Decent delivery pizza. They delivered late-night to our hotel, fast, and it was hot. Can't expect much more.

I ordered food at 1230am, the current time in Miami is 1:34 am and I have yet to receive my $23 meal for a sub and chicken wings. Shitty. Absolutely shitty.

I had my 2nd nightmare experience with this place last night. Several weeks ago I placed an order for pizza that took over 2 hours when I finally gave up and cancelled the order. I swore I would NEVER order from them again but I decided to give it one more shot last evening. I order a pizza, ravioli and a sub at 7:15. They SWORE it would arrive in an hour or less. After 1 and a half hours I started to call. They were rude and could have cared less. Told me to cancel the order if I didn't want to wait. When the order finally arrived it was cold and without the ravioli. I called and they said they would bring it within 20 minutes. I called for the next two hours! They refused to even take my calls and never delivered the food. Yet they charged my credit card for the entire order. I never got a call from them acknowledging the error or offering to make good. I will NEVER order from them again and will make sure to spread the word about their lack of customer service.

My only experience with this place has been a delivery in which I was told would be there in 40 minutes, but did not show up for and hour and 20 minutes and was not very warm when it got there. But, hey they brought us a free pizza cutter with their logo on it so we could remember where not to order from next time! The pizza probably would not be bad if it was fresh from the oven.
