Order on-line and maximize control over your order!!! Like many of you, I usually call the restaurant to place my order. Last night, I tried the Domino's Pizza on-line system and was fascinated by what you can accomplish when you don't have to be on hold for 25 minutes. Specials, promotional items, and menu choices are all available on the website. I browsed through all of the options and had a great ole time "creating" my food to my specifications....how cool is that? I also was quite amused when I found I could 'dupe the system' and save a couple bucks too. I ordered 3 medium pizzas for $5.99 a pie. This price includes your choice of crust, type of sauce (and amount) , and 2 toppings ....and the choices are endless. I ordered: #1--Hand tossed crust, Hearty Marinara Sauce, Pepperoni, and Black Olives on half of the pie. #2--Hand tossed crust, Hearty Marinara Sauce, Cheese (for the kids) #3-- Thin crust, Hearty Marinara Sauce, Fresh Spinach, and Feta Crumbles....this is where the 'duped system' comes in. Heard of the Artisan Pizzas they offer? While quite yummy, my version of the exact ingredients was not only delicious, but I was able to save about $3 on my version...and it was actually tastier on the thin crust. This is what I'm saying: If you're too tired to cook and want something exciting and new, give this a try. It's so easy and quick, that you might want to make it part of your kid's chores once a week. Try it out and let me know how you like it.

Pizza came later and not to mention it was as though the dough was spread as thin as possible or not cooked- I'm not sure but it was uncooked dough! It was nasty! And just basically cheese ( I love cheese but come on) the molten cakes were smushed and at this point I called them!

I hate that this place is next to my house! They can not seem to hire any smart people! I order a bread bowl they send me the wrong pasta in it I call back they send me the right pasta no bread bowl and tell me to swap the pastas!!! Then a month later when I got over that I ordered a chicken bacon sub they forgot the chicken... soon after I order a pizza they forget the sauce tell me 30 min wait for a new one and then when I ask for a refund because I can not wait they tell me I can not refund just one item but I have to return everything I bought and then purchase each item at the store with no online discounts! To top it off the little girl they have working there just sits there looking at you and when you ask a question she goes ehhhhhh ughhh one second and asks someone what to do... I know she has worked there for at least 6 months yet she makes you wait 10 to 15 min to answer each question then she had the nerve to ask me why I come back here if they always mess up my order! Can you believe that?!? Horrible staff horrible night manager horrible quality food just horrible place it should be shut down!

In addition to pizza making, customer service is their number one goal and they met it with flying colors. I placed a rather large order and got there a few minutes early. They kicked things into gear and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. I ordered several of their specialty chicken thingys and they were amazing. I know this is a pizza chain store and you dont expect to get the authentic italian taste but they're actually quite good. Dominos has made quite the improvement in their cooking. Ordering online is they way to go as well. I highly recommend this westchester store. Frankie is amazing. Wonderful kid!

I was so disappointed. First I placed my order online and it told us it was ready. I get to the store and had to wait 10 minutes. When I get to the house to eat. It was the wrong order. So I called and they told me that they ran out of the sauce I ordered. Don't you think they should have told me this when I waited 10min at the store. Next they tell me they called. I have a log on my phone and the only time the number came up is when I called them. Now I'm really upset. The only thing they did was bring me the right order because supposedly they got a truck order in right when I called to complain was that delivered it to me. I Will NEVER GO BACK to that store again. They don't even deserve a star but the app. Makes me put one.

I called and placed an order on the phone and realized I made a mistake with my Order. When I called a minute later I was put on hold for 25 minutes! I ordered online Dina had to void the order I originally placed over the phone. The pizza arrived 45 minutes later and it was burned on the bottom. This Domino's is unfortunately the only one that will deliver to my address and always has issues with their service. I might as well give up and start ordering from Papa John's instead.

Terrible, had to cancel order they call me back to say they were out of pasta on a Sunday at 5 pm they must think this is a third world country.
