We decided to try something new so we ordered a pizza from Chicago Pizza. Not good. We specifically asked for crispy crust and what we got was spongy crust. Overall, it was not good pizza at all. Will not be ordering from here again...

Ordered from this place on my honeymoon. When we got home, we found that they had stollen our credit card and used it all over Florida. This place is a scam.

Chicago pizza is the name but there is nothing Chicago about it. The Marriot courtyard I stayed at (West Doral), said that they try to keep these people off the premises but do not always succeed. They sneak in the property and slip flyers under the door. Before learning this, we placed an order for delivery. Placing the order was interesting, I was told all they had were large and extra large pizzas (no small or medium). The delivery time was average. The pizza was OK. The fettucini was cold, runny and deplorable. Think wormy gummy noodles in milk. YECK! This joint is a bust and you should avoid at all costs.

Honestly, the pizza sucked and the intentional misleading prices on their menu was not appreciated. Avoid this place. I ordered the 14" Pepperoni pizza that was on the menu for $7.95, but when it was delivered the actual price was over $11. I simply assumed that it was an old menu in my hotel room and the prices had gone up since this version had been printed. However, later that evening another menu was slipped under the door... with the same prices. As for the pizza itself, it was awful, absolutely terrible. There were sections of the pizza that had no sauce at all, there were only a few pieces of pepperoni on the whole pie, and the crust stretched for more than 2" on each slice. For those keeping score at home, 4" of the 14" pie was tasteless crust... Ummm, that is NOT good pizza. OK, I'm a pizza snob from NY. Am I being a bit harsh because of that? Maybe. But, shouldn't businesses strive to be the best nationally and not just locally? You betcha! And note that I've rated other pizza places in Florida well, so I'm not biased, I merely have high standards and clearly Chicago Pizza does not.

Worst pizza EVER. I didn't know you could make pizza this bad. The pizza dough was RAW the cheese was UNCOOKED. There was barely any toppings on it and they were not even spread out but instead clumped in one area. The pizza had NO SAUCE. Seriously -- this was the worst pizza I have ever ordered. I would rather go hungry than force myself to eat from here. We also ordered spaghetti and the pasta was COLD and SLIMY. Ordered extra sauce which came separate with ICE CRYSTALS AT THE TOP! The delivery driver showed up and was asking for $10 more than the total was supposed to be. After giving him money and asking for the change he said he had to go to his car to get it and NEVER CAME BACK! Also good luck on trying to speak to the "manager". They tell you that he will call you back and he doesn't and you will not speak to any manager no matter how many times you call. This place is DISGUSTING! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. The worst part of it is at least once a week they slip menus under everyones door in my apartment building. So I am constantly reminded of this disgusting place. There is no address listed on the menu and I am convinced that they operate out of a regular house kitchen and do not have a legitimate business. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

The 10 Phases of Horror: 1) I receive a flyer under my door and find it unusual that there was no business name or address other than "Chicago Pizza"; 2) Had momentary lapse in judgment where I, for some reason, forgot about this and left my common sense on the porch; 3) I placed an order for a Large Pizza with 5 toppings, Antipasto Salad, and 2-Liter; 4) I waited over 1 hr.; 5) Decided to see if I could find their generic name on Yelp; 6) Read the reviews, became horrified and realized I made a horrible mistake; 7) Called back to cancell the order. Their # went straight to Voicemail....wtf!? Second attempt...no answer! (immediately began to think this was some 2-bit operation out of someone's home/shed; 8) Pizza was delivered by most dirty person ever...price was 10$ more than quoted on menu; 9) Delivery driver/prison escapee began punching my walls next to the elevator; (This is true); 10) Looked at food and I immediately took entire order and threw it in dumpster. The other reviews were completely accurate. Their food seemed maybe acceptable during a post-apocalyptic time period such as in the movie, "The Road". However, on a Saturday night, I am thankful I did not eat it lost $30.00 and went on with a disease-free evening.

I would give it NO STARS!!! A red flag we ignored when we didn't see an address on their flyer. We stayed at the DEAUVILLE BEACH RESORT and saw these flyers everywhere and thought we try it once. WHAT A RIP OFF! Food was delivered in Walmart bags...Chicken soup looked like campbell soup not even warm, The pasta was cold and so was the cheese pizza. it didn't even have tomato sauce....DiGiorno pizza looked better than that. The salad looked like half of a cheeseburger. (Just lettuce, tomato, onion, no dressing) Delivery time was suppose to be around 40 min to an hour...ridiculous took them over an hour plus they forgot the disgusting wings we ordered, that weren't even appealing and not even seasoned. We demanded a refund and the delivery guy pretended he didn't speak english, but he knew how much we owed him and to come down and get our food. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS...DONT BE A VICTIM! I just had to write something after coming home today from vacation...Still upset.

Straight up the nastiest place to eat food on this planet. The pizza looks like it is 3 day old Little Caesars left overs. The delivery drivers look like zombies and if you don't have exact change... they tell you they are going to get it from their car and never come back... Oh... Google their location... the address is a fake... no pizza place exists there... they make it out of their house in Hialeah... Not joking.

Completely disgusting. Don't get if you're staying at the Hilton downtown. They also go by a few different names from the flyers that are left at the hotel...so fake.

THEY ALSO GO BY JOHNNY PIZZA AND LEAVE FLYERS AT HOTELS IN MIAMI. This place has to be the worst place I have ordered from. First, I ordered Spaghetti with meatballs with extra sauce and confirmed my order. It took 45 minutes to get my order and when I got it there was NO sauce. Second, I called them and they agreed to send an order of sauce and was happy with this and I waited over an hour prior to calling and asking for status and she said hold and "accidentally" hung up. Third, I called back and she said the delivery driver could not find the hotel they left the flyers at??? Last but not least, I called back 4 1/2 hours after I initially called in my order and a man answered and asked for my address again and when I asked to speak to a manager they stated he would not be back until 11:30. I asked for a call back and to date have not received a call back. ****At the end of the night when I called back the male that answered stated, "I WILL HAVE THE MANAGER CALL YOU BACK SO QUIT CALLING F&*K!!!!" WWWWWWOOOOOOOWWWWWWW
