We ordered at china express last week the first time and it was very disappointing. The delivery took very long and also the whole family wasn't really into their food. We won't order there anymore.

This is my favorite place to order chinese food that's closest to my house. I usually order over the phone but I know they have a service in which you can order online. Their service is fast and their prices are cheap too. I usually order one dinner for about $9 and it is enough to feed two people. Some of my favorite things to order are the honey garlic chicken and the sweet and sour chicken. The sides usually include fried rice, a soup and a spring roll. I will continue ordering from this restaurant.

If you're looking for good Chinese food at an affordable price, this is your place. The food is excellent. If you're looking to dine in, they only have 3 tables, so this may not be what you're looking for. I'll be back though. Great food.

This place came up in my yelp close to my home location, so after reading the reviews we ordered. The food was excellent, cheap and the delivery was fast. The sushi was very fresh and the dumplings were perfect.

There really are not many Chinese places to get good food in this area. I ordered the honey chicken with egg rolls and shrimp fried rice. I was suprised to see the size of the shrimp used in the rice. The chicken was crispy not soggy and the egg rolls are very light and tasty. Now that i found them I will be ordering from them more often. The fact that they deliver for only $3 is a plus.

As far as I'm concerned, China Express delivered. Well, literally they didn't deliver; I picked up my order. Metaphorically, though, China Express fucking delivered. On my first visit, I called fifteen minutes from their closing time, and they were more than happy to take my order. Positive vibes (which is a must-have for me if you've read my other reviews): check. On top of their treating me like an "amigo," China Express's food that hits that "cheap Chinese" sweet spot. No, this isn't a place you will take a date, unless you consider a date watching five consecutive episodes of Breaking Bad in a row while shoveling General Tso's Tofu (my personal favorite as a vegetarian) into your mouth. China Express is that place, however, that you may just one day call your "cheap Chinese spot."

Fast order robot. Please my stomach so good. Life success. Best chinese food in south florida, hands down. So good, that every week i write a new haiku for them. It's been a "sunday dinner" thing for a while now. When i call, their phone robot recites my order before i even say a word. I've been meaning to ask if she just memorized my number and order or if they have some sort of order-phone populating system. I've mainly stuck with their general tso meal, but i have tried a handful of their other offerings and they have all been equally delicious. It's definitely a takeout place. They do have 2 tables inside but i think these are really for employees to do their taxes on. Last thing i want to say, the meals may seem expensive at $9-10 but they are really filling. I'm in the 200lb+ club and i always have enough leftover for lunch the next day. If you live in the hood and love chinese then you should definitely give then a try.

Delivery was quick, but the food was not very good. Over cooked rice, bad sushi stuff, the beef was decent.

Great chinese take out near my work. I've been looking for some dependable tasty chinese take out and this place hits the spot. the fact that I can order as I'm walking out of the office (on the app) and pick up as I drive past makes this place perfect... Their General Tso's is great and their meals are humongous. normally my wife and I can split one between us. and the prices are extremely reasonable. It hits all the good marks of good chinese take out: 1)good food, 2)big portions, 3)great prices. The TRIFECTA!!!

Some of the best Chinese food we've ever had! Literally just finished eating 2 minutes ago and I had to contain myself. MAKE SURE YOU SHARE A MEAL! They give you a ton of food. We ordered the Happy Family meal and the House egg foo yung. Usually egg foo yung is super greasy but theres wasn't.

I love this place. Their food is awesome. Especially their fast and close to my job. Only reason I give 3 stars because last delivery some guy asked me rude manner if I'm going leave a tip I normally don't leave tip I think they need find better respectful drivers the guy was super loud and rude

This is now my go-to for Chinese delivery, surprisingly enough. Sometimes it's easy to order and other times not so much -- really depends on who answers the phone. However, the food is good. My friends ask me where I order it from. They have a delicious lo mein and it comes in a "jumbo" size in case you're feeding more than 7-8 people. The sesame chicken and chicken fried rice are also delicious. What I like about the food is that it tastes fresh and not very condimented, yet it is flavorful. Haven't found anyone better than them for delivery in the area.

Ordered using the app but it wasn't ready so they gave me a few freebies. Friendly service. Fresh food. My kids and xwife liked it. Need I say more?

Delivery was quicker than anticipated. General Tso was very good-not too much batter and they used white meat. Sushi rice was a little mushy so I will probably stay with the Chinese menu. Portions were good for the price.

Decent Chinese food came piping hot! Properly packaged. We ordered a pint of Yang Chow Fried Rice, General Tso Chicken Dinner, Sweet and Sour Chicken Dinner..the dinners came with either your choice of Wanton Soup or Egg Drop Soup which also came with the crispy noodles for the soup, huge egg rolls and free Crab Rangoon. I also ordered the Spider Rolls (a little too much rice though) and fried shrimp. Portion was awesome and obviously they are very considerate as it came with plates (utensils too of course) and lots of the usual condiments and a little extra sauce for the dinners. We ordered from Cambria Suites Airport and was told between 50 - 60 mins. It came in 30! *knuckles* The price can't be beat.

I put one star because it doesn't even give you an option to put none, worst customer service ever received from an establishment, employees are rude and inconsiderate and don't understand when things are even repeated to them multiple times . Ordered from her and employee took wrong address and because of that order was canceled and time was wasted . The manager was terrible in handling the situation I will never order from here again.

Decent/Good Chinese for low prices, lunch prices range from $5-6 and come with entree, rice and soda or soup. I would stay away from Szechuan beef(it's mostly vegetables and too sweet), sesame chicken is decent, but honey garlic chicken, even though not traditional, was pretty good.

  • Sherman H.

I have ordered from here a couple times and the food is pretty damn solid. Portions are ginormous and each dish easily feeds two (unless you have the major munchies). You get the sense everything is made to order because, for example, the scallions are always fresh in the fried rice. We've ordered the mongolian beef, honey chicken, and general tsos chicken. Its all very good and veggies are fresh. This place definitely gives the higher end chinese spots (eg PF Chang) a run for their money, and definitely great return on investment.

This place fast! And surprisingly delicious! The delivery is awesome so I suggest don't even get up from your couch, they will be knocking at your door before you know it. Plus cheap

All the reviews posted are very accurate. I went yesterday to try it out for the first time. It's been a challenge finding a good Chinese place in Miami ironically. Service was extremely quick yes the made the food as we ordered. Staff was polite and helpful. Tons of food for cheap and delicious!

I have been ordering food fom here for several months. They have come a long way. The food is very good and the portions are great. It's the best service I've seen in a long time. The delivery time is great and the food arrives well packaged. I recommend the house fried rice and the chicken wings are huge. I always order for my kids and wife and we all eat for under $30.00 . For the quality and price, you can't beat it.

Ordered the following things from China express (to be delivered) and here's my experience. First of all, the menu was good. There are tons of things on the menu, which might be good for some people who need a lot of options. I was not amused by that. I just hoped they knew what they were doing. the BBQ ribs were good enough for their price, I did not expect the swine to be imported from Africa and brined for 3 days before it was grilled for 4.75, but it still appealed to my palate. The steamed dumplings were not bad either. I think the sauce in the dumplings always seems to fool the brain 8 out of 10 times, the sodium from the soy sauce invariably tricks your taste buds and gives a false sense of exhilaration and makes your brain wonder how good the food was. "IRegardless", I had already had my hopes up for the Mongolian Beef, which I'd specified to be made extra spicy, (being an Indian, I have exceptionally high tolerance for spicy food, I go to Thai restaurants all the time and ask for their spiciest curries only to see the waiter have his eyes wide open, well as wide as they can). The Beef was disappointing. Not only it was blander than all the White people food combined that I've eaten in my 5 years in Miami, it was unpalatable. 2 bites into the beef, and I'd forgotten what I'd ordered. Looking into my plate, I was reassuring myself that it was beef that I'd ordered and not caramelized onions. I was torn between my integrity to try and chew through it or just throw most of it away. I hate to throw food away, so I decided to finish off the beef before I did, which did not take too long (it probably took me more time to find the beef in it than finishing it). Overall, I'd suggest people not to experiment too much here and advice the regulars of this joint to stick to what they have deemed good enough to be edible. Cheers!

I live in the area and I'm really picky about Asian food cause the places near me have actually made me really sick, but I've ordered from China Express 4 times and those 4 times the food has been fresh and done fast. The workers are friendly and the place is kept really clean.

Located on one of the most traveled intersections of Miami, China Express is a gem in what otherwise might be a looked over strip mall. In this shabby commercial mini-mall, you can find a jewelry store, international shipping local, and a tattoo shop amongst a few other place of business. At the end of that block, shining like a beacon on Thursday night, is China Express. This unexpected little restaurant offers what seems to be hundreds of menu items. All the options displayed by way of a very creative menu wallpapering technique. The staff is wonderfully nice for such a fast-paced business and I can hardly fathom how the place is kept so neat and clean when the 3 employees I witnessed were shuffling in all directions to fulfill call-in orders. The stars of last night's dinner: Egg rolls (crispy and NOT soggy or oily) Special Fried Rice (abundant in portion and ingredients) Wings (crispy and mammoth in size!) Let's talk prices.....all I have to say is: Family Special. For about $20, you can feed an army of loved ones and count on leftovers too. As if all this wasn't enough to tempt you into ordering right now, they were gracious enough to throw in a complimentary order of Chinese Donuts! The owners believe in positive reinforcement and I for one will repeat this behavior again and again. I hadn't been to the actual location until last night and I can't say how happy I am to have done so. We sometimes have a certain idea of what little restaurants in strip malls are like behind the scenes. Thankfully, China Express, with its open concept and exceptional food, proves that a treasure CAN be found even in the most unlikely of places.

This is ok for a cheap meal or someone not really into Chinese food. I found it to be bland and the fried rice was either not properly cooked or old.

This place has definitely become 'our chinese place' after ordering dinner yesterday. The food was delicious, they delivered it in about 30 mins, and the quantities were enormous. One of the dinner specials is really more then enough for two people, or dinner and lots of left overs the next day. We ordered the C6 (Honey Garlic Chicken) with Roast Pork Fried Rice, Wonton Soup, and a Soda (though we swapped out the soda for an additional soup). Everything as great and the both of us were too full to finish. Also, If you order enough they throw in an order of chinese doughnuts. (Not sure what the amount has to be because we had a friend over who ordered food as well and I wasnt the one who called in the order) The doughnuts were crispy and sweet. The perfect ending to our yummy dinner. The meal did put us into a food coma though, lol. Definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the time in which the meal reached our house. We were even more impressed with its quality. Everything was warm, the food was delicious, and the restaurant even included the normal sweet bread. To top it off, the Tempura Cheesecake was amazing. Overall great place to order from.

This has taken over as "my place" for Chinese takeout. They are very friendly on and off the phone and have great little specials everyday. For example any order over $25.00 gets a free bag of Chinese donuts, which they make fresh everyday. The food if fantastic and for a great price. Their low mien is amazing especially the special one. The Mongolian Beef is amazing, I have tried a variety of things and it is all amazing. Recently they just opened up a sushi menu, which from what i heard is pretty good, but I just can not get away from the Chinese food. I recommend this place to everyone if you want some really good homemade Chinese food. Enjoy.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
