This is my least favorite Starbucks in town. They are frequently out of something and the service is abysmally slow. In the past, I used the drive-through but I went inside and that was my last visit to this particular Starbucks. What I saw was a terrible problem in training and management - five (!) people taking orders and one poor frazzled barrista making the coffees as empty cups piled up next to her waiting to be filled. Do none of her co-workers know how to make coffee or see that she needed help catching up? I would like to think she read them the riot act after the morning rush calmed down. It took me 15 minutes to get a black coffee and a caramel macchiato and watched the line grow and cups continue to pile up.

This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. And I've given it multiple chances. It's very slow, shockingly slow for a Starbucks. There will be four or five prior waiting and it will take them about 15 min to make all of it. The staff is always chatting away with one another. The people who work here are always rude and unhelpful. They'll also do not fill your drink all the way to the top. One time I got a drunk that was 3/4s full and I had to ask them to fill it properly. Either way, you never get a full drink. Ever. For the price of what Starbucks is, you shouldn't be treated the way you're treated here. Just go to the one that's a little farther up on beal

Had the worst Starbucks coffee of my life here. Ordered a cafe au lait...they refused to make it with bold roast and put way too much milk in the yucky watered down pikes place! Pathetic. But the store was clean, the baristas quiet, and I got a cool Florida mug (like the city collection only from a state.) The clientele are mostly military people. This place is not setup for studying...rather there are very few tables inside and very many outside. There is ample parking but most people went through the drive through. The location is along a busy road at the front of a shopping mall parking lot.

I ordered a Skinny Vanilla Latte. Hard to mess that up. My drink was made to expectation, but they did not really go above and beyond in anyway. I would go back to this location again.

Some harsh reviews for a cookie cutter establishment. After visiting a couple of times I found this location to be par with most Starbucks I've visited. Each time I went it wasn't busy at all, I'm assuming that's because this location is in a mall parking lot. One of the oddities is the facade is nothing like any other Starbucks I've seen. If you're not careful, you'll pass it right up.

I love this Starbucks...i go maybe 2-3 times a week and they have never messed up my order! The employees are always happy and never have an attitude. And if you ever get stumped as to what you would like to drink, they will help you decide what is best!

If you are in a hurry I would avoid this place. Every time I come here I forget that they are incredibly slow, until I am waiting in a drive thru for 20 minutes with only 3 other cars in front of me....

Love Starbucks! I don't care where it is or what time it is, their coffee is the best. This location is no different.

Appalling incompetence! 24 hr notice required to order a traveller serving pitcher of hot coffee! Ridiculous! I know that isn't Starbucks' standard. Drip service per cup in store is hardly any better. Ask for 2 inches room for cream & get a half inch at best. This store needs a corporate intervention.

Poor service, long waits, not friendly. Not the service you're used to getting from a Starbucks in a "nicer" location.

Well it was time for a cup of JO . Time ii:50 AM walk in store 8 people in line ! One guy with a beard was makeing the Coffey & serving the people . I walked over and grabed a news paper to kill time while waiting in the line . 10 minutes later I was in front of the bearded dude . Now I ordered a Coffey and the guy wanted to charge me for the paper , understandable since it was in my hand , I told him no & will pute it back in the rack . I told him sometime I grab something to read when waiting in lines , I was surprised he kept on burrateing me for grabbing the paper and not paying for it . This guy I thoughts was going to get physical ! Over a paper , which eye had put nicely back ! All the customers where alarmed ! When this tipe of thing happens , you stop going to that store ! P.B. Welli spoke with the manager today ! She was upset over my treetmont and stated ,her policy is simple . If you like you can take paper out of resturant , & sit out side , when you are finished put it back . Simple stuff . Not a problem ! Thanks Mr Manger
