Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I could write a very long review about Red Ginger but sometimes less is more. Red Ginger is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the Space Coast. The only Chinese restaurant in Florida where I have had better food is the China Grill in South Beach (but the price point is almost triple that of Red Ginger). For Chinese in the Space Coast nothing is close. My favorite item on the Menu is Lamb Shagu, which is served in a cast iron pot, a dish of lamb, a brown sauce, and purple eggplant that are out of this world. Lunch is an even better value than dinner. They have early bird specials before 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. Their décor is better than any of their competition. If you order takeout they use premium containers essentially Tupperware with a lid, instead of Styrofoam. If you put really hot food in Styrofoam your food will taste like Styrofoam. Red Ginger is a class act. While Brevard may have one or two places with better Sushi... if members of your dining party order Sushi they will not be disappointed. For Chinese there is no reason to go anywhere else. Yes it is that good.

pretty good. The golden chicken is the best thing we've had so far, but I'm not in love with this restaurant. It's good for a Chinese restaurant, but maybe I'm just not overly impressed with Chinese food in general. There is no buffet, it's all menu, which is a plus to me. Worth a try for sure.

the bourbon chicken here is amazing. a lot different from any bourbon chicken i have ever tasted. food isn't greasy like most Chinese places.

Red Ginger never disappoints on take out. Food is delicious, hot, fresh, tasty, packaged well, fair prices, etc. What else do you need? Favorite dish: Mu Shu Chicken. I'm extremely picky when it comes to Chinese but this place is the only place for Chinese I'd eat from in the area. I have not eaten for dine in, but the place is extremely clean and staff is helpful from what I've seen. I can't comment on sushi, I leave that up for Thai or Japanese restaurants. Depending on your eating styles: prices are cheap to moderate.

Food was good but for the second time they charged my credit card more than I had signed the receipt for. We had left a tip on the table in cash, but they added an additional amount after we left.

There are plenty of good reviews for Red Ginger and they are all true. I love this place. If I could recommend trying anything, it would be the Imperial Beef - HOLY you-know-what. And the Pad Thai - shut-up! It's delicious. For my birthday I ordered the Crispy Whole Red Snapper...it was served tableside and was great, if slightly terrifying. It was huuuge and some of my guests didn't appreciate that my dinner was looking at them. We also tried the Pu-Pu Platter...I would skip it. Try the Caramelized Macadamia Shrimp appetizer instead, it's buttery and nutty, yum! This place is great for any occasion!

This is my 2nd favorite Chinese restaurant in Brevard behind Yen Yen in Cocoa Beach. I've really liked everything I've tried. Some favorites of mine are Honey Walnut Prawns, White Snow Prawns (although Yen Yen does these better), Pine nut chicken, and their sushi which is quite good. They have VERY reasonable lunch prices, so I'd recommend trying them for lunch to get a taste for what they offer.

This place was recommended by a neighbor as the best Chinese restaurant in Melbourne They actually have Chinese, Japanese and some Thai. Our first time at a new place we always get something we know, so that we can compare it. We got tuna sushi as an appetizer and the piece of fish was big and sweet. The Chinese we ordered for our meal was great. The beef was fork tender which is often not the case. The service was excellent and the food was out to us in no time at all. Can't wait to go back and try some of their specialties!

Oooooh! So deee-licious! Went there for the first time last night but I've heard about it for a long time. It was so good. The little fried noodles that you start with were kinda blah. It seemed they were either old or baked to non-perfection. They were unnecessary, but we like free stuff so we picked at them, dipping them in the duck sauce to make them taste better. We started with the Seaweed Salad (the dressing...so good!) and the Caramelized Macadamia Shrimp, that was so good I could've crawled into a ball in the corner and cried. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the little pieces of nut adhered to the shrimp with this sweet, white sauce. Good god. I think I blacked out while eating it. The presentation of each dish was really impressive. The shrimp sat on a bed of lettuce (which seemed silly and unnecessary, however the lettuce caught some of the sauce and you can bet I ate every piece of that shredded iceberg lettuce!), the seaweed salad looked lovely. The glasses for drinks are fancy goblet-style, which are kinda silly because the waiter had to keep coming back to refill our waters and tea. Why not just get regular size glasses? I like my water. I got the Fuji Beef. And seriously, it was probably one of the finest things I have ever eaten. The sauce, oh the sauce! It was a brown, Fuji apple reduction and the beef was so tender. I was a little afraid of the beef because often-times the beef at a Chinese restaurant is a little tough. We even asked the waiter if the beef was tender and he assured us it was. And he wasn't lying. It was fork tender and when you cut it all up, put the white rice with it, mix everything together, you get this goulash of deliciousness. My companions got the Pine Nut Chicken (which has the same white sauce as the shrimp app did!), the Little Kisses and Rainbow sushi rolls. Everything was incredible. The chicken was missing some pine nuts, they really seemed to skimp on that (which is strange because the shrimp were coated with macadamia nuts), but it was cooked perfectly. The Rainbow Roll had an almost banana taste to it, which gave it an interesting perspective. The Little Kisses roll was broiled so it came out hot with the cream cheese bubbling on the top. They went crazy for that and I tried it, but I'm not a salmon fan at all, so it was wasted on me. The only bad think about the Little Kisses Roll was that it was tiny, like the smallest roll I've ever seen! But we all shared everything and even had leftovers to enjoy this morning. Yay! One really cool thing was at the end of the night (because we enjoy our food and like to make our dining experience last, so we were the last people to leave), we watched all the waitstaff and sushi chefs and kitchen staff and chefs come out and eat loads of food family-style. I like that. I will definitely go back again and again and again!

Absolutely fantastic Chinese food. Every time I go the food is so scrumptious. Last night we had the orange shrimp, fuji beef, peking style pork, seared tuna and a spicy tofu dish. Every dish was rich with flavor and beautifully presented. Only two small complaints- not enough shrimp in the shrimp dish, and they ran out of hot and sour soup, which another member of our party had wanted.

The food here is mixed. I definitely wouldn't rave about the place nor would I call it 'vile'. The hot and sour soup is good, pad thai is so-so, and the Szechuan chicken has a weird flavor (not a fan). The general tso is pretty good and there are several notable appetizers. The restaurant is clean, bathrooms included. The staff is adequate, no frills, & often slow. Verdict: I'm still searching the area for melt your face delicious Asian food.

Good food, speedy delivery, nice portions, and the only Chinese delivery in town that hasn't messed up my order. My wife and I have ordered from Red Ginger well over 30 times and never have a complaint. You can substitute white meat chicken for no additional charge, which is something we appreciate.

Had dinner there tonight. Service was good, food was very good and it has a nice atmosphere. I would recommend it for a weekend night out.

I ate at this restaurant with my wife and three kids (youngest 9) all of whom love asian food. It is located in a strip center, but I would definitely describe the decor as more upscale in terms of what you get at most Chinese restaurants. Our waiter recommended one of the house specialties, an orange stir fry beef which he described as not breaded and fried, but rather prepared in a sezhuan style. In hind site, i wish we ordered two of those dishes to share (not because the other dishes were not good, but because it was sooo good. One of my sons ordered pad thai which I suggested against (we were not at a Thai place, which is what he was wanting), and another ordered a sushi roll. The roll was awesome and pad thai so so. I put that one down to poor ordering on his part. The service was very good and attentive. Even better, and without asking, they brought plates for everyone so that we could share the entrees we family style. ordered will definitely come again when we are in town.

Stopped in for drinks and could not have had better service. The wait staff behind the bar was the best! Siobhan made our night a lot of fun and the drinks were perfect. Highly recommended!!!
