I come here for lunch often when I'm going to the Fresh Market. This location is a decent size with a drive thru. The inside has always been clean the times I go there. The Food and Sides have been Fresh and Hot when we order them.I normally get the Meatloaf or Turkey Sandwich on White. Comes with a side and a drink if you make it a combo. The dinners comes in 2 sizes regular and large plus you get 2 sides of your choice. I like their Cream of spinach, Mash, Sliced Red Potato's, Steamed Veges, and Pot Pies! Staff is friendly and they pick up after you when you are done with your meal.

Terrible place to eat. The food was overcooked, the workers had a nasty attitude, and worst of all, I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD. These people need to seriously wear hair nets or address their employees with this issue. This is disgusting. I will never come here again. Please don't eat here.

I returned here late on a weekday night to grab some food on my way home. Here was the exchange as I pulled up to place my order: B.M.:...I help you? Me: Yes, can I get the three piece dar...(I was cut off) B.M.:Two Sides? Me: Let's do mac & cheese and loaded mas...(I was cut off) B.M.: Anything else? Me: No. B.M.: Seven forty eight, please drive around. So the ordering process was quick and efficient, I guess, but not terribly friendly or welcoming! The funny thing was that, after being so quick to take my order that the guy couldn't let me finish what I was saying, the actual delivery of my food took a while. My order wasn't "special" in any way, but according to the clock up on the display screen that you can see from your car, I think it was something like 4:48 from the time I'd placed my order until the time my food was given to me. For what it's worth, the guy at the window was friendly once I pulled around to pay and get my order, and I'm sure they were just tired at the end of a long day (it was 9:22 p.m. when I went through according to my receipt). Overall on this night I got exactly what I wanted from this Boston Market: I got food that was servied to me quickly, was relatively healthy and I got a decent meal in a short amount of time that wasn't typical "fast food".

They cook great and never get my order wrong but the service is so/so. A woman answered the phone and didn't even bother elaborating in answering my question. I had to give her my assumption of the promotion for her to finally reply back with "what you just said" to then be rudely hung up on. If they work on customer service Id give them an extra star.

I used to work at a Boston Market many years ago, so I can definitely tell the difference between one that is well operated and not so well operated, this location in Coral Gate is definitely well operated. The servers keep the sides fresh, they always have chicken (the one is South Beach used to always run out of chicken), and the store manager here at Coral Gate makes sure that the dining tables are always clean. This location is usually always busy, so make sure to eat inside when you're not in a rush, otherwise I recommend ordering ahead, and picking up your food at the drive thru. The chicken is by far one of the best amongst others in its category (tastes way better than Pollo Tropical). My favorite sides are the creamed spinach, squash, steamed veggies, and mashed potatoes.

If there was a zero option I would put zero but yelp wants me to rate it so I had to.I went to Boston Market thru the drive thru and they were really slow,Slowest Service in Dade County. My food came out 30 minutes later and it was raw never coming back

A little bit too much of everything.... Too much money spent on a subpar meal (close to $15 for high school cafeteria-styled chicken and potatoes) Too much cheese on my mac and cheese Too much barbecue sauce on my ribs. I left not like a happy camper. I think I have indigestion from this place. The workers were nice though, but this cannot make up for the quality of food here. The brownies also tasted like they were made by someone who had below average baking skills.

The Yelp FAQ defines 2 stars as "Meh, I've experienced better" and based on my experience today I feel this is the only rating I can give them because just 3 months ago I would have given them at least 4 stars. Their commercials on spanish TV have said things were changing at Boston Market, but unfortunately not all change is for the better. Boston Market used to be my safe place for lunch. Whether a quick lunch from work, food when I was sick (their chicken noodle soups are / were awesome) or a safe meal to eat with my parents who aren't fond of spicy food. Today, I picked Dad up from his ALF for a day trip after his hospital stay and hoped to enjoy a nice family dinner with him and mom. The first fail was in their sign for catering. It listed the phone number, but alas Miami hasn't had 7-digit phone numbers since REM's "End of the World as we know it" was in heavy rotation. The past two times I've taken "los viejos" on Sunday the line has been long like literally to the door. They didn't have the new potatoes (which I'd eat there even when I went by myself). There was also a 15 minute wait for the half chicken, and had to settle for dry-ish turkey. Their sweet potato portion also seemed a little on the small size. To top it off, the silverware they served appeared to be lacking in cleaning (i.e.you can see some smudges in them.) Oh, and there were two delivery trucks in the parking lot. I have yet to hear about any restaurant taking supply delivery on their busiest day. I really hope you guys improve soon!

I hadn't eaten at a Boston Market in years until last week. To be honest, I had forgotten about this chain because I didn't think any existed in Miami anymore. I just happened to be driving to a friends house (for the zillionth time) when my brother happened to notice this location along the way. How I had driven by it hundreds of times without noticing is beyond me. Needless to say, we went for lunch the next day. And thank goodness. I had forgotten just how delicious this menu can be. Juicy chicken, creamy mac and cheese, sweet corn, and TO DIE FOR CORNBREAD. Yes, I ordered an extra one to snack on later (judge away). Even though the menu has changed some since my last visit years ago, they still offer a good variety of options, including their signature rotisserie chicken, chicken pot pie, sandwiches, salads, soups, and sides. Everything I've tried is flavorful and completely lives up to everything I remembered about this place from so many years ago. The one downfall with this place for me is the parking. My brother and I went during the lunch rush (at 12:30) and the place was packed. It didn't take long to get the food, but the tiny parking lot could have presented a challenge (I got lucky and got the only spot in the lot, but there were plenty of cars that were circling the block). They do have a drive thru (which seemed to be moving fast when I was there), so if you're there during the lunch rush, that may be a faster option than waiting for a space!

I just have to yelp my experience at Boston Market today. I became madly in love with their salads. I will never again buy the meais. I ordered the Southwest Santa Fe Salad which included big chunks of chicken, red onions, corn, black beans and a really nice dressing. The best thing of all since I am eating healthy, when you ask for the entree salad, it is a BIG salad. But it is made fresh which I love. I ate almost every everything. I also come with the ever tasty corn break. If you are into the healthy, then having an entree salad is really worth it and cheap too! :)

i usually dont review fast food places or chains but what can i say, im a fan, im a big fan of boston market!!! i dont understand why miami only has 2 bm's. why'd they all have to close down?? so lucky for me, my office is close by. if i lived in nyc or dc i would walk there but since we are in miami i drive there and either eat in or drive-thru. they are super efficient and fast. its really yummy food at reasonable prices. less than 10 bucks per person and much better quality than other nearby fast food establishments. today we had our annual office thanksgiving lunch. i absolutely love thanksgiving food, its my favorite. so i got nominated to be in charge. they have several family meal options.. we got the family meal for 6 which come with the meat of your choice, 6 large sides, and 6 cornbreads. so we got 3 of those.. 2 turkey and one meatloaf and almost every side they have to offer. our office of 15 got this awesome lunch (with some leftovers) for under 100 bucks. thats about 6/person. unbelievably good!!

This place is super duper packed during regular lunch time. Today I went around 2:30p, and I was happy to find parking immediately, walk in and found no line - well one person in front of me who took forever, but they skipped her to take my order because I was ready and she wasn't. I was most impressed by this restaurant's cleanliness, which I'd never noticed before, due to the presence of so many customers, in and out of tables at a rapid pace. Food-wise - I'm sure most people have had Boston Market before, so you may be familiar with their varied display of side dishes behind the glass, and the rotisserie chicken in the back wall. I normally order the sliced turkey breast meal w/two sides. Today I went a little different and had 1/4 dark meat chicken - I was so pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite and tasted a savory and juicy chicken. It was pretty good; I liked! One thing about this restaurant: it's really cold - which is fine for most, but for me it was a bit uncomfortable. But people in the kitchen are working w/open flame, so it's understandable. NOTE: if you really like Boston Market and care about your calorie intake - DO NOT go to their web page and look at the nutritional info of their food - yup - it's that bad... I made the mistake, and today was the first time in over 6 months that I returned. You've been warned!

Good family atmosphere with the food reminding me of a Thanksgiving meal.
