Worst customer service ever! By all means DO NOT eat at this location; even though there are empty tables available, they make you wait in line for the exact number of people assigned for each table. Not only do they have a line of customers WAITING in line with EMPTY tables, but when they finally seat you, a really unpolite waitress turns around and assigns you to someone else. So dissatisfied, horrible service! By all means avoid the bad experience!!!

Wanted to give this place a chance, but I got pretty sick after eating there, so never again for me.

I consider myself a burger connoisseur and their burger ranks in my top 5. The Colombian burger with cole slaw is the best. The sauces they put on the top are what put this burger over the top. The fruit smoothies are good as well. I will be returning in the future.

Service sucks idk why they don't have Colombian waitresses. there's this very special waitrees that to be honest she is a weed. I mean if you dont like your job and dont do it right then find another one. As we arrived there's a sign that says wait to be seated like if about wait we are talking about then prepared your feet to be standing like an idiot for a very very very very long time because there's nobody to give you a table till they feel like they notice you. We saw a table and we thought it was good for us to sit there since there's nobody to give us a table, oh wait a minute she didn't make us wait to come over to the table and tell us in her most "decent manner" than we were not able to sit there, like she almost even grab our ears and get us out of the table, she didnt even apologize or nothing (you see when i mean when saying she is a weed). We letf the table and we have to wait for another table that she would think it will fit us to sit. With all this service issue trust me, food it's not that of a great thing, I can have better Colombian fast food to be honest, i think it would even taste better if i make it at home instead of spending the money here. I suggest you my dearest friend don't waste your time and money going here you will feel very dissapointed paying for a service you are not getting. find another Colombian spot better there's too many around we are everywhere. I'm Colombian and I can assure you will get better service in our country without even leaving tip than here.

I'm praying the food doesn't correlate to the intelligence of the chick who took my order by phone. Also, ended up picking up after she said delivery would take 45 minutes (& I live across the street). Fast forward: this is good if you're inebriated. This is not good if you're coming home, mid-week, with no desire to cook. Trust me... The stomach issues that ensue when your stomach isn't lined with alcohol are NOT worth it.

Saturday night I had a delicious burger and my husband had an amazing steak quesadilla, really good flavors and really good prices.

Great food! Especially after a night of Drinking! The empanadas are amazing. Arepas too!

Poor customer service. I requested a booth and even though plenty were available - I was advised I could not have a booth bc there were not 8 persons in my party. Typical Miami customer service.

Visited this place on a Saturday night around 8pm- the place was not too packed. We were seated right away, customer service during the visit was good. The food was just ok. I ordered the regular hot dog: bread was not cold and not warm, too many crushed potato chips, the bread is a bit oversized (too much) compared to the size of the hot dog. The hot dog is served with one whole quail egg on top, should be sliced and placed along the entire hot dog. We ordered cheese and beef empanadas: both were way too greasy, but the corn was sweet and the filling was good. My husband ordered the beef quesadilla: the meat was under seasoned and was just ok... I remember this place being really good on previous visits.... Maybe we will give it another try another day....

This place was much better under the previous management when it was called Los Perros. Sure, the ambiance improved, but the food has gone downhill. I've been here twice since the reopening, and I've been disappointed each time. One other thing which bothers me, but probably will not bother everyone is the ever present religious messages. I can appreciate that the owners are religious, but the religious messages all over the menu and on the staff's uniform is too much. I come here to eat, not be preached to.

I placed an order for delivery over the phone with Esteban. Apart from the fact that I had to repeat myself several times, it took a total of 10 minutes for him to understand my and set my order in. He repeated it back to me and it was right. When I got the food, he only put in 1 salchipapa, 1 hot dog with chicken, and the 3 sodas. He didn't put in my second salchipapa. Strike one. I called back to speak to the manager to complain, since at this point I was so aggravated for having to put up with putting in my order with such an incompetent person... and first of all, the manager didn't even speak english. He asked me to talk to me in Spanish. Strike two. I explained to him how it is unacceptable to have a customer waiting on the phone for 10 minutes trying to place my order. As I was venting, he literally told me to relax and to let him talk to solutionize the problem and that if I wanted my second salchipapa that I was going to have to pay for it. Strike three. Whenever there is any such issue, you have to make the customer happy. At least APOLOGIZE and offer a discount or send it over for free. I felt so offended and like the manager didn't care at all about my negative experience since he showed NO sympathy. Los Verdes just lost a very loyal customer. But what's the point in writing this since the manager can't even speak English. He won't even be able to read this.

I am not going to lie, this place just as every other Colombian restaurant has really good food cooked to taste juicy and flavorful with all the sauces they each have. The pineapple sauce from Los Verdes tastes like a mango-pineapple compote that blends in with the food very well and is certainly yummy! The first time I came I wasn't too fond of the service because the staff looks at the customers in a weird manner and as soon asu friends and I sat the lady walked up to us as we were sitting, placed the menus in our face practically, and asked us if we were ready! Really? We just sat. Anyhow, she came back 4 times before we were ready an then completely forgot about us afterwards. Moreover, I came back with my boyfriend and it was a more laid back atmosphere. The music was great, the food was good, and the staff was alright. We were not in a pressure stage to order and that always makes me happy. My chicken burger was good but I wasn't fond of the seasoning that was used however I must say that the lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh. I don't like the crinkly fries because I prefer regular fries but again this is all opinion. And to top off my review get a chicken quesadilla from here because it is the shit!!!!! :-) the end.

Once again I go to pick up some diced corn and a hot dog. I pre order to make sure I give them time to get it right. Either these people are dumb or just lazy. My wife orders 2 orders of diced corn with everything in it and a hot dog. I get there to find three orders of diced corn. Then......they look at me as if it was my fault. Horrible. One girl managed to salvage the whole experience. Ade i think was her name. Everyone else is horrible. They need classes in customer service and order taking.

I've only been here pretty late at night, to satisfy those late night cravings my friends and I have. Last time I went, I went with a group of 5 people. The table they sat us at only had 4 chairs, so naturally they had to get an extra chair. The waitresses ONLY speak Spanish and they had to speak to my boyfriend who speaks fluent Spanish. They went back and forth for almost 3 entire minutes about getting an extra chair, I've never seen anything like it. They were very incompetent. Then, all of our drinks were empty most of the meal and the waitress only asked half of us what we wanted to drink before leaving the table. The atmosphere is very loud. Not great for a nice date or if you would like to talk to your group...because you'll have to shout. Better for groups after clubbing perhaps. Also, TIP* is included in your bill!! Have to says though, the food is amazing!!

I have a soft spot for Colombian street food (in particular, hot dogs). My love for Superperros started with Los Perros many years back, and I have cautiously incorporated Los Verdes as my go-to spot for them. What makes Los Verdes stand out a bit from Los Perros is their service at the establishment. Servers are more attentive and it feels like more of a sit-down restaurant than a fast-casual one. As for my taste in food, I prefer Los Perros hot dogs and maicitos over Los Verdes. The biggest (and only) complaint I have about Los Verdes is that every time I order delivery they always skimp me on sauces; even when I specify when placing the order to please provide plenty of sauces and charge me for them, if needed. I still only get 1 (MAYBE 2) small sauce container of each

  • Jorge Q.

A great place to get your quesadillas that's for sure especially the fully loaded once with everything, but the only thing bad it's that they constantly mix up your orders or forget to bring you or deliver your complete order but besides that it's a nice place

I was very displeased with the customer service at this location. I came in with a party of 4 and was told to wait while there was an open booth. There was no one waiting in line. The server was rude and disgruntled. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place, specially on a busy night.

Waited 40mins for 2 hot dogs!!! Place is not worth the wait....manager never approached us to apologize for the wait... Went to Dog House which is next door and got my food in 11mins

I love their chicken with cheese arepas. So good! Made with shredded chicken with lots of melted cheese over it served in the Colombian arepas - which is like a cross between a thick tortilla and a flatbread. The customer service has improve a lot! Kudos to them! I'm a big fan and a loyal customer.

Of all the late night Hispanic diners I've tired, is my new favorite Spanish version of an IHOP! I ordered the perro which was just a hot dog but it had a LOT going on with it! They threw on a BUNCH BUNCH BUNCH of crushed potatoe chips, which I loved because every bite was crunchy, and they drizzled their own special sauce on it. I drizzled garlic sauce on top too cause it was so dang yummy! My favorite part was the quail egg on top of my perro, it was warm and soft. I'm definitely ordering more on the side next time! It's like $2.something for 3 quail eggs hehe I also tried my sister's chicken parilla which is not a salad but kinda like one at the same time. They have a salad section on the menu but the chicken parilla is under the "parilla" section. It was THE BEST BOWL OF LETTUCE IVE HAD! It's loaded with potatoe sticks, some special sauce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cheese, just absolute pure deliciousness! Plus a quail egg was served with it, my favorite part hehe. The only place I order a salad from is Cheesecake Factory, this parilla will be the second "salad" I order when I dine out at Los verdes now. I also had a bite of my friend's platano chicken burger thing in which they use two flat smushed fried plantains as buns. It's delicious but looked kinda messy to eat. I recommend everyone to try this at least once though, it's worth it. Their quesadilla also looks fire, they also load it with crushed potatoe chips on top :)

There is nothing WORST when a place try to deceive the costumer, If you are charging the costumer the tip or service LET THE COSTUMER KNOW THAT FACT!! And then when they give you the receipt to sign States TIP..... Again??? WTF Should Read EXTRA TIP OR ADDITIONAL TIP..... .. Is so common that people don't read, i do!! So you are receiving in each tab, 30% - 40% tips because you make people tip twice... so unprofessional!! at this point the food doesn't matter!! You are Robbing People's Money!!

Thanks to a friend of mine, (a longtime friend) I've been eating Colombian hot dogs and the like longer than I can remember. This same friend introduced me to Los Verdes (after introducing me to countless other Colombian hot dog joints in and around Miami). Los Verdes is one of the better ones. The hot dogs are on point, the salchipapa is simple and great for sharing, and the maizito with everything is killer. (Seriously. I lose about an hour of my life every time I have one.) What makes this place a little different, though, is the restaurant itself. Seriously. Los Verdes is loud, and if you go late enough, the lighting makes it feel like you've walked into some South Beach lounge. The kind that's serving food one minute and gauze for the blood coming out of your ears the next. And then, if you go early enough, you can get away with bringing in your own bottle of aguardiente and just passing around shots out of the bottle's little blue cap. That staff, they just look away. At least they did that day. The restaurant suffers from eatery schizophrenia: a not-so-rare disease that afflicts so many and touches most every South Florida life. The food is solid. For the most part, though, I'm taking it to go.

Giving them another shot. This time dining in, hoping it makes this experience way better than the last. Not to mention I wasn't even returned my money for a delivery 2 hours late.

Growing your business is good but be careful when quality and service goes out of control. Me and my entire family were a very good customer of this place since it started. Same staff always very attentive and friendly. After a while they started to open other locations and their quality changed 100%. Not going back

You know I don't know why people are expecting 4 star quality food from this place. This is a fast food sit down restaurant...and IT'S DELICIOUS! I had the chicken quesadilla and my friend had the arepa. Absolutely 0 complaints. I wish I would've known about this place sooner. I can't wait to go back!

    (4)
  • Andres G.

The food is very good! The 2 stars come from the fact that my deliveries are never .....perfect. either the sauses are not in the package, the soda is missing, or the hotdog is on its side with all the content spilled over... i dont know how much longer I can take it! I love the food...but the packaging process is failing.

I really want to give this location four or possibly a five-star but I just simply can't. I want to add this review is based on the time of day which I visit this location which is in the evening and late night. As some of the yelpers above had mentioned the food is really good, especially after a long night if partying or for take out. However the wait times are ridiculous, you need to call ahead and place your order for pick up, if not you're going to be waiting for a long time. I've had to wait in excess of 30 minutes to get my food. Needless to say I always call ahead because the times that I don't , which are my girlfriends fault (LOL) I've been burned with the wait time. Not to be too negative , the silver lining is the wait time is worth the wait but not if you're in a hurry or want to have a quick bite. The quesadillas wrapped in the crusher chips along with the blends of different sauces make it different and good, the arepas are to die for and the empanadas are really good, these are fried not baked. I have no complaints about the food my biggest issues are the wait times if you want to dine in the restaurant it's almost virtually impossible if you show up on the fly unless you have been out late and need some food to refuel sort of speak. To me it's a great take out place but not so good dine in location.

I HAVE to start off by saying the service is not the best. Which always makes me second guess my decision to come here. BUT the food always makes up for their crappy service, whenever they decide to take your order. But not a bad place to come for a late night meal.

This place is so amazing and the place I come when calories don't count. Since I've been here a few times, I will just give a review on the items I've had here. Arepa rellena con pollo: this is my number one favorite thing here. The corn arepa is always so nice and fresh and has a a great taste to it. The shredded chicken... Oh. My. God. The flavors and seasoning are so amazing and then it is topped with yummy white cheese and crushed potato chips. Just everything yum and everything bad for the hips. They have the options of these three yummy sauces as toppings. They are mayochup (ketchup and mayo), this garlic pesto sauce, and a pineapple sauce. My boyfriend loves all three. I'm not a sauce person, but they are quite tasty. Cheese tequeno: this little baby has everything a I like. Bread and cheese. It's a long breadstick baked and filled with cheese. To. Die. For. Grilled chicken Caesar salad: I always get this with no dressing when my boyfriend orders in. I do crossfit 5 days a week and all the other menu items are definitely not in my diet. All the ingredients are very fresh and the portion is very generous. Probably one of my favorite salads ever. Grilled chicken platter: since I'm always watching what I eat, and want a little treat on the side I get this. The platter comes with a fresh grilled chicken breast, with sliced tomato and lettuce and a side if French fries. If I want to keep it healthy and have a little indulgence, I order this. It takes away the cheating craving. I had this last night and it was amazing. The chicken was made fresh and nice and hot! I am thinking of going back today to get the grilled chicken Caesar salad. The reason why I won't give it up a full 5 is because the music was blaring a little too loud for my taste.

This place is amazing. Seriously. I'm a Cuban dude who never really ate Colombian food until I started visiting this place and I can now say that I see what all the fuss is about. You can get this kind of grub at a handful of different spots in a five mile radius of my home here in PSN but Los Verdes will always be my number one. I've had their quesadillas, burgers, patacon rellones, and their hot dogs. All of it has been amazing food that hits that late night drunk spot in your tummy. If there was one thing I'd have to complain about is how busy they are when you give them a call at night. I really do feel they should have more employees picking up phones or whatever it would take for timelier assistance. A couple of nights ago I had to call 5 times before someone finally picked up the phone. (It was 5-6 hours before their scheduled closing time)

This new location rocks! Beautiful and simple decoration, delicious Colombian style fast food.Colombian style burgers, fully loaded with mozzarella chese, pineapple, quail eggs, bacon, grinded potato chips, and covered with delicious garlic-avocado sauce. They also have the famous Maizito with cheese ,chicken or bacon.or try Colombian style hot dogs, arepas rellenas(carne, pollo , chicharron o camarones)

  • Richie K.

Where do I begin? The wait staff is overly self entitled to the point it's as if they are doing you a favor by taking your order and letting you eat there! Definitely not a family oriented place, went there with a large group and the music was obnoxiously loud. When asked the wait staff to lower it a tad was told the manager said no. I noticed the majority of the 5 star comments are from ppl who visit the establishment late at night or they do not complain about the service yet every time they order, their order is not right or they don't get what they specifically ask for. I hope this is not a true representation of Columbian cuisine. The food was not bad then again it's hard to mess up hamburgers and hotdogs. There is another Columbian restaurant just west of this joint that I will visit. I do not think I will go back and pay to be treated like I'm lucky to be there. I'm giving two stars because the cooks should not be held responsible for the obnoxious wait staff and poor excuse for a management staff. If the owner opened this joint guided by the hand of God, then he should get ready for a smack from God for the way his staff treats their customers. Cheers!

Selling big boxes of grease. So much, they drip. Very disappointing. Ordered food for three people, saturated with grease. Unfortunately, we could not finish the food. But to be quite frank, it wouldn't be a good idea to have finished it.

I've been to this Miami Lakes location possibly 20+ times and never had an issue with anyone's service. Today we were greeted by a really rude lady named "Claudia" and when we asked for the booths on the side (given that we had 3 small children) she said there was no way we could sit there because that area was already reserved. Literally 2 minutes later a group of 8 came in and occupied one of the booths in the so-called reserved area. When I comforted her about it she said it was NOT really reserved but that is what she is told to say in order to fill up all the tables in the main room first. Needless to say I was pist and didn't even order food. Their record of amazing customer service went out the window.

Worst and most disgusting experience I ever had at a los verdes location!!!!! There manager is a dick head!!!! The piña sauce or pineapple sauce wish was the reason i use to go there is no longer piña sauce , its water with a very nasty flavor and dear consumers don't let all those 5 stars fool you!!! There all made by there employees

This place is either a hit or miss, definitely not consistent. Sometimes the staff is friendly and attentive sometimes they aren't. Most of the time the food is good especially if your going in for a late night bite, but they have messed up my food several times. The music is too loud and if you go with a group u will fi d yourself screaming across the table in order for everyone to hear you. Now when you go in and ask for water they give u bottled water and charge you for it. You have to tell them that u don't want bottle water. I find it ridiculous that they are pushing the bottled water without even asking the customer if that is what they want.

I love the food but service really sucks which I dont care I am usually there for the food. But the 10% discount is deceiving cause when I asked the waiter she said that the have nothing to do with it and they denied the 10% off which to me is all about the customer and they have a big clientele and most of the time have no where to seat you, at least give the corteusy to give you a discount and not have a decieving Ad about it lol. But the pinapple sauce tho. Bomb dot com.

I've been coming here for years now. Always enjoyed their quesadillas and wings. Great coleslaw too. The last two times I've picked up food, there's been minor mistakes with them. I'm not much of a fighter so I'd always just take it and call it a day. Today however, I again ordered a quesadilla Togo. Upon arriving home, I realized the quesadilla had literally no meat, about 15 pieces for this huge quesadilla. It was all cheese... No Bueno for a $10 quesadilla. Will not be returning, seems Los Verdes has lost their integrity and their touch.

Worst customer service ever.. Employees suck, food sucks! Save your money and go elsewhere !!!! This used the be the spot to go to but over the years it went to crap. The quality of the food has gone down. Sad to say I used to actually like this place :( needs new management as well.

This food is only great when when you've smoked one too many. Let's be real, this place is overrated. The food isn't all that great when sober, everything is either smothered with too many Lays potato chips or drowned in whichever sauce out of the 3 they have. Their hot dogs are for people well experienced in fat 15" magnum sized penises in their mouths because I can't ever fit those hot dogs into my mouth. Actually come to think of it, their hot dogs are always so stuffed I have to start eating them with a fork so I can later put it in my mouth and eat them like a hot dog should be eaten. Eating a damn hot dog shouldn't have to be this complicated. The service is total shit & sloooooow. The ladies working the register & phone are incompetent AF. I'm also not sure what takes so long to bring the food out. Bro it's only a boiled sausage, crushed potato chips and a tiny ass quail egg. How does that take more than 30 minutes to prepare? If you don't show up high, then show up drunk. That's the only way to get through that torture. Not recommended..

It's Colombian style fast food. I like the arepas there but overall the customer service at the locations I've been at has been alright. It's expensive for what it is. You can order take out if you live close by and I like that.

  • Joe P.

It's good for late night munchies. I recommend you see their menu online and call in 25 minutes before you arrive. I have tried then corn which is my fav dish, the quesadillas where good, empanadas are crispy like chivas, but hot sauce is average. All in all it's an ok place to get some columbian grub on, but nothing that special.

    (3)
  • Beatriz C.

Worst customer service, I was there with my family (Party of 4) and because the table that was available was for 6 person, they preferred to leave us standing up and not even paid attention to our request, just got to a point that we had to leave.

Took forever to get a seat. Once seated we waited 20 minutes before actually being greeted by a waiter. Once we ordered it took another 20+ minutes to get our food. When the food was brought out, they forgot my quessadilla. The food was nasty. After taking a few bites I felt like throwing up. I used to eat here a lot in the past, this was my first time back in a few years, and I won't be coming back any time soon.

Delicious Hamburger a lo Colombiano! With pink sauce and coleslaw. Tried the patacon relleno de queso with guacamole and also yummy! The music was awesome, took me back to high school in the 90's. Readon for the 4 stars is due to the plastic silverware... Super hard to eat the patacon with these.

I went last week to this place with no preconcieved expectations. I had a hamburger, very good. I was not impressed with the Tequeños or the Empanadas. I have been told arepas are good also. Service was cordial and our food did not take long to get served. So far my grade is 3 stars. It may go up or down depending on the other food I taste in the future.

Best fast food in the area, way better than Los perros. Now when I say "fast food" I am referring to the category of food in which this type of food will fall on because if you come here expecting fast service, especially at night when it's crowded, you will be out of luck. The burger with the col slaw salad steals the show for me, so freaking delicious! Specially if u add their pineapple sauce that is sitting right there on your table! Also the "pricada" is awesome, very generous in quantity, and cheap, also delicious! And thirdly, patacon relleno de carne desmechada... Very nice! Not that great: The hotdog I can do without, too many crumbled chips for my taste; same thing goes for las "arepas especiales," they dump too many crumbled chips on them. Also, the music tends to be on the "too freaking loud" of the noise spectrum, and it's usually house music, Colombians love their house music...

I find the place average! Nothing special about it and the people who work there are so rude! I rather go to Rico Pan Grill that's its in the same shopping center. Better food, nice people, and the food is always fresh!!!!

CONS: Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish Now that we've established that, let's move on: The service is pretty horrible. If you're used to traditional waiter service with frequent check ups and friendly smiles, you'll feel out of place, like I did. I wasn't offered any refills during the duration of my visit. Our waiter was very brusque and genuinely disinterested in us. Ambience is awkward. It looks (awkwardly) modern, and this modernism clashes with the traditional Colombian menu. It seems like they're trying really hard on this modern motif, to the point where it's pretty distracting. They used half of the establishment as a waiting "lounge" that looks still under construction. Very unappealing, overall. PROS: The food is pretty good, home-cooked style food. It's affordable! OVERALL: All in all, this is a restaurant, and they sell food, not ambiance or service. Would be 1 star, if not for pretty OK food.

ADDICTING! All I can say is they have the best perros (hot dogs) ever! Covered with their sauces (salsa verde, pineapple sauce, and mayo/ketchup sauce, fry chips, quail eggs, cheese. OMG amazing! Their picada is great too! & the best is....they deliver until 2am! I can honestly say that they are the real deal! Their maiz (corn) is also good with chicken and bacon. Best Colombian food ever! Hands down.

I haven't been here in a while but. I do actually like this place for late night grub. It is the only place around this area where you can get food late at night and also some beer. I've been a couple of times and always get the hot dog with everything. Also I can't deny a quesadilla here and there lol. The music can get a little loud for such small place, and the wait can be a little long for what I call fast food. Aside from that I like this place. I will be back at some point in the future. Maybe this time ill be more sober lol.

I've dine at this place at least more than 5 times because my fiance loves colombian food and I am a fan of their quesdillas. The food is much better here than it is at Los Perros. But we went yesterday for dinner and the service was so slow!!!! Unbelievably slow! We even thought about canceling our order getting up and walking to the Wendy's next door. Honestly I believe that the waitress forgot to enter our order because when she walked away from our table one of her friend walked in and she was and their table for a long time and took their order. We were there at least a good 20 mins before that table arrived. And they got their food first! She came over and I asked her what the wait was that its been literally 30 mins since we ordered. All we ordered was a chicken sandwich and a perro (hot dog) these a simple and quick meals. She gave me some B.S story about that the chicken takes longer to cook because its chicken. Im sorry but I was not aware that chicken took 30 freaking mins to cook! Then I glanced at her friends table and they had a sandwich on the table and 2 other dishes. The math just doesnt add up. I dont like being lied to she could have just been honest and said hey sorry I messed up. But I knew she had messed up and I knew she knew she fed me a B.S. story because she avoided our table the rest of the time we were there and would send other waiters to serve us. So after 45 mins of our arrival we finally got our food. Moral of the story: I will think twice before going there again until they get better service.

If you like neon lights and club music with delicious Colombian comfort food then Loz Verdes is the place for you. Their Hawaiian style hot dogs served with a quail egg, potato flakes and pineapple emulsion are something to be experienced. The menu has a nice spread and they offer exotic beverages like passion fruit juice or Post-O-Bon apple soda. Definitely known in the Latin community, everybody should visits Miami Lakes should visit Los Verdes at least once.

I am a HUGE fan of Colombian food. And with local competition like "Dog House" and "Los Perro's", Los Verdes is definitely giving the others a run for their money.

I love this place! This is my go to place when Im in Miami visiting my family. This is literally the first place I go eat when Im in town. I have yet to visit their location in NY but I'm happy to hear that my favorite colombian fast food restaurant is now located closer to home.

Went on a Friday night around 10:30 and got seated fairly quickly. Boy, do they love house music there! So much so, that the waitresses sport "I love house music" tees as their uniforms! Food was good - had a lot of things on the menu I had never even heard of! But I love novelty, so this was absolutely fine. Still, because they're known for their hotdogs, I just went for it. No complaints. Will go back - but I see it fitting into my life as a late night munchies stop.

Decent Colombian street food. Good portions and good staff. Could have done without the music from the Ultra Festival being blasted in my face. And not sure how to feel about their tag line " Best food ever made" when you serve everything on styrofoam plates.

  • Jessica C.

Omg. The sauces on the table alone do it for me! Colombian food is awesome. It's so fresh and cheap! We had a quesadilla, hamburger and hot dog here and everything was mouth watering and super savory! I'm a mayo lover so the mayo on the tables gets me really excited. The only thing I'd change is to go a little lighter on the potato sticks. Music can be a little loud but it gives a partying vibe.

I love Colombian food and I liked this place. The food was good, service was fast and not too expensive. I also feel this place has a wider variety of Colombian fast food compared to others. Def. will go back.

Never think eating at this place. Went there an order patacon and plantains were raw. Manager came and he said that there was nothing to do because food was already at the table. Wowww thats an excellent customer service. Will never never eat here again. Worst experience ever in my life.

  • Elin M.

I HAVE to start off by saying the service is not the best. Which always makes me second guess my decision to come here. BUT the food always makes up for their crappy service, whenever they decide to take your order. But not a bad place to come for a late night meal.

    (3)
  • Andres G.

The food is very good! The 2 stars come from the fact that my deliveries are never .....perfect. either the sauses are not in the package, the soda is missing, or the hotdog is on its side with all the content spilled over... i dont know how much longer I can take it! I love the food...but the packaging process is failing.

I consider myself a burger connoisseur and their burger ranks in my top 5. The Colombian burger with cole slaw is the best. The sauces they put on the top are what put this burger over the top. The fruit smoothies are good as well. I will be returning in the future.

A great place to get your quesadillas that's for sure especially the fully loaded once with everything, but the only thing bad it's that they constantly mix up your orders or forget to bring you or deliver your complete order but besides that it's a nice place

I was very displeased with the customer service at this location. I came in with a party of 4 and was told to wait while there was an open booth. There was no one waiting in line. The server was rude and disgruntled. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place, specially on a busy night.

I love this place! This is my go to place when Im in Miami visiting my family. This is literally the first place I go eat when Im in town. I have yet to visit their location in NY but I'm happy to hear that my favorite colombian fast food restaurant is now located closer to home.

I am a HUGE fan of Colombian food. And with local competition like "Dog House" and "Los Perro's", Los Verdes is definitely giving the others a run for their money.
