Ok so here is the run down just incase you're looking to order food from here. There is STILL a Chinese restaurant here but it's fairly new and they just recently took over from the past Canton4 owners that ran it. They have no affiliation with the past owners and my 1 experience thus far with the new restaurant has sucked! So I arrive there a month ago and it felt as if the last owners of Canton4 just packed their stuff and skipped town. No recognizable faces but I decide to go ahead and order anyway. So I ask for the chicken-corn soup...fat lady upfront takes my order and I step outside to make a call while I wait....when I go back inside the lady that took my order tells me they can't make my soup...I ask why and she says, "we don't have any corn". WTF? Why not come outside to let me know as soon as the kitchen told you there was no corn to make chicken-corn soup??? No worries, i'm a fatso so I negotiate with them to give me a large egg drop with wings (I think) so I continue waiting.....a while later a bag comes out and the fat lady tells me my order is ready. My bad for not checking the bag but as it turns out they gave me someone else's order...special fried rice with wonton soup. And the food just sucked! These new guys do NOT use the fluffy rice that Canton4 owners used to use. Terribly disappointed. I am actually going to go there today (Saturday Aug 22nd) and order something just to see if they've gotten their stuff together. I'll report my findings to the new restaurants Yelp page for you that still care to eat there. Stay tuned!

DISCLAIMER: They have legit Vietnamese PHO! This is an above average Chinese restaurant, I really enjoy their honey chicken wings, very crispy! One of my favorites here is their house duck sauce, this goes great with the honey chicken wings. Here is the best part about this restaurant...... they serve legit Vietnamese PHO!!! Since I've moved back to Miami this place has been able to satisfy my PHO cravings. Because I used to live in California I've come across some really good PHO, this place is not the best pho I've ever had BUT it is the best in Miami that I've come across so far. Their PHO DAC BIET is very tasty, it has the classic, beef tendon, tripe, sliced beef, meat ball, and rice noodles. It's a little pricier than I'm used to for PHO but at 9.99 you get a large portion size. I would recommend this restaurant for those who are craving Chinese or Vietnamese food. The best attribute is the authentic PHO.

I used to love this place had been ordering from them for 4 years quality has gone down a lot. The food is ok but usually the price, quantity, and service made up for it. Anyways tonight we decided to avoid all the Valentine's Day crowds and order in. Well the crab Rangoon was missing so I called thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. Well the lady proceeds to yell at me and tell me I'm wrong. I have never felt so disrespected I've dealt with a lot of shitty customer service but this was horrible. Then after a good five minutes of her yelling at me I said I checked again maybe it's in another bag or the driver forgot? It's there I know it she yelled back got mad and said she'd send me my crab Rangoon but she knows she sent it and started mumbling in the background and hung up. I was shocked I never raised my voice not was I rude to her to have been treated the way I was and for what crab Rangoon? I'm surprised at how unprofessional the situation was I don't usually write reviews but when something this bad happens it needs to be known especially at a place whose food isn't really all that good the people that used to work there were amazing. It's sad that now the last few times I've called I've dealt with rude people but tonight was by far the worst experience I've had.

Went here on Winston C's review for the PHO and yes he is right... the Pho is legit good here; broth has nice flavor. Ate that together with the chicken wings, which were ok; only had the regular once not the honey sauce ones. They were $6,95 expected 6 wings but it were 10 so was almost full after that...lol All together a good meal certainly worth repeating! P.S. Make sure you go here hungry, I saw other plates come out and they all were huge!

It was okay, ordered the honey chicken dinner special, which comes with honey chicken, a soup, fried rice, two spare ribs and an egg roll. The food seemed prepared well, it was just on the bland side. The mixed soup didn't taste much like anything, the ribs should've been sweeter, but the fried rice and chicken were good. On the plus side, the fried rice and mixed soup did use scallions and had some charsui, which makes it better than a lot of fake Chinese food.

Ah Chinese! Always great! Well, Canton is always great! This place is nice and clean. The food is always top notch, and while pricier than smaller Chinese places, still not bad. I mean, egg rolls, crab rangoons, Honey Chicken and Special Fried rice comes out to a bit less than $30. I'd rather pay that than pay less but suffer on the quality side. The rice is always what I notice first. It's what distinguishes a good Chinese restaurant from a bad one. Their is awesome. They are quick and friendly. Babes and I should really stop coming here if we want to stick with the diet!

I love this place. I've been going to it sing I was about 4 and haven't stopped and I am now almost 20. You have to try the Canton Steak! The service isn't bad but it isn't amazing and usually it's pretty empty but if you're by there, stop by, it's amazing.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
