It seems this Dunkin has changed overtime. They have considerably more employees and I've noticed the manager has been there overseeing operations. Lately they have been accurate with their ordering and actually have things in stock again. I hope things continue to improve as they are very close to my house.

Ever wake up and just want to eat something not so healthy? Well this is where you go! Can't go wrong with a large coffee (special blend) and a dozen donuts! I ordered sugared, chocolate frosted, Boston creme, glazed, and some old fashioned. Don't really recommend the last one unless you're diabetic. L

I wish I would be able to write a review without giving one star because this place is horrible . I found a fly while I'm about to bite into my doughnut and customer service is horrible .my coffee drink had a piece of plastic in it. The sad part is that I went to couple dunkin doughnuts and have no Problem with them at all but for some reason this location doesn't care about their customers or the tidiness of the place. I've given this place couple times since it's the closest to my house but my third time I went I told myself I'm never going back again.

Wow this place needs new management and a lot of change. All my visits here have led to disappointment, that I've totally stopped visiting all together. From bad service, to finding flies in my donuts or drinks, foreign objects in my drinks, and seeing roaches in the coffee dispenser drains. I'm surprised a health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. Also never has anything in stock, but this is the least of their problems.

I agree with most of the reviews here. This has to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts around! They NEVER have anything in stock in the evening. Just left there for the umpteenth empty-handed. Even in the daytime choices are limited. Does the owner even care??? I also agree with another review on here where they say that the DD on 117/88 has everything all the time. Truth! Just bypass this one, save your time, and go to the 117/88 one instead.

like the others reviews can't imagine the owbers care about this place the service is terrible in particular one man that works alone is extremely rude. we just got home from there and we are not going back. will have to go to the other DD even if it is farther from us.

Worst dunkin doughnuts I've ever been to. I keep coming back to this location since its the closest to my house, always hoping to have a better experience but again I'm let down. Every time I go they're out of almost every selection. There's usually about three different types of doughnuts to choose from. This last time they didn't even have the basic glazed! I had to walk out empty handed. The employees are equally disappointing. No smiles. You get the impression that you're annoying them by walking in. Ill never come back to this location. Save your time and drive to the one on 117ave and 88 st where they're fully stocked no matter the time of day or night.

Ok in the morning, but bad really bad at night, I'd say the worst dunkin I've been to, n I love dunkin. But the service at night is the worst, very rude and nasty agents.

This tends to be a very slow place. It's not the worker's fault, they do the best they can. It's the ownership. Often times they only have 1 person working the entire store in the afternoon. To me that's simply a greedy owner who doesn't want to pay another person. If they had any business sense, they would realize that people will go to the Starbucks down the street because they know it'll take 20 minutes to get your coffee

I regularly stop here for a quick coffee & veggie sandwich... The sandwiches are ok...but if you want a bagel or donut they are always great. The croissant sandwiches are pretty good. My niece loves the coolatas & they are pretty tasty. Usually this location is not as busy as others in Kendall but sometimes the line is long during peak hours of the morning 7/8am

This place sells donuts? Really... I have been here 5 times. Boston Creme? No... Chocolate Frosted? No... I think they have a problem with chocolate. Instead they typically have only a few donuts. At least they have the basic glazed but you can get that at Publix and do your groceries at the same time. You want coffee I guess you can come here. You want variety of donuts go somewhere else.

Clean, fully stocked, friendly, fast, did I mention clean? I tend to frequent Starbucks in the a.m., but they run out of multigrain bagels quickly. I soon discovered this new location down the street. I'm not a fan, but I'm happy they're here. The bagels are not as tasty as Starbucks, just another option. The parking lot is a nightmare around noon-ish, use the drive-trough. Anyway, ENJOY!!!!

This place is very good! Love thier coffee & donuts. In the morning, the drive thru is pretty fast. But sometimes they run out of bagles too early. In the evening, the drive-thru is very slow so have a little patience. If you want to try something new, go with an apple fritter donut...Mmmm..

I want to like this place. I really do. But I don't. I probably come here once every 2-3 weeks for and Iced Caramel Latte. I haven't ordered food from Dunkin in a really long time because everything I've ever eaten from here has been gross. But you would think a latte order at a coffee place would be an easy task, right? Not so much. One time I waited in line for about 15 min while some moron took forever and a day to order Donuts only to find out they were out of lattes. Umm you think you could put up a sign about that so I didn't wait 15min to hear that news? Today I had a miserable drive thru employee. Would it kill you to smile? Two stars is based on unpredictable service and unpredictable quality of the same beverage I order every time. Do yourself a favor and proceed three blocks east or west to one of the Starbucks drive-thrus for reliable service and quality.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever been to, and after living in Boston, NYC, and NJ I have been to a lot of them. First of all, good luck finding an employee who speaks English here. Secondly, good luck finding an employee with a brain here (the only one is the manager, poor guy - I wouldn't want to be in his shoes). Thirdly, good luck getting a donut, bagel, croissant, muffin, flatbread, or coolatta here. If its after 11am, you'll be lucky to get what you want. If its after 12pm, just go to a different location. Furthermore, they screw up orders ALL OF THE TIME ... and never apologize for it, one lady even laughed about it - when I was clearly annoyed. (There are exceptions though - the manager as noted above, a young tall guy with light hair and one or two employees who actually know what they are doing - a curvy woman with brown hair that's usually in a ponytail who has a caramel/olive complexion and a skinny woman with short dark hair who looks really young. If you see one of them there, try to get them to help you - otherwise, god help you). ALWAYS check your bags before you leave, especially if you use the drive-thru. Employees are unfamiliar with the menu, telling me that certain things don't exist (like apple fritters, or flat-bread). They even screw up the donuts, I've had a bunch of filled donuts (boston creme, lemon-filled and stuff like that) which have about a half of a teaspoon of filling in them and some with none at all - and there's not much you can do about that because really the only way to tell is to pick it up and kind of gauge the weight (you can really tell when you have two and one is filled and one isn't) and by that time, you can't really give it back and ask for another. I have left countless bad reviews about this place on the dunkin donuts website and I do have to say that they seem to be trying a bit, at least where the employees are concerned - they've hired a few non-hispanic people but they are still just as uneducated as the other employees that they might as well be speaking Dutch. But they haven't done anything about the lack of menu items. Its simple, if you are running out of something every day - order more! The place is open 24 hours but you can only get the full menu from around 7am-10am. I went there once late at night (around maybe 8-11pm, I can't quite remember) and they only had jelly donuts - and who eats them? Nobody, that's why they had them. Sometimes they don't even have eggs! They're never out of coffee - except for coolattas (they always have the weird flavors - like you'll ask for a caramel and they're like oh, we have watermelon ... ummm, maybe suggest an iced caramel latte instead of something with a completely different flavor!!!) but I'm really not a big fan of their coffee (except for use as a laxative). Their espresso is drinkable, in mixed drinks that is, and a shot or two of it in their coffee makes it taste almost ok. I love their Hot Chocolate - or really, I should say I love Dunkin' Donuts Hot Chocolate (its the best of the chain coffee shops in my opinion) ... but they even managed to screw this up. The one and only time I ordered a Hot Chocolate here (you don't drink many hot drinks in Miami but I used to get one almost every day during the winter in NYC) it tasted like someone had had a Hot Chocolate, finished it, and then filled the cup up with hot water - really it was that bad - completely undrinkable. Their coolattas (which I liked in NYC during the summer) have this weird metallic taste to them. The other day I was there and decided to try an iced tea lemonade coolatta - I was craving something cold and tart ... oh god, huge mistake ... this tasted like horrifically sweet iced tea syrup with some icey bits in it, there was no discernible lemon taste AT ALL (I'm hoping that it was made wrong and this isn't actually how its supposed to taste - and I am thinking that is the case since the woman whom I ordered it from didn't know what I was talking about when I ordered it - even though there was a big picture of it right on the counter that I'm sure she had looked at a million times). But this is par for the course here. Why do I keep going back? Its literally around the corner from my house and my parents love their coffee ... my mom is disabled so I usually pick her up a coffee and a muffin from there every morning. If I want anything I'll drive over to the location on Kendall Dr. and 137th Ave. (they don't have a drive-thru and parking there is horrendous but they actually have donuts there and everything else - and employees who know what they're doing).
