Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great Chinese food, best chicken with broccoli. Great location. And delivery could take a while on the weekends. It's pretty small take-out joint. But has the best food

Very typical, predictable Chinese take out. A few tables for eating in and a faded picture menu of offering above you that is essentially meaningless. I enjoyed the personality of the boy at the counter, he was energetic and funny. If you're craving Chinese and you want a mountain of food at a decent price, stop here.

The staples are good: fried rice, wings, ribs, egg rolls, etc...and delivery is quick. If you venture past the typical staples there are some real gems. My current favorite is 'Dragon & Phoenix'.

Been ordering from this place for years and always has my coming back or rather calling back for more! I usually get the boneless rib dinner special with special fried rice and its bomb. Try the fried crab wontons they are awesome!

Usual Chinese American food. Not bad at all.

It was average. Small place that super busy so the food was fresh. Pretty standard from the eggs rolls to the fried rice. I got szcheuan beef so keep my chinese hunt for the best chinese food consistent. It was ehhh not bad but not great. Lots of dinner & lunch specials. I will keep on hunting!

They were super busy at the time, staff under a lot of stress, but anyway, the food was burned and very greasy. Suggestion: when you're that busy, just slow down, tell people it'll be 30 or 40 min. before their order is ready... and both you and the customers will be happy. Some won't want to wait that long, which under those conditions would actually be a blessing!

(12/2014) I had to update this review since the food from this place has been pretty good lately. I usually order the honey chicken with vegetable fried rice and I'm never disappointed. I also order the crab ragoons as well and they're always crunchy and delicious. Very good food to pass the time either watching a game or a movie at home. Recommended!

I love this place! Good quality food, they are always packed and super busy. ( good sign ) I like to order it and pick it up there just to verify the order. Check them out!

One word: disappointing....Didn't taste like Chinese food to me. Lo mein was too salty. Barely any meat. Never going back.

I was very dissatisfied with their service. They got my order wrong and I request for them to correct my order. They gave me a big hassle and problems. because of the horrible service I will not be eating there any more.

Fresh food at reasonable prices that delivers to my out in the boonies home?! Sign me up! Standard takeout fare, I LOVE their hot and sour soup. This stuff is so spicy it'll put hairs on your chest. The orange chicken was ok, too much pith in the zest they used for the sauce. If you want takeout-style Chinese food and you're in the area, this is a great option!

Busy Chinese take-out with average Chinese food at average prices. Tons of daily specials that are great for groups. But, really nothing you wouldn't expect from Chinese take-out.
