Ordered chicken, with side of mac 'n cheese and corn. Chicken was a bit burnt, to a very well crisp. Some parts were not edible. Other than that it was juicy and well prepared. Cornbread was a bit stale, which is understandable, we were late visitors. The sides were excellent, best corn ever. My girlfriends vegetables were not as satisfactory, they were flat out not acceptable. Looked like freezer burns, snd tasted very stale. Off duty employees were hanging around, and talking loudly on the phone, which made the meal less pleasant. Food was warm, place was clean and the food justified the price overall.

I came here and received the best service ever! The cashier (Maggie) was the sweetest she was super patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind , and made the experience ten times better! More restaurants need people like her! Really changed my night! small things go along way! Sure did put a smile on my face! Food was delicious good value for your buck ! I definitely will be coming here again!

I've always liked the food here and I've never had an issue with rude staff. What I will say that the lines are pretty long and the drive thru moves slow. This is especially true for the weekend. I don't especially like their meatloaf but I do enjoy the roasted chicken.

I'm not a fast-food lover, but I do enjoy their mac-n-cheese! Great quick lunch over other fast food places.

While it is a fast food restaurant it really fast food fare. Full meats with meats and veggie, sandwiches, soup and salads and dessert. Easy entry from a side street even if it is on US1. Food is good mom and pop meals.

The sweet potato casserole is so good. It's almost heart stopping. Missing a 5th star beccause the prices are slightly high compared to competition.

Really convenient because of the side street; you don't even have to get on to US1 to get in & out of this location. I know, I know, drive thru widow means fast food. But this is not fast food. I love Boston Market for they just-like-momma-makes-it meals. Notice I said meals, not just food. They are complete. When you run out of time while running your errands, this should be your last stop before home. And you don't need to be out of time to want some of their mac & cheese, or juicy rotisserie chicken or any of their other sides.

I have been back once since my 3-star review: they got my order correct! Manager was out of the office and at the window working quality control with the window employee! Seems like the problem of forgotten items is solved. Thank you BM!

Good food and was still hot after bringing it home for take out. Sortof clean inside. I'd say this location was pretty average. Although you wait a bit longer for the food, i'm glad the food is at least healthier than other fried fast food chain establishments. Mac & cheese and spinach are sooooo creamy. it's delicious.

CROUTONS. That's all. I'm pretty sure that Boston Market sold their soul to the devil to make the ultimate crouton. If I was rating BM for their croutons, It would be a 7 star. If you can harass the ladies into giving you additional croutons, do so. As for their food, well it's probably the best fast food available on the fast food scale? But, it's still fast food.

Very Convenient and Open late. (= If you've been in the area you know that its loaded with chicken selections. But if you are in the mood for american cooking; some mash potatoes, meat loaf, chicken, turkey, mac-n-cheese, stuffing etc.. this is the place to go. They are quick and friendly and the food is always hot. By the way they offer discounts to military members when you present your Id.

As far as fast food goes...this is the best! I hate the boring burger places that all serve pretty much the same thing. I eat it every now and again because I'm in a hurry. Sure Boston Market takes a little bit longer than a Burger King but not by much...and the food is SO much better. I absolutely LOVE their sweet potatoes and the creamed spinach with some of their meatloaf.

Food is good, service was fast but cold. The employee at the drive through sounded miserable. I don't expect her to sound like a radio talk show host, but at least don't sound like you hate the world either. We pulled up to the window and my husband said 'thank you' each time she handed us a part of our order and we did not receive a single 'you're welcome' of any sort. NOT ONE. so rude! there seems to be a huge misconception in Miami that it's ok to have terrible manners just because you work in the fast food industry. We drove a loooooooong way to get our Boston Market 'fix, and I can tell you that we'll be driving a loooooooong way in another direction next time we want B.Market - the service at this location is continuously bad, and makes the trip a little less worth it for us. Bad service can ruin a meal for me, but if it doesn't for you, then this place isn't so bad.

Good food for a chain restaurant. When I don't feel like cooking, I usually get the family meal for three. Not bad for $25 bucks including two huge sides. I def prefer this than KFC. Their mac and cheese is so good and creamy. I like their green beans and sweet potatoe casserole. I'm weird and like to save the sweet potatoe casserole for later until it gets cold and enjoy it as a dessert. Yum! The apple pies are not that good, I can get a better one from the Fresh market. The mashed potatoes are ok, at a little bit of black pepper and you'll be good to go. I've never tried the sandwhiches they offer or the chicken pot pie. Maybe one day. But like I said, not bad for a chain restaurant and I will def be going again. They have great customer service and they actually bring your food out to you. That must've been new because I dont remember them doing that before. They also clean after you which is nice. I feel bad but it's nice of them. Oh and one thing I love, they offer siracha! I love to dip my pollo in siracha :)

There are only two places that Boston market is located at and this location is my favorite! The best part of this place besides the chicken is their meatloaf... What is amazing is that they take your food to where you want to sit at. They have meal deals like 2 for $20. The workers here are pleasant and the food is tasty.

They really need to straighten up! The restaurant was not busy at all but there was no chicken ready. It was 10:20pm at the time we arrived. The trays were empty and the guy who was serving the food hands were filthy. I asked him to wash them. He didn't see anything wrong with his hands but he washed them anyway. The place was also dirty. I didn't go to the restroom this time because every time I visit this place the restrooms are always soo dirty. This sucks because this is the only Boston market down south

For fast food, I was impressed. I ordered a chicken pot pie and a soda for lunch. They gave me actual silverware! Wow! Actual metal silverware in a fastfood joint! The potpie was good but the crust didn't go all the way down. It was more of a pie crust cap. Guess thats just how they make them. It was filled with white meat chicken. It was quite tasty but my chicken pot pie nomination still goes to fresh market though.

This review is solely on my drive thru experience. Ordered, paid and out the line in less than 2 minutes. I was amazed at the speed in which we got our order. The cashier extremely courteous. Definitely a pleasure to be a patron. Good is really good, the selection of the sides is diverse and can accommodate everyone in my family. Somehow, I like to think that their food is healthy.
