Just went here today for breakfast!! So delicious and the server me and my friend had was so nice! He was a tall spanish speaking male, very fast service, did not forget anything! We had a complicated order and he fixed it up no problem! Delicious OJ and Coffee we had a great meal! The double dipped french toast was very delicious :) I really liked the way the service was handled the only thing I would change would be the parking availability and the waiting in the establishment itself. Very small waiting area and there were a lot of available seats that weren't being seated for some reason. but the food and our server were amazing!!!!

Takes 30 min to be seated and 15 for a waitress to ask if would like coffee. By far the worst customer service.

This is an OK place! It's not the cleanest - but not the dirtiest either. I had the garden omelette with broccoli wich was cooked perfectly, mushroom and tomatoes. Don't bother with the extra avocado - it's only half an avocado and mine were mushy and cut ugly. The hash brown is not the best, I would take another side if I knew before hand. OK coffee, great OJ. Overall a satisfying meal that kept us going for a while.

The worst $14 breakfast I ever had as there was a stale muffin no seaming on omelette it was a ripoff

When in the USA, you've gotta have pancakes for breakfast at least once .... Right?? I walked an hour this morning to get to Ihop to do just that and I wasn't disappointment. The selection of pancakes and meals etc is awesome and pancakes pretty much come with everything which I find so weird having come all the way from the UK and never being in an IHOP before, but in a good way. I loves it. The food was great, for what we had the price was good too. The only reason I gave 4*s rather then 5 is because it was a busy place and the waitress made you feel like you should rush and get in/get out. Other then that I'd deffo recommend :-D

Everything is good. Your good ol basic IHOP.

The service was wonderful. Our waitress Andrea was really friendly and suggested delicious dishes to try. The food came really fast and the portions were big. When the check came we started laughing, it's really affordable. I am deffinetly coming back because the food was amazing hands down. One of the best places in Miami for pancakes :)

First time here. They did let me use the restroom. Never asked me if I would like something to eat. I did go to eat because I was hungry. But needed to use the restroom. Anyways, after I used the restroom, I set myself down. I noticed a group of people came in like 2 minutes after I sat down, and the server totally ignored me and went straight to them to give them menus and to greet himself. That just made it seem like he thought he will make more money with them, so he ignore me. Didn't even give me the menu. after five to ten minutes later, he came towards me and asked me if I needed anything, but noticed I did not have a menu. So he went and got me a menu. After that, forget about it. I was invisible to everyone else. 2 more groups came in and they went straight to them. I was already ready to order my meal, but after like 15 minutes, I decided to walk out and leave. I don't know, maybe this is a good spot. but my first experience was not good at all. in my mind, it seemed like they only focus on large groups and not individuals.

All you need to know about this establishment is that they have a server named Josey who rocks!! We love you Josey!!

Maybe if my serve spoke English my experience here would have been better..... My order came out wrong and instead of correcting her mistake bc I know what I ordered she's arguing with me..... Not cool.... Food was good....

Another IHOP in Big city, nothing new. Great people and fast service while we we're there

Food was good but parking can be a hassle but they do have parking in the back. I went early Sunday morning and suprise there was no long but it tends to be a very long wait.

The service is good & the food is always good! Always serves just enough for a meal!

Stepped by to satisfy my craving for appetizer sampler, they were out of chicken and mozzarella sticks. The server took 15 to stop by the table and give us the menu, my food came in after 20 min but my friend never received his fruit bowl. The bill came in there it was the fruit bow, the server apologized many times and explained that he was new, but was the only server working. How does an establishment has a new hire working by itself.

Look for an IHOP on Miami Beach. Try this one out. The night-shift is the most friendly. Clean restaurant and good prices.

This review is centered more around service than food. We went there on Christmas day around 2PM. After about a 10 minute wait, we were seated. The waitress came by shortly to take our order. We started with Strawberry Milkshakes and a Coffee. I asked to get Milk for my Coffee instead of cream. I was told that I would have to purchase a glass of milk. My jaw dropped open. I was left speechless. I said never mind. I'm not paying for milk. We then started ordering food. We were all in the mood for the basic Eggs, Hash-browns, Pancakes. Their build your own option included these, along with ham, bacon & sausage. We asked if we could substitute toast for meat. Again, the answer was no. The waitress said that we would have to pay for toast. I was like this is nuts. But, not wanting to make a scene, we ordered a side of toast. The food quality, taste & the speed of service were average. When the time came for the check, the waitress asks, did you get your milk ? I was like what ? You said we had to pay for it and thus we didn't order any. She was like Oh yeah. We paid our check and left. Needless to say, I will not be going to IHOP and will stick with going to Denny's instead. They are much more accommodating to my simple requests for substitution. I can understand not being able to substitute toast. But having to buy the milk for one's coffee ? Sorry, but any place with this kind of rule does not deserve my business.

The best IHOP I've ever been to. Could my review be influenced by the fact that this location is on South Beach? Maybe a little, BUT I expected chaos in there on a Saturday morning and it was anything but. My server, Eddie, was great. He made it feel like I was at some five star restaurant. The reason I highlight this is because he seemed to genuinely enjoy his job which is rare. That kid is gonna own a few IHOPs when it's all said and done. Oh yea, on top of the amazing customer service my omelet was amazing.

The food here is great, the T-Bone steak is this shit!!!! The staff were funny they all look like they get on each others nerves, it's like a family fued in there, funny to watch

Love Ihop but this location needs to get it together. Asked for crispy bacon and it came out soft and burnt. Pancakes were burnt. They ran out of silverware and cups for dine in service and we're giving people plastic forks and knives and to go cups. I don't know how long this place has been open but they need to really figure out how to function.

Miami beach tends to have pretty horrible service through out...probably due to the automatic gratuity on most checks. However, the servers at IHOP are a breath of fresh air. We are particular to Gillian and Prince. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. Our drinks were never empty and our food came out perfectly to our specifications. Gillian sent my husbands fries back before bringing the plate to the table because she knew they were not crispy enough for him. Both servers are an example of what hospitality is all about. Best service we've had in a very long time.

As an update to my previous review, I would like to say that I have passed by this IHop some 20 times or more since my last visit on the date of the posted review. During this interim, the large Publix complex --located one-half block south of this IHop-- has opened for business, along with several hotel renovations within a ten-block radius have finished. Therefore, auto congestion around the IHop parking entrance on Collins Ave [a single direction, 3-lane street going north after exiting South Beach as it enters Mid-Beach] has increased beyond what had been just the left-turn bottleneck in the left lane at the entrance, Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Locals drivers know that they must never venture into the left lane from around 69th-71st Street intersections with Collins. Pedestrian visitors from local hotels might now consider enjoying an alternative to 45-60 minute wait times at IHop and instead take a light meal in far more pleasant surroundings at the Publix cafe, which is located inside the new complex, just off the escalator to the right of the main entrance to this supermarket's second-floor customer entrance.

Ordered eggs bacon hash brown toast and sausage. The eggs were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, no idea how that was accomplished. My fiancée's pancake was burnt as well. The coffee was bitter and terrible.

I originally intended to take part in the Free Pancakes event, but after seeing that no flavored ones were included I instead decided to stimulate the economy of the North Beach IHOP. It was certainly an investment with a decent return. Granted, I got there early in the morning (830-ish), but I was able to find a booth without waiting. Once I saw the limitations of the menu, I ordered an OJ, Coffee, and an International Crepe Passport (with the Nutella Crepes.) The OJ was tasty, but a tad overpriced at $2.00. My "Passport" came with two Nutella Crepes full of chocolatey goodness. Bacon strips were a little tough, but the over-easy eggs and sausage were tasty enough. My waitress Fanny was pleasant and with service andh "check in" not expected in an IHOP. The major complaint was the men's room as it had no paper towels and smelled a little unsanitary. The bathroom issue and bacon not withstanding, IHOP's getting 4 stars because the free pancakes were for a good cause.

Great service! Tried the waffles which were good and also got the blueberry pancakes. Both were good but not great... What was great was the hashbrown...must have with the cholula sauce! :)

for what it is, it's great, ihops could always be better, no matter where you happen to be, but then again, they're never that bad either. food was good, everyone cleaned their plates and the milkshakes were good.

We got there at 8:30am no wait got a table right away. We ordered our food and it was on our table in less than 5 minutes. It was great! And the service was great. A good amount of parking in the back. But if you are going to go I suggest you go before 9am for breakfast if you do not want to wait forever. I totally recommend!

Great service, food was very good. As IHOPs go, this one is one of the better restaurants.
