Breakfast has been okay....just not happy with their lunch. Burgers were just frozen patties, bottom bun was greasy and soggy from setting the patties on it to soon. Not know they serve skinny frozen burgers, we asked for medium...and got well done....no pink at all. Sweet potatoes fries were just store bought frozen fries cooked in oil. Not real happy as we expected better product...not food that I can buy at Walmart and then charge customers $8. For another $2 we will go to Chili's for a much better, fresher product.

I had a Great Experience here! Went for Breakfast and I never know how my eggs will come out.. I like them over easy-medium and the cook here was right on!! The service was good and friendly! This is another good breakfast spot. I haven't had lunch there yet but have heard it is good also!!

New owners in December of 2014, so DISREGARD previous reviews! The name came with the building--they didn't change it. They have a wonderful lobster roll and beautiful eggs Benedict. Fair prices, too. Great service.

Suntree gets 5 stars from me solely based on the best Eggs Benedict I have had here and NY. Everywhere I go I order EB and each time I am sadly disappointed I am expecting EB like I get here. Impossible. I know when I am in town I have to come here more than once for the best EB in the world according to me! I consider myself a breakfast connoisseur so I know good and great and this is greatness.

I am ahuge fan of breakfast so this is perfectfor me. I ordered the lobster eggs Benedict wick was good. It was surprusingly served with an adequate amount of lobster. The home fries were WAY overdone. the downside was the very slow service. We were seated and then waited for approximately five minutes before any one even recognized we were there. I would give them another chance.

The place has undergone a recent ownership change that has renovated the inside giving it a much more modern/clean overall appearance. The food was good and very adequately priced. The new owner, Marcella was as nice as they come and was very conscientious of our table (I was with a known celebrity) filling coffee etc. as well as all the other tables, as the restaurant was packed on the Sunday morning we visited. We'll definitely be back anytime we're in the area and look forward to warmer weather allowing breakfast on their outside patio.

I absolutely loved this place! Very good service! Very friendly staff! so cheap for the quality of food and amount of food. Always busy but it's worth it. A lot of return customers because of how amazing the food and staff. Absolutely Amazing. Worthy of 5 stars. I'm always in the mood for their food.

Driving through Melbourne I had an hour to kill and found this place which wasn't showing up on Yelp. Lots of typical breakfast choices, and egg-white omelettes.Overall my breakfast was solid. Great coffee.

I ordered a simple meal that included french fries. When I unscrewed the top of the ketchup bottle it was encrusted with black mold. I gave it to the waitress and asked her for a new bottle. She brought the same bottle back after wiping it with a rag. I could tell because about 10% of the black encrusted material remained. I assume this is indicative with how clean the areas are that I could not see. Also, the restaurant constantly has a sewage smell when you enter. It always has, even when the building was a different restaurant. I cannot return even though it is very convenient to my home. At least the Morning Star (the previous restaurant) did not refill filthy ketchup bottles...
