Love the Sat. Deal buy one get one free . My family enjoys out trips on Sat. Afternoons I know the kids eat right . The half chicken is extremely juicy and the sides are always so good the reason for the 4/5 is I wish I would see more side dishes a little more choices maybe some pulled pork or ham would be a nice fit or even a little of everything choice . The menu has been the same for a long time .

Way better then other fast food places like McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc... If your in a hurry and thinking about fast food, then this is your place to go. I usually get a quarter white chicken, mac and cheese and loaded potatoes meal, comes with bread and drink. Never been disappointed, like when I get a two day old hamburger from McDonald's that looks like it's been stepped on.

Absolutely the worst food in breviary. Meatloaf is nasty. Watery and tastes like frozen and baked. Food display was awful. Mashed potatoes were dried out but still being served. Yuck. Red skinned potatoes were undercooked and bland. Mac and cheese was good. But not good enough to bring me back EVER!!!!!!

How in the heck does this place have such a high rating? Boston Market is buffet food. It's okay at best. I sure as heck don't crave it and don't think it's anything to write home about. This location is super friendly and the service was great. Went in for dinner on a Wednesday night and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for white meat chicken. I got the brisket instead, which should have been titled "jerky." It was dry, tough, and over cooked. My dad ordered the meatloaf. It was bland. Where Boston Market excels is in their sides. Sweet potatoes are so gooooood, they are practically - scratch that - they are dessert. Mashed potatoes are great. I ordered the mixed veggies, but they were cooked in so much butter. My dad ordered their fresh spinach which was great and not greasy at all. Boston Market reminds me of a cheap buffet in Vegas, but without unlimited portions and a few stand out items. It's just so-so.

Came back and still great. Good service, real plates and forks and pleasant staff. The Pot Pies are as good as I remember.

I just realized that 3 stars looks like it's a bad place. But it's not. Three stars is A-OK, and that's the best way to describe this place. It's not "yay, I'm a fan" - but it's not like I would mind eating there again. The food was what you expected. The same with the atmosphere.

This is a buffet style restaurant, but for what it is, it's great! I love coming here and the different options. Never had a problem with service. If you are hungry and on a budget, eat here!

The food, staff, & prices are fantastic (great deals, too). I ALWAYS get good service from the people there & the portions are great. Their district does read the feedback & the manager & employees get recognition. In fact, I reported a big pothole in their parking lot & it was repaired very quickly. Hope you have the same experiences I get here.

What an improvement! Same guilty pleasure yummy food, but better service & portions. When you dine in, the food is now served on 'real' plates with silverware, no more of the paper & plastic stuff. And they give you much bigger portions; I had leftovers to make up a whole other meal! Service has improved as well - they now ask you to pick your table, take your food to your table for you, and clean your table when you're done. And they say, no tipping!
