I can't decide if this place is overrated or if my experience was just so off putting that it skewed my opinion but I don't see myself going back...ever. Let the long winded review begin: My husband has severe dairy/cow allergies (not just lactose intolerant but more like if he eats anything that comes from a cow he can end up in the hospital or worse), I was relieved to see on the menu that they will deal with special request and to let the server know if there are any such allergies. One of the first things we told our server after being greeted was about this allergy and asked if there were any milk ingredients in the omelet (some places use milk to fluff up the eggs), after checking with the kitchen he assured us that no, there was no dairy but there were in fact eggs. whhhhaaattt???!!! I should have known then this visit was a mistake but we pressed on. My husband ordered the works omelet with no cheese, sour cream, etc. and dry english muffin, I had the ABT hash. It took forever for our food to arrive but when it finally came everything looked good, no cheese, sour cream, or butter anywhere in site. After the first bite of omlet the husband started to cut into his second bite and found that there was in fact cheese in the omelet....are you kidding me? I freaked as I normally do because he did get a slight bit of cheese in his first bite which began to make his throat feel really itchy, I was so upset because we had made such a deal out of it and still cheese on the omelet, while we waited for our server to return he noshed on the english muffin and drank a lot to dilute the cheese he had eaten. The server took forever to come back, we finally had to flag him down, when we told him there was cheese in the omelet he didn't even offer an apology just took it away and that was the last time we saw our server until he brought out the check, seriously...no refills, no new plate of food, nothing. After another 15 minute wait we finally get a replacement omelet and an apology from who I guess was the manager (she did not identify herself) and we began to eat again but only to find out that this time they had put butter all over the english muffin.....and that was pretty much the end of that. As we were paying, we told the man at the register what had happened and he basically acted like he didn't even hear us or understand what we were saying. If a company is going to state that they care about allergies and not follow through with their promises I do not see how I could ever support such hypocrisy again. Such a disappointment!! Well that was fun.... On a side note we did wait for about 20 minutes to be seated but it was a busy Saturday morning and we expected a wait based on reviews so no big deal. My ABT hash was good and fresh and I felt like there were a lot of other things I would have tried and liked as well. There was a great variety of people, from families to hipster types to business men and the atmosphere was clean and fresh. If the issue with the cheese and butter had not happened I would rate First Watch with a 3 but because they basically almost sent my husband to the hospital twice and didn't seem to give a rats a$$ my rating is 1 star.

First time there and it was awesome! It def. is bigger inside than what it looks like on the outside! Food is good and fresh with little wait time. Friendly staff- you feel at home. Fair portions. Clean facilities. Great for breakfast! Sign up for the emails and get a free entree on your birthday!

First Watch does what places like Denny's, Perkins, and Cracker Barrel do, but it does it better. If you want a great breakfast for an affordable price and you want it fast and in a clean, comfortable environment, this is it. First Watch strives to be the authority on breakfast/brunch/lunch, so they specialize in just that - they're open from 0700-1400 and serve only those meals, no dinner. This makes them really good at what they do. The menu isn't intimidatingly large, but it isn't small either. They've done a good job of ensuring a good range of choices, but without offering so much that they diminish the quality of the dishes they do serve. They also straddle a delicate line - serving meals that appeal to health nuts, while also offering more indulgent "greasy spoon" items. This makes it easy for almost anyone to find something perfect to eat. I also love that they provide nutritional info for all of their dishes on their website. Good to know for the health conscious. A few of my favorite items are the southwestern fritata and the skillets. Their pancakes are delicious and made fresh to order, but I have to warn you - if you're gonna try to conquer the big stack, each cake is about the size and thickness of the Incredible Hulk's dinner plate. This is a chain restaurant. You know how there's always that one bad Denny's in every town? I've been to three or four First Watch locations, and they have been consistently good every time. They get points from me for consistency. First Watch serves up some of the best breakfast in town. Since trying it the first time, I haven't set foot in a Perkins, Denny's or similar place again because the competition just doesn't compare.

I've visited this location for over 10 years. The food is always great, service is wonderful. Breakfast is a primary meal option, available all day long. Omelets are delish and can be made with all eggs or some egg whites, no upcharge which is not typical for egg whites. If you see the Pumpkin pancakes on their season fall menu, get them, they are awesome. Their blueberry pancakes have fresh blueberries in them and a blueberry compote for the top. Try them with some added granola. OMG. Sandwiches and salads are primary meat based for protein, nice white meat chicken is used for most of their entree salads. Coffee is good. Check to board or call in for daily specials, they rotate and are popular. If you hit First Watch on the weekends, expect a wait...esp the Maitland location. Bring your paper and settle in. It's worth the wait.

Amazing place! I loved their unique selections. My old fashion mom came with, so she had a hard time picking out a basic breakfast. My chorizo & avocado omelet was so awesome. The coffee was VERY good & I loved the flavored creamers in the middle of the table. The staff was so nice & welcoming & the whole place was just very cozy. Prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of the food. Seems these are popping up everywhere & I hope one comes to my side of town!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! For breakfast (I have never ate lunch here) hands down this place is the best! Great food, great service, great prices, good specials.... And they honor coupons, Yelp deals & others. Omelets are fluffy, breakfast potatoes YUM! OMG & their bacon is soooo good & they never deny me a extra side order of bacon either... THEY ROCK!!! Coffee is also delish! A must try... join me one day?!?!?

Just passing through for business and had a breakfast meeting here. The Bacado was a great omelette and the orange juice was fresh and delicious. I would absolutely visit again if given the chance. It was hard to choose what I wanted out of several intriguing menu options. The staff was friendly and didn't bother us during our meeting. Very professional.

First Watch is a nice breakfast/lunch chain with several locations in the Orlando area. I usually go to the one on 17-92 because it is closest to me, and the staff is always extremely friendly. Being a chain, you can expect the same level of service and quality of food from each location. Food is significantly less greasy than IHOP or Denny's, and they seem like healthier options. I absolutely love the Florida French Toast, Lean Machine, or the traditional breakfast. Their pancakes are HUGE and always perfectly delicious. I love the one by me because it's a stand alone building rather than being in a plaza. There are lots of windows and natural light, which is really nice when enjoying breakfast!

My husband and I came here for brunch on his birthday. If you sign up for their email club you get a free entree on your birthday! I ordered the Hash with Avocado, tomato and bacon with eggs over easy on top. It was very tasty and filling. The avocado was under ripe a little, but still very good dish all together. The coffee was just right. My husband liked his (free) pumpkin pancake. All in all love the place. They're always packed, but the wait went by pretty quickly.

Hey First Watch, what happened to your food? We used to go here pretty often when we lived much closer, so we hadn't been in a couple of years. The food used to be so good, now it is mediocre at best. I had a turkey sandwich that was just okay, not terrible, but not good either. My wife had their pancakes which used to be spectacular but are now flat and tasteless. They used to at least have decent coffee but even that was old tasting and weak. Service was okay but no great shakes. Won't be returning here any time soon.

Joining their Sun eClub firstwatch.com/sun-eclub… offers you a BOGO, straightaway, and any entree free on your Birthday. Coupon e-mail arrives 9 days before your bday and I can't remember when it expires because I already used it. =) Parking reeeally sucks, especially if you are disabled. Love that there's an Orlando Weekly box out front so that I have something to do to entertain myself whilst eating my brekkie. Parma Hash... two eggs, over medium on a hash of "fresh", seasoned potatoes many of which were over griddled, hot Italian sausage tasted a bit off, a bit oldish, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms were good, but nothing spectacular, onions and tomatoes with barely melted Parmesan, mozzarella (it was still in it's shredded state around the edges of my plate) and fresh herbs-I think I saw a chive. This was served with a cup of mixed fruit and a half-toasted English muffin. So, why is this joint always so packed?

This is a great local palce for brunch on a Sunday, breakfast anytime or lunch. I tried the special pumpkin pancakes, yum so good and the apple sausage was very good. They were extremely busy on a Sunday but the service is excellent and very fast. We were not sitting there more than 5 minutes when our food came out. Been there several times and they never fail to satisfy us. Great place.

Fantastic food. I had the Acapulco Express omelette, and my wife's carrot cake pancakes were also excellent. Low prices to boot, and good service. The atmosphere is a little dull, something like a hometown diner, and they do not serve alcohol, so no mimosas or Bloody Marys. Great brunch place though for the quality food. We'll be back!

Highly recommend First Watch for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Would recommend for dinner, but they close at 2:30 p.m. Portions are generous. They offer a nice array of healthy options from oatmeal with yogurt and fruit to egg white omelets and more. I get an omelet and it's always a nice, fresh, large and tasty. Home fries are yummy -- small chunks with tiny onion bits. On occasion, have ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. These are the best! They tell you they're large -- they are. There can be a wait, but seem to move fairly quickly. Service is fairly consistent. Have gone here with family, friends, big groups, small groups. They can handle any size.

My friend invited me for for breakfast, on Friday and I was amazed. They had a very healthy selection nothing like Ihop or Denny's. If you are a "health nut" this is the place to go. I enjoyed my breakfast ordered the Veg'd Out omelet with potatoes. Portion was very generous. Food was very quick, coffee was so good. Love that they left a pot of coffee, and creamer selection at the table. I can't wait to go again, I'm in love with this place. Right next to Rocco's tacos too!!! =-)

I have consistently had great service and consistently good food. The interior isn't much to brag about but when I come here, I'm not going for the ambiance. It's clean, bright and simple. No frills. First Watch has a breakfast and lunch menu. Most of the food I've ate here has been from the breakfast menu. One of my favorites is the Florida French Toast. I love all the fresh fruit on here. Banana, kiwi, strawberries, what's not to love? Yummy sourdough french toast with a delectable very berry compote. This is definitely a great way to start the day! For those not into the sweets for breakfast, I always recommend the Chickichanga. It's always great tasting and fun to say. A flour tortilla filled with eggs, chicken, chorizo sausage, green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado. Delicious and hearty! Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and sour cream. The taters are good with the Chickichanga. Both of these meals aren't the most healthy items, needless to say. For those who are more health conscious, there are plenty of options.

Let me start by saying that I love First Watch. However I did not love this one. I had two issues with First Watch Orlando. (1) The Avocado Toast breakfast special. It was advertised and promoted and since I'd had it before in Scottsdale, I knew this would be my choice. Well, the avocado was brown and the entire entree was ill-prepared (no lemon, no EVOO, no sea salt, nothing). Just a smushed scoop of old guac stuck on a piece of burnt toast. I give you the fact it might have just been the day we were there and the restaurant did do things over for me. Yet the only difference was the avocado second time around was fresh...and smushed on a piece of overdone toast without any other proper preparation. My second issue is more long-lasting (2) The place was not clean. The floor, table, booth seats were not filthy but they did not invite a sense of true cleanliness. The entire building, inside and out, looked weary and worn and was only superficially taken care of. There are better options for breakfast in Maitland/Altamonte Springs.

Who loves breakfast? I love breakfast! If you're looking for a delicious breakfast that is slightly healthier, and by that I mean less greasy than Keke's or Cracker Barrell, then you should try First Watch! I love their Traditional Breakfast plate, and also their Skillets. I can't speak to their sandwiches since I've never had them, but they come highly recommended by friends. Everything has been fresh, made correctly and up to par, and taste delicious. Service here has been friendly and prompt and therefore I have no complaints in that department. So why can't I give them 5 stars? Because when I leave the restaurant, I leave satisfied. Just satisfied. I don't leave feeling blown away, or have my taste buds and tummy dancing with happiness, and finding anything to be more than memorable.

Great place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch. The coffee is great and so is the service! I love the half of sandwich and soup combo. My favorite sandwich is the beefeater with roast beef and cheddar cheese melted on toasted bread. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that the decor feels sterile and there is absolutely no ambience. The tables feel too close together and you can easily hear other peoples conversation. Parking is plentiful.

The pancakes are humongous! By my third day in my Orlando trip, it became very apparent that Brunch is nothing to sleep on in Orlando! The portion sizes are great, the quality of food is unmet and the service is great! Having been overwhelmed by the many good choices, I opted for the trifecta and got 2 scrambled eggs, a pecan pancake and turkey sausage! The pecan pancake was most likely the best pancake I've EVER had! I'm talking the real deal in fluffiness and freshness! Everything looked great so go to town on this wonderful breakfast cafe!

Came here the other day for a late brunch. Ordered the traditional breakfast which consisted of two eggs made to order, potatoes, english muffin, and 4 links of sausage or bacon, I ordered bacon. This breakfast wasn't OMG good, but it was good, what I would expect for breakfast food. Can only do so much with those items. My eggs were ordered over easy and came over easy. I ordered sausage and got sausage, was actually surprised to receive 4 links where other places would usually only give me 2. My potatoes were nice and tender but not squishy nor were they over salted which I was happy about. The coffee was served via a personal pot with a variety of flavored creamers. The water was also brought in a personal canister which I loved as I go through my water quick and would usually have to wait or feel bad that they keep having to refill me, this solved that issue. The staff was so incredibly friendly, they even took time to spend a couple minutes entertaining my toddler where other places I have eaten the staff will usually ignore her. I was very happy with my experience at this venue and will definitely come back again.

This First Watch location is not my favorite but is still good. I have stopped here a couple times instead of my usual Mills and Virginia First Watch and have noticed a slight difference in food quality. First Watch is rarely a bad choice so I'm pretty happy to have them in various locations around Orlando. The interior is a little dated but still comfortable. There are sort of 2 halves to this restaurant with a front and back room, with the restrooms and kitchen separating the two sides. Service is always pretty prompt and food is good.

We live around the corner and have visited 4-5 times. The staff were always friendly and courteous. The food is good and have not been disappointed but find it a bit pricey. My favorite is the Chikichanga. It is very clean but to the point of looking sterile. The place has no personality.

My first time at First Watch was a great experience! Our server, Tiffany, was very helpful when I asked for a recommendation. Having learned it was our first time, she brought out a plate of crepes and fresh fruit for us to try. Delightful. My other half wanted to try this dish in search of healthier options so this was perfect. It's this kind of service to start that will bring us back! I decided on the Acapulco omelette- avocado, chorizo, onions, sour cream and a side of salsa. It was great. Chose the side of grits (southern boy) and a muffin. The avocado could have been riper, but all and all this was a breakfast win! My other half went simpler - the Trifecta- two eggs, bacon and choice of a multi grain pancake. He was very satisfied as well. Excited about this visit and being a breakfast lover I definitely foresee me coming back!

Enjoyed Father's Day breakfast at this First Watch location today. We often visit the one near our home in Tampa, and the food is always stellar. But this Orlando location stood out even more, because of the exceptional courtesy and customer service of the wait staff. Whoever is hiring and training your staff is doing a superb job!

Mediocre food and terrible coffee. I'll stick to Johnny's dinner at 436 & University. Nothing fancy but the food and prices are both far better.

I looooooooooooove First Watch. Maybe even more than Keke's... oops! I probably shouldn't say that! I have had everything from omelets to pancakes (oh their pancakes!) and it is all delicious! I love that I get a full thermos thing of coffee so I don't have to keep asking for a refill and more importantly, I can stop drinking coffee without magically having my cup refilled! I don't think they are overpriced. I love their food, even though I only eat breakfast food when I go there so I can't speak for the rest of their menu.

Initially, we had a less than stellar experience due to lack of service and decided to walk out. The manager stopped us and refused to let us leave with bad thoughts. She was so kind and insisted that she turn our experience around. That she did, by immediately sitting us and taking our order, offering a delicious crepe to share, and our orders were out within 7 minutes. Both were cooked to perfection and so yummy (monte Christo French toast & frittata rustica). After all of that, she took care of our check and wished us to come back. I too work in hospitality and can surely say she handled this incident with absolute grace and care, and definitely turned us into repeat customers.

Home is where the fork is. I have heard many good reviews about First Watch from friends and family. Finally I got in there today. The first things I noticed is, as is the case with many premium type breakfast/brunch joints, the prices are a little higher than you might expect for breakfast. Let's face it, if you want cheap go to Waffle House. The menu is robust and remarkably unique. Avocado anyone? Although the pancakes and waffles are highly regarded I went with the skillet. Simple, tasty, and did I mention avocados? The food came out quickly. Overall, I enjoyed the twist on some of my all time favorite breakfast items. The service was good and the atmosphere was comfortable.

There can be a wait, but seem to move fairly quickly. Service is fairly consistent. Have gone here with family, friends, big groups, small groups. They can handle any size.

I had breakfast here. It is small but satisfying. We got there before the rush thankfully because this place can really get packed. The food is delicious but the service was a little slow on refills, and getting items needed. Prices are a little high for what it is but not completely unreasonable! Would return!

I have been to this location a couple times, my last being two weeks ago during a visit by my mom. Wanting some pancakes and her requiring a "healthier choice", first watch came to mind. Living in Longwood now helps my commute to this location as its just down 17/92 for me. Its also in an area that is starting to promote more businesses and food choices. First watch has everything you can ask for in a breakfast. Great pancakes (even with wheat germ, if you like), french toast, omelettes, cereals, etc... I've always had a great meal at First Watch. To match their food, the service has always been efficient and friendly. They're a sure thing for breakfast!

First Watch is perfect for a fast breakfast or lunch. The food is simple and there are many healthy options. My personal favorite is the Power Wrap. Also, the banana crunch pancake with granola is amazing!

The food was delicious! I am very picky with my pancakes and this is the first time my standards were met. I got the banana granola pancake with sausage links. It was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Real fresh bananas cooked into the pancake! I also ordered the fresh fruit crepe with strawberry yogurt. The combination of flavors was mind blowing! The yogurt complimented the crepe perfectly. The blueberry muffin was freshly baked, warm, and wonderful. The potatoes that come with the omelette had layers of different flavors. Orange juice was freshly squeezed and had plenty of pulp. YUM! All in all, everything was perfect! A definite MUST GO!

Service was friendly but not top of their game. Interior was clean and fresh. The food was good, but like the service, it was just all right. Final review is that it is a nice place to eat, I have had better.

Went with family for early lunch but still had traditional breakfast and I thought their link sausages were great, not too salty and juicy. One of the best I had in recent. Many places are not plump like theirs and juicy. Potatoes were soft yet crisp outside. My wife had Killer Cajan Omelette with egg whites which she enjoyed very much as she likes hot stuff. My son had French Toast Raisin which I almost had. Will try next time. Service was excellent too.

Visited this place for lunch and got the Baja Turkey burger with a salad. The burger was good, it had some strange sauce but it wasn't bad. The burger had avocado in it which was a plus! I also got a small fruit salad which was way too expensive for the small amount of fruit it had and it wasn't even the good kind. However, the service was good, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

This is the second First Watch location I've been to. The good food and friendly service was consistent between both. Do note, however, that this location is somewhat difficult to find. Even though it's right on the street, it sort of blends into the background. Coffee on the table when you sit down, a somewhat small menu but the variety of options are good with a range from healthy to heart attack and everything in between. Exactly what I expect from a diner. I grew up going to places just like this out in Oregon, so I definitely felt at home here. Try it out, I'm sure you will to.

This is my favorite place for Breakfast/Brunch. GREAT portions and the prices are definitely reasonable. Staff is supre friendly and the service is 1st rate. I have eaten here MANY times and I have never had to ask for anything. Refills are always filled before you need them. A1 place for the most important meal of the day!!! 8-)

I love coming here for breakfast! For the quality of food you get, the prices are very decent. I love getting the eggs benedict with a side of fresh fruit and my fiance loves to get the pancake breakfast. They do get pretty busy over the weekend, however, it is definately worth the wait. They also have a variety of breakfast choices which is great because its not the typical boring menu. I cannot wait to go back this weekend!

Five stars it is for this rockin' restaurant! Albeit lunchtime, my friend and I were in the mood for breakfast. And since they offer such healthy selections, I chose the fruit-filled crepes. For $6, I was in absolute food heaven. They were covered in a light strawberry yogurt and were accompanied by granola and more fruit. PLUS, they come with a fresh and delicious muffin! It doesn't get better than that. The prices, service and atmosphere are all top notch. And they have free wi-fi. I think I could go on all day...

First Watch deserves the full 5 stars. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is prompt and friendly. They offer a great variety of breakfast\lunch\brunch dishes, including great 'Healthy Fare' selections. The pancakes... the Belgian waffles... the eggs... the oatmeal... Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

I finally went to this popular breakfast place after hearing so much about it - I went to this location specifically because it's the "original" and also because I didn't know that the one on University finally opened (to little fanfare too, not even a Grand Opening sign). We had to wait about 25 minutes for a table for 4 around 11am. I wasn't in any hurry - they offer complimentary coffee and water during the wait. Other breakfast goers are chatty and friendly. When we were seated, our service was immediate. She got our drinks orders and we were sipping our coffees in less than 15 minutes. I ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict but I have to admit - it didn't blow me away like others I've had before (in fact I think the Eggs Benedict at Bakely's on Fairbanks might have them beat) but the service is superb and the portions are just right. Not so little to still leave you hungry but not enormous portions that overwhelm you. I sampled some of my boyfriend's French Toast which was very good - crunchy and sweet! The waffles are also very fluffy with that crunchy outer toastiness! It seems to be a neighborhood staple and since I'm a huge breakfast person, I'm sure to stop by again to try a special or perhaps another breakfast item that they're more known for. Definitely a better alternative to Denny's or IHOP!

Pancakes are an art form, how to get them fluffy and tasty. The one pecan and one cranberry nut I had were both great. Wife had an omelet and side of fresh fruit and the fruit was fresh. Great service, nice set up. Will go again. 5 minute wait about 10 AM on a Tuesday.

KEY WEST CREPE. It is my favorite dish. I get cravings for it all the time. I also love there pancakes and they are huge. I love how fast your food comes, I love that they will add or subtract anything with no hesitation. I love the free coffee while you wait. Only thing I don't love is the wait on the weekends.

Breakfast was delicious at this place that sounds like a sequel to Baywatch. Pleasant atmosphere; friendly waitstaff. Great selection of healthier stuff too such as egg substitutes and turkey sausage.

Thanks to Suzanne's review i tried the "Healthy Turkey" omelet and it was great. There's plenty of good healthy stuff on the menu, the price is fair and the service is great. This will be one of my regular breakfast meeting spots.

I usually go to the Sand Lake location @ the Plaza Venezia. I was introduced to this fresh place by a good friend who wanted to meet here for brunch one day! Great pick! The ingredients are totally fresh and the dishes are delicious! I totally recommend the following brunch items: Chickichanga, Burrito Vera Cruz, and the Joaquin Yahoo. All comes with the infamous First Watch potatoes which are AWESOME!!! I actually took my mom here for brunch and she loved it!!! She commented that everything was fresh and NOT greasy!!! The servers are wonderful and check out the chalkboard for the daily specials...oh and peek the daily fact....when I was there it said "Barbie's last name is 'Rogers'!" ;) Enjoy!!!

We have been coming to this location forever! I even remember coming here when I was little, maybe even 20+ years ago. They've been here for a while and rightfully so. Everything on the menu is fabulous. The service is always great and all the staffers are friendly, even if it's first thing in the morning. It's popular with the after church crowd on Sundays, so maybe try a different day if it's your first time going. This has always been my Mom's favorite breakfast, brunch, and lunch place. I bet about 80% of the over 100 times I've been, have been with her. We love to go during the week for lunch and for brunch on the weekends. I have never been to any of their other locations. That needs to change. I'm going to make it a point to go to one of their other spots to make sure they are equally as good as this one in Maitland. If you haven't been, you are missing out and if you haven't been in a long time, you need to go back. Great place!

I love First Watch. When you get a chance to start your day with a breakfast from First Watch you know something special is going on. Like you just got all A's on your report card and your parents are treating you. But now I am too old for that but the nostalgic feeling still comes up. I love their egg creations and their pancakes are wonderful. Also they have those good "not real" chocolate mints at the checkout. Yum.. Oh yeah, they have great coffee and those fun flavored creamers.

Stay away on Sunday's because the line is out the door. I guess it's just a testament to how awesome this little diner is up in Maitland. Breakfast is great and the staff is very good at what they do, even when it does get a little crazy. The breakfast is solid all-around.

I am not a fan of having breakfast food out. It's never as good, but First Watch is the exception. They're open for breakfast and lunch, and they are happy to accommodate almost any breakfast whim even if not on the menu. Their pancake offerings are extensive and bigger than your face. My favorite are the banana granola. Don't like syrup on your hot cakes? They'll give you whipped cream and fruit, if you prefer. They also have great omelets and super tasty home fries. My all time favorite is the California Eggs Benedict. It's got your English muffin and your poached egg, but they've taken away the Canadian bacon and tomato and replaced it with turkey and avocado and slathered it with the Hollandaise sauce. Good every time. This place does get crowded, especially on Sundays. Breakfasts will run you about $8.
(5)
Ellen B.
I always order the Breakfast Scramble because it's scrambled eggs with spinach and smothered in hollandaise sauce.....so yummy! I also like First Watch because they get you in and out pretty fast so it's easy to squeeze in breakfast before I head off to work.

Absolutely the best breakfast place in Orlando that I've been to. Heck, I might go so far as to say one of the best overall breakfast places I've tried full stop. Everything I've ordered there has always been excellent, the service is always friendly and fast, and it's a really nice and relaxed place to spend an hour or two of your morning. It can get crowded on weekends, especially Sundays but it's worth the wait, which usually is only a maximum of about 20 minutes. If you haven't tried First Watch yet then you're missing out!

This is a great concept restaurant that started in Florida and is slowly making its way out into the rest of the country. For us Floridians who consider brunch a must-do its the perfect option that doesn't break the bank. First watch is only open until 2:00pm so it is strickly a first meal of the day place. My favorite part about this establishment is the menu, its got 1/3 breakfast, 1/3 brunch, and 1/3 lunch options. It's always super hard to make a decision here as the choices are all mouth watering. Plus, they have specials each morning of different concoctions the chef dreamed up and will make on demand. My favorite item on the menu is the breakfast burrito found in the brunch section. Its thick and full of cheese, ham, veggies and comes with sour cream and salsa. The waffles are also delicious, as is the oatmeal, and crepes. The service here is spotty I will admit and yes it can get crowded, but as long as you hit it up at a decent time it shouldn't be that big a problem.

If you long for the oldschool breakfasts that are cooked to your wants and needs, then this is the place to be. they dont give you the check as soon as they think you should be done eating like some places do. they like the fact that you want to stick around. they talk to you like they've known you for years. Sunday mornings are probably the worst time to go for your first experience becasue between parking and the wait, it might be a while. dont get me wrong, COMPLETELY WORTH IT! but if you want to just walk on in, then go on a weekday or maybe saturday. Their pancakes are out of this world! Happy Eating:)

We need one in Miami...soon. Food was fresh, delicious, & there is a lot of healthy options. The service was great! They also sell bags of their homemade, baked granola. Left happy, satisfied, & guilt free!

We live around the corner and have visited 4-5 times. The staff were always friendly and courteous. The food is good and have not been disappointed but find it a bit pricey. My favorite is the Chikichanga. It is very clean but to the point of looking sterile. The place has no personality.

We're lucky to have 3 First Watch locations within close proximity and I think I like this location the best. Although it's not the newest and the largest location, they make up for that with their laid back, "homey" atmosphere. We stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday before the big church rush and we were seated and served quickly with no long waits. The Belgian waffle with mixed berry compote is the perfect choice for something sweet that will fill your belly. Just make sure to dump that little container of compote on top and slather all over. Otherwise, it's not worth the splurge. This was the perfect birthday breakfast. Make sure to sign up for the First Watch emails. They send out coupons rather frequently and a free birthday entrée coupon too!

(4)Amanda W.
(4)Alden K.
Great breakfast and lunch option. The sandwiches are delicious. There are many healthy options.
(4)Bill T.
(2)Michael C.
This place is great! Very friendly staff and everything we ordered was delicious! I had the club sandwich, which to be honest is the best I've ever had. Very good and very fresh!

(3)Gale C.

(5)Jessica D.
The food is ok, nothing extraordinary, but the level of service is not just there. The servers do not make you feel welcomed or that they appreciate your business. Honestly, I would go to the one in Altamonte Springs where the girls are so kind and welcoming!
(3)Greg G.
Great food with prompt friendly service this visit. Back to the way things have normally been. Poor service last visit must have been a fluke. We will continue to visit First Watch for breakfast (anytime) and lunch.
(5)Annie F.

(4)Kalynne M.
(4)Rachel M.
(4)Melissa H.
Great food! Atmosphere made us think of Bob Evans but we agreed it would be worth the drive from lake county to have breakfast here. Fresh ingredients! Great menu!
(5)Brooks B.
(4)Brittany C.
(3)Matt K.
(4)Jamila W.
It's okay service was okay food wasn't great but wasn't bad either my waffles were soggy and I got burnt bacon ... Not coming back .
(2)Larry T.
Very pleasant little restaurant! Very friendly staff, food was amazing (like any First Watch) Definitely recommend a visit or two if you are local!
(5)Jackie M.
I went for breakfast and was seated quickly. The service was great! And the waitress was so sweet Amber. Most importantly the food was fresh and delicious. Service here is top notch!
(4)Megan S.
(4)Amanda W.
(4)Alden K.
Great breakfast and lunch option. The sandwiches are delicious. There are many healthy options.
(4)Bill T.
(2)Michael C.
This place is great! Very friendly staff and everything we ordered was delicious! I had the club sandwich, which to be honest is the best I've ever had. Very good and very fresh!
(5)Silvia G.
We need one in Miami...soon. Food was fresh, delicious, & there is a lot of healthy options. The service was great! They also sell bags of their homemade, baked granola. Left happy, satisfied, & guilt free!
(5)Manny H.
We live around the corner and have visited 4-5 times. The staff were always friendly and courteous. The food is good and have not been disappointed but find it a bit pricey. My favorite is the Chikichanga. It is very clean but to the point of looking sterile. The place has no personality.
(3)Todd W.
(4)Michelle V.
I love this first watch. The parking is weird but I have never had an issue with service. I recommend this location!
(5)Sarah A.
(5)Adelle P.
Mediocre food and terrible coffee. I'll stick to Johnny's dinner at 436 & University. Nothing fancy but the food and prices are both far better.
(2)Jocey F.
(5)Brandy P.
The food is not good at this location. I will stick to the winter park location from now on. I couldn't finish my food.

(3)Gale C.

I had breakfast here. It is small but satisfying. We got there before the rush thankfully because this place can really get packed. The food is delicious but the service was a little slow on refills, and getting items needed. Prices are a little high for what it is but not completely unreasonable! Would return!

(4)Lisa W.
(4)Stacy H.
(4)Doreen F.
(5)Keith H.
(5)Erika K.
First Watch is perfect for a fast breakfast or lunch. The food is simple and there are many healthy options. My personal favorite is the Power Wrap. Also, the banana crunch pancake with granola is amazing!
(4)Sam S.
Simple breakfast with generous portions
(4)Boo P.
It's breakfast... what can I say?
(3)Ashlei K.
(5)Chaz V.
Service was friendly but not top of their game. Interior was clean and fresh. The food was good, but like the service, it was just all right. Final review is that it is a nice place to eat, I have had better.
(2)Yasu Yori O.
(4)Chasity D.
(3)John F.
(4)Astryd R.
Great place to have breakfast! Service was great and food specially made just the way i liked it. Yum
(4)Kent S.
(4)Steve B.
If you want slow service, very small portions, and high prices then go to First Watch.
(1)Alexis C.
The staff was very friendly, restaurant was clean and in a nice area but the food was just terrible. Will not be back.
(2)Kayla K.
(5)Shiva S.
Beats all the other nearby breakfast options!
(4)Natalie C.
(5)Annette G.

(4)Henry W.
(4)Wendy m.

Great breakfast with fast and friendly service. I had the traditional breakfast with grits instead of potatoes and it was wonderful.

Great atmosphere, free wifi and amazing Florida French Toast!

I love this first watch. The parking is weird but I have never had an issue with service. I recommend this location!

The food is not good at this location. I will stick to the winter park location from now on. I couldn't finish my food.

We live around the corner and have visited 4-5 times. The staff were always friendly and courteous. The food is good and have not been disappointed but find it a bit pricey. My favorite is the Chikichanga. It is very clean but to the point of looking sterile. The place has no personality.
