Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This is delicious Chinese food!!! The egg rolls are phenomenal and the broccoli with chicken and general Taos taste so good. Very hefty portions. I love this place.

Wow! This was not very high quality Chinese food. Before going to or ordering from here go and explore your options. On another note, if you are hungry and this is the only option it WILL fill you up. Cheers!

If you want big portions of cheap Chinese food this is the place to go. I've been ordering from them for a while now and I haven't had better Chinese food in Miami! It's definitely a guilty pleasure. If you are craving that greasy delicious Chinese food you typically can only get at the mall then this is the place to go! Get a combination dinner. It's around $7.50-$9.00 and you get your choice of entree with fried rice, an egg roll, and your choice of chicken wings or krab Rangoon. It's my go to!

Ordered the Orange chicken and Curry Chicken. Was priced well at ~$7 per lunch special. The food was average, not bad, but nothing spectacular.

We love this place! We order delivery from here at least once per month. I love their hot and sour soup, and the rest of the family always enjoys the sweet and sour chicken and house special lo mein. They sometimes include crab rangoon if our bill is high enough, and they are always prompt with delivery (even on busy nights). Best Chinese food delivery for Miami Shores and El Portal, hands down, and I have tried several places and grew up in the area. Delish!

My friend pointed me this way when I asked where you could get good Chinese food in Miami. I was hesitant at first, I mean come on, it's in a gas station. I usually get sick when I eat Chinese food anyways, so being at a gas station would kill me off right? Omg. It is seriously some of the best Chinese food I ever had, and I never once got sick. Huge portions, by myself it usually gives me a good three meals. This will definitely be my go to place, I'm headed there now actually :) I only gave it four stars because the gas station is nasty lol

They actually do delivery!!!!!! The food was pretty good to me too. Overall, I was just thrilled to find something besides pizza that can be delivered in my forgotten neighborhood! I really liked that Broccoli and garlic sauce thingy, otherwise, the food was average. I'll definitely order again so I can sit on my couch and be lazy and have the food show up at my door.

While the food is decent enough, it's nearly impossible for them to get your order right in the kitchen. The lady on the phone is very friendly but the owners and people who cook are SO rude! The first time I ordered I asked for chicken schezuan and they sent beef. The second time I ordered they sent wonton soup instead of egg drop. They told me they would send the driver with the right soup... I'm glad I didn't hold my breath for that. This time I asked them to replace the rice with extra vegetables, they charged me for extra vegetables but didn't replace the rice and sent the exact same portion of vegetables. When I called back to tell them this, I was screamed at in Chinese. Save your time, money and cravings for another restaurant. They are too rude.

Ok, sounds weird, but this place in a GAS STATION. The owners here are Malaysian. At first I wanted take out, so they have the typical Chinese takeout food here. But after getting to know the owners, I became that customer who ordered off the menu. Of course, everything is greasy, so I ask for less grease and things started tasting better. My typical bucket--literally a bucket of fried rice was awesome! There was a Haitian guy cooking in the back while the owners ran the place. He was good, and his wok skills rocked. My favorite dish--calamari..off the menu..they just gave me the darn thing cause I came so often. I give them 5 stars for keepin' it real. A couple plastic tables and chairs, and you've got yourself local street fair in a gas station. BEWARE though. Its a beat down Mobile (or Chevron?) with some 'shady' activity going on. The shelves are half stocked, and a bulletproof glass separates the cashier from you. Kinda odd considering the Chinese takeout area has no bulletproof glass. My friends thought I was crazy for coming here so often, but I found it dangerously charming.

I love Chung Wah! It's economical. They deliver, and the food is great. My kids love it, so I'm happy. It was referred to me by a friend, who is as particular about her food as I am. The owners are Malaysian~I wish they offered Malaysian fare, and although it's in a gas station, the work area is clean. So, after checking it out, I'm comfortable letting them deliver; and the presentation is always good...no spilled sauces upon delivery ;-)
