Love Dominos new pizza. The cheese is way better. A nice mix of provolone and mozzarella. The sauce has a nice kick to it. The garlic butter on the crust is addictive. The lava crunch cakes are awesome. They do a brooklyn style crust. All the veggies are fresh not canned or frozen. The roasted red peppers are the best on the veggie pizza. Delivery can be a bit slow sometimes but you have to expect that in a delivery zone like downtown where the drivers have to go 50 stories up to deliver the pizza. They have great prices and lots of good deals. Ken is a bit wrong though. One dominos is not the same as another. The ingredients are the same in the corporate stores but if the person making your pizza sucks at it, then the pizza is not going to taste the same.

dominos pizza has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! it was an awful experience and offcourse i will never EVER order a pizza from there. i placed a delivery order on friday i called an hour later because it was taking for ever and they told me the driver was on his way i wait another 30 minutes call again and then they tell me the order was never placed i received the worst customer service ever by a RUDE and disrescpectul person who said he was the manager. the worst part is that they still charged me the 15 dollares for the pizza who never ARRIVED!!!! what a lack of respect.!!!!!

Nothing at all to complain about. This is the 2nd time I ordered from this pizza joint. Online ordering is so easy. The $5.99 for a two topping pies is great but you have to buy two. No prob. I eat one and freeze one. I usually prefer the thin crust at the local pizza restaurants but they cost the same price as the 2 pies. Domino's arrived on time as expected and were piping hot. The 25 minute delivery time allowed me to make a beer run to Publix. I still swear by the thin crust guys, but hey Eat one Freeze one, (AKA BOGO) satisfies my Pizza craves for a while. This place must have stepped up their act considering previous posts. Enjoy your Pizza's....

Lost a faithful Customer! This is the 3rd time I have to wait more than 30 minutes on hold just to order, I've uploaded a screen shot of the timing. As much as I love pizza, im going elsewhere!

I never ate Dominoes before and I purchased a Fundraising card for Dominoes and now I order at least once a week. I buy 1 Large get 1 free. I have ordered 6 times from this location because I work in Downtown Miami and I have never had a problem with my order, the pizza or the customer service. I have always received great customer service and my pizza is delivered within 45 minutes. Thank you guys!

I honestly didn't think that a chain restaurant could possibly screw up a pizza. I mean, it's pretty basic, right? The kitchens are all pretty much fool proof and set up in a way that the person making the pizza doesn't have to be a chef. Well, I was wrong. Boy was I wrong. My boyfriend was craving buffalo wings and my daughter and I wanted pizza so we figured we'd go with Domino's because they have both. I placed the order online which was very convenient because I don't have to worry about someone writing the order incorrectly. I ordered plain cheese pizza (light on the sauce) and 14-piece buffalo wings. What I received was a complete disaster. First of all, the pizza box was dented on the top which resulted in the cheese sticking to the inside of the box. That's pretty annoying and something you see in movies. Then I noticed that the pizza was DRENCHED in sauce. Did I mention I ordered "light sauce"? It was literally oozing out of the pizza and onto the box. My daughter had one slice and couldn't finish it and I ate half of another after I removed that jar of sauce sitting on the pizza. Then I opened the box of wings. I could have sworn I ordered WINGS with hot sauce. Second guessing myself, I went back to check my order. Yup, they got it ALL wrong. What I received instead was what looked like boneless wings (that's how tiny they were) with ZERO sauce. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this location again.

Only got this rating because it's the closest location that delivers to us. Usually this place is nothing spectacular but today its been the the worst ever. I placed the order at 1:58 pm the online tracker shows out for delivery at 3:03 pm. driver didnt show up till 3:52 pm. almost 2 hrs from order to delivery and 3 answered calls later. as for whomever answers the phone, she needs customer service classes. As for the pizza, unfortunately I ordered cripsy thin crust. after 2 hrs there nothing crispy about the crust, it was colder than day old pizza. I agree with Abdrew Z, If they dont get their crap together this place will go up for rent. Oh yea, and after out 3rd call they decided not to answer our calls anymore.

This place is a joke. Perhaps the bigger joke is the manager that runs this place. It's ironic how dominoes actually ha tried to improve service yet this location must not have received not only the Memo, but also the training video on how to provide service. I ordered a pizza last night via online. My pizza tracker and email both said up to a 32 minute wait. Cool. As I watched my pizza tracker go from inspection to out for delivery I suddenly saw it go backwards to in the oven. My 32 minute wait turned into an hour plus, multiple phone calls with no answers to the location. When I finally got thru their excuse was that they didn't have enough drivers and they were behind. No apology no nothing. Upset I decided to go pick up my pizza. I called the manager to advise and he said "oh ok that's even better since we don't have enough drivers". If that isn't awesome service I don't know what is. When I got there again, no apology and had to wait a long time to have them refund me the delivery charge. Thankfully there are so many many many many more options for pizza than this place. And based on previous reviews this location maybe up for rent soon.

This place is GARBAGE. Their employees hang up and keep you on hold just to not take an order. I was calling back for about 20 minutes and some employee would pretend like she wouldn't hear me and then click. so I decided to go and see what was going on for myself. I'm parked literally right in front calling and im looking at the girl pick up laugh at her friend and click and do it 3 more times. They don't even know how to make good pizza. They have nobody in there looking after them only their manager who goes and passes by in her Camaro for 5 mins and leaves again. She's never there for longer than that. The business is a total chaos and I would never buy food there again. I recommend that you go to Pizza Hut or papa johns that are both close by. Don't waste your time.

Worst service ever. I buy here all the time because I order online and they automatically select this store. I always have to wait over an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. At the moment its been over that time I ordered so I call the store to check up on the pizza and they just set me on hold for 5 minutes and then hang on me TWICE! DO NOT GO HERE! BUY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR YOUR PIZZA!

Horrible. They never get the order right. NEVER! They also often claim oh we called you to tell you we were out of "diet" but you never picked up. Always a lie. You order chicken with pineapple and they send you chicken wings. sometimes thy dont even bring the coke. and refunds for mistakes forget it. You have to eat everything. Dont order from here. they suck!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online. My email confirmation said delivery would be 22-32 mins. It has now been an hour, still no pizza. I called the location directly and was told it the pizza is on its way. I asked how long it would take as it's only a mile away from me. He just said he didn't know. Nor did he seem to care when I asked him to contact the driver to find out the eta. I will never order from this place again.

Worst dominos in the country. It takes 1.5 hours to get your delivery in Brickell and they never pick up the phone or it's busy. stay away.

They're getting one star because I really enjoy their pan pizzas. Their service SUCKS. I ordered 2 pizzas over an hour and 45 mis ago and the estimated time said 15-25 minutes. I've tried calling mutliple times and no one answers. This is the SECOND time this has happened, the first being far worse. They actually picked up the phone on the second try last time and left it off the hook so they wouldn't need to speak to me. Great service domino's. Looks like you just lost a very loyal costumer. Update: finally got a hold of the place. They told me their "internal" estimated time stated 1 hour and they didn't know why the tracker said 15-25. I asked to speak to the manager. As I was waiting, the delivery man arrived and I was able to peel off the internal sticker they use. The order time showed 11:49a and the estimated arrival was for 12:14p. It arrived at 1:32p. When the manager came on, I asked why she lied to me and how this could happen? She said they were very busy. I suggested she call her costumers to let them know that their pizzas would be arriving close to 2 hours late. Her response? I don't have time to call you. Looks like I won't have time to order from you again then. P.S. the pizza was cold. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I am a fan of Domino's Pizza and they are part of shoprunner so free delivery if you have that so then all you have is to tip the driver. It is good food for what it is and definitely not expensive. Has been my husband's go to food when he is working the night shift at work. Online ordering makes it simple, and there are often coupons. Having the pizza tracker also helps if you are going to pick it up so you can have it waiting hot out of the oven when you arrive to get it.

Yup, sometimes I can get in touch with my college boy roots. So, given Domino's special 2 for 12.99 deal and new pizza recipe, we decided to give it a go. We ordered a regular crust and a thin crust. (NOTE: We actually ordered from the Midtown Domino's, but it's not listed, and, since it all comes from the same central plant, one Domino's is the same as another, right?) The result: I agree with both Zendick and Jordan! Pros: Ordering online and watching it progress with the tracker is almost addictive. Reasonable price. Con: The 'new' pizza crust tastes like the old crust swabbed with garlicky golden butter-flavoring. (NOTE: Not garlic butter, which would be ok.) The thin crust was better, but I'm not sure why they cut it into squares? Hmm...curious. So, from now on, I'll pay the extra bucks for amazing pizza from Pizza Primo in Midtown. They don't have a 'pizza tracker', but the guy who runs the joint is friendly and cute. He'll do.

For what it is... I have to give it 5 stars. - Friendly service, on the phone Rodrigo took his time to explain everything in a friendly and patient way. He even gave advice on ordering online and gave out the coupon code - an extra help and courtesy without asking for it! - This branch online has a pizza "tracker" letting you know when it's done. Useful for carryout or predicting when the food is coming. - Interior is very clean and organized. - Online ordering has many options, allowing pizza to be customized to your taste. - Pizza, for Domino's, was well made (toppings evenly spread out, etc) It's nice knowing there could be an American pizza chain that would not make those nightmarish stories come true.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Total was $14.00 Come 2 days later when the balance posts: they charged me $20.00 When i called the manager to let them know that they are "overcharging" on their credit cards... she looked into it and agreed it was their mistake... She made the driver come back to my house and give me back the "overcharge in cash" i'm still waiting for that cash... it was 2 weeks ago.. i'm assuming the driver got lost and made out with the 6 dollars from the first time, plus the 6 dollars in cash he was supposed to return the second time.... must be good to work for Dominoes. Never again. i don;t deal with bad service and crooks. even if it's by $1.00, no one should "upcharge" their tip amount thinking no one will notice.

After all these years - Still a piece of crap. Thought I'd try them again just to see if anything got better. No dice. Order the "deep dish" where supposedly all the many ingredients are kept from flowing over. Yeah - BS. It trurned out to a wad of VERY thick crust with a very very thin layer of topping. Maybe in another 10 years.

Place was ok, new pizza is YUK the old one at least had pepper on the pa side, the new one looks like a reverse golf ball, too garlicy on the crust. The new sauce tastes like ketchup and oregano.
