Called back for the sauce, and waited another 40 minutes for them to bring it. This location is less than half a mile from my home. Cut them some slack; it's Dominos, not a five star restaurant. Yes, they take long, but if you order online they tell you how long; 45 to an hour, which is true. If you order online you don't need to talk to anyone or deal with anyone. Your order is more accurately received in writing as well. I have not had an order delivered incorrectly and have ordered from them for years. The food comes hot and the drivers are nice. I live in a high-rise and have never been asked to come downstairs. I am writing this after having just ordered again tonight and in doing so happened to view the reviews and felt they were a bit one-sided.

Worst Domino's I've ever experienced. This location really does this brand no favors whatsoever. It's embarrassing how badly run this location is. 1. Their online ordering is always "down" Welcome to 2015, fix your website or move to a small island where you don't need online ordering. 2. Their staff is inattentive, bordering offensive. 3. When you order delivery, the delivery guys ask that you come downstairs to them. Why would I do that when I ordered delivery? Deliver to my door. Is this some sort of weird Miami thing? Never ordered delivery where the delivery person doesn't come to my door. 4. They get the orders wrong - EVERY TIME. We've ordered approximately 9 times from here, they can't seem to figure out the difference between BBQ wings and Hot Wings or thin crust vs deep dish. 5. We've sent notices to their Corporate offices hoping they'd help the franchise fix the problems, but after 6 months, give me a break. The straw that broke the camel's back: On our last order, the delivery guy told us to come get our own food (again), they delivered half our order incorrectly, when we called to get a new order of wings sent (we hadn't figured out yet they'd also messed up the pizza order) the phone was a fast busy for 45 minutes. Then it just rang, and rang and rang. Frustrated, we finally got in the car (you can imagine at this point we are just peeved and it was the principle of the matter) and drove there. Waited 15 minutes to talk to the manager - nice guy, addressed the issues and we got the food comp'd but at this point who cares. Never again. #fail Domino's you're a hot mess and not in a good way in Miami. We would rather get in the car and drive a few blocks up from you to eat at Andiamo than to ever order pizza from you again. ps. don't even know how to describe the ambiance of this place as other than you'd be scared to be shot there. it's a pick up location with what appears to be safety glass separating clients from staff and beyond the fact that half of them barely speak English you can't hear each other b/c of the glass. It's obviously there for a reason though and I'd wager to say b/c it's not safe to go in there. Beware.

So after the miserable performance last time Dominos sent me a $10 coupon code to give them another shot so I did. And that will be the last time. I love Dominos but this has to be the worst one in America. I guess it's no surprise that it's in Miami. Pro tip: When the instructions tell the driver to bring an ID in order to get into the building then bring an ID. Why does that even need to be stated? Who doesn't carry an ID on them besides people with warrants?

Last night was the third time I ordered from here and also the third time when the tracker showed my pizza as 'Delivered' way before deadline, and then I had to call because, guess what, the pizza never arrived. Then this idiot Jose puts me on hold and says he doesn't know where my order is. I asked for the manager, and he just put the phone down and started laughing with the others in there. So I hung up and dialed again: no answer! Third time, no answer. Fourth time he just picked up the phone and put it down. The delivery guy calls after 3 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES and has the audacity to tell me this: "HEY, I HAVE YOUR PIZZA. COME DOWN AND GET IT!!!!!" No, thank you! Stay away.

As with most other reviews, I ordered on a Wednesday night at 8:14 pm, my pizza arrived around 9:46 pm. I called at 9:06 and was told to call back if it hadn't arrived in 10-15 min. I called 9:36 and was put on hold for over 10 min, and they hung up on me. The driver said it was "too busy" and my pizza was actually cold. I called back again, no one answered and I was immediately put on hold and hung up again after 10 min. I called back again and no one answered, I was immediately put on hold. I waited 19 minutes and hung up. They must track phone numbers because a friend at my place called and they immediately answered. He mentioned that we had ordered a pizza that arrived 90 minutes after we ordered it and they immediately hung up on him. This was my second time ordering from this Dominos. The first time my pizza was sloppily cut, with one side of tiny slices and another side of huge slices. I also had ordered bread sticks and they gave me cinnamon stix instead. I didn't want to complain, and finally decided to give this place another chance after 5 months, and was stupid from even thinking about ordering from here again.

And when my order DOES go through, this location screws it up, takes forever, messes it up somehow, and it tastes like crap. Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered pasta without meat and got pasta with chicken. Fun fact: I am allergic to chicken and could have ended up in the hospital. Luckily my friend noticed it before I took my first bite. For the rest of the night I kept calling them and their driver and they didn't pick up on purpose. I called AT LEAST 30 times, I was so upset. When I sent the customer service a mail, they promised that the owner would call me and apologize. One week later: Still nothing. I sent another mail. No reply. I was seriously so mad that I decided to keep getting on their nerves. I sent another mail and got a $30 gift card. I gave it to someone else, I'm never going to order at Dominos again.

One of the worst dominoes I've ever been to. We called and placed an order for pick-up. When we arrived they said they didn't have record of our order. After being told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. The cashier re-rang us up and seemed very disinterested in the fact she had messed up multiple other orders in the restaurant. The other guy in line waited 45 min and received no response other than laughter when he asked what was going on. They were unresponsive and rude. To top it off when we got home out pizza wasn't fully cooked and tasted awful. Will NEVER order from this location again. Ultimate fail...

I wish I could give this dominos 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I love dominos and have never had a problem until last night when I tried to order from here. I ordered from the dominos app, the order went through, I got charged, and got a confirmation email saying the order should come in 52-62 minutes. I waited and waited and waited and no one came. This morning when I checked my account and realized I had been charged I called and spoke to the woman who picked up the phone who then transferred me to the "manager". I use quotations here because I still don't believe that this man could possibly be the manager because he was HORRIBLE. He was defensive and was talking as if it was my fault and oh it just happened. Oh and they can't reimburse me for 7 days!!! Excuse me? When I asked if I could get my food then instead he was like no the order was voided last night. Then why was I charged?!?! If I wanted to get food at this point he said he would have to charge me again. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself the time and money and DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!

SUPER BAWL XLIX night and you are planning to have a good time in your home with your pals. YOU THINK DOMINOS COULD BE THE BEST OPTION TO PAMPER YOUR GUESTS WITH GOOD STUFF, GUESS WHAT? We placed an order ONLINE at 6:45 PM. We called after AN HOUR to follow up with our oder, the phone was busy for over 30 min. Then we luckily had someone on the phone and asked what's the last four digits of your phone confirming that our order is in process and that will take a two hour delivery. We were ok with that but in reality the time went over board and we had to go to the store and pick it up ourselves. UNNACEPTABLE , THEY'VE NEVER HAD THE ORDER WE DID ONLINE. UNNACEPTABLE THE STAFF WAS NOT PREPARED TO MANAGE ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS.... My advice have a better plan and pick somewhere else where they care about their customer. There are several choices out there.

The service at this store is horrible. They speak over you in attempt to get you off the phone. The manager claims not to have the regional managers phone number and tells me to submit a complaint on the website. She quickly realized Im not one of those customers she can brush off and then magically has the number. Of course when I call, no answer and voicemail was full. Service alone is enough to turn me away from good food.
