Today I felt for food from ihop and that's just what i got. Good yummy pancakes and a country fried steak dinner. (Yes i had both because i hate deciding and life's to short lol) our waitress was new and doing her best. She was so friendly and kind (not the sucking-up-for-a-tip kind) but genuine and attentive. The food was really hot and delicious. My husband ordered the sirloin tips dinner and his was equally hot and delicious (i stole a piece when he wasn't looking :)) the food is what i expected from an ihop. It looked just as it did in the menu & tv and taste were up to par. My second visit here and I'm satisfied. Again great service, people and food!

Without a doubt, this place has the worst, slowest service that you'll find anywhere. Granted, we were a table of 9. Everyone is real NICE, but they don't have their act together at all, and they've been here for YEARS. I'm amazed that corporate hasn't come in and cleaned up this disaster. It's a small place, and the clientele is very ghetto, so maybe that has something to do with it. Not good tippers. Food is cheap, and fine for the price. Lots of bargains. We were dining with visiting relatives from out of town before they were immediately heading up to Disney, so we didn't MIND killing an hour and a half. But for breakfast, it was pitifully slow.

The waitress was excellent even though she was apparently the only server in the restaurant. restaurant was clean Price was great and they had turkey bacon win win all the way around.

I don't have very high expectations for any IHOP so I wasn't let down by this one. I ordered the RTFF, actually pointed to it on the menu. The waitress comes back 10 minutes later and asked me if I ordered the "kids version"... Oh boy! 15 minutes after clearing that confusion up, out comes my food; cold. My friend's food came 10 minutes after mine, not at all what he ordered. Try again. 5 mins later, his meal arrives and of course, it was cold. The food wasn't bad, though it would have been nice to taste it while it was hot. The crowd was quiet, surprisingly. The next time I want pancakes, I'll make some at home.

Still Home To the best Short Order Cook in Margate. You know your a regular when the server tells you she is so busy that she allows you to order directly with the cook. Better yet, the chef looks at you and replies you want your usual? My response, yes and I give the cook Mr. Mellies a hand shake. Talk about service, this takes it to another level. I can promise you that if you eat when Mellies is cooking you will NOT be disappointed. I eat all over the damn place and this guy is the best Short Order Cook around. I watched him pump out tons of food over the years and I rarely see it returned because of a mistake. By far the best IHOP food I've had. Please tell Mellies that Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

I so love IHOP!!!!! They make the best omelettes and pancakes. My favorite thing is their strawberry syrup. I love their flavored syrups. The service at this IHOP is very good. My food came out quickly and efficiently. Theres really not much more to say. Food is great. Service is great. Restaurant is great. Enough said!!!

This place Sucks. I went to this place around mid night. I waited for my food for 45 minutes and end up different item. Never go there again.

If you've been to one, you've probably been to them all, but I don't go to them all, so I can only comment about this one. And it's good! Sunday breakfast/brunch is always crowded but you still get seated quickly. Unlike other breakfast shops, the service is normally quite fast (you know who I'm talking about) and they are willing to make substitutions outside normal parameters (fruit for bacon, etc.). Mmm, breakfast for dinner too! Plus, their hash browns rock the socks off all the competitors.

Good food, generally clean server is friendly but seems overwhelmed too many tables for just one server she did a good job considering.

We've been frequenting this resteraunt for years and have watched it decline. The service (because of the new servers) is terrible. You ask for condiments for your food 15 times and still don't get it. They (for the most part) are very in attentive to their guest. We now travel 15 minutes further for an IHOP meal.

Went there for breakfast during Easter. Taking a bite of my pancakes and found a broken tooth (!!). Yirks. It was not mine. Some guy or girl in the kitchen probably broke a tooth and dropped it in the pancake mix. I guess this is "Pancakes a la surprise"? I won't go back there - ever!

I have been to some really good IHOPs and this was is pretty mediocre. Been twice now and the second time was better than the first...

It's an IHOP nothing spectacular nothing wrong. I have been going to this paticular IHOP for 20+ years. I used to hang out here late at night as a teenager and now i bring my kids here. If you have been to one you been to them all. They have great pancakes, breakfest is there strong point. I have had lunch and dinner items and there ok but nothing to get excited about. Service is good sometimes even great.

1) It's iHop not Breakfast at Tiffany's 2) Clean - but refuse to use the bathroom 3) Busy from 2am and on in the wee hours of the morning when the bars nearby shut down and other's are on their way home from other bars so it's full of intoxicated people attempting to eat something. 4) I usually look for something salty after drinking to level out the affect of the alcohol so I order the salty fried buttermilk shrimp. Takes the edge off just right but not too much grease that it makes you sick. 5) All in all - it works

You're out with your friends. Its 3 a.m. and you're starving and you had a few drinks. Where do you go to eat? IHOP! The bacon omelette is giant sized and tasty. The pancakes are always warm and fluffy. You have 4 flavors of syrup to choose from! (Original, Boysenberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry) and you can have it all for less than 20 bucks. One of my best memories occurred here. More so in the parking lot. After stuffing myself with too many pancakes, I could barely make it to my car so of course my friend decides perhaps he should walk me to my car. It became an extended conversation in which I was interrupted by "A nigga in a purple suit" (google that) who was clever enough to realize that I was physically bomb. I had unfortunately (for him) turned down his offer of appearing in an adult film in which well you know...3 a.m. in Coral Springs is never short of interesting.

The food is good but the last time I went it was so cold inside that it made my food cold. But besides that it's your typical IHOP.

Does not honor advertising. Sign says all you can eat pancakes with YOUR favorite combo. Turns out you have to order off a limited combo menu, not the full menu. Not given the "special" menu when seated. Not told about it when ordering. Carol Ann copped an attitude and did not rectify, given four chances. Slow, poor, and unresponsive service. Go elsewhere. There is a Denny's on University and another IHOP on 7. Both are near this location.

Never go to this IHOP at night on the weekends. Its always a mad house and they always screw up your order. One time I was there with six of my friends, they brought out five plates and FORGOT to make my order. The waiter ended up going back behind the counter and making my order. By the time I got my food everybody else had eaten their food.
