fudd! (with pump cheese on your burger of course) I know its easy to forget about this now burger chain cause theyve been around for so long, but trust me, its as good as you remember it was when you were a kid and they had the damn cow hanging in the window. And for about $10, for a burger, fries, and a drink you can't go wrong!

This fuddruckers finally opened and I gotta say food there is so effing good. I went last night with my mom and dad and when we got there the place was packed but we ordered our food and got are seats taken quick.Then we got our food and we thought best burgers in town.I am definitely coming back to this fuddruckers

Went for the first time in years and it was better than I remember. I ordered the 1/2 pound with fries and shake. The burger was cooked to order and taste great. The oreo shake was a little too sweet but hell it's a shake and a damn good one. The only complaint would be that the girl taking my order was obviously annoyed with being at work, but she was still friendly and never aimed her annoyance at me. Overall it was a great experience.

We used to go to other locations (up north) and had salmon burgers and cole slaw. Was very excited to see this opening, anyways we tried this today, had the most disgusting cole slaw, 99% mayo, 1% cole, told the manager this was disgusting, was told "that's how it comes". Hurray for service, we can tell this is in the south.

This review is specifically for this location. FuddRuckers are usually awesome and they have them all over Miami. Unless you live in this area no need to come here.Ok so 2 stars for convenient location for the people living in West Kendall/Kendale Lakes/Hammocks, whatever... That's about it. As typical with most places here in Kendall the service is shit, but I personally never really complain about it until now... Ok before I get into that, the burger review.i ordered a 1lb medium well burger with guacamole,it was decent definitely not the best burger I had but it did the job a little dry but that's usually the case with burger places in Kendall, the guacamole was mediocre at best. For those who have never been to a FuddRuckers you have endless amount of toppings you can choose for your burger. Ok that out of the way the service is whatever I mean how much can you expect from a bunch of 20 year olds right? Anyways the girl taking the order is nice but slow, no problem there but then there's the jerk off who gives you the food when your pager vibrates, he's a skinny Latin kid bout 20 or so.He gives me an extra plate of fries that I didn't order so I very politely tell him that I didn't order extra fries.. Like a true asshole he says yea you did grabs his little screen and shoves it in my face showing me a $2.00 charge for extra fries, an honest mistake by the cashier but he didn't care to verify with her he just wanted to be a douche.. So I says to him listen moron I know I didn't order any extra fries but fine keep the $2.00 and keep the fries and take em home to your mother.

Best Fudd's I have been to. Don't let a line fool you as we went in behind about 15 people and 5 minutes later had our order placed. Hint: have someone in your party grab a table when you enter. Very busy at times. Never had a problem. Plenty of parking. They keep the condiments stocked fresh and clean. If you want to save a bit of money, order a 2/3 or 1 lb. burger and split it. Fries very hot and fresh. Polite staff and kid friendly.

This place is a mad house fridays thru sunday besides that burgers are always good service is pretty fast considering how busy they are but they make mistakes with your order and its expected this place is beyond packed! All in all it was a good meal. The staff seems stressed maybe a little more organization from management might help.

An avid Fuds fan I was disappointed in the new Kendall location. Server who took our order was nice but argued with us they couldn't cook a rare burger. It's cook to order and every Fuds we have ever been to accepts the order and reminds us the danger of rare meat. Thank you for the warning--we still want it rare. You guesses it, burger came out well done. The manager apologized and had the order redone. Only problem was their usually fantastic buns were overcooked. What are the odds!?! Dr Pepper was out of syrup and staff seemed sparse and dirty tables a plenty. Only reason they get 2 stars was the surprisingly great strawberry milk shake.
