So this review is based off 4 seperate orders from this location in about 2 months. All photos uploaded so far are from me. 1) Ordered the new pan style, Cheeseburger BBQ not bad. Everything went ok. I'll def order again. 2) Decided to try Pan again but this time Buffalo Chicken. ZERO Buffalo Sauce on a Buffalo Pizza & a little undercooked. Called & got a credit. 3) Ordered a BBQ Steak Pan Pizza. Not only was it undercooked but it had enough BBQ sauce for no less than 10 pizzas. Was this deliberate? Called & got a credit. 4) Decided to use my credits. Skipped the pan this time so I don't have to deal with undercooked pizza. Even with the regular crust it feels & tastes undercooked. i didn't like the cheese or the tomato sauce. The seasoned crust was good I will give them that. As far as what I ordered, one pizza was ok but the other had Bacon instead of Steak like I had ordered. Didn't bother to call this time about the wrong order since they were free but I've had enough at this point. Long story short, 3 Strikes Dominos... you're out! For the record, I tipped well everytime & was very polite when speaking with employees about my bad pizzas. The staff & management was very friendly & apologetic when I would call but I just can't deal with another wrong or undercooked pizza. I'm going back to Papa Johns.

I can't speak on Kyle M.'s experience but I know personally I have ordered here over 20+ times and never had a mistake on my pizza. I've done takeout and delivery, and everything was perfectly fine. They are only minutes away from FIU and they are open late. I used to be a Papa John's loyalist until I tried the "new and improved" Dominos and I've never turned back. Whereas Papa Johns rarely has deals, Dominos has coupons that never expire, (i.e, the 2 Medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each) and online ordering that is always on point. Last week I ordered here (online) and requested green peppers. Apparently they were out because as soon as I placed the order online I got a phone call from a team member asking if I wanted something else in place. This is just a tribute their spectacular customer service at this location.

I like things quick with no foolishness and no games, and at this Domino's Pizza, you get what you want. That is why I like them. You want cheese- you get cheese. You want half and half toppings on your pizza-- that is what you get. You order, you get what you want, and then the pizza tastes fresh. Today, my husband and I ordered a pizza online, and their online system proved to be impeccable. You just list what you want, and then the system shows you where they are along the process. They also show you who is making your pizza. Quick, delicious, and to the point. This is my go-to Dominos. And the adventure continues...

The good thing about ordering from Domino's is that it's convenient and fast. The bad thing is you're going to end up eating Domino's. It's not terrible, by any means, but there are better pizza places around. If you can wait, if you don't need it to be dirt cheap, and you don't mind calling your order in instead of doing it online, you're better off getting pizza from someone else. But, we all feel lazy, cheap, and antisocial and Domino's is perfect for that.

I like the new domino's pizza. This place is pretty good about getting it out to you on time, except, and I do mean except, on big ticket days. Holidays, Super bowl, etc... Order in advance and if they say 15 minutes... it's more like 40.
