Hayes provides excellent service and wonderfully fresh foods. They catered my office party and everyone enjoyed the food and service. Connie and Gem are wonderful!! I have no doubt you will be pleased. Their prime sirloin and sandwiches are delicious.

I have purchased the best meat at competitive prices from Hayes for the past 16 years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, the market clean, and the deli options excellent. Gem and Connie are wonderful people who support local charities and community activities.

The store looks like it be rather large from the outside. But once inside it is a rather small meat market. Featuring a not so grand collection of meats and other various items. I personal was let down. Knowing my local publix has more to offer

We went to a wedding with their catering. It was very bad. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, The other meats were not great other. Ham was ok, Beef was edible. The potatoes au gratin was obviously from a box and was not good. I would not recommend their catering unless you are desperate.

Free beer (3 cups max...darn), fresh meat, Boars Head luncheon meat, sandwiches, tasty sides, and a produce stand next door. Sign up in store or online for updates on specials. I used Yelp! to check-in and got a free steak! Like them on Facebook will keep you informed of sales and specials as well.

I have to tell you if you want great cuts of meat and want to get them at the absolute best prices, then this is the place for you. I "fanned" them on Facebook a few weeks ago and got on the emailing list to keep up with what they had. I decided to go in a get some things for the weekend. The special was for Valentines Day but since my wife and I already had reservations with another place I figured we could have something for the weekend. We got 2 lobster tails and 2 8oz filet mignon for $40. Now, I dare you to go to a grocery and try to top that. While we were there we looked at the larger bacon wrapped beef filets as well. It was HUGE and was going to cost around $8 for the steak. That's crazy. I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of meat and this same steak would cost you AT LEAST $40 in a typical restaurant. More in some of the higher end ones. They cook out several times a month and sell the items that are cooking! BBQ ribs and tri-tip this weekend!! I'm definitely a fan and will be many, many more times. UPDATE: Went back today 2/27/13 and bought the larger filets and grill them. They were AWESOME!! Almost too big. I'm stuffed and I haven't been able to say that too many times after eating a filet. Great job!!

What a hidden gem! Could not be more impressed with the quality and freshness of meat and crazy low prices! Love their deli items, sandwiches, and eclectic collection of spices, condiments, even options for sides to pair with your meat. Bravo Hayes! You break the mold of the mundane and inspire the tastebuds!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great selection of fresh produce and top quality meats. I have a picky palate and usually ask them to custom cut steaks for me, which they do without hesitation. Butcher leaves early during the week, so plan ahead. And almost forgot - free beer while you shop! Great shop! Go!
