This place has improved! I had no idea that the people on Yelp were against the service at this place. I went with my bf and his dad. We drove up and ordered after five minutes of trying to figure out what we wanted. After placing our order, I went to the restroom and upon returning the food was in the car. I was impressed at how quickly they got the food to us. I ordered the Oreo cheesecake milkshake and the French toast sticks. The bf got a doubly bacon cheeseburger, fries and the coconut shake. His dad ordered the fried peppers, onion rings, a Chicago and New York style hot dog. We all enjoyed it. Although I won't be getting that milkshake again. Wasn't what I expected...to be honest I just thought it sounded good, haha.

The worst. First they brought my friend the wrong milkshake and then when I made it to my chicken sandwich they had given me the dollar menu one instead of the premium chicken sandwich I ordered. They did correct both issues and bring us the correct food but maybe one mistake I would excuse but two was too much, they screwed up 75% of our order.

Why is this sonic so much worse than every other sonic I have ever been to? The only reason I go is because I like sonic and I live very close and I keep hoping that one day they might get a manager or some employees who know how to make sonic food like all the other sonics.... I am pretty sure they have never change their grease here so do not get anything fried. Even though they have a drive through and it's called fast food you will never get anything sooner than 10 minutes. Even if you are the only car and you only order a drink everything takes a minimum of 10 minutes . If you are not a glutton for disappointment stay away .

The past several times I've been to this location, the service has been terrible. My wife and I got blasts from here last night, and it took them 20 minutes to bring them (there were 5 cars in the parking lot including ours, and the lot can hold a LOT more). The blasts also looked as though they were just thrown together...we were charged for extra toppings, but did not see extra toppings. Also wasn't offered my receipt, the carhop seemed to be in a huge hurry. Interestingly, the past several times I've been to this particular location, it takes a really long time to get my food, and when I get it, it's cold (when it should be hot) and haphazardly thrown together, like this blast was. I won't be going to this sonic again. My advice, go to the Shalimar Sonic, or go to the Pensacola location. The Shalimar location I would give 4 stars, and Pensacola a solid 5.

This place has the slowest service of any sonic I have ever been to! I went there 3 times and each time was terrible! I would pull up push the button and not get a response for 6 minutes! I thought it was broke so I went to a different one and same thing. They should at least have the curiosity to acknowledge you and tell you they will be right with you.

Its a sonic. Reminds me of HS in Oklahoma. All the cheerleaders were out on Friday in their uniforms. Kids and their cars making out. Good tunes on the radio. :) Half priced floats after 9pm.

Well where do I start on this location... we gave this place the standard 3 strikes rule and all three time this place fell short. Below is the most recent time and probably our last time visiting this establishment. Wait time: For one the wait time of any other sonic is about 5-7 mins... and this is for a family of 3. We typically wait about 15 mins at a stall or about 20 mins in the drive thru at this location. Customer service: Seems like the employees here have very little training as far as customer service goes. We had to ask for everything including condiments and then had to wait about 10 mins before they came back with them. An apology for the wait would be nice or even an explanation of why. Food: I got a grilled chicken wrap with tots and a coke... the wrap was hardly warm and I have never received a half ass wrapped wrap before coming to this location. The tots were far from fresh and some coke with my ice would be nice. My wife got the Grilled Cheese BLT, large cheese tot and cherry limeade, simple order you would think. The toast was well not toasted, the cheese was fully intact on the sad excuse for the BLT, the handful of tots and slice of cheese to make the "cheese tot" was just a joke and by the time they got to us the cheese had hardened. The cherry limeade was practically undrinkable... the cherry flavor was over powering and made the drink disgusting. My son got a grilled cheese kids meal. I think they just threw a piece of cheese on the bread and bagged it.... there was no grilling going on here. I had to make him eat his old tots and grilled his grilled cheese for him when we got home. This place is a sad excuse for a Sonic and is in major need for new management and employee training.
