This review is mixed. The food is so amazing which is why I order from here all the time. They delivery super fast. Super affordable and they give you a great amount of food. However it's mission impossible to order over the phone. They have the worst phone manners ever. They cut you off, randomly start chit chatting with their other co workers WHILE you're in the middle of talking. Just super rude in general. I just want to get my order through and get my food delivered. I don't want to be on the phone with you for half and hour.

This is my go to restaurant when I am on vacation the food is great and the service is just amazing. The best Cuban Food i have tried by far and it always tastes fresh and always served hot, and the prices are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family that will go for their vacations. My favorite restaurant to go to and would not trade it. Can not wait to go back for my next vacation and enjoy their fresh Cuban food. Love it!!!

If you want Cuban food and VERY reasonable prices, this is the place. Curiously, the cooks are San Salvadoran and the waitress are a mix of Caribbean countries. The service is attentive and kind and the food is very good. Their fish filet "rebosado" dipped in egg batter, is melt in your mouth to die for! The mofongo is very large, albeit a bit heavy handed with the garlic and chicarrones. They even have ceviche, go figure! Peak lunch and dinner hours, you might have to wait for a table.

My gf and I love this place! The sandwiches are amazing! Two sandwiches, appetizer of tostones, two drinks, two coffees for less then $20. I've been eating here for 10 years and I've seen owners come and go, the current owners are by far the best. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for real Cuban food.

I always like coming here because they have good food at good prices. Don't come in expecting a super fancy establishment, however. It's a very Cuban restaurant, not like some Olive Garden or any other chain restaurant. It's very...Cuban casual. My favorite is always the vaca frita, congris (or arroz moro, I don't know which is which) and french fries. The vaca frita is nice and crispy and juicy and topped with lots of onions. The rice is tasty and fresh. The fries are crispy and great. This meal is my go-to meal. Other items I enjoy: the churrasco, which always comes out juicy and nice; the carne asada, also very juicy and flavorful; the chicken caesar salad or the churrasco caesar salad, which I always get whenever I am on my low carb diet; the chinese fried rice, which is a Friday special (last time I checked), has the authentic taste; the pan con bistec, probably the best sandwich on the menu My only problem is the quality of the ham and turkey in some of the sandwiches, like the media noche or the cuban sandwich. I feel that they can use a better quality ham. But for the price, I can't complain. The breakfast is also great and affordable. Honestly, I can't think of a better Cuban restaurant that has a well rounded menu and is inexpensive.

Inexpensive, large portions, and very flavorful. I called in my order, so I am not sure what the staff is like. I will be going again; this place is right near my job. I had the chicken monfongo and the fried fish chunks with red rice and beans. SO GOOD.

So, the food, it was delicious. Especially the Cafe Americano and the Cuban bread. What gets me mad is the level of service. if you looked Cuban or of Spanish descent, you were served quickly. If you looked of any other ethnicity, your food came out very, very slowly. We watched this by the table that sat beside us, we were sat first, they came in a few minutes behind us. Same Waitress. Water was on their table almost immediate. Our water.. about 5 minutes later. The Waitress took our order and then took theirs. Their food came out Very fast. Our food.. 20 minutes later, in fact they were done when ours came out. I wanted to love this place. but their service really knocked them low.

I work close to this location and although the service sucked the Croquetas are amazing so I would suck it up and deal with the rude girl on the phone..... Until this last time when I ordered my usual but forgot to ask for no pickles so as I am pulling out the pickled from my sandwich I find a GIANT FLY dead stuck to the pickles inside my sandwhich. It was DISGUSTING!!! I will never ever ever order from this pig sty again. No delicious croqueta can override how repulsed I am! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. The service is deplorable and they are clearly not clean at all if they served me a sandwhich with a GIANT DEAD FLY!

Delicious authentic cuban food! Highly recommend the Mamey shake and chicharron de pollo, the chicken is seasoned perfectly. The flavors burst in your mouth!

Ordered a fish jalea and got what you see in the picture, hardly any fish, the squid was not fresh it was hard and chewie, the quantity is a joke. The Malanga cream I ordered was good, still... my main course was the Jalea and frankly it left much to br desired.

Authentic and delicious Cuban food at very reasonable prices. This place is the real deal. A gem tucked away in Miami. It is always full with locals and police, which for some reason is usually a sign of quality food at a good value. The service is very friendly and the food comes out fast. They have a few locations now but the quality, service, and value continues to be excellent. Their rice and beans and maduros are especially fantastic. They've got the staples down packed. I still haven't tried an entree I haven't liked.

I must say, the good here is pretty darn good! It's come to the point where I dine here at least twice per week. The flavor of each dish is authentic and delicious. And I'm not easy when it comes to food. If you want some great Cuban food, you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for good and inexpensive breakfast, this is the place. There are different combination ranging from $4-$6. I chose the $6 breakfast and it came with eggs, a choice of bacon or ham, cafe con leche, pancakes and tostadas (Cuban toast). Woah! Too much. A bang for my buck! The location is spacious with all sorts of different seating... Two counters, booths, tables and and outside window.

Great food and great service. I had the Pork sandwich which was wonderful with huge portions. The sandwich is not served with any sides included.

I used to eat here every weekend for breakfast until one day they dropped an entire black coffee container near me which splashed on my shoes, jeans and shirt. I would have forgiven them as accidents do happen however not one employee or manager who witnessed it came over to apologize. To add insult to injury after they ruined my clothes, I was given the full bill to pay without ever once receiving an apology for the accident. I have never, nor will I ever go back. Dont they know besides good food Customer Service is what keeps a business alive?

I get delivery from here a lot when I go do my nails during the day. My two favorite things are the pan con bistec and the vaca frita. The steak is nice and seasoned and has a great flavor to it.. It is really good. The vaca frita has a lot of flavor to it. It is really good. They throw sauteed onions and top and it is delicious. The plantains are just right they are cripy on the edges just how I like it. The flan not a fan of. Didn't like it too much. It tasted like it came out of a box. I like it homemade style or a little more authentic. There is one really bad thing about this place. It is the customer service..I am huge on customer service. ALthough I love the food the customer service kills it for me each time. The people that take your order are rude never understand you whether you talk English or Spanish. If you are going to order for delivery they take absolutely forever so you have to order an hour in advance. They tell you half hour but they get there an hour later. And oh wait, say you call to check on the status of your order, "conveninetly" always your food "just left" Yet your still waiting another 20 minutes. Tasty food horrible customer service
