Let me explain something to the people not familiar with Corral. For us Colombians, its in our culture form back home. Its a brand introduced to the US after many years of people asking for it. It took a little time to make things just right and fine tune the food to match the quality in Colombia. Is not exact yet, but its pretty damn close. For those who come here for the first time, this is above BK or McDonalds or 5 guys, however, it is not a B&B (even though I prefer corral). Its a spot in between the regular burger chain restaurant and your top burger joints in the city. The reason why this burger is not too seasoned is because the meat is fresh and not packed and frozen like a BK or mcd's. Is almost the same fresh taste as five guys but its really made on the grill and is more generous. You want to have the right experience? get a Grand Corral All terrain. Pair it with fries and add a little BBQ sauce to every bite. Don't do the 3/4 lb beef patty because all you will taste is beef. Love it.

This business is CLOSED. I stopped by Saturday at 5pm and the chairs are up on the tables, the cash wrap is gone and the phone number is disconnected.

I'm really disappointed with this Corral. I'd be reluctant to try the one in the Doral after such a bad experience in this one! Location is okay, hard to find parking, but in Brickell, that's to be expected. Decor is nice, and the chain tries to compete with the likes of Shake Shack, Five Guys, and other burger places that are a notch above fast food, but not quite the Burger & Beer Joint restaurant type. Went for lunch and ordered the Corral burger, my friend ordered the one with bacon. Flavor-wise, my burger wasn't bad, with the ketchup, mayo and mustard combination they put on. But the burger itself didn't have a lot of salt or pepper to it and without the three condiments, didn't taste like much. The bread that was buttered (heavily) and then toasted on the grill definitely added flavor to the overall burger and without the toasty bread, the flavor wasn't the same on the meat. I'm not sure it's high quality meat either -- the after taste was similar to what I get when I eat at McDonalds (something I avoid now). The fries were okay, crispy and definitely came out hot. Again, not very salty or with any other flavors, but the sauces at the table helped. The fundamental problem -- and really, I understand that sometimes stuff happens -- is that I had TWO hairs in my food. Now, I'm not one of those prissy people that stops eating if I see something I don't like. But one hair was baked into the bun (I can't believe I saw it!) so it was INSIDE the bread, not outside it. The second hair was in the cheese -- the cheese had melted around it. Again, not sure how I didn't eat it (had it been my first bite, I would have NEVER known!). Overall, I just can't recommend this place. Lunch for two was $23, no alcohol, and only burgers/fries. I didn't find the quality of the burgers to be great, it's expensive compared to that. Save your money and go to Five Guys or Shake Shack if you want a chain burger. Or just go to LoKal for something better and local.

Passed this place and was like wuuut is this Burger King? Colorful interior and LCD monitor with a healthy array of burger options and variations coupled with sides and shakes. At the time, it tasted spectacular and really hit the spot. My friend and I got the Mexican burger which had guac on it. Smashed both of those and had some delicious fries. It tasted as good as BK which makes it better - it's 100% natural. Or at least this is what they tout in large letters right above the food window. Was on point - highly recommend esp after a day of partying.

Was not crazy about the manager. She was rude to my wife and would not swap out my wife's meal which tasted funny. Food is just ok and overpriced.

I was a big fan off corral , but not the One in brickell , i order the mexican burger because that was my favorite , you couldn't taste the guacamole , I know avocados are expensive , but that was a joke, is to over price , there is no combos , so if you want soda and French fries is 3$ more!

Food is really not good at this place. Put a tire between two buns and thats about as much taste as you'll get. Also, the kitchen doesn't look very clean. Just try to take a peek at it next time you're there. My suggestion...use meat that hasn't fallen off a dumptruck AND clean up your kitchen.

Just opened, not very complex burger menu and a bit food-court kind of set up. They have a few beers to choose from, which is nice... And a few tables outside overlooking the sexy Metrorail+Metromover railways! Worth giving it a try but would like to see more exciting burgers really... Be ready to wait a bit though.

I'm a very harsh critic of burgers. If I can make a better burger, then the place is not worth visiting. However, my hat goes off to el corral. Amazing burgers and fries.

Good burgers I am happy with it. I think they taste better then all the other spots in Brickell that sell bugers. I am very very pickey.

After 8 months, i decided to give this place another shot. Mainly since The Filling Station closed and didn't really want to pay for parking for B&B. Oh what a mistake I made. The burger is still flavorless and it looked like the saddest burger that was ever created. Will not be coming back here and will fight for parking to eat at B&B. Much better burger and price isn't that far off.
