This is a great Starbucks. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly. They make delicious drinks!!!! Only downside is that it can sometimes be hard to find a table and chair, it is usually pretty crowded.

i love this starbucks. the location, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor...etc etc.. But i must say the last time i went which was a few weeks ago i was very dissapointed with one of the employees. Hard to believe, i know because starbucks has pretty cool people working for them. N e ways, so it was a young girl and i gave her my order which was 2 drinks and 2 breakfest sandwhiches...after repeating the order(which is not the part that bothered me) we waitied about 5 minutes for drinks and found a place indoor to sit down. A few more minutes passed which was odd cuz we still had not recieved our pre-made sandwhiches (they literally stick it in a oven for 30 sec to warm it up..hello?? Finally, i told a diff. employee that we had not recieved our sandwhiches. Apparently she forgot to mention the order to the guy in charge. Then, 3-5 minutes later they tell us they are out of one of the sandwhiches. So we say ok give us this one instead. (We didnt really care) And then, she has the nerve to come up to us after we have been waiting 15 minutes for pre made sandwhiches and while we are eating tells us we owe her .35 cents!!!! I guess the sandwhich we had to switch to, was .35 cents more and since she didnt tell us at the time of payment which is what they usually do. She comes 15 minutes later. WTF!!! NOT THE MONEY. But it was her fault for not checking if the sandwhich was availabe, she forgot about our sandwhiches till i reminded her, i tell her to give me a diff sandwhich when she tells me a lot later that they are out, and now she is at our table asking for 35 cents!!! i cant believe she did that. after all that she couldnt just leave us alone!

The barista with brown hair (usually in a ponytail with a ball cap on) needs to leave! She is AWFUL. This store is super busy and needs a good barista all of the time. With the exception of her, this place is happening!

The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, and the caffeine is a flowing. This Starbucks location most definitely hits the Sensory Cortex. The only problem is loud, fume-congested West Avenue. But I guess you can always sit inside. Theres always plenty of seating inside or outside. And theres never reaLLy a line. The coFFEE Gods have bleSSed me. Its right next to Whole Foods so it's convenient to double dip. I would bump this up to 5 stars if they began a HaPPy Hour. Hey what a concept ehh.

GREAT customer service, but the experience is ruined quite frequently by all the smokers out on the patio. There are plenty of signs that say "No Smoking", but customers do it anyway. My husband and I literally live across the street and visit this location about 3-5 times a week. I wish we could enjoy the great drinks and service outside without having to deal with other customer's poor health decisions (cigarette smoking).

One of my favorite Starbucks in Miami. Great people watching in the outside seats and always somewhere to sit on the inside. Whole Foods right across the street and few restaurants on the same block. Only think missing is ample street parking which is a bitch in this area. There's a garage next door as a last resort which always seems to have broken pay machines. Walk here if you can.

This was our "go to" place for breakfast during our visit to Miami in July. The staff was friendly, the drinks were good and the pastries were always fresh. Nice outdoor space to sit outside and enjoy the morning too.

First, staff is friendly. Especially for me being like the first person in the door that early at 6am. Always greeted with a smile. I had a sausage breakfast sandwich with 2 classic old fashioned donuts and a passion fruit lemonade ice tea. It was delicious and my Favs off the menu. This location is great because it's directly across the street from my job.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the whole city. I had no idea it was this great until I moved right across the street (even though I had visited once or twice before). I walk here every morning to get my fix, and every morning it makes me feel like I'm in NYC or something. So many avid newspaper readers sitting down and enjoying the crisp morning air and strong jolt of caffeine! So many international customers, that in some way I feel it's my little nexus of the universe (or at least this planet). Sounds silly, but that's just how it makes me feel. The baristas across the counter have their act together. There are days when the line is out the door and you'd expect a long wait, but they've managed to perfect the art of assembly line coffee-making without sacrificing any of the taste. They're really on top of things. This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I love it!

Painfully slow service ... Most of the orders I made over the last four days were WRONG.. Can't expect great service from Starbucks anymore. Maybe if they paid more they would get people who actually want to do that type of job

I used to work there PT for 2 yrs so I got to be biased, and I still work across the street. I love this place, and since their recent remodeling, it's outstanding. Lots of comfortable sitting room to enjoy a good read in with your fave latte, or study at the wide hostel-like table or the window counters. Speaking of windows, the "people watching" here is *****, I should know, it's the same patrons I strive to "satisfy and delight" across the street. Probably the best Starbucks in town, although the service lost some of its quality/efficiency since I left (just kidding, Danielle! - she's the Store Manager)

I am not going to lie....the only reason I came into this starbucks was after a great night and waking up in some random person's couch....the service was as expected and my iced coffee could not have tasted better in the 80 degree weather Miami Beach was unleashing on me that morning.

Love this starbucks for it's personable, efficient, (ahem, attractive) morning staff. It's a clean location with lots of seating, but not much parking. The staff puts a smile on my face! Points!

A coworking environment. I come here to work at least 4 times a week. Friendly staff and nice environment.

One of my two Starbucks reviews. While the beverages here are standard and service average, the ambience is nice (an afternoon of exquisite classical music from Bach to Vivaldi was a real pleasant treat), and the patrons are mostly young and sexy. People hang out at Starbucks for 3 reasons - to see, to be seen, and (like me) to study for a board exam. This joint is great for all three.

It's Starbucks... but the staff make forking over $4.50 for a regular cup of coffee worth it. Attentive, talkative, friendly.

There are plenty of places to sit at this Starbucks. You'll need to find parking on West Avenue or one of the side streets at one of the meters if you don't live close by. Don't park illegally or you'll end up at South Beach Towing.

Free AT&T wifi is AWFUL at this location. I liked the location, out of the way from the tourist heavy area of SoBe, but was disappointed by the unusable internet. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and gave them the benefit of the doubt stopping by again on a Monday. The connection was even worse the second time. Now, this is your typical off the wall Starbucks. I give it one star because reliable internet is important to me and a lot of people who frequent coffee shops. You would expect a mega franchise like this would do more to ensure everything is functional. Not here. Couldn't load basic websites, much less try to watch a lecture on YouTube at a resolution so low I didn't even know was possible.

This is probably one of the most well known Starbucks locations in all of Miami. Parking is scarce, so if you plan on driving, you'll probably have to either park illegally or a few blocks away. Luckily, I live walking distance from here, so it's usually my go-to stop when I need some caffeine. The place is always packed, for some reason or another. On weekday mornings, weeknights, weekend mornings, even on Christmas Day - packed! If you have a good eye, you can usually snag someone's lightly read copy of that day's NY Times and save yourself a couple bucks. The staff is very friendly, and a couple of the baristas are pretty eager to give you a discount or even your coffee for free, which is awesome. The selection of eats seems to be well-stocked too.

I've never been the type to mourn the demise of the mom and pop store. If something can be done better or less expensively by a corporation, the benefit to the consumer outweighs the fact that more moms and pops have to go to work for someone else like the rest of us, in my opinion. I've frequented this Starbucks almost daily for nearly a year. And spent a ton of money there in the process. And never asked for anything except decent coffee and common courtesy, which I've pretty much always gotten...until yesterday. Needing singes, I did an afternoon pop in. I almost never drink coffee in the p.m. but didn't feel right just asking for change of a $5 outright, so I ordered coffee and a cookie. The total came to $4.07. I handed the cashier a $20 and asked for five singles as part of my change, to which she replied, "I don't have the change." When she popped the register open, it was literally filled to the top with singles. I pointed this out and asked again. She again refused. This may be the first time I've actually felt the difference between corporate a-hole places like Starbucks and independently owned shops. Independent shops tend to actually care. Customers are neighbors and human beings to them. To Starbucks, and apparently some of the people who work there, they're a number on a financial statement. Nothing more. Screw Starbucks. I'm taking my business around the corner to Taste Bakery Cafe.

I would say this is a run of the mill Starbucks, but the stories that keep coming out of this place keep it from being simply that. First, the coffee is good, the service and the staff are exceptional, and I cannot say enough about how friendly and well run this place is. That said, the early morning hours here have produced a litany or bazaar events, including drunk girls sleeping on benches mostly naked and trying to make phone calls on their wallets, a man in his boxers outside claiming he forgot his wallet (and evidently his shoes, shirt and pants) and just needs a cup of coffee, to multiple Rod Stewart spottings. These are the reasons I come back here, get a coffee and just sit and wait. Something will happen.
