Great addition to the neighborhood, especially on Brickell Key. I had no idea you could eat on Brickell Key aside from Azul and NAOE, which, let's be honest, barely counts since no one can afford to go there. Burgerlove reminds me of the burger counters in Manhattan. It's less about the environment and more about grabbing something with decent components for lunch. The decor is fine but it's a small space taken up the exposed "kitchen" and cooktop. The staff is young and super friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them and the whole transaction! That was refreshing. When you head to the counter to order the menu is painted on the wall beside you. Good luck picking a burger! The flavor combinations are creative and rad, definitely making me want to come here again. As a pescetarian I appreciated the fact that I had not one but THREE burgers to choose from, as well as a number of cool toppings. YAY! Craft beers and unique sodas are in a little fridge next to the cashier. I was impressed with the selection and we grabbed some Cigar City Jai Alais. The place, while cute, stinks of meat and is a little hot and smoky so we ate outside. Unfortunately, we got bit up by mosquitoes. I hope the space can get better ventilation, especially since the staff is so fun to chat with. Be sure to save room for the pickle chips and cookies! I think they might be a little better than the burgers. ;)

I enjoyed the grass-fed beef on a salad with the wingman toppings. It was cooked how I specified and when I told them I forgot to ask for jalapeños, the man speaking with me told me it was fine, when normally they are a dollar extra. The staff was cool and they brought my burger to me while I waited outside for it to be finished. This place definitely deserves more than an overall 3-star rating. Worth checking out.

Good burgers! I ate the wing man and it was good, thought it would have been better. Happy we have a burger place like this is Brickell Key! Will check out some more as the menu is creative.

I live in Brickell key always wanted to try this place finally did - I got the chicken breast salad and u can add whatever you want on it - you could also get any of the burgers as a salad if you are trying to cut down on the carbs - super friendly staff and it tasted soooo good and fresh and clean! Love love ! Definitely my new to go place for healthy filling delicious quick meal.

So...as of mid September 2014, this place is still in its first weeks of operation...and boy does it show. Staff is disoriented and does not know the menu or ordering format. Wait times for take away are more than twice the stated. People sat unattended at the counter for long times, some even leaving. Food is decent enough, however, you may not get what you ordered (I did not...not even close). Unfortunately, I had picked up and did not bother to peel open my burger to see if it was what I actually ordered. I really hope BurgerLove can succeed because Brickell Key needs more food options. I can't recommend BurgerLove, unfortunately. I hope things improve. Maybe they will in a few more months. Unfortunately, restaurants have only a few months (if that) to get it right.

Burgerlove was a great place to eat! Their burgers are delicious, staff friendly, and service efficient. Definitely a place worth giving a try. I had the Wingman burger with fries, it was delicious. If you are looking for a good burger place, this is one to keep in mind. Also, their delivery service is a god-send on a lazy Saturday!

With true honesty, the burgers are OK. There are much better burger places in the city but this is quite OK. I'm giving it two stars because the please is a real mess. I noticed no communication between cashier and cook; i ordered my burger medium-well and received an overly cooked beef. When my colleague asked which burger was the medium cooked that he ordered the cashier washed off responsibility saying he was not in charge of the grill so he did not know. To continue the bad experience, the lower bun of my burger was all soggy and soaked because the let the burger stand for over 5 minutes after being ready to be served and the jalapeno aioli was excessive. I could've easily used the plastic fork and knives but with its really hard to achieve when your burger is not served on a plate, but on a metal basket and paper. Would not go back.

Nice looking joint in Brickell key. Service is excellent and burguers are quite varied... but for the price, they didnt do it for me. I really wanted to love burguer-love, I wasnt dissapointed but Im not planning to go back. Unless you happen to live in Brickell key... its not worth going there. The place looks great, maybe I need to try more of the menu. Do sit outside unless you want to smell like burguer when you walk out. Fries were nice. Good variety on drinks.

Good burgers, but dishonest/misleading place. I ordered a double meat wingman burger with no fries. 3 minutes later I asked to add a salad which the menu states is $1.50 when you order a Signature burger without fries. I handed them a $5 bill. They took it without offering me any change. They closed the register, made the salad and gave it to me. I asked for the change and she said she will bring it to me. Eventually they only brought me .72 cents. They charged me $4.28 for my salad. I asked them why it's not $1.50 as stated on the menu and they said it's too late and I have to pay $4.28. Be warned. They are not upfront about their tricks.

BurgerLove I ordered from Eat 24. Was the worst burger experience ever. I found bone fragments in the two burgers orderd. Sweet potatoe fries were hard and Under cooked. I totally got sick to my stomach. First and last time I'll order from there. On positive note Eat 24 contacted Resurant and I received a full refund.

Disgusting "grass fed" burger. Never had burger with chunks of fat! The beef is the cheapest quality they can find. Hope this place closes shop soon. Brickell Key needs better options.

I really love this place, I came here the other day wanting to eat something because I had just come home after a long day, I really enjoyed it and the staff is super nice, and the burger are like good, homemade burgers, and I starting talking to the guy there at the counter for like 30 minutes and he super friendly. Really recommend for friendly staff and good burgers.

WOW! I have eaten there on several occassions since they first opened. Its a great addition to the Brickell Island and refreshing to find a place with a perfect A in food and service. I aet the Everything burger today - it was awesome. In fact, so good I almost ordered another one. I had the fabulous cookies for dessert; they were so good I decided to buy one for each of the guests in the place at the time. The owner is attentive to perfection on every front. The staff is so nice and very personal. The food ingredients are flawless. Priced right and a great experience overall. Kent

Burger Love is the latest edition to the Brickell Key dining scene, which for anyone who's ever spent any time over there, is limited. In that regard, it is a welcome and much-needed addition! Offering "honest food" and healthy options to satisfy your burger fix (no fryer in sight!), Burger Love offers a number of enticing toppings which allows you to choose one of their pre-selection creations (with your choice of protein and bun), or to create your own delectable sandwich. After coming highly recommended by Lindsey T., who had been the previous night, we joined forces with a couple other friends, and took Burger Love by storm! I think out the 5 of us, we all got something different, which everyone cleaning their plates entirely. I opted for the Wingman - which featured bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onions (it was also supposed to have some horseradish aioli, but I only noticed it wasn't there after I'd devoured the whole thing!), which I had with the grass-fed beef on a brioche bun. Served with beet chips, it was delicious. I would definitely order it again. Unfortunately, Burger Love was out of the baked pickles, which was very disappointing, as this is the only "side" item they offer (aside from the veggie/beet chips which come with every burger). Burger Love offers a wine assortment of craft brews - I spied Monk in the Trunk, a raspberry lambic, and quite a few Cigar City options, and serves up BLK Water as well. For those non-beer fans, I didn't spy any wine in the cold case. Prices are typical - for a burger and a beer, expect to spend about $20 with tax and tip. There are a few spots located right outside of the restaurant, and the Courvoisier Centre garage is right there as well (though it is not a cheap parking option). One major criticism that I have is the lack of ventilation inside the restaurant. When the grill is going, it is quite smokey, to the point where our eyes were watering. And being in the height of summer, with mosquitoes everywhere, sitting outside wasn't an option we entertained. Hopefully this will be corrected in the near future! Overall, Burger Love is a great addition to Brickell Key and the Miami burger scene! I will definitely return!

Ordered for delivery and it came over an hour later. The restaurant finally called and told me the guy had been waiting outside "for like a minute" and when I told him I provided my number he explained that the delivery man doesn't speak English. I mean I understand not knowing English well but just a phone call and I would have gone outside, whether or not I knew what he was saying. By the time I got my food it seemed that he was waiting way longer than a minute. The fries were gross and soggy and as well as the bun. There was no sauces or napkins. I didn't get the onions I paid extra money for. Also the cookie was not worth the money at all, dry and not flavorful. I guess the burger was good but all in all, for the 25 bucks I paid, I would have rather gone and got the burger myself. I don't really care if it's grass fed if the service/quality is bad....

Burger. Very solid burger made in less than ten minutes. I tried to everything burger, which was a 6oz patty of chipotle flavored grass-fed beef, cheddar cheese, onions, bacon, plantains and an aioli. The burger was delicious and came with vegetable chips which they say are not fried and were very tasty. They had other burgers on the menu or you can create your own from all their available ingredients. They also have vegetarian patty options. Beer Selection. Very good craft beer selection with some old favorites and some local options. The bottled beer was $5 (I think, maybe 6) which I think is reasonable. The hostess who took our order was super friendly and was knowledgeable about the menu. I think the inside could use a bit better ventalation. It's a small area and I think if you sat and ate inside, you'd smell like a burger. Fortunatley, they have a very nice outdoor patio area connected to the rest of the shops on Brickell Key.

Man, I really wanted to like this place. I get the whole healthy food bit but no fries!?! If I wanted to be that healthy I wouldn't be ordering a burger to begin with! Although the quality of the ingredients were good it was poorly executed. The meat tasted bland and the veggie chips were boring. I also walked out after 20 minutes smelling like smokey food. Unless they get their food choices and flavoring down fast they won't last. To survive on the island you need repeat business, and I wouldn't repeat. Edit: it's now summer of 2015 and man let me tell you, what an improvement. The redid their spot and menus and man it's become one of the best spots on brickell.

The burgers here are pretty good. That aside, I can't justify paying $17 for a 5oz turkey burger on a salad. It makes no sense. Yes, it was good, but I don't understand why it's priced so much. I've heard other customers complaining about the same thing as well. I've been here twice and honestly try to avoid it because of that now.

I have been waiting forever for Burger Love to open and it's everything I imagined and so much better. The concept of a healthy burger somewhat perplexed me at first. However, the vast variety of options and ability to create any burger exactly to your preference is simply spectacular. My first time at burger love I had the Turkey Burger on a Wheat Bun with my preference of toppings. I really think it was the best turkey burger I've ever had. My husband chose the grass fed burger Wingman style and it was juicy and a nice grill to it. At first I was confused why Burger Love did not sell fries but the baked pickles totally make up for it. Also they have a unique beverage selection which as a beverage hog like me you can really appreciate a good variety. I was so impressed with Burger Love that I went back the next day with 3 friends. My friends pretty much confirmed my love for Burger Love and the honest food concept. I appreciate healthy clean eating and Burger Love is just that. Enjoy!

My family ate there tonight and did not enjoy the meal at all. The burgers tasted off, were falling apart and took at least 20 minutes to arrive. I ordered the veggie burger which was disgusting. It also fell apart on first bite and was soggy and flavorless. The lady serving was pleasant and efficient but for a fast-food place to take so long and then to be so bad was unacceptable. We had to go next door to Islander Marketplace to eat an entire new meal. Not good at all! Don't waste your money. We spent $50 on 4 burgers with no fries even!

Let me start by saying that $14 for a very good burger it's not too much to spend. However, I ordered the "everything but..." burger with the grass fed beef, brioche bun, and what sounded like an awesome idea turned out to be very poor execution. The burger was done on a griddle. I ordered my burger rare. The outside was well done and the inside was medium. To me if you're going to do $14 burger, do it on the fire not on a griddle, and do it right every time. The only thing on the menu is burgers. Also my burger came with an egg which was placed to the side of the burger. when I received my sandwich, the yolk was already broken and was on the bottom of the basket not on my burger. While I was waiting 20 minutes for my burger, there were two other people in the restaurant. The man next to me got a turkey burger which was raw in the center. The two women behind the counter were working pretty hard however the woman that seem to be the owner was just sitting with a customer while there was definitely work to be done in the kitchen. I would suggest that if there was any way to expedite the food, the owner should step in and help out in anyway possible. Also I feel that they should use fire on the hamburgers not a griddle. Instead of serving the veggie chips on the side, which are not as good as potato chips or french fries, they should serve it with nothing. also after the woman at the register took my order, a slip of paper was printed out that the people behind the counter had to put up for the chef. Those slips seem to be very hard to read and once they are covered with grease from the person's fingers very difficult to read. There should be a large screen near the chef and the others behind the counter can see clearly to expedite the serving process.

Good concept bad meat. Great if you want to do a full body flush. Not only happened to me, it happened to one of my friends the same night. Would not recommend. Fries are good though.
